I'm a clean, tidy and an easy going girl. I like my own space and respect others desire for that too, but I'd really like to find some other chill people to live with who get along and don't mind having a drink and hanging out every now and then:)

Northern Irish Pastry chef working full time in Ryde Massive foodie Easy going, clean but not ocd, love my own space but also love having company and someone as equally easy going and fun to share a house with! Looking for a short term place from 24th November until 7th January!
Hi, This is Chandrima, 26 year old. I am a PhD student at the Australian National University and will be finishing it soon. I am going to move to Sydney in the beginning of November this year as a research student in the University of Sydney. I am looking to rent a studio apartment/one bed room flat/ small house close to Sydney Central for myself, the budget being $350-450. I am clean, tidy and reliable (I have been living in a student accommodation in Canberra since 2016). I do not smoke and do not have pets. I also like gardening. So, if you have a garden and want someone to look after it, I am the ideal person ! Please feel free to send me messages if you want to know more. Thanks, Chandrima

I’m neat and tidy. I like being social but at the same time I will need my quiet time and respect that others will need the same. Generally, I’m a great person to live with! 😊
I’m from Melbourne & moving to Sydney for work. I was an accountant for over 10 years before moving to the hospitality industry. I now conduct cooking classes, consult to the industry & run a catering company. I’m a very clean, neat & friendly person! I love cooking & experimenting in the kitchen, so chances are you’ll end up being my taste testers😀
TUR➡️AUS 4+ yrs A 29-year-old thriving civil engineer. Explorer. Active. Lover of Mexican & Italian cuisines. Fruit enthusiast. Career driven. Truth seeking. Avid reader. Self-reliant. Life is extraordinary & I’m grateful. Main Interests; Cooking and food Health and fitness Music Personal development Reading Socialising Sports Travel Important personal qualities; Kindness Consideration Compassion Respect Being an attentive listener Food sharing and furniture; I try to eat clean though it’s so hard nowadays with all the convenience at our finger tips. Home-cooked meal is the best and, on occasion, I enjoy sharing my food and would like to hear feedback. My current house is fully furnished. The plan is to sell it all before moving into a new place. That said, I don’t mind keeping some of it and bringing with me. Being neat & tidy is #1 rule as it's the first thing I would like to find out about a flatmate. Currently looking for a private room. Hope to hear from you ! Please note that I'm reasonably flexible about price providing that it's a good value for money. Thanks, Huss.
I’m on a WHV from Dublin, working full time in a cell centre Monday to Friday in the city. I work a lot of evenings so I'm like an old lady during the week. I spent most weekends going out for drinks and to gigs. Too often left feeling sorry for myself on a Sunday morning so those days usually consist of Uber eats and Netflix. I also smoke more than I should but I'm not an asshole so I will do it outside (or down the road if it's a non smoking property). I don't take life too seriously which is to be expected of a 21 year old. That said I'm still a very tidy person and respect people's privacy. It would be nice to live with like minded people of a similar age so that the place feels more like home rather than just a room. I like my down time but I'm not a hermit either, I'm always up for a chat if you'll indulge me. I sadly don't have any pets so living with a furry friend would be an added bonus.
