Hi, I just recently graduated from honours in economics. For the past two years, I stayed with university housing. Before that, I was in shared houses and lived with people from different backgrounds including Chile, China, Brazil and Korea. I am an active and easy going person. Love movies and binge watching House of Cards... Also enjoy hiking or going to the beach on weekends. Looking for a clean, bright and affordable room that is reasonably close to central. Preferably with access to public transportation (bus, train or light rail etc.) Would love a glass wine or a pint of beer while chatting with housemates occasionally but value a certain degree of privacy. Thank you.
Its a spacious house surrounded by greenery at the front, sides and out the back. It is close to the inner city. I take the bus in the mornings (20 mins to Central) and the light rail home. The house has a nice atmosphere, it's in a quiet street. The rent includes wifi/ internet, Netflix, and Plex, bills, washing and some meals.
A nice, respectful and clean guy. From Brazil, I have decided to come to Sydney to study English for Business.
I've returned from London 4 months ago and currently work in IT at Sydney Olympic Park. I'm originally from Sydney and have spent sometime living abroad roughly 8-9 years in Vancouver and London. My main interests are the outdoors, martial arts and yoga. Yoga is a huge part of my life. I taught in London and am looking to setup classes here. I play the harmonium quite a bit and you need to be comfortable with the noise and my singing! :) I need space to practice my martial art forms and yoga. I am also vegetarian and my preference is to have no dead animals in the fridge! :-) In all honestly I'm OK if you eat meat, my last flatmate ate meat and she fed her cat meat! I'm comfortable living with animals and hands down prefer dogs over cats! I'm drama free, clean and easy to get a long with, looking for the same in a housemate. I need a parking spot, so prefer house over a flat. I also prefer to share only with another person. Get in touch if you feel I'll be a good fit!
I work full time as an analyst in the CBD. I’m originally from NZ, and I’ve been in Sydney since November, having spent a few years in Brisbane. I’ve lived in shared houses for a number of years, so I know the drill. I’m clean and tidy, and know how to respect other peoples’ space. I love a good chat and bonding over a tv show, but equally I like my own space. I hit the gym most days / try to stay active, and am trying to get out and experience Sydney. I’m looking for a largeish room in a house with character. Ideally close to public transport, and with on street parking that doesn’t take six attempts to nail it. I have a lot of kitchen stuff and my own washing machine, and I’m happy to buy any furniture needed.
In the heart of Lilyfield Walking distance from light rail and only a $10 Uber ride into the centre of Sydney CBD. Perfect location for a professional looking for a quiet neighborhood to live in. Nice outdoor bbq area with plenty of sun during the day. 5 minutes walk from the bay run 5 mins walk from cafes and the orange grove organic markets on Saturdays. Aircon Living Room. Unlimited Wifi. Weekly Rate includes Sealy Queen Bed and Wardrobe. Room is approx 3500mm x 2100mm
I recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane on the 15th of February. I graduated from uni with a double bachelors degree in marketing and creative industries in December. I now work in luxury retail full time doing 38hours a week = 5 days a week shift work. I’m extremely clean and tidy. I’m very friendly and always up for a chat but also love my own space.
Neat, quiet, very clean, respectful and looking for the same in return! Keen on a friendly, respectful, clean and tidy place, am ok for a roster or chipping in for a cleaner. Love a friendly chat and a vino every now and then but also like my down time too. Coffee, cooking, beach, bit of health and fitness (could be more!), wine or a beer and a chat with my flat mate/s every now and then (im easy), looking for a quiet, chilled place to call home and unwind. Socialise out and have family and friends in Sydney. Non smoker, full time professional. Young at heart ;) Flexible on furnishings. Have bedroom furniture, couch, lots of kitchen items, coffee machine, if you have everything I can put my items in storage, or even better if you have a garage, would be great to store in there. Looking for something 6 months to longer term - ideally an option to extend if it works well, (1 to 2years + would be fab). Move in date is flexible, im available to move in from the 1st March but can negotiate on what suits best. Moving from my current flatshare for a change of scenery. Know east side well. Cheers!
We're a clean, friendly and quiet couple We work monday to friday and we're looking a good place for share or rent long term.
Hi, I'm currently working in the Craft Beer software industry which means I get to work from home so I will be spending a lot of time at home during the week. I do like my personal space but also enjoy the odd drink around a board game or some netflix at the end of the day. I'm a fairly easy going and straightforward guy when it comes to most things. I am a very tidy person that likes a clean and simple room/home. Im looking for a place where I'll have a decent sized bedroom as I will need to set up a desk/office to work comfortably from. An outside area would also be awesome (but not required) as I would like to foster animals in need, usually dogs/puppies or kittens. The size of the property will decide how big they are. Look forward to hearing from you!
