Hi there, my name is Dave - I'm a 29 year old male looking for a 6 month tenancy, however I'm flexible with tenancy lengths. My current lease is up in mid-September so I'm looking to move in sometime in early September. Just started shift work but I'm considerate of other people in the house. I go away quite often for work and social outings so I won't be at the house all the time. I'm social, outgoing and pretty easy to live with, happy to have a few beers with you but also respect other's privacy. Would prefer to join an existing lease/residence or happy to find a new place with someone else. A spot on the drive way or in a garage for my ute would be great but not essential. For any questions, feel free to give me a call or email. Thanks :)
With upside down living there are great views from the kitchen, living and dining areas over-looking tennis courts and a large park. Just a 5 minute stroll to Oxford St cafe strip and 10minute stroll to central Leederville. Always lots of on-street parking which is great for visitors too.
I’m moving to Perth from Brisbane to start a new job. I grew up in Queensland and this is my first time in Western Australia so I’m looking forward to exploring. I’m organised, tidy, and like to keep things in order. I enjoy anything to do with comedy, paleontology, and musical theatre. I regularly go to the gym and really enjoy conversations and hanging out. I also like spending time by myself reading or creating stuff. I’m looking for a place with a housemate who is also tidy and enjoys socializing. Somewhere close to public transport and a supermarket would be ideal. I’m flexible with the move date but I would like to move in by the end of August. I'm looking forward to hearing from you if you are interested :)
Hey! I'm Jo, a Kiwi who has been living in China for the last 9 years and is currently relocating to Perth at the end of Sept. I'm a quiet, clean, and tidy roommate, a bit of an introverted homebody who likes a peaceful home to return to after work. I'm into cycling, running, and yoga, and love animals, so its a plus if you have pets. Not a smoker, but ok sharing with outside smokers. Don't mind a quiet drink with friends, but definitely not looking for a party house. Looking for a place to share with one other person around the Subiaco, Leederville, West Leederville areas. Not looking for a share house with multiple people.
Just started an online retail business & also studying website design, sales & marketing online. Electrician by trade so handy around the house and used to work as a dive instructor. I Like the gym, bike rides, occasional wakeboard should practice more, bbqs, few drinks on the weekends, looking to get back into kitesurfing this summer. I’m social, but also like my own space sometimes. During the day I’ll be working on my laptop in my room. Love a bit of banter, so looking for fun people. Also clean up after myself, I never leave a mess. Need off-street parking, room has to be big enough for desk, wardrobe, chest of draws, I have my own, but we can work something out if your supplying. Also a little storage for camping equipment.
Walking distance from heart of Leederville and train station. Very close to Lake Monger and surrounding parkland. 3 bedroom 1 bathroom and 2WC, 2 storey townhouse includes outdoor entertaining area. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. Parking available for 4 cars in total. Privately rented through owner, no real estate agents involved. The available bedroom is a double with a built in robe however you will also have access to the built in robe in the other spare room for additional space. There is a day bed in the spare room for guests and is available for use by both housemates. Also room for a desk if you are studying or wish to use it as an office. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. The house is fully furnished but the room will come unfurnished. Bills (including Wifi and Netflix) are in addition to rent. Move in date around 20th October, this could be flexible depending if my current housemate finds a place earlier.
