I am a language teacher and work full time. I am Australian and French and have been living in Sydney for the last 30 years. I have rented a room in a shared house for the last 8 years in Sydney and been in a house in Dulwich Hill for the last three years. I have always paid my rent on time and I am very reliable, respectful, tidy and reliable. And this can be attested by a reference from my present landlord. I am looking at living in a studio or a granny flat at present in the inner west area for a period of 9 months and could move on the 26th of October. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Hello !! I’m Sarah. I’m a primary school teacher moving from Tasmania up to the big smoke! I’m bringing with me my 4 year old Groodle, Samson. I walk him every day and he gets groomed regularly. He doesn’t shed and honestly sleeps most of the day. I am a home owner in Tasmania so I know the importance of respecting a property and keeping a clean and tidy space. I usually gym before work so when I get home I generally just walk the dog and have an early night ☺️ (but also love to share a wine and chat). I love hot girl walks, matcha and margaritas 💕 Would love to hear from you if you think I’d be a good fit. ☺️

Hey! I’m from Brazil and have been living in Sydney for a bit now (4 months). I work full-time and when I’m not working I like cooking (always down to share a meal), playing basketball, or just chilling with some music — I play piano too. I’m pretty easygoing, organized, and like to keep things clean. I enjoy hanging out with flatmates but also respect everyone’s space. Just looking for a nice place with good vibes and friendly people to live with.

I will be an intern doctor at RPA and am looking for a place that will be a short commute! I am clean, respectful and looking to have a happy, stress-free living environment. I would love to be friends and occasionally spend time together but also respectful of personal space and time. Would like to have an ensuite or my own bathroom. My move in date is also very flexible! Also I am sorry, I am allergic to cats.

Hi I'm Aaron, looking to move interstate to Sydney around November. Budget: $350-450 pw. Work: I'm an economist and run my own software company. My day-to-day can be quite varied with a few days WFH or in the CBD depending on my client needs. I also travel a bit for work and conferences. Location: Must haves for me are somewhere with good public transport connections and close to a swimming pool. Close access to some green space would be a plus. Cleanliness: I'm somebody who values a clean, safe and peaceful home environment. I tidy as I go and take my shoes off inside the house. Housemates: I'm very used to living alongside one or two housemates and that has always worked well. I'm generally outgoing and happy to socialise and hang out, but do enjoy my own space when I need to recharge too. Fitness: I swim 3 days a week. One of my first priorities in Sydney will be to join a local swim squad, and I love to carve out time for long walks and hikes. Hobbies: In my downtime I read a lot. I play acoustic guitar when nobody else is home to hear me. My ideal evening is a bbq, wine and board game with friends. I like to make fresh pasta, but otherwise don't spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Other stuff: I don't smoke or do drugs, and prefer housemates who don't either. I drink socially and am usually up for a pub night on weekends if that's your thing. Thanks for having a read through and reach out if you'd like to arrange a chat!
