Hi! My name is Jakob and I will be on exchange from Norway to Sydney from August til December. I’m an open and open-minded person who cares about others. I am looking for a clean place with flatmates to become friends with. Besides my studies I usually play guitar and sing, spend time with friends and love when conversations go into the philosophical. Mental and physical health are important values for me, which gets expressed as daily yoga, meditation, running, healthy eating, etc. Others typically describe me as warm and reflected and I simply enjoy life :) My exchange will be at UNSW as part of my bachelor’s in physics, which I am taking alongside a bachelor’s in philosophy. The reason for both comes from a deep passion for understanding the fundamentals of our existence, and these fields provide incredible insights from different angles. While in Sydney I will only be taking physics courses, freeing up some time to go surfing and get to experience Australia and the people I will be spending the semester with. Very excited!
