I am a quiet, tidy and kind person, currently working part-time at UTAS for the College of Arts and Law. I am very respectful of other people's space and while quiet, I am also friendly too. In my spare time I enjoy hobbies such as creative writing, drawing and going for walks. I am a non-smoker and I'm interested in finding a place to rent in close proximity to public transport. Thank you for reading my listing and feel free to message me if you feel we may be a good flatmate match :)

Hey all, I'm a chef & I'm working full time, only day work. So I'm definitely up for cooking dinner! I'm super neat and tidy and respect the communal areas of the house greatly and am after housemates that are the same. I'm pretty socialable and often love a bit of a chat but also like my alone time and respect other people's. I like to just chill out on my days off or get out and about. All round easy going and easy to live with. Looking for a room in a current share house or to team up with anyone looking!
Hi ~ I'm Freya! I've just returned home to Melbourne after a year living in Portland, USA. I'm currently in the process of trying to move to Hobart, since I've just graduated my course in graphic design and am looking for a change of scene. I was born in Hobart and have some family there, so am hoping to spend the rest of my year in Hobart and suss out whether it feels like the right place for me! I'm 25 and have lived in two share houses since leaving school. The first was a big old place in Melbourne that I shared with four others, and the second a cute home in Portland with 3 of us, so I'm accustomed to sharing communal spaces and respect others boundaries. I am a dedicated tea drinker, enjoy music and art and the outdoors, specifically hiking and cycling and like to spend quiet hours in my room drawing, as well as having laughs around the dinner table if and when everyone in the house just feels like hanging out! I really feel that it's important to have a nice place to come home to, so am very conscious of keeping my houses well loved and maintained, as well as peaceful and homey! I'm open to a spontaneous move so am hoping to find a place by May! If you feel like I might be a good fit, please shoot me a message and we can chat! I am not an earlybird so feel free to text me! Thanks, from your potential future housemate Freya :)

It is situated in a solid house in a very quiet location with good access to transport including Main Rd buses (or driving) and the intercity cycleway. I'm friendly, sociable, however, I always respect peoples privacy. I'm clean and will be busy with my full-time course in Outdoor Recreation but would like to experience some expeditions, food, culture, travel and activities at the weekends.
we are a Chilean couple and we are looking for accommodation for the month of May and maybe a couple more months. We are neat, very clean and quiet. We are with visa work and holiday so we are constantly working and looking for jobs.
G'day g'day, I'm making the move from Melbourne (Where I'm from) to Hobart and I'm looking for a place to call home. I work as a chef so I'm handy in the kitchen. I often cook at home and I enjoy communal meals. I will be working hospitality hours, 5 days and 2 nights a week. I'm also a musician and I like to play the odd gig on the side as a hobby. I like to read, watch movies, listen to music, do crosswords, do outdoorsy stuff, play video games, eat out, party, dance and meet new people. I'm pretty easy going but I firmly believe in the idea of home as a sanctuary. Somewhere you don't have to worry about a thing, a totally stress free environment. To that end I sport a healthy respect of others and their personal space and I expect the same in return. I will also bring your clothes in if I know it's going to rain. I'm clean, open minded, sociable and I crack awful jokes, with the occasional cracker.
We are students having our internship in Hobart for 4 months. We need accommodations urgently as our internship is starting soon. We are easy going people and wish to find nice people who will also explore Hobart with us.

This place is already occupied by an amazingly friendly female tenant. I moved to Tasmania to take up work and everything backfired and I had to relocate back to Victoria. Otherwise I would have happily continued on living with her. The bedroom is unfurnished, lounge mostly furnished, washing machine will be present soon. There is enough space that if you have things they will be welcome! It is a very large property with a small yard for animals (current tenant has a small dog)- the landlord is beyond friendly and even went so far as to help me get set up when I moved. Tilly is looking at getting the internet hooked up so if you move in there would be broadband as well.
Very spacious 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house located in West Moonah. Very close to public transport and local shops. Off street parking also. Bills are not included in rent. Pets are welcome and there is a decent sized backyard. There are 2 decent sized rooms available from now onwards.