Im a 24 year old full time worker in the Travel Industry. Im social and like to get out and about with mates for dinner and drinks. I am a clean and respectful person who would ideally like a flat mate that loves a wine and laugh on the couch but also likes to respect each other privacy. Would ideally like to spend between $300-350 depending on the the place.
Currently working as an archaeologist and looking for something a bit closer to the office! I enjoy reading, cricket, AFL, Game of Thrones, and music. I'm a pretty quiet guy who likes to be social but I'm also mindful of others' space.
Hi, I am an easy going, clean and tidy person.I work Mon-Fri 9-5 most of the time. Ususally will be out once or twice a week catching up with friends. Latino american, currently studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Education at a private college in the city. I've been in Australia for almost 2 years and will stay longer to keep on studying. I am a busy person and would probably be working, studying or out with friends most of the time. I like to treat people the same way I would like them to treat me. I'm a very creative and keen on music, art, and reading. I'm a quiet person and I won't disturb you, however I love singing so much and you will probably hear me singing every now and then. I would love to get along with my flatmate and someone i could probably be friends with :)
We're early 30's; Seann's an Arborist & I work in Allied Health as an Acupuncturist, and also as a climbing teacher. Both easy going and friendly, we work outside the usual 9-5 hours so are home at sporadic times of day & climb/lift a lot in our spare time. When home we enjoy being surrounded by a lot of green leafy things & generally enjoy unwinding with a quiet night in. Looking for a home that's fun, relaxed but respects privacy & a generally pretty tidy space. Looking for a medium to largish room. Flexi moving date.
Hi, my name is Harits, from Indonesia. I'm starting my master degree in University of Sydney's history department next month. I used to work as a assistant lecturer in my old uni, teaching children how to draw, and as a freelance translator. I had experiences living abroad before, though not in Australia. I don't smoke, do drugs, rarely drinks, and good at keeping things neat. I spend my free times running and swimming for fun, though mostly I will just chill and watch Netflix or play Civilization on my laptop. I can cook a mean nasi kuning, pecel sayur, and other generic Indonesian dishes :) I'm looking for a private room near my campus. Preferably within walking distance, or at least one bus/train ride away. And house/flat mates around my own age (but different is also okay) with compatible vibes.
I am a clean and organised person, looking for a decent sized room in a suburb close to the city and close to a train station. I would prefer to only live with females. I have a warm and calm personality, am very respectful to others and their space, and appreciate it in return. I work full time in the events and music industry, so I'm a busy person who works irregular hours at times. I love my quiet down time and can be introverted after a long day at work, but also love a great chat (or drink) with friendly people. Looking to move out of home for the first time, so I can grow as a person and gain some independence. I am flexible with move dates as I am not pressured for time. I don't have a dog myself, but I love animals! Ideally, I'd love a large room to fit my piano keyboard in (don’t worry, I will always practice with headphones on), and my own bathroom if possible :)
Two minute walk to Bay Run and Light Rail Station. Five minute walk to UTS Rowers for a beer or two. End of a cul-de-sac. There is plenty of street parking always. Close to Leichardt Market Place and Norton Street, easy to get to nice restaurants and cafes in Rozelle and Blamain
I clean up after myself and i'm super laid back. I have friendly well trained cat named Casper that goes where I go and is a generally cool guy. I work 4-5 nights a week and usually sleep till the afternoon. Fashion buff, arty farty & fairly spiritual 🦋 Not interested in sharing a room. Not looking outside the inner west. Not interested in rooms that don't allow pets! Thank you!

Hi! I’m a 29 year old Canadian coming to Sydney for a working holiday! I’m looking to find a great place to live and ideally would like to stay in the same spot for a year. I recently completed a two year working holiday in England and stayed at the same job and flat the whole time! I’m very clean, quiet, and respectful. A private, furnished room is a must. I would like to be centrally located. Being near public transportation is important to me, and preferably near a supermarket and gym. Ideally there will be laundry facilities onsite. I do not need parking. I arrive in Sydney in February 26th, so I won’t be available for viewings until then, but I’m hoping to move in on March 1st!
i'm an engineer looking for a modern place around Sydney. i'm a friendly, sociable, easy going, genuine guy, quiet, respectful, clean and tidy. I enjoy going to the beach and the gym. not much of a party guy. it would be nice to have a few friendly roommates, to hangout with and who could show me around.
