Hi future housemate 🙂 My name is Surangi. I'm Sri Lankan-Australian and I've been a Sydneysider since 1994. I work full time as a Project Officer for an ASX-listed professional infrastructure and environmental services company. I'm a friendly ambivert who enjoys a quiet night in as well as the occasional big night out and I'm looking to share a place with someone/s in their 20s - 30s with a similar-ish approach to life. No couples please. I enjoy going out and meeting new people, trying new ciders (not really a wine connoisseur sorry, but hey more for you right?) and exploring foodie Sydney. But I also love to just relax at home - read a good book or discover a great new TV show. I am pretty neat and tidy, and easy to live with. I also happen to make awesome shortbread and deliciously addictive Nutella brownies #justsaying😉 My weird/guilty pleasure: jumping on the ferry for a round trip on a beautiful day / night - one of the nicest and easiest ways to enjoy the harbour I think. Flexible move in date: Ideally I'd like to move in sometime between January 29th and March 21st. I think that just about covers it, contact me if you're interested by messaging me here, Surangi 🙃
I'm moving to Sydney and would like to find a clean, tidy and friendly house to stay. 29 years old, male, brazilian who will study business for a year and have experience as IT Specialist
Hi I'm Cassie, I am a young professional working in Accounting/Audit. I am originally from Wollongong, however I have lived on the North Shore for the past two years. I am clean, tidy and very respectful of peoples space. However I am also happy to make friends along the way. I am easy going, and in my spare time I usually catch up with friends, or relax at home with a book/new Netflix series.
Hi, I'm Danielle, 30 years. I moved to Sydney from England about 18 months ago for my job. I've worked for the same company for 10 years and took the opportunity to come to Australia as Logistics Manager. It's an alcohol distribution business with some fantastic brands. My working hours are Monday to Friday 9-6. I enjoy walking, swimming, reading, chilled evenings during the week and being a bit more sociable at the weekends. I have minimal friends in the area and would like to widen my social circle.

