The location is ideal, only 5 minutes from Lidcombe train station, and 10-15 minutes to the shopping mall. It is also very quiet as the street is not a busy one and the neighbour are nice.

The area I'm interested in is preferably with great access to the city (close to train station) and surrounding areas by public transport due to the fact that I don't own a car. I'm looking for internet speeds of 5Mbps upload or more and an unlimited plan as to not cap data from streaming. Speedtest.net will show you your results if you are unsure. I generally keep to myself when I get home from work as I will be working on videos etc so I shouldn't bother anyone too much. My room becomes my office when I am home.