All bills and a fortnightly cleaner included in room price. No more to pay. No toilets or floors to clean! Very large room that is fully furnished or unfurnished if you like. Two chilled out deadset legend blokes seek low maintenance housemate with good banter. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, wardrobe, hangers and dressing table. It can come unfurnished if you like. This place is perfect for back packers and international students as we can provide everything you need for your stay. You can move in and start living. The bond can be paid off over a few weeks when you move in if necessary. It acts as your last month's rent so when you move out just give a month's notice to the landlords. This place is a house. Front porch, back yard, open plan kitchen / dining / lounge. For a cute little cottage it packs a lot of entertaining space, and a car space for every house mate (3 whole off street parking spaces. Unheard of!) Sorry we don't want a couple to move in as the place is too small for that. The price includes all the bills - heaps of internet and the landlords send a cleaner over every few weeks to clean the place up. So we never have fights over bills or cleaning the shower. We're a tidy respectful household looking for someone like minded. We aren't crazy piss heads, but don't mind sharing a beer on the weekends. We are mature adults with our s#!t together in this house. The cottage is in the super awesome locale of Leederville - a minutes walk to Oxford Street and all the action. International Beer Store, Pappagellos, the Re-Store. The 24 hour Loftus Centre Gym is at the end of the street and Beatty park olympic pool is around the corner. Both Train lines (Freo and Joondalup lines) are close by as are lots of busses and entry to the Freeway north and south. It's such a convenient place to live. It's an awesome 1900s house with heaps of character that you don't find up for rent in this area for this price anymore. Air con/heater, great outdoor spaces front and back and we have solar power. Great landlords who keep the place well maintained and don't lock you in to leases, one month's notice and you can leave. If you're sick of apartments and living in people's pockets (or with weirdos), this is the place for you. If you fit the bill please come and say hi and check it out
I’m a super fun and outgoing 27 year old female. I love cooking, being social, having a glass or two of wine and also having my own space. I have my own business as a graphic designer and currently work from home. I am super clean, friendly, reliable, non-smoker. I also have a gorgeous black cat named George. He is my everything and such a cool cat! He is super well trained and really loveable.
I work full time as an executive assistant, like to live a healthy lifestyle, clean and tidy and easy to live with. Enjoy to unwind on the weekend and enjoy being social but also enjoy chilling out. It’s all about balance :)
I'm an interior designer looking for a room around Freo, for a 12m+ period. Wanting to make new friends & for it to feel like a home Pros I have a cute dog who will be moving in with me (can come to work during the week) I'm neat and take pride in my room/home I'm chilled out, into my gym & enjoy hanging with friends Cons I'm not the best cook I don't have much furniture soz Looking for relaxed housemates, not a party house. Wouldn't mind being walking distance from cafes etc. Apart from Freo, I wouldn't mind the Melville/Cottesloe area (Possibly NOR as I work near the CBD)
2 weeks free rent if you move in this week! The room features a built in wardrobe With shelves and free hanging space and storage cupboards above it! The furniture in the photos will remain unless you request for it to be moved. - 500m walk to the main strip in Leederville - Huge back yard - Plenty of parking out the front of the house or on the back lawn! - Big 1930s character home - Best location - close to trains and buses, the city, the beach, easy access to all uni's (basically cheap to get an uber anywhere)
Hi I'm Sarah :-) - working full-time fifo - love the outdoors - clean, tidy and respectful - friendly and social, also like to chill Currently living in a house in West Leederville (fully furnished, except for bedrooms). Looking for housemates to move in or out with in September (or I can move out earlier if needed). If moving out, I'd prefer a room that would fit a queen size bed suite. I'm flexible with location.
Located just a few minutes walk from Leederville shops and restaurants and Leederville train station and bus stop right outside the front door on Loftus street, so no problem if you don’t have your own transport, but if you do, parking is available. We have a very large, 1930s house with heaps of room and a massive garden out the back complete with pomegranate tree! The room on offer is furnished with a double bed and theres plenty of storage. The kitchen and living spaces are easily shared between 3 people. Theres a bathroom and separate toilet, laundry and large sunroom, perfect for studying, hobbies etc if you don’t want to be shut in your room!! Power, gas, internet and water bills are split evenly 3 ways and rent is payed weekly. Also we are not accepting couples as there is only one bathroom sorry about.
I'm 22 and from Perth and am currently studying Mass Communication at Curtin and working casually. I'm looking to move around late september/early october. I love having nights in with friends, but also love music so going to gigs and various events is usually what I get up too on my weekends. I'm happy to hang out and have a chat and am pretty laid back and just in general a happy person to be around as long as I've eaten. I like to take pride in where I live so am always happy to clean up and help out
