Hello, Im Syazwi (Shaun). a very flexible easy going bloke, only fussed about cleanliness. all i do is work and chill. would like to have a housemate who is similar (preferably someone who enjoys smoking and drinking as much as I do).
I'm a quiet, friendly, considerate, and very respectful person. I'm tidy and pick up after myself all the time. I work full-time in Hobart CBD. I've lived in Tas over the last six years and lived with different types of people on different periods of time. I lived in Bellerive for the last one year but unfortunately the house I lived in is sold so now I'm looking for another place to live in.
An awesome location with some sweet views, one bathroom ( with separate loo) and a slightly creepy cat. There is a bus stop close by, cafe , supermarket etc. Someone randomly mowed the front lawn the other day, so that’s always a plus! There’s a big back yard and street parking if you can’t tackle the driveway.
Hello friends! I am a 24 year old from Melbourne who is moving to Hobart to study at UTAS at the beginning of February 2018. I am a fun and social person but am looking for a relaxed environment so I can fully concentrate on my studies. I understand the importance of personal space and privacy and enjoy kicking it with myself as much as I do with people. I love the outdoors, footy, and photography. Easy person to get along with and always up for a chat over a beer or glass of wine. I can also cook alright! Not too fussed where I live so long as the University is easily accessible. Thanks!
Great character that loves to have a dance around, play music, watch movies and play board and card games. Am neat, responsible and reliable and am very helpful. Am very young but very experienced, have lived out of home for 2 years and come with great references from my landlords. Have a cat named Avocato who is 4 years old, well behaved and was rescued from the rspca at the beginning of the year
Hello! I'm a ceramicist with a very sweet cat named Paquita. I'm hoping to find a friendly home for us to live. Would love somewhere with a garden and lots of natural light. I'm tidy and considerate of others and hope to share with like-minded people. My favourite things are watching films, reading, music and of course making pots.
Hey there, my name is Zoe. I have been living in share house for almost 10 years now so I understand the ins and outs of co habitation. I am a very cruisey, happy person and I am always down to do things. I love doing housemate activities, like cooking and maybe a good board game but I also understand space. Please pm me!!
I'm very friendly and love people, love a good cook-up and chilling out too! Can talk about almost anything, but leave you alone when you need quiet too ;) I'll be needing plenty of alone time as a fast-track nursing student anyway. I am a disabilty support worker, non-smoker, neat and tidy around the home. I have a gorgeous 6yr old labrador I either can bring with me or leave with my folks if you can't have her, but trust me, you'd be missing out ;)

I'm an student/part-time worker looking for adventure. I come from a small city/large town on an island called Victoria. Not Victoria, Australia but Victoria, Canada. I clean up after myself, I wash my own dishes, hell I'll even vacuum and clean the washrooms if I have time because I kinda like doing that stuff. I'm looking to room for at least 4 months in Melbourne. I have 6ish years restaurant experience at 3 different places, and all the stupid drunk stories I can't remember until I get drunk and remember said stupid stories. Cheers, heres to good times.
Hi, I'm from Hong Kong and I have been running a household for my family over the past 4 years in Sydney, I have recently relocated to Tas for studies. Keeping everything neat, tidy and well-organised is my second nature. I like running and doing reading during my downtime. As I will be spending quite a decent amount of time on my studies and work to support myself, I really would like to find a quite place to rest and stay peaceably. I am no party animal and take a lot of care into my surrounding. Message me if you have a nice place there! Thanks.
G'day friends! I'm 27, working full time in a design agency here in Hobart. I'm currently looking for a room in a sharehouse beginning from around mid-January. I'm an easy going person who loves spending time outdoors and on the weekends you will find that I am often out of town bushwalking, camping and pursuing my love of photography and fly-fishing. I've lived in sharehouses for just under 10 years now and understand the importance of cleanliness, respect and maintaining a positive living environment. I love to cook and am always up for a chat, a laugh and a drink every now and then. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hey! I am moving from Melbourne to Hobart to work as a Civil Engineer. Ideally I am looking for a house that would be relatively close to the CBD and have some car parking (street parking is fine). I am very easy to get along with, good at cleaning, always happy to cook for friends and I respect others privacy and space. I am a social person, but only know a few people in Hobart, so I would ideally like to live with people that enjoy hanging out with each other. I am looking to move anytime between now and the end of January. Send me a message if you have room or want to start a sharehouse :)
We currently have a large, bright bedroom available for rent in a fully furnished house. Bedroom has a wall heater and can come with a queen size matress if needed. The house has a well equipped kitchen, sun room, seperate lounge and bathroom with bath/shower. It has been newly painted with new kitchen fittings and new floor boards throughout. We also have a large fenced backyard with fruit trees and a big veggie patch. We are a short 10 minute walk to North Hobart shops, restaurant and bars and a 5 minute walk to lenah valley cafes and shops and main bus stops. We are located just off augusta road on a quiet little street behind calvary hospital. Unlimited wifi is included in rent and bills get split 4 ways. Current lease is until march 2018 with the option to renew. Dog lover is a MUST.
We are happy going couple with full time jobs. Most weekend we will be free doing activities like walking and camping around hobart. We are clean and tidy all the times as we have rented properties in our entire student life sharing with other people. Looking forward to meet awesome ppl... Cheers
Dougie and I are moving from Melbourne to Hobart in early January for work. Dougie has taken a job with CSIRO, and I will be pursuing my PhD in Plant Science at UTas. We are both easy-going, tidy, active and friendly people. We enjoy mountain and road biking, running and hiking. We love food, beer, wine, and good company. We value our personal space, but are also sociable and easy to get along with. We have a cat, who will be moving with us. He is completely housetrained, well-behaved and friendly. We are open to finding a rental property with another couple or a single person in a two+ bedrooms, 2 bathroom home.
I am a health professional making the big move down to Tassie in January 2018. I am tidy and respectful. I like to consider myself a relatively chilled person - I enjoy doing a lot of outdoor activities (hiking, jogging, etc). I am respectful of others' privacy. I can also enjoy good quality banter and craft beers. Looking at starting a sharehouse or apartment in early Jan 2018, please feel free to message me if you are interested :)

I work full time running a bar in Liverpool Street and I am very passionate about the work I do. I’m tidy, considerate and friendly. I’m an easy going being who enjoys socialising with friends and splashing some cash on a night out with great company. If you think I’m the house mate you have been looking for feel free to contact me anytime.

