Friendly, considerate, neat and tidy, reliable when it comes to paying rent/bills, always down for a laugh. I'm a barista for my work so I am awake early in the morning but have mastered the art of being quiet when getting ready. Not much of a "party personality", so you won't have to worry about me bringing home handfulls of friends to keep you up at night, but will never say no to a few cheeky beers after work. I guess the only "issue" worth mentioning is that my lease ends on the 19th May, 2017, so until then I wouldn't be able to move onto a new place. Please keep me in mind though, as I am constantly on the hunt for a new residence and some new buddies!
My name is Erin, I am a 27 year old Occupational Therapist who last week moved back to Perth after a region stint working in Queensland. I am house proud, and love to come home to a place that feels like home and a place to retreat. I am health conscious, active and outdoorsy. I meditate and enjoy practicing yoga and preparing fresh food and cooking. I am a beach baby and when not out with friends, working or exercising I will likely be relaxing at home with a book or pottering in the kitchen. I have excellent rental references, and continue to remain good friends with all of my prior housemates (of whom have been numerous and varied in character!)
* PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE UNLESS YOUR LISTING FALLS WITHIN PRICE RANGE AND SUBURBS LISTED* Tidy, independent and reliable couple who are studying full time at UWA while looking for casual/part time work. Sociable but also able to keep to ourselves, respectful of privacy. Enjoy the occasional late night out.
I’m looking for a house with some easy going, considerate, relatively clean and like minded people. I am a full-time professional and manage to keep myself fairly busy. During the week I generally live fairly fit and healthily. I am up early most days to exercise before work and generally am out a couple of nights a week either playing netball or socialising. On the weekends, you will find me eating brunch, shopping, or at the beach. I also don’t mind a few wines/tequilas, either at events or the races, or a disco (generally at the Hip-e club, not even ashamed). I love sport, top three being netball, AFL (which I am out watching most weekends in winter) and NBA. I can also put together a ripper cheese platter and can bake a delicious cake. Fortunately I am not in a huge rush to move so would rather find a place that is a good fit for me. I get along well with both males and females, despite my chronic resting bitch face. Holla at me!
Hello! My name is Chase and I'm an easy-going, clean and sociable female. I work full time in fashion retail in the City. I like keeping to myself sometimes by watching netflix and dressmaking but i love hanging out and having some drinks or making dinner with whoever wants to join! That's just a little bit about me but i'm sure if we ever chat we'll get on like a house on fire! :)
Just moved to Perth and looking for a place to call home, I am pretty relaxed guy who enjoys socialising with housemates. I enjoy cooking a meal together occasionally and a chat over a beer or wine. I am clean, tidy, and respectful of everyone's space. I will be working fifo so will only be around for 6 days of every two weeks.
Only looking for rooms available with preferably ensuite or my own bathroom. Really only looking to share with one other person, do not want to share with four or five other people. Really considerate housemate, clean and friendly. Wanting to share ideally with only one other person hopefully someone I would get on with. It would be great to live in a house where we both can relax around each other. I am working full time.

With 3 people, we would be looking for rentals of up to $600/week being $200/week each plus bills. This would be the high end of the budget. If we find a cheaper house we all like, perfect! We lead healthy and positive lifestyles and would like to be surrounded by the same. We will be looking around the following suburbs: North Perth, Highgate, Leederville, Joondanna, Wembley Downs, Scarborough, Innaloo. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please contact us and we can arrange to meet up to discuss it further and see how we get along.
