I am a consultant working FIFO (1 month on/1 month off). I am looking for accommodation 1 month at a time starting 4 December - 3rd January. Happy to be a repeat tenant if the accommodation is available on the months I am in Sydney. I am looking for a nice quiet place to relax on my month off from work. Thanks.
I am an easy-going and open-minded person. I am looking forward to share a place in your area! I am a Language teacher. I just came back from Tanzania where I am involved in a School and had the most wonderful time! Really looking forward to share in a friendly and relaxed home. I enjoy bush walks and kayaking. I also enjoy Tai Chi and meditation. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey! I'm Julia and I'm a relatively recent Sydney-side convert from New Zealand. I've been here just under a year now and looking to find my first place to call home - I work full time in Research and Strategy at a Marketing agency based in Ultimo. I'm a down to earth character, I love being outdoors and active as much as I do having down time with good food and good company after a long day at work. I like making a home a place you look forward to going too. Hopefully I can get to see your place sometime soon!
Easy going girl in her late 20's, works in Advertising in North Sydney, looking for a chilled share house 3 people max. I work pretty long hours so I am not looking for a party house. Ideally looking to live in Harold Park (Forest Lodge), Annandale and or Balmain. Have houseshared for the past 10 years. Respects people privacy however loves a good pub dinner or night in with the housey's
Firstly, boring stuff out of the way: *Weekly market rental value of this 3 bedroom house is 1100-1150, as valued by the landlord and Drummoyne real estate, and this is the same value of other houses which are the same, room for room, and are also rental properties in the street. Therefore rent allocation between tenants in the front two rooms (presuming all were occupied) because they are the largest and nicest, should be 400 each. However, as only two of us will be in the house for the next several months, the landlord will absorb the extra cost for bedroom 3 remaining empty. Until such time as it becomes occupied, it will be used as a spare/guest bed and is more then welcome to be used by us whenever we want until then. -For rental consideration for now is the front room of a recently renovated freestanding Victorian Workers Cottage built in 1905, (look at floor plan of house in the uploaded photos, the room for rent size is 3.6mx 3.7m). The house has a renovated bathroom, kitchen, curtains, privacy blinds, stained polished timber floors, marble gas fires for winter and has been freshly painted. -This room is large, a king bed, desk and wardrobe could all fit comfortably within. The rest of the house is a shared zone and more then happy for you to add your own personal touches/ art/ etc around. There is a fold out double bed in the lounge room, Sony Bravia, Playstation, tons of movies, book shelves filled with novels. A separate dining room and separate two desk study room at the rear of the house which looks out over the backyard. -The room for rent in the photos is the one that is almost bare, except for a couple of posters and the single mattress and small desk in the corner, (as my friend has 95% moved out). I should have taken some photos when the room was all nicely set up with gear and a larger bed, but to compensate I uploaded some photos of the second bedroom, (my room) as it is set up to give you an idea of how you could set the space up and the size that it is. -3rd bedroom is going to remain empty for at least a few months, and an electrical opening skylight is installed by the landlord. -Across the road from the Inner-West's famous weekly 'Orange Grove Markets' which you couldn't get any closer to, the food and groceries are delicious. -Huge 3m tall eureka lemon tree in corner of our back yard to keep our water sour and us scurvy free year round :) -portable air conditioners are currently being installed, gas outlets for the rinnai gas heaters which are currently stored in the garage and which we will pull out for winter. 