I’m a recent graduate RN looking to move out from a house of students, as a nurse I’ll be working funny hours, but I’m clean and respectful of others. I love adventuring, having a couple of drinks and just having fun with friends. I’m originally from Hobart but moved up for uni :)
I'm commencing my first year at the University of Tasmania in 2019 studying architecture, and have a part time job in the cbd. I'm a pretty easy going, sociable person. I'm a big fan of brunch, and watching Netflix documentaries in my spare time. coming from a big family, I like living with other people, but also know when to let people have their space. I have 2 cats and would love to bring them with me, but they are negotiable as they currently live at my family home.
A nice modern 3 level 3 bedroom townhouse. Ideally I am looking for 1 housemate, hopefully to be friendly and make the place feel like a home. There's plenty of space for privacy and you will also have your own private bathroom. There's also a 3rd bedroom which can be used for guests or friends or family visits. All bills are included, and high speed internet (fibre to the door) is also included, Netflix too. I find the best part about living here is that the house is 200m from city park and a short walk to the pool or town. Also it's only 400m walk down to Kmart and the supermarket. Note the furniture has changed compared to the photos a bit.
Hi :) I am a medical student moving to Launceston next year. I am a quiet person and rather independent, but would be happy to have some conversations at dinner. I highly respect my housemate's privacy. I like to keep most of my belongings within my room. I do not usually have visitors. I don't smoke and don't usually consume alcohol. I can provide the contact of my current landlord for references. I am open to the option of paying full 6 months of rent in advance.
Great location, 3 mins walk to LGH, close to cafes, pubs, coles and a <10 min walk into the city. Decking area out the back with a bbq and veggie garden area. Plenty of storage in a nook under the staircase and in a large cellar underneath the house.
Heya, so I’m Caitlin and I’m interested in moving to the Launceston area to begin studying at university in 2019. I’m yet to apply so it’s all a bit up in the air. I’m kind of just having a look at what’s about in Launceston and surrounding areas and see what happens! I’ve selected that I’m a smoker but I don’t that much, just here and there when I feel like one. I also have a shih tzu x cavalier King Charles spaniel named Winston who is puppy pad trained. If you have any questions at all please give me a message!
Our current housemate Gabrielle is moving to a place closer to work, so we are looking for another cool person to live with us! Ideally, we are looking for someone aged 22-35 who is a professional or uni student, but we may consider others. You'll be living with one guy and gal who are quiet and super friendly and like to keep the place clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who is staying long term who is looking to make the place a home for themselves but we may consider short term of at least 3 months. This isn't one of those dodgy share houses that rents out every room to make a buck, this is our home and cleanliness, privacy, safety and respect are very important to us. After having a bad housemate in the past we are very picky about who we accept. We will be seeing everyone who is interested over the next week or two then deciding who will fit in best before giving out offers. Down to business: *Rent is $150 a week this includes your share of the bills like electricity and internet. *Bond is $440. *The House is located very close to the city within walking distance to the LGH, central CBD, supermarkets, cafes and shops. *The room comes with a small desk if you need it left by an old housemate. *Unlimited NBN Fibre Internet WiFi *You'll have access to the massive media server with oodles of tv shows and movies. *Off street parking space with CCTV coverage. *Air Conditioning/heater, washing machine, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, TV, microwave etc are all provided, so you'll just need to bring your bedroom/bathroom bits & bobs. *House is very low maintenance, with a deck, and plants in the backyard. (no grass) *No pets sorry. *SMOKE & DRUG FREE HOME. If you smoke at all, don't bother contacting us. *No couples.
Packing up my life in Geelong to start a new in Launceston studying Architecture. Hoping to move down the start of Feb. I'm pretty social, respectful, easy going and looking to make a great life in Tassie! I am still really great friends with all my past house mates, from over the last 5 years of renting.
Hi! I moved to Tassy from South Australia just over a year ago and now work full time as a Town Planner. I'm tidy, relaxed and pretty easy going. Sociable and love a good chat but also like a bit of alone time sprinkled in here and there. I enjoy bushwalks, live music and can't say no to a good cheese platter!
Great location to town, and really convenient to walk to many places. The house is very well presented with modern kitchen and bathroom, sitting room that gets loads of light and easy to care for back garden. The room is on the second level, its cosy with fresh carpet and a heat pump, overlooking the garden. It comes unfurnsed other than a large cupboard, the rest of the house is furnished. Its difficult to get a pic that shows the size of the room, however it is a good size, and it would fit in a double bed, the large cupboard, chest of drawers and side table still with room to move about easily.
Hi, I am from hobart and I will be working full time as a graduate civil engineer in Launceston. I will be in Hobart for some weekends. I like sailing, gym, music, history, traveling, food, sports etc
We are a neat, quiet, clean-after-yourself and respectful couple. We really want to hang out and build relationships with our housemates, but if they prefer privacy and quietness, we also respect that.
