**ROOM OFFERED - INSPECTIONS CANCELLED PENDING PAYMENT OF BOND.** We currently have a spacious, bright upstairs bedroom available for rent in a furnished four bedroom house in Lenah Valley. The house is on top of the hill with great mountain views and wallabies coming through every evening. The Bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and is unfurnished. I’m easy-going, friendly, quiet and can tidy/clean up after myself. I’ll be re-locating to Hobart for work mid August. I work full time in the health services. I’m a none smoker and enjoy the occasional drink. I live hiking, cycling, exploring arts, music, good food, and finding new cafes to hang out. I’m looking for a place with one or two others of similar age, short term to start with, while I get settled in to a new city and surroundings. I may extend this if I find the right place. I’m over the party houses but enjoy cooking and having dinner and wine occasionally. Feel free to get in touch.
Hey there , my husband Reagan, our dreamy dog (Ginger- Jack Russel cross) are moving to Hobart in July for a new job. We are looking either for a room in a share house or to team up on a rental. We love surfing, hiking and healthy living xx
Hi! I'm a 26 year old studying Ancient History at UTAS. I'm looking for a new long-term rental as my current landlord has decided to sell at end of my lease. I am pretty laid-back, respectful, quiet, tidy, friendly but introverted (I tend to read or watch Netflix) I would love a place where people are around in the evenings to catch up. I love books and movies/tv shows (particularly horror and fantasy/sci-fi!) history, pizza and having the odd drink of a good cider. I don't drive, so good access to public transport is a priority
Heyo there. I'm 27 and trying find a new place as soon as possible. Returning to study here in Hobart. I like to game pretty regularly and I'm a pretty social individual most of the time, enjoying a sit down with housemates over a dinner or drinks. Pretty quiet most of the time and pride myself on being a considerate housemate and a team player in a household. I have a small rescue cat and I'm pretty open to where I end up moving in terms of suburbs but would prefer if possible a home that does not have dogs as my little cat has an extreme fear and mistrust for them. Hoping to hear from you soon! 😁
I’m originally from Western Australia. I moved to Hobart in February 2019 for a contract with government. I have been lucky enough to land in a fabulous share house in Blackmans Bay. Sadly, the owner is selling her home and moving back to Canada. Now that I'm here and more familiar with Hobart, I am looking around North Hobart, South Hobart West Hobart, Glebe, Lenah Valley, New Town, Battery Point or Taroona simply because it seems to be closer to the things I enjoy. Also, living closer to town will allow me to either walk or ride to work. For me I am looking for a place that I can stay for a minimum of 6-12 months, from the end of July or early August. I’m friendly, mature but easy going. I keep myself busy swimming, walking, and doing the odd gym session.
Mature well travelled professional (social scientist). Enjoys outdoors, music, cooking. Moving to Hobart for work. Family joining me at a later stage (Dec/Jan). Looking for a relaxed household of like-minded or complementary people. Like kids and dogs. Allergic to cats. Don't like smoking. Omnivorous but enjoy quality food of any kind. House trained, but not obsessive about cleanliness. Reasonably handy.
