Ima 25 yr old flight attendant for Qantas. Very clean and tidy - would love to live in a likewise environment. More than happy with pets although I have none of my own. Very social and enjoy going out on weekends, healthy and active through the week. Spend a lot of time away from home in other cities etc.
Hi all! My name is Liz and I work at various arts festivals. I am looking for a room in Perth for over the coming Summer, End of November 2017, to beginning of March 2018. Preferably furnished and with aircon. I am very tidy and have lived in many sharehouses before. I'll be working for the PErth Fringe Festival so not home much.
My name is Renata, I'm an architect and I'm going to Perth to study English. I'm going to study at night in kaplan. I am calm, organized and I like to study. I like pets. I would like to share with girls.
*Not available until end of January* Hello! I'm 21 years old (22 in April) and have just graduated from a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Bond University in Queensland. I start full-time work in February with a commercial city law firm. I've been out of my parents' place since 2014, and am well 'house-trained'. I would be moving in at the end of January (20rd - 30th), and staying for the foreseeable future. I'm looking for something walking-distance to a train station and relatively close to the city, as I have a car but don't particularly want to pay for parking at the station every day. I'm super organised and like to keep my space and the house tidy - my usual practice is to meal prep once a week or so and freeze so I don't have to cook during the week. I'm vegetarian but not strict, and have no worries about housemates eating or prepping meat in the kitchen etc. In terms of other things, I'm bisexual, although I don't make a big thing out of it. Further, I don't usually bring people home (I'm leaving a boyfriend in the Gold Coast), and am not interested in a party house, although a wine and cheese night or a few bevs is always appreciated. I am very social, but sometimes need downtime (and will respect your space) and usually am a very bubbly and energetic person. I like to keep fit (spent most of my university career working part-time in a gym) and am a bit of a movie buff, specifically zombie movies! I look forward to meeting you! P.s. Unfortunately, to maximise my 'break time' between university and full-time work, I'm staying in the Gold Coast until early January so am unavailable for coffee or house viewings until then.
The house is surprisingly big for being on Oxford Street, and has a huge backyard so if you like growing plants then you will have the opportunity. House is fully furnished except your room, you will have your own shelf space in the fridge and pantry and plenty of space for cooking. There is an add on at the back with a living area and also general purpose room. Outside there is another toiled and also separate Laundry / Storage room. There is also a nice porch out the front which is great for chilling out on. This is a great older style low maintenance house with: - Reverse cycle air con through out the house - Wooden floor boards (Easy to keep clean) - High ceilings (cool in summer) - Bath/shower - Large back yard for entertaining guests. - 5 minutes from Leederville train station - 50m from the 15 bus which goes to city - Just a 5 minute walk from lots of cafes, bars and shops in Leederville, there's also the re-store 200m away The Room is large enough for almost anything you need to put in (5.1 x 3.5). It has a large window so plenty of light during the day and also has blackout curtains. A set of coat racks next to the door as well.
Relaxed and easy going 25-year old professional. I am British and just recently moved to Perth! I enjoy meeting new people and trying new things. I work during the week, so I would like most weekends to be outdoors! I am tidy and respectful of other people's belongings. I like going to the gym and try to keep as active as possible. I also enjoy watching films and will happily chill indoors sometimes too. Please don't hesitate to give me a call or message
Hi we are couple looking for a room in a shared house (22 & 23). One is studying full time and working part time. The other is working full time. We like to be quite social, but also enjoy our downtime. We are looking for people a similar age who like to have a glass or two on the weekend, perhaps the occasional dinner and like going to the beach.
Hey guys, I'm a Canadian solo traveler currently living/working in Lancelin after two years in NZ and and now wanting to spend time near civilization! I've mostly been living in hostels during my travels so I'm very comfortable living with diverse people and enjoy time on my own as well as housemates. I'm tidy, respectful, dont have tons of stuff and am considerably quite around the house. I'd prefer a vegan/veggie eco conscious house with likeminded housemates but have no issue with alternatives. I'm a chef by trade and love cooking and socializing with others. I'm outgoing, love people & animals, artistic, organized and chill, though I do love letting loose with housemates from time to time and am up for anything. Would love to hear from you 😊 I'm also looking for a casual job for that time, which will help determine where I'd like to settle, any help on that is also greatly appreciated!
Hi :) I am looking really to live any where close to a train line, I am 24 year old female with bedroom furnishings, I work full time Monday to Friday, when I am not working I am spending time at the beach, or reading a book, practicing yoga or checking out local activities.
I love music, I like playing my guitar, playing games like Minecraft, Kerbal Space Program and Ratchet & Clank. I sometimes write fanfiction, record vlogs and upload them to YouTube, or make gaming videos. I like cooking, and although I don't have much skill, I am keen to improve on them and learn. I like puns, love superhero movies, and am a massive fan of Doctor Who.