Hi, I'm a 28 year old male looking for an unfurnished private room to move in late January. I am fairly flexible in terms of location but my current preference is the North Sydney / Neutral Bay area. Ideally looking for a minimum 6 month lease. Pretty quiet, relaxed, clean and respectful. I love going to the gym, running and generally trying to be healthy (with the exception of an occasional drink here and there). Love sport, live music and traveling and I am pretty keen to get out and explore Sydney and surrounds. Equally happy to look into a team up or a room in an already established house.
Hi, I'm half Brazilian and half Dutch, 26 years old. I work on a corporate job full time and I'm looking for a place with more mature flatmates, where I could also have a couple of friends over for dinner/lunch once in a while on a weekend - I'm not a party animal and that's why I enjoy something more calm, I am also frequently out doing the same with my friends.
I am a 28 year old psychologist and masters student who is looking for a room to rent in Sydney. I am moving to Sydney on the 27 January and will be working in Pyrmont (as an intern), and I will be working a second job. I have lived in a share-house in Perth for years and am very clean, considerate and approachable. I am super easy going and love to have a laugh and chat, but after work I tend to keep to myself and wind down (maybe even do some study). I also love the beach on the weekends, cooking Italian food, watching Netflix or heading out to catch up with some friends. Would love to hear from you :)
I've got the basics down: full time stable job, clean and tidy, friendly, LGBTQIA+ friendly I love pets and ideally would love to have a place where I could bring my parents' dog over occasionally (gorgeous golden retriever) I work long hours so won't be around a lot, but am down for a glass of wine on the weekends
Close proximity to: - North Sydney and Milson's Point Station - North Sydney Business District House has rooftop terrace with views of the Harbour. House is fully furnish, but room is not, parking spot available, shared bathroom.
26 year old female. Full-time Speech Pathologist. Easy-going, clean and friendly. Currently live on the Northern Beaches but looking to move to be closer to work. I'm looking to move in somewhere around the end of February/beginning of March due to changing work locations. I would leave early and be home after 6pm during the week and spend majority of the weekends with my partner at their place. When I'm not working I like to read, go to the gym, do yoga and catch up with friends.
I am friendly, approachable, bubbly but driven. I study full time and have a part time job. I am clean and neat and have lived out of home for 2 years. I am a great cook and can get along with all types of people. I am a social person and enjoy going out with friends and meeting new people.
I am 27 years old, Indonesian, and Single. I am an easy going person and very much interested in making friends with anyone especially from different culture. I am a clean and tidy person and would probably like to spend most of my time being outside the house since I am new in town. Anyone looking for a flat mate to share the house with, please feel free to contact me.
Outdoor adventurer working North Sydney during the week, exploring Blue Mountains on the week end. Easy to get along with, healthy eater, enjoy a good laugh and to tell a good tale. Being new to Sydney and job I am keen to spend some time finding my feet. Initially keen to work out the first month and if it works out with the accommodation I would be happy to sign on for longer.
Hi there, I'm Tolga, a 28yo male who's relatively new to Sydney. I came up for a product marketing job that's based in Macquarie Park, and looking to find somewhere north of the bridge to call home. I'm fairly social, love to cook, keep healthy, and very easy going. I'm looking for relaxed house mates who enjoy a chat and keep a tidy home (def not OCD), but completely respect the need for privacy and having nights alone to chill after a long day without the need for small talk, as I can't do without it myself. Drop me a line and happy to have a chat to organise a time to meet up. Side note - I'll need a car park. Even unlimited on street parking with no restrictions is fine. Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to find out. Cheers
You just found your perfect house mate! Hi my name is Ollie. I'm 48 Irish and divorced. I have a beautiful 9 year old girl and 6 year old boy. They live with their mum in Newcastle. I would need to be able to have them stay in my room Friday and Saturday night every second weekend and some times during school holidays. I just thought I'd get that out of the way first but if that's cool with you please read on... I have lived with my amazing female flat mate for the last 18 months but sadly its time for her boyfriend to move in and me to move on. She is more than happy to let you know what I'm like to live with. In an ideal world I would really like to find another divorced dad in the same position as I am to share and have our kids there now and again. I am still very open to consider a single mum in the same position too. I am a full time professional employed in a position of high trust so very good to have living with you. I'm very neat and tidy but not anal. I have a bit of spare time so happy to take charge of the house work, laundry, cleaning etc if you are time poor. I'm not the worst cook either! I understand the concept of courtesy and consideration when it comes to sharing with another person. I understand when its good to have a chat and also to give space. I'm very social and am out a lot of the time and very rarely watch TV so no couch potato here!! Also I am very, very handy and have a large amount of tools and experience so if you have a place that needs repairs I'm sure we can come to some arrangement. This might also suit an elderly person who's not up to all the chores they once were and would like to have someone living with them for help and a bit of security. I'm pretty much open to all living scenarios but would like to stay living on the north side of the Harbour Bridge close to North Sydney but not a deal breaker. So if any of this sounds appealing to you please get in contact and we can talk about possibilities. Ollie
Friendly, active, sociable, considerate person who likes a balance between social time in the house as well quiet time. I spend a fair bit of time out of the house and prefer to live with people who have the same attributes and lifestyle. I like to make a house a home that is functional and have a good relationships with housemates who are preferably working professionals in late 20's early 30's and who like to enjoy life. I'm originally from Newcastle NSW and have moved to Sydney for a graduate position in St Leonards. I enjoy running, yoga, cycling, cooking, shopping, being creative and reading
Hello! We are moving from Perth to Sydney for work. Clean, professional, chilled at home - no parties. We do have a car - off street parking (covered parking preferred) required. Own bathroom definitely a big perk! I do cook :) We owned a place in Sydney so we take good care of the premises. Happy to socialize with housemates. Thanks Sean and Yee
Hi everyone! I'm searching for a private room in north sydney area and surroundings, own bathroom preferred but not essential I'm clean and tidy searching for a place where i can have my privacy but also enjoy a chat/glas of wine now and then with my housemates I'm currently working and studying and going to the gym on my free time so i won't be around much during the day Feel free to contact me for any question :)
We live in Switzerland and are lucky enough to enjoy the highest standards of living, safety and security along with the personal qualities and etiquette enjoyed living in Swiss Alps. We lived in Waruda Street, Kirribilli for 4 years back in 2000 just after the Olympic Games and have visited Sydney every year since for 90 days living in Kirribilli, so we currently undertaking a house sit for one of my close friends while he is on holiday in the Antarctica until 22nd January, so hence the reason for looking for either a short term self contained unit or flat share from the above date. To help with our search I have set out some options below, although the key priorities are, 1. Must have Harbour Views (not Glimpses). 2. Needs to have A/C, unless facing directly south 3. One Bedroom or Studio accommodation. 4. Must have WiFi or Internet Connection 5. Unit Located on Lower North Shore or alternative with Harbour Views, either in Kirribilli, McMahons Point, Lavender Bay or Cremorne or similar. No Parking Space Required. We are not interested in Milsons Point area at all, owing to the trains from 4am on one side and Luna Park on the other side which I think everyone can empathise with, so thanks for your understanding. Price Point, subject to finding the right, suitable accommodation is $400 - $800 per week, owing to Brexit, but would pay extra for the correct location and reduce our length of our stay, but our objective is to negotiate an acceptable increased duration stay at an acceptable rate and potentially repeat this year on year during the summer months between Dec - March having been in Sydney 13 of the last 16 years. Hence the reasons why we have been asked to undertake House sits at No's 1, 15, 17, 25 and 27 Waruda Street where we have contributed to the owners overseas travel budget while looking after their homes, plants, post and pets where applicable. The above Options are not in a Prioritised Preference, so are subject to availability, location and price, so hope this helps. Thank you for your kind attention in considering our polite request and look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. Thanks VBR John and Candy

