I am an easy going, clean, tidy and sociable person that works full time. Looking for people similar to myself and works the same hours. Not into a party house but do like to eat out and have a beer now and again. Very much into my fitness and live an active lifestyle, love dogs also!
I am a 23 year old female seeking a room around Perth CBD. I work in West Perth as a full-time receptionist from 8.30 - 5.30, Monday to Friday. I am respectful of others privacy and like to keep everything clean and tidy. I like to keep active often and I enjoy sports as well as reading, music and socialising. I am fairly new to Perth so I would ideally like to flat with people around my age or 30+ so I can hopefully gain some new friends.
Hi everyone! So I'll start of with the things that make me a great housemate - I'm really laid back, enjoy a chat and a laugh, and enjoy being social when at home (I'm not the kind of person who'll hide in my room!) I am currently completing post graduate study full time (Psychology, at UWA), and working part time as a relief teacher (Secondary Science). I'm not much of a party animal any more, so I'm not the kind of gal who's going to be hosting rowdy parties or coming home at 4am in the morning and waking you up. These days I spend most of my time studying, working, and catching up with friends when time permits. Now the not so good stuff - I'm a clean freak. Not quite 'Monica' from Friends level, but pretty close. Yes, this makes me an ideal housemate in that I'm super tidy and clean up after myself, but it means I need to live with like minded housemates. If you don't think wiping down the kitchen bench after you've finished in the kitchen is is a must every time, then we're probably not going to get along too well! I am in no hurry to move, I am looking for the right place with the right flatmates that I can call home for at least the next year or two. I'd also be interested in teaming up with the right person/people and renting something together. Cheers, Jo.
My name's Ben, I'm 25 and I'm a geoscientist working full time in West Perth. Arrived in Perth a couple of months ago from Melbourne, loving it so far. My current place is fine but I would ideally like to maybe find a place that is potentially a little cheaper. I must give a month's notice for my current place, and if that works for you that'd be great! A little about me: I'm easy to get along with, pretty chilled, not looking for anywhere that parties too much, but also don't wanna live in a place where no one talks to one another and spends 99% of their time in their rooms. I am well house trained, been living in share houses for about 6+ years now. I clean up after myself, am respectful of other people's personal space and such. I'm Half Kiwi, Half british, so my accent is a little confusing to some. I'm a former ski instructor, avid SCUBA diver and part-time cyclist. I occasionally dabble in rebuilding old motorcycles and scooters if funds allow it! Message me back if you feel like I'd be a good fit in your share house! I'm free whenever for viewings during the evenings or on weekends. Bonus flat mate points: I can teach you to ski if you ever happen to need to learn how to ski. Can make pasta from scratch. Have a scooter and can pick up food we order in a flash! Haha. Cheers and looking forward to hearing from you soon. Ben
Awesome location: 5 minute walk to Oxford Street coffee strip, close to CBD, good access to cycle paths and public transport, nearby parks, shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, and freeway. About me: I'm a 26 year old American who working in marketing and spending time on creative projects in my freetime. I enjoy hanging out in Leederville and the City, riding my bike, eating healthy and vegetarian, gardening/taking care of my indoor plants, reading, and getting out on the weekends. I'm looking for a likeminded housemate - someone's who's fun, clean, tidy and respectful. Females preferred, non-smokers only. The house is fully furnished, with the exception of the room. I like to have a few drinks on the weekends, but during the week I tend to focus on work, exercise, and other commitments. If you're interested in a quiet house in a prime location, please get in touch!
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 2 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a nice neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, please, friendly place to live with nice drama-free people. I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!

Moving to Perth sometime in July-early August. PhD student at UWA, from the US. Looking for a place not too far (within biking distance) from campus. I am a quiet, respectful guy looking to share a place with friendly, down-to-earth people. I study contemporary philosophy and write about media, drugs, and art. I am a musician and would like flatmates who wouldn't mind me playing my guitar or viola, on occasion. I am queer. It would be great to live with people who are creative, arts/music-inclined, etc. I like to read, watch films, and occasionally play video games. I also don't really eat meat (but can get along with people who do).
Hey Guys :) My Name is Ashley and I am a 20 year old university student! I study politics and German at UWA and work part-time at Mecca. I am a very independent and quiet person, who spends most of her time studying or binging reality tv (sad I know), however, I do enjoy company and get along well with most people. I am hoping someone will be kind enough to share housing with me as my current commute to uni is causing me to slowly loose my mind haha.
22 year old law student really sick of having to tell hoity toity Uwa students that I live in Mandurah (House me please, but also I’m a poor uni student with casual/ part time work, so house me at a reasonable price please)
Hi lovelies! My friend and i are looking for 2 other girls to move in with! Would love to look at places central. We are both working part time and looking to move in with girls only who will be clean as well! Our preference is a two story house with our own bathrooms. We both love fashion and have alot of clothes so a big wardrobe is a must! We would rather look for a new place rather then moving into an existing share house xxxx
My name is Steph, I’m 29 and work full time in Joondalup. I’m looking for a spacious house that is dog friendly with fun, easy going housemates that enjoy drinks but not crazy parties :-) Looking to stay about 6 months and am very clean, tidy and respectful of people space :-)
A bit about me: I am originally from NZ and moved to Perth in January this year to complete my PhD. I go to the gym or dance most nights, I am clean and tidy, and very self-sufficient. I love to go to the beach, drink coffee, eat good food and have a cold drink with friends in the weekend. I would like to live with people of a similar age, who are interested in engaging socially. Pretty much, I would like the place I move into to feel like a home where everyone gets along!
PLEASE NOTE THAT I ARRIVE MID OF JULY! So please do not message me if you are looking for a flatmate anything sooner than this - saves us both a fair amount of time :) Also I am looking for a furnished room since I will be living only for about four months in Perth (until beginning/mid of November). I would describe myself as an easygoing, respectful and very clean housemate. I have lived in shared flats before and am open to a chat or meal together but also do value my privacy. I will be studying at ECU for a semester and probably spending my time either studying, doing sports, or exploring the surroundings. Additionally, I might be working part-time. I am definitely not a party animal and prefer a chilled evening with some food and a nice movie or good talks.
