Hi there I’m Nat, I’m wanting to find another person preferably working full time to team up with to apply for a 12 month lease on a property in and around the Mornington-Frankston area. I’m a non-smoker, I’m friendly, responsible, quiet, clean and thoughtful of others personal space and looking for same. I am reliable with rent and bills and require this from my housemate. I’m an animal lover but currently I don’t have any pets. I hope that can change soon but only if my prospective housemate would be happy with that. LGBTQI friendly people only please. I also am a Mum to 2 teenage boys living out of home. I have been a previous homeowner in Mornington for many years but due to family separation I came back renting a few years ago. Now, with the increase in rents, I have been priced out of affording houses to rent on my own. So I’m looking to team up with another in a similar situation, to sign a lease, until I can get ahead again financially. I would prefer to share with females 40+ or Gay Men but may entertain the idea of sharing a house with a younger person or 2, a single parent, if you are mature. I also require you to be upfront with me before we sign a lease agreement if you have any mental health issues or addictions that I should be aware of living under one roof. I have heard of some horror stories when sharing. I want this to be an easy going and long term arrangement where it is mutually beneficial. I live a very quiet, solitary life and want my housemate to be considerate of that, just as I am. I would be happy to have a chat, cook or share a meal together on occasion, watch a movie or binge a tv series together. I would love having someone to walk with or a dog to walk but I also don’t need someone to entertain me. I’m very good in my own company doing my own thing. Usually, I’m on my laptop or phone in my room. For the most part you would think you were living alone. I’m looking at 4 bedroom properties. I require a large enough house to operate my e-commerce business from, (most stock is in storage with all of my home contents) a double garage preferred or large room I could utilise. I prefer a room with ensuite bathroom for myself but willing to discuss your needs. I also want to keep a 2nd bedroom/study for my 2 sons if they ever want to stay over. I’m hoping to have my youngest son almost 14 on some weekends in future. I have equal custody of my sons but my youngest is currently living in Epping with his other parent who is terminal with MND (Motor Neurone Disease) and is now in need of care. My 16yo lives and attends school in Frankston and I want to remain close by. I have lived in Mornington for the past 30 years and my kids have grown up there. I don’t mind if you have kids or pets. I’m friendly to both but many landlords won’t consider the application because of this. So only some properties might be suitable. I don’t have a working with kids certificate but I am more than happy to get that if required. I have seen several houses that may suit depending on your affordability and if flexible with 1 or 2 housemates. I can fully furnish the home if you are needing that or it would help your situation. I have everything needed for a house to make it a home in storage, fridge, upright frost free freezer, washing machine, sofa, table and chairs dryer, linen, cutlery etc.. Thank you for reading.