Hi there, I'm a kiwi chick and have lived in Sydney for 5 years in Bondi and Manly! I work full time as a Sales Manager in the software industry and am looking to move closer to work! I enjoy getting out and about on the weekends, PT most days, and am pretty low-key, chilled out and work keeps me busy during the week. I travel a bit also both for work and pleasure and enjoy live music and losing myself in a great book!
I interpret data during the day, and enjoy a run in the evening, followed by a beer or whiskey to end the day. Home cooking most of the time (trying to save more in this expensive city), always clean up after using common areas, and I love exchanging travelling stories!

Hi there, I'm Ryan! As a highly sociable, friendly and respectful guy, I'm sure to be a fun and suitable flatmate. Having just graduated from Melbourne Uni with a B.Sc. and after accepting a full-time, ongoing role as an analyst at Investment Trends, I'm now seeking to relocate to Sydney. With experience aplenty in house sharing situations, I'm a tidy and resourceful contributor in any shared living environments. Beyond that, however, I love to have fun! In my downtime, you'll find me hitting up the local music scene (fan of D&B and jazz), going to the football (soccer), exploring every pub and locally brewed craft beer in the vicinity and just generally having a ripper time with friends. Above all though, having lived in several cities across Australia and in Malaysia, I embrace meeting and appreciating everyone. Thanks for considering me and I hope to hear from you :)

Looking to move around the North Sydney/Crows Nest area, but wouldn't mind heading back to the beaches either! Pretty flexible on the moving date, but would prefer to get something sorted sooner rather than later. Feel free to send me a message if you think we might be a good fit!

I'm Julia, 21 and from Germany! I'm very easy going and fun to be around with and a lover of a glass of wine after work! I'm keen to find a new room which I can call home and meet new people to live with :)
My Name is Julia, I am 20 years old and from Germany. I am searching for a room in a flat not too far from Sydney CBD (max. 30 min drive) with young people. I think I am a nice person to live with because I am not loud, tidy, helpful and friendly. I like to be by myself sometimes to relax, but I would be more than happy to have some friendly, open minded flatmates to hang out with sometimes. When it comes to leisure time, I am really open to many things: I like to go shopping in the city; chill at Darling Harbour, Hyde Park or the beaches; go to bars to have a drink, play games, sing Karaoke; eat Asian food; enjoy the city at night and generally get to know all of Sydney with all its beaches and suburbs. Generally I love to spend a lot of time outside, but I love a stay-at-home-night-watching-movies too.
