My rent budget is around $400 Georgia's is between $250-$300
Im looking for a room in a nice clean apartment with people who share the same humor and enjoy good conversations. Im neat, clean and tidy, love cooking and baking and im very creative ( likes to paint, music etc.). If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)

***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
Easy to live with. I keep to myself but also will participate in cleaning, cooking and a good chat. No longer a wild child but not a grumpy old bastard either. Like to have a good laugh. I am half French/Australian and have lived all over Australia and alot of different countries overseas. I do enjoy traveling and do so at least twice a year.
Hi! We're a couple from Sweden staying in Sydney. We don't smoke or have pets, we're clean and quiet and we'll likely be out of the apartment most of the time, so we won't be making any noise. We'd like to move in on the 1st, and can offer $300 pw for the both of us. Is the property still available? When would it be possible to inspect it? We look forward to hearing from you. Gabriel
Potentially moving to Sydney very soon for work and looking to find a place to live. I work as a pastry chef so potential housemates will benefit from the leftovers I get to bring home! Enjoy socialising as well as quiet time. Love to share a glass of wine and a meal on days off. Looking for an easygoing but still clean and tidy place to share.
Tanetoa Webster & Mikiko Terasaki. Seeking a room for a couple between $300-400 AUD. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the sydney wildlife Zoo end). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Bonus points for a location that has a fish shop nearby. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has some form of outdoor area that gets sunlight. (balcony, courtyard, garden etc.) Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.

Karina is Brazilian and a recent graduate going into a full-time internship. We both like the outdoors and healthy lifestyles. The ideal flat would be about 30mins from the city centre by train/bus and furnished.

I'm from San Francisco in California and I have an internship opportunity with a neuroscience research institute in Sydney from May through July. I'm very organized and tidy, I'm easy-going, and I like to interact with the people around me but also respect their space. I plan to be working at my internship during the week from about 9-5 each day, and I hope to explore Sydney in the evenings and on the weekends.
Hi, I'm Chris, I run a telecommunications construction company which keeps me awfully busy on weekdays 7-7 at least (and 1 or more days in the weekends). When i'm not working i am either out with friends enjoying a drink or im on my Boat fishing, skiing or any other fun stuff a boat brings. I come with my best friend Phil- a West highland white terrier who is 18 months old, completely house trained and joins me at work everyday because, well, he thinks he is a human. He's not so good at tricks for treats but ofcourse expects the treat. My busy lifestyle encourages me to have a simple and low maintenance home life where i love a quiet drink in the evening, even more so if you do to!
Hi, I'm Jocelyn 😊 I'm 25 & work full-time in North Sydney. I've been flat sharing in North Sydney/McMahons Point for the last 2.5 years. I'm looking for a new room to call home. I'm easy-going & friendly, respectful & considerate of others, & very clean & tidy.
I am Friendly, Mature minded, Easy going and respectful. Like to relax during the week and spend my weekends catching up with friends. Would love a wine and dinner one night with a housemate but also respectful to privacy. Enjoy going to the beach, catching up with friends over coffee and going to the gym.

I am looking for a furnished room not far from City. I am an accountant, working all day and study CPA in the evening so I prefer to stay in a place that is quiet at the evening and at night. I use my room mostly for studying and sleeping and meet with my friends or do other activities outside my home but I am very happy to meet with new people and have new friends. I don't have any furniture so I am looking for a furnished room . In my free time I like hiking.
Hi my name is Issam, I am a 21 years old male and come from Italy. I work full time near the Luna Park so I need accommodation around this area. I will be able to move on Thursday 13th of July and I am planning to stay in Sydney until February. I am clean, tidy and love to follow rules. I am looking for tidy and respectful flatmates that can help keeping the accommodation clean. I have my own TV and Xbox One that you can share with me :) Oh, almost forgot... I am Italian so I love cooking!
Hi my name is Eddie and I am 21 years old, I am originally from Tonga but I have been living in Australia for 10 years now. I am clean, tidy, considerate and easy to get along with. I am respectful towards others and their privacy, just as long as they do the same towards me. I am a very strong believer in treating others how I want to be treated. I love cooking, video games (FPSs, RPGs, Stealth etc.), sports (mainly MMA, boxing, rugby & soccer) and movies (doesn't matter what genre, as long as it's well made). But I also enjoy having drinks with good company and going out to clubs/pubs every now and then. I'm also a bit of a musician (purely a hobby), I can play the guitar, sing, also currently learning to play the keyboard and I can beatbox pretty well :P But lately I haven't had time to practice due to work and studies. But if I do practice (which won't be often), I'll do it at appropriate times with reasonable noise levels (Plus I'll try my best each time to sound good, so you don't get annoyed but rather enjoy it lol). I am currently studying for a bachelor's degree online from Murdoch University through Open Universities Australia, but I've also been a Security Guard at various places/events for almost 4 years now (So you can think of me as your personal security at home lol) :)
easy going and down to earth, like to cook, have plenty of wine as I sell it for a job. A young 40yr old, very social but happy staying in with a nice wine and some good food watching some TV.
I am a conservation architect from Brisbane. I relocated to Sydney a bit over a year ago. Have been staying with family at Fairlight. I am not around much during the week - I work long hours. On the wend I like to keep active - walking, mtbiking and beach and also like to cook and maybe see a movie or live music. I am not a messy person - prefer things to be in their place but not fanatical, just prefer to wake up to a clean kitchen. I respect people's privacy but like to have a chat.