3-5 minute walk from Lilyfield light rail, -Turning left from the house, 30 meters away is the 440 bus stop which runs to Central station through Leichardt and along Parramatta road, this is often how I travel to Uni when I feel like taking the bus, within 15-30 minutes from leaving the house on this route you could be at central station, or Rozelle/ balmain penninsula if one takes the bus the other way. This is the (440) -Alternatively If one turns right from the house, the (470) bus is a 300 meter walk and gets to the University of Sydney within 10-15 minutes from departing the front door. -5 minute walk to the 'bay run,' as well as Leichardt Gym and Aquatic Centre. -There are 5 coffee and breakfast shops, two liqour stores and two pubs within a 1km radius of the house -The photo of the kitchen was actually taken prior to the houses renovation, the floors are now stained a dark -brown black with a satin finish, the walls have been re-painted, and a gas double oven and 4 burner cook top has been installed by the landlord. The backroom that can be seen through the kitchen is the study, which the toilet and laundry adjoin. It has also been painted and renovated to match the rest of the house by the landlord. -The photos of rugs are some rugs I just ordered today for the house, 2x hall runners and that greenish abstract thing to tie in with the rest of the living room and olive feature walls ;)
Hi there! I recently moved back to Sydney and looking for a long term stay. I'm Dutch have a PR status and work full time for this awesome marketing and communication company. During the week I'm pretty serious, F45 and watching TV series. I try to live the Aussie lifestyle cause that's just the way you wanna live! In the weekend I usually go out with friends or trying to explore new bars and restaurants. I have lots of passion for music, particular in the (tech) house / techno scene and sports. There are couple of festivals that I would like to visit as well. I'm looking for an en-suite room and a flat mate who is easy to hang out with. I'm tidy and clean but not a cleaning freak. I also like my occasional cannabis strain. No - I do not smoke every day - only my "Dutch delights" in the weekends. It relaxes me and give me peace of mind. (I don't smoke sigaretes) I rather be upfront about my interest and what I do. You will have a great time with me. You will piss yourself laughing with me and you will have a great company to be around with! Speak soon. Kevin
Former corporate lawyer working in legal publishing in Pyrmont. Loves tennis and being active, cooking, and motorcycles. Quiet and respectful of the need for personal space, but usually up for a cheeky wine after work

I am 26 and will be moving to Sydney on the 8th of December for a full time Architecture job and looking for long term accommodation to commence as soon as possible. Looking for something in Enmore, Petersham or surrounding suburbs (near the train line would be great), hopefully for under $270 a week or $300 including bills. I like to spend my spare time between indoor rock-climbing, heading to the beach, having a drink and checking out small bars and cafes, playing games with friends and watching movies and TV (mostly sci-fi and cult, need someone to watch black mirror with). Definitely a creative type, happy to have my own space and chill out but also socially active and looking to spend some time with my future housemates. I’m pretty good with keeping common areas like the kitchen clean and tidy and happy to split chores. I usually cook my own meals, mostly vegetarian, but I am flexible especially when it comes to shared meals. In terms of appliances I will mostly be bringing entertainment devices (Amplifier, bookshelf speakers, Xbox One, Wii U) but I’m happy to chip in if the house is in need of anything new. A room with natural light and somewhere outside to set up a small raised planter bed would be fantastic! I’m free to inspect properties any time Friday 9th to Sunday 11th as well as after work and on weekends from then on. PM me if you are interested to know more!

Hey guys I am a 23 year old female originally from central west nsw and am currently looking at moving into the innerwest, I am a full time employed hairdresser and am usually busy out with work but do enjoy being social with a glass of wine and/or chill out time:)
Fully-employed mature male, French permanent resident, N/S, clean and tidy, friendly, sociable and respectable flatmate. Looking around The Star suburbs as working mostly evening shifts. Like cooking, good aussie beers and great wines when I can get some!