I'm an Engineer working in the city. On my days off I like to go out, read and relax. I am looking for a place close to the city with friendly housemates that won't mind having an occasional drink on the weekends. I am super tidy and considerate of shared spaces. Also, I would prefer to have my own bathroom if that's at all possible in the sharing situation. Cheers
Im originally from Essex, UK. Have lived in the northbridge/highgate area for 5 years and would like to continue to. I'm an easy going guy, tidy and work full time in the health sector. I'm far from loud but enjoy socialising on the weekends around northbridge and what it has to offer. Love meeting new people. I also used to be a chef, so you might get a meal from time to time! Any other questions, please feel free to ask!! Iain
Hello! I'm an 36 y/o Irish-Australian guy who has been living in Perth for 7 years now and very happy to call it my home. That being said, I'm yet to settle down and find my own place, and my current apartment is being renovated by the owner for her to move back into it. Hence, considering a flatmate! Is it you? To pay the bills, I solve problems for businesses (consulting / contracting / project work) and try to leave them in a better state than which I found them. Not always easy! Most recently, I was involved in setting up a new political party in WA, designed to put people back into decision making in Parliament - check out voteflux.org (I never stop spruiking the projects I'm passionate about). :) What makes me a good person to live with? I'm respectful, tidy, responsible and all those other attributes which would be considered standard. I can cook, play music, fix things and talk for hours about the nature of life and the universe. I know when to be quiet and to give people space. I'm comfortable with silence. I myself am an introvert by nature (in that I replenish my energy by spending time alone), but I am very social and love spending time with my friends. I'm not easily placed into a box... Just some random info about me: I've worked all over the world (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia) building mobile phone networks Love animals and I'm convinced I have a telepathic connection with dogs - woof woof!!! Spent 6 months in India learning yoga and doing research on yoga therapy I believe the burrito to be one of the crowning achievements of human civilisation I don't take myself too seriously, (about a 6/10 on the taking-oneself-seriously scale) My vices include: Books - I can't walk into a bookshop with buying something. My library contains more books than I will ever likely have time to read in my lifetime, but in my opinion, the value of a library is in the books you're yet to read - not necessarily the ones you've read. Shiraz - Not an alcoholic :p but I do enjoy my shirazes (what's the plural of shiraz? Shirazi? Shirazamattazes?). Nothing quite like a conversation over a glass of Shiraz. If you like Merlot, I won't hold that against you! - actually I might! :p Ideally, I'd like to live with one other person in a house / apartment which is big enough for us both to have a bit of space. I work from home on occasion, so a place with ample room for a desk would be a bonus. Aiming to live within 20 mins of the CBD, so if you're in that catchment area and would like to have a conversation to assess our compatibility, let me know. All the best! Daithi
We are Canadian travellers, very active. We get up really early to go for bike rides. We are crazy about food, and do 95% of our own cooking; we also love craft beer! We are in Australia for at least 1 year, visiting friends and family along the way.
My name is My Petersson and I'm a 20-year old girl from Sweden. Therefore my very special first name - which I realized is a very hard name to pronounce if you speak English haha - so you can go with Em if you prefer that. I just finished traveling through Australia and I fell in love with Perth. Therefore I'm moving here and plan to stay until next year. I'm a very laid back person and very easy going. I love being on the beach and is a true oceanholic. I also have a very healthy and active lifestyle and love to workout. But I still don't mind a few drinks on the weekends. I'm very clean and pay rent on time. Would love to spend time with my roommates but still appreciate some alone time now and then. Don't mind pets. Looking forward to meeting you! /My
I'm a make-up artist working for a brand and freelance. Originally from the U.K. And now a citizen of Australia. Drink once a month.. I'd rather bush walk than go clubbing. Into the healthy lifestyle such as gym, diet, yoga alternative medicine etc. Clean, tidy, quiet and do my own thing but also happy watch a film or chat with housemates if anyone's around!!
We are an English couple currently in Perth looking for a place to stay for a month or 2 while we decide what we want to do. I am a student who does some part time work here and there and Simon works FIFO. We are both quite relaxed and adapt to our surroundings so if you are a sociable person we are sociable too, however if you keep yourself to yourself thats cool also. We both enjoy watching sports, mainly soccer and sometimes having a couple of drinks on a weekend. Were easy going and very clean and tidy :) Oh and the place has to be furnished thanks
I study full time at WAAPA/ECU Mount Lawley and am looking to stay close to uni- within 5km or 10min by car. I also work at least 1 day of the weekend. I've rented for two years (incl. 1 year on campus), and always pay my bills on time. I'm easy going and very sociable, but also pretty studious, respectful and clean. I'd like to share a house with like minded people. I have my own bedroom furniture, including a queen bed, so looking for a larger room :) I also love to cook! Looking to move asap, and to hopefully stay 6 months (or longer with the right house) :) If you think I'd be a good fit for you, I'd love to have a chat!
Hi there, I'm 24, working full time in advertising in West Perth. Looking to move closer to the city both for work and for the lifestyle. I work fairly long hours so keep things low key during the week, but enjoy being out and about on the weekends - heading down south, beaching, breakfasts, festivals, a few wines etc. I'm not looking for a party house, but would be nice to find somewhere a few wines can be shared over some music and good food. I like to contribute to keeping a clean & tidy home, and can cook pretty ok too. Other than that, I'm a genuinely considerate and respectful person. Whilst I'm fairly social, I value personal space and downtime. Looking for either an established home to share, or someone looking to start a new houseshare. Not in any rush to move out, would rather meet the right people/right home. Thanks! Shauni