Hey! I'm a freelance illustrator, I recently quit my full time advertising job in Sydney so I can move to Hobart to study science at UTAS in Feb 2018. I'm looking for others to team up with and rent our own place, preferably with a spare bedroom so visiting friends can come and stay. I'm pretty laid back, I like to have the occasional drink and would love a roommate who will watch crappy TV/listen to music with me while drinking cheap wine. I work from home and will obviously be studying so I'll be pretty quiet weeknights and will want to enjoy my weekends. I also have a little white cat named Neil who will bring us bugs as gifts!
Super down to earth, tidy & respectful. Friendly couple who both live for everything food & wine, enjoying cooking, gardening & also ceramic making. We both also love nature & yoga. Relocating from Melbourne.
Been living in Tasmania for a short while. Like to think I'm easy to chat to and have a laugh with. Friendly guy and tidy to live with. Try and stay active, gym, explore Tassie etc but still up for a drink or two. If I sounds like we will get along send me a message.
Hello! My name is Kimberly (24) and i'm a recently graduated Oral Health Therapist from Sydney! I've accepted a full time job in Hobart and my partner Ben (23) and I are hoping to live with some flatmates short term while we look for house to live in permanently. Ben currently works in retail (Coles) and will be transferring stores. We both share fairly different interests - Ben being quite the gamer while I enjoy training at the gym. We're both tidy people and easy to get along with, though we may be a bit quiet at first. Please send us a message if you would like to know more! We're always happy to meet new people :)
Hi, I'm a 21 year old student who moved from Melbourne to Hobart about a year and a half ago. I like to read and listen to music, but I also love a chat and going out. I'm clean, quiet and easy to get along with. Currently looking for a house with fun and likeminded individuals as my first sharehouse has finally come to an end. I'm quite used to living with girls as my previous 5 housemates have been female. I also love dogs so any house with a canine resident is more than welcome. Ideally I'd like to move in as soon as possible, but I'll be with my parents in melbourne for christmas, so I can wait until the end of the month or so. Feel free to find me if you can't message me here. I look forward to hearing from you 😊
I am a current BICT student at UTAS, and an IT Services staff member at the same university. I have been homestaying for the past 3 years in New Norfolk but due to the time spent on the road every day, I have decided to look for accommodation closer to campus . I am a clean, tidy, quiet, organised person. I like to socialise, but I also enjoy private times and I respect others' needs. Hobbies include photography, bushwalking, physical activities, and adventures. I am a hardworking student who also enjoys helping other students out if they are struggling. I have been nominated for ITS Service Excellence Award just 2 years into my job - which shows my work ethics and the type of person I am. I would prefer to start a sharehouse with a group of people - preferably uni students. If possible, I would prefer a house in Kingston due to my volunteering with Tas Fire Service. Move in times are highly flexible but certainly before Semester 1 2018. I don't have pets, but I don't mind people having pets (as long as they keep the house reasonably clean).
Hello! We are an easy-going couple looking for similar people to live with. We like movies, food, books and are both fairly busy with work and study. We've lived in sharehouses before and are happy to mingle but also enjoy our own space. We're good at being clean and considerate too! Currently living with family, so flexible with moving dates.
This property is brand new, never been lived in before. It's in an amazing location. Walking distance into the cbd. I will be furnishing the home with all brand new furniture and white goods, all you will need to furnish is your bedroom. My property manager David W is fantastic, a very understanding and caring man. Nothing is ever a drama, just how you'd want it to be.
My current house mate will be moving interstate in January so I'm looking to find someone new that would like to move in. The house is located on a quiet street in West Hobart close to the shops in North Hobart. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is sorted. It's quite a large room that can easily fit a queen size bed, bedside table and a desk. The kitchen is modern and comes equipped with a gas stove and a dishwasher. There's a neat little courtyard out the back which doesn't require much maintenance except for some weeding before inspections. Unfortunately theres no off street parking but there's always plenty of space on the street. I like to split the bills equally and these aren't included in rent. NBN internet is available but also isn't included.
Moving from Victoria to study.I am friendly and respectful, fairly quiet but also social. I have a great sense of humor. I am able too cook and clean. i will have a stable job once i move as i can get a transfer from my current job. I will be studying physics and geology. I love to explore national parks or forests in my free time. I have a car and am on my P1 license but will almost be up to P2 by the time i move. Also planning on buying a new bicycle so a room within cycling distance of UTas would be ideal. Thanks in advance!
Hi! I've just completed my university degree and will be moving to Hobart to complete my internship from December this year. I will be working full time so ideally looking for housemates living a similar busy lifestyle. I'm quite a social person, however don't know many people in Hobart, so I'm not just looking for housemates, but equally social and friendly people. I love getting out on weekends and finding new adventures, live a generally healthy and active lifestyle, and am a decent cook. I've lived in share houses before and am a very considerate and clean person who understands the need for personal space. At this stage I'll be looking for somewhere I can stay for at least 12 months, ideally as close to the cbd as possible. Feel free to send me a message if you want to get to know me better :)