Howdy! We are Elle and Vinca, we both don't do party and are non-smokers. We are looking for a master room for a long term, include all bills and internet. Preferably with own bathroom. Elle has a huge study desk where she mostly does her works on and she also has a guitar and a keyboard. Vinca mostly will be away from home every day (yes for real, 7 days, morning-late night) due to works while Elle is a homebody (yet an outdoor person). Any suburbs are fine but would prefer somewhere between Sydney CBD - Northern Sydney. We both study in the city however Vinca works in Chatswood and Elle works in different suburbs. A bit (lot) more about each of us: Elle (the one on the right) - audio engineering student - audio visual freelancer - sometimes cooks (she always clean the dishes so don't worry) - cat person (but she loves doggies too) Vinca (the one on the left) - business student - full time floor staff (means that she has regular incomes) - never cooks at home - afraid of animals (yes, even those cute cats & dogs) Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any offers :) Cheers! xoxo
$400 a week for singles or $450 a week for couples! It's a 10 minute drive to the city. We are a 2 minute walk to the light rail and bus stop. We have free street parking and in a great area. You have your own bathroom in your own room in our town house. The room is furnished and so is the house. We are looking for someone to stay until the 10th of Feb 2017 or possibly longer. We want someone who is clean and tidy and easy to get along with, must love dogs as we have a mini foxy. You will have access to the Internet included in rent (depending on usage). Bills will be seperate when they come in will be split equally. We are close to the gyms and to a park and shops.
Hey my name is yoko , I'm 23 year old Ive been living in the country for 5 years but now living in Sydney looking to live with lovely housemates I work full time in Putney 5 days a week, I'm a clean and tidy (but not a clean freak)
I'm a Sydney-born bloke in my late 30s who works full-time in Haymarket, a former journalist who now works for a trade union. Home time for me is usually fairly quiet, as I mostly prefer catching up with friends and family out and about. My hobbies are cycling and sport generally, films, reading, travel, diving and just generally getting out and about. I like to live in a clean and tidy environment and love animals. I've got a motorbike and two bicycles that need a home along with me, along with a pretty decent espresso machine.
Hello, We are a couple looking for a place to call home. We will be studying there for the period of 6 months and also hope to get a part-time job. We are very easy going, clean and tidy. Looking for flatmates who are willing to share good moments. We are sociable but also respect personal space and we are happy to share a drink or two. We hope to meet you soon! =) Carol and Yuri
Hi! My name is Liam, I'm 22 years old. I've just recently finished my masters degree and will be doing a 3 month work experience for a large company in sydney. I am currently living at home on the Gold Coast, where I've lived for most of my life. I'd consider myself a really easy to get along with person. I generally do keep quiet and to myself, but am always up for a social chat. I will be really busy with work for the 3 months that Im in Sydney and then returning afterwards to the Gold Coast. If your looking for a no hassle clean roommate, Im your guy! In terms of hobbies though I really do enjoy a good beer, love music and enjoy a lot of technology stuff. Please feel free to get in contact with me!
Looking to move on Dec 20th 2016. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I am a South African, 25, moving to Sydney for work in early 2017. I am clean, tidy, and considerate in the way I live, and take pride in my space. During the week I will be probably be low-key as work can be quite hectic, butI love cooking, so on weekends I would enjoy having a meal with some new friendly housemates!
Great location! 2 minute walk from the Lilyfield light rail, 50 metres from a bus stop (regular buses), IGA is just down the road, there's a cafe a block away, and the Annandale shopping district is a 15 minute walk away! It's so convenient! Also street parking is really easy!
Hi there! My name is Elise and I am a recent arrival from the United States on a Working Holiday visa. I fell in love with Sydney and the inner west and am looking to continue living here through February. Before arriving in Australia, I worked as a paralegal and saved up to afford accommodation during my stay--however, I find the best way to meet new people and make friends is to work, so I've been keeping busy with acting and modeling jobs! Please feel free to contact me with any questions, and I look forward to meeting with you!
Hello, my name is Lisa. I'm 27 years old and work full time in Retail. I'm looking for a home that could accommodate myself and my Shih Tzu x called Audrey. I am ideally looking for a nice home with a balcony at least but a backyard would be optimal. I'm very easy going, and like to do my own thing. But I think having a good relationship with your housemates is a must. Home to me is my sanctuary and somewhere I can come at the end of the day and totally relax with good conversation and a wine. Audrey is 8 years old with a happy nature. She is excited when people come home and will jump up to say hello, but will soon calm down and wait patiently for her afternoon walk. I am currently in a house where she stays outside during the day while I am at work, but as we don't have outdoor shelter, when it rains she will happily spend the day inside curled up on my bed. She is toilet trained, doesn't slobber, doesn't molt, barks occasionally when excited, loves other animals (including cats) and she brings an energy to the house that I couldn't live without! I am looking for a housemate who is easy going, sociable but also likes to do their own thing. A good housemate for me is someone who will keep the common living areas generally tidy, but is not OCD about keeping this way.
