I am hoping to find something with low bond and can pay between 150 to 250 a week in rent, and need something asap whilst looking for a place of my own, so the period would be indefinite at this stage, so length of stay needs to be flexible. I am looking for something with off street parking and own bathroom, which is also pet friendly (old cat). I have been renting for the past 36 years + and can supply my tenant ledger from my last rental property if needed. I would also consider a small studio apartment, granny flat, bedsit or similar or share house with 1 other person maximum. I am quiet in nature and generally prefer my own company but can be sociable. Prefer non drinkers, but don’t mind if you smoke.