Work in real estate so can negotiate us some pretty good deals 🙊 I am clean and easy going. Idealy looking for lock and leave apartment to share preferably with one or two other housemates at most. Neat and tidy living, sociable but not looking for a party house 🙅 enjoy a quiet household every so often however I will probably be out going for a run, at the beach, checking out some new hikes or at one of the new tapas venues around town. Happy to met new people and find a decent place for the summer! ☺️
I am a postgrad student, soon to graduate and moving on to full time work very soon. Currently I am working as a program consultant in finance, on a part time basis while i finish my degree. I am fairly chilled and relaxed, I do love to be active however, anything beach & ocean related, eating out, music events, sports etc. I have done my fair share of house sharing in the past, so I am very mindful of other people's space, tidiness, being on time with rent, bills, etc. ideally, not looking for a crowded type of place ( max of 3 ppl) and living with people that I can also occasionally hang out with, share a meal and a few drinks, etc.I am pretty easy going, so looking for similar people! :) I am also open to teaming up to look for new places together as long as we click and after the same things. Hit me up if you have any questions
Big cyclist and fan of all sports which keep me active. Love to drink coffee, not a massive drinker though will drink on weekends with friends. Outgoing yet quiet at home... friendly and down to earth with all people and walks of life. Not a huge fan of the loud noise and party lifestyle so looking for chilled out, good people who increase life and all its glory! Wanna know more hit me up!
Hi my name is Beck. I work full time as a professional in the CBD and also study part time. I am looking to live with no more than 3 others who are like minded people in an environment where I can complete my university units. Hit me up :) xo
Hello there, The name's Alvin, and I'm currently a full time student, who will be starting full time role in the city as a User Interface Designer. I’m into just about anything creative. I’m often on the lookout for events around the Perth to go to, or exploring places I haven’t quite been to yet. Both are perfect excuses to take my camera with me. When at home, I easily keep to myself, usually with some video games or a tv show (Adventure Time, Amazing World of Gumball... and some big kid stuff too). I’m not looking to move urgently but certainly planning on doing so within the next 3-4 months. A modern, tidy and cosy place in the inner suburbs would be a few of my preferences. I'd hoping to stay for the long term or at least 6mths. Other bonus requests include: – Airconditioning – A desk to work from (or enough space for one) – I have a strong preference to stay with only 1 other housemate (I've had my fair share – no pun intended – of crowded sharehouses ). But exceptions can be made for a nice bunch of folks. Thanks. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Cool kid from Sydney! I am super friendly and warm but respective of space and privacy when needed. I am clean and tidy: no dirty dishes will be left over night, no muddy shoe prints on bathroom tiles. I am a keen rookie surfer who loves the beach, a 'good night out' on the couch with pizza, music, and chats. I have an endearing personality and I love making new friends. I also have my one and only soulmate, Theon the cat. He will melt your hearts with head bops and purrs when you give him belly rubs. He is house trained and also love the outdoors. I am studying to be a zookeeper so expect reptile fun facts/trivia night! xx
-WHAT AM I SEEKING- Please only get in contact if you think you meet this criteria > Large home (not a flat or apartment) > Looking for a place that is hopefully within walking distance to a coffee strip > Has some circuits to run/cycle, and feels like a nice homely area. > Preference is for a garage space and master bedroom (somewhere where I can dual-purpose as my home office and private bathroom). -ABOUT ME- > The usuals: "easy going, clean/tidy, takes part in shared duties, etc". > Lived in a 6x4 share house with 4 blokes for 18 months previous to this so use to the share environment. > Work full time during the day and either working or studying (MBA student) at night. > I'm otherwise a massive nerd that enjoys being social, active, and having fun. > I'm not a drinker or drug user. There are no dodgy mates that you will need to worry about.
Hi I'm Stuart, 25 originally from Scotland looking for a place close ish to the beach. I'm low key not at home very often, I work night shift, love going to the gym and the beach. Don't party or drink really so no need to worry. I also like a tidy place. Im easy going and get along with anyone
I currently work full time in CBD and will be studying at UWA next year so am looking for something within reasonable proximity. I would prefer a place with my own bathroom. I dance and play piano for hobbies so currently not home until around 8-9pm 3x nights and spend at least one night a week at my house with my grandparents. I have a car and motorbike so parking is ideal for both but essential for car at least. I am a homeowner who is tidy and respectful of others property and space. My hobbies keep me pretty busy but I'm also very sociable when at home so would love to build good friendships and find housemates I can share an occasional drink with!
I'm from country NSW, 23 years old and have been studying at the university of Sydney for 5 years. Have just graduated and am about to start a full time FIFO engineering job based in Perth. I lived on campus at uni for 2 years before moving out with friends for the next 3 years. I am tidy, bit of a neat freak, and enjoy socialising. I spent last summer working in a similar capacity in Perth so know my way around a little. I love sport, playing rugby throughout my years at uni, enjoy hitting a golf ball, tennis, and love the beach. Not much of a surfer but love the lifestyle. Enjoy reading and photography in my down time. Very laid back, easy-going country kid. Looking to find like-minded room mates at a similar stage in life.
