All shared spaces (kitchen, living room, hallway) must be kept clean and tidy at all times. I prioritize a hygienic, clutter-free environment for daily comfort.
✅ Kitchen/Hygiene:
I use and maintain my own kitchenware/utensils exclusively. I require you to do the same – no shared cutlery, plates, or cooking tools. Dish hygiene is non-negotiable.
✅ Noise & Guests:
No loud music, parties, or disruptive gatherings. Occasional quiet guests are acceptable, but noise must be minimal. Shouting, late-night disturbances, or frequent noisy visitors are not suitable.
