Hi my name is Michael. Currently living in Taroona but need to find a place as soon as possible. I like to keep things around the house clean and tidy and respect the boundaries of my housemates. I am very easy to get along with and love a good chat every now and again. I keep myself very busy with various recreational activities, such as rock climbing, reading, yoga, gym, running, theatre productions and going to see movies. I do have a large but friendly dog and if I could find a place that could accommodate him that would be great but otherwise I have options to have family look after him.
Quiet atmosphere. Great location. Homely feeling. Location is really great. We live on a quiet street that is so close to public transport. If you have a car it is a 5 minute drive to North Hobart or a 30 minute walk. 10 minute drive to the city. 3-5 minute walk to the bus stop.10-15 minute bus ride to the city and a 30 minute bus commute to UTAS in Sandy Bay. There are two small grocers only a 5 minute walk away, and for the bigger grocery stores it is a 5-10 minute drive to Woolworths, Coles and K-Mart. It's a very lovely and convenient location. The rent will be $190 per week. Rent includes electricity and internet.
Hi! I'm a really social, outgoing person who loves spending time with people and friends. I'm a huge gamer, I play very often and is a main lobby of mine. I like to hang out and talk with friends and get out as much as I can be motivated to do. I'm not the best cook, but I'm very excited to learn more recipes I can use.
I have just moved to Hobart to start a new job at UTAS. I will be at work and travelling between Launceston and Hobart throughout the week most of the time and love to make the most of my weekends so I probably won't be home all that often to be honest haha. I have lived in share houses for many years now and understand the dynamics of how to make a place good! I appreciate a clean house and am more than happy to do my share of the housework, pay bills/rent on time and chip in for general house costs. I'm looking for a place with people who understand the balance between personal space for time when I have 'shit to get done' and also the ability to hang out and have fun when we all have some free time. I'm more than happy to cook a meal for housemates every now and then and won't get passive aggressive if you steal some of my milk or weetbix, just don't go touching my hummus! Being new to Tassie, I want to get out and explore as much as possible so would love to live with people who have similar interests (hiking, camping, fishing, surfing, exploring etc) but if you're not into that kind of stuff that's fine by me also. Final thing and not important at all, but I would love to live with a doggo or in a place that would consider pets so I could get my own doggo! (This is not a make or break requirement though)
Hey, I'm a utas student looking for a room in a share house either in hobart, or surrounding(preferably south) subburbs. I'm finishing off my Fine arts degree, I'm a creative person. I'm a solid mix if social and keep to myself. My socialising tends to be out and about and less at home. I prefer a tidy place, and I'm not strict around that just happy to help maintain a livable clean space.
Hi there, I am a healthcare professional and an aspiring physician from Melbourne, moving to Hobart in July to study medicine at UTas. I am extremely clean and tidy, love to explore nature, try out new restaurants and wineries, play some golf or just go for a nice drive (if and whenever I do get the time) and generally try to be as polite and helpful as I can be. I am always up for a meal together but am also very respectful of other people's space. I am definitely not looking for a party house or a place that is loud on the weekend, but a place where we can share a meal, have a glass of wine occasionally and share an intelligent conversation. I am looking to move into a shared house or team up ASAP as my uni starts in the second week of July. Regards, Dhruv

So I am planning on moving out towards the end of this month/early next month, and am looking for someone to take my place in this unit! It is a shared unit with one other girl. The room has a built in wardrobe and can fit a desk, bookshelves and a double bed, so it is very spacious. (The picture shows how I have the room like now, however it will be a blank canvas for you). It is located basically a 2 minute walk from Woolies (which is so convenient if you don't yet have your license like me), and a 3 min walk to the centre of Moonah (which has many little coffee shops and Zap Fitness and all that good stuff). Uber eats is also prime in the area! Internet is only $30 a month (it is split between both housemates), and all other bills are split as well!
I'm looking to find a house mate at the moment, as my current house mate is moving out soon. I'm looking for someone fun, bright, clean and friendly. It is a really cosy unit, that is fully funished, except for the room where you will have to bring your own bed and furniture.