Hi there, I'm looking at sharing a clean and cosy house with some nice, working people. I'm a very friendly and easy going girl. I work full time. I like to watch movies, read, drink wine and eat cheese :)
I'm clean, organised, tidy, calm, quiet, friendly. From Brazil living in Sydney since May. I used to live in a shared room, but now I'm looking for a single room because I prefer privacy and I'm a light sleeper. I'm working during the lunch time and casual jobs at night time. Currently studying Diploma of Marketing in CBD.
Hi guys, my name is Ash and Im looking for a home! Im a full time physio, and like to relax when I get home. Im clean, easy going and always up for a chat/dinner with my housemates. I'd love to find a place that is tidy and friendly.
Backpacker from U.K. on a working holiday visa. Came out here start of Sep and been doing east coast now looking to settle in Sydney for a while to work and save up for more travel! Will pretty much live anywhere in Sydney. I'm tidy, organised, independent and can cook but also up for a laugh and a good night out. Looking to meet people 18-30 who are looking for same sort of thing so don't hesitate to message me
Hi! I'm a 22 year old student at USYD, studying education and I work part time. I'm originally from the Northern Beaches, but I want to move closed to uni and the city to make travel a whole lot easier. I'm a clean, tidy and an easy going girl. I like my own space and respect others desire for that too, but I'd really like to find some other chill people to live with who get along and don't mind having a drink and hanging out every now and then:)
I am 24 years old, originally from London. Been living in the Inner-West for an over year now. I am looking to move out, to a more social house, current housemates just hide away in their room, so looking for a place were I can share few drinks with and a meal or two. A little bit about me, I work Monday to Friday in a media agency, so will be busy during the week. Like to be sociable on the weekend and if that would be with my new housemates, that would be an added bonus! But I’m pretty easy going, into running, sports and checking out new bars/cafes. I am open to joining up with other people to find a new place as well. Cheers Dan!
I'm super chilled, social introvert. If I am cleaning and your things are there I generally will just do it as well, no point in sweating the small stuff on whats your dirty cup and what is mine. I work in IT, love to travel, eat and cook. When I am cooking I cook in large portions so will definitely have something to share. Looking for the right home, long term.
This is a great flat in a fantastic location. The flat has a very large balcony, is very sunny, with large rooms, wooden floorboards, a nice bath tub, huge windows in the lounge and just has a really nice feel about it. The flat is a very nice location. There is a great coffee shop down stairs, bus stop right outside, light rail a few minutes’ walk away and it is an easy walk to Norton St shops, Rozelle and Balmain shops. There are some lovely parks close by including Callan Park and the bay run.
I'm neat and tidy, cleaning up after mine myself. I like to keep to myself, im always working and when im not at work im alseep, resting and relaxing for some down time! Cause i mostly work afternoons & night shifts. So if your looking for a flat mate that doesn't get into your business and keeps to themselves, won't get in the way. Im the type of person your looking for. Rent in always paid in advance, good with house work?! Im the man you need 😆.
Bachelor of Architecture looking forward to spend a year on a Working Holiday Visa in Australia. I'm a very friendly and chilled guy. I'm clean and tidy. I don't really like partying. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I'm very active and enjoy the outdoors and fitness.
Hi! My name is Mark. I'm based inner west and looking to move from my current living arrangements. I am a builder/project manager. I prefer to live with females or a mixed household. I have lived in share-house situations before so I am conscious and respectful of others. Ideally I want to stay in the Rozelle, Drummoyne, Leichhardt, Lilyfield, Annandale, Abbotsford areas. Thanks, Mark
