I am a 27 year old full time professional and part time student. Gay. Work rotating rosters , shift work and most weekends. Very easy going and social. Clean and tidy. Love to cook. Up for a drink and a yarn, though respect privacy of everyone I live with. Hoping to find a decent sized room with a built in. Some kind of view would be a plus. And off street parking would be brilliant. My plans are quite up in the air at the moment, I don't need to move from my current place until mid September so my 'Move in' date is quite vague and flexible.
this place is a very quiet street and very convenient to everywhere. easy access to public transport--light rail station is 6min walking distance, bus stop 2min walking distance. Great location: about 10 min drive to CITY or USYD /UTS; cafes and supermarkets are just around the corner! fast unlimited NBN network! and there is cleaner coming in weekly to clean the common area!
Just moments to Leichhardt Park, the Aquatic Centre, the light rail with easy access to the city and the famed Bay Run. I am moving out with a friend, my name is currently on the lease, the potential new housemate will need to take over my name on the lease. About the room The room easily fits a double bed (I have a chunky queen bed and it fits just fine, plus a bedside table and a tallboy), and there's a wardrobe. It is located at the back half of the house away from the traffic noise, next to the kitchen and the second living space/dining room. I really liked it for the quick access to kitchen, bathroom, and backyard while still having privacy (as kitchen and 2nd living are rarely occupied). Plenty on street parking Unlimited internet $26 per month Electricity approx. $100 per quarter
Looking to move any time around August 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Hi! I'm a friendly, easy-going, quiet guy. Not a party animal (those days are past) - but I like music, podcasts and unwinding with Netflix or a movie. I've recently returned from 6 years overseas, and am looking to set myself up in Sydney. I'm currently looking for work and am likely to be starting study soon. I'm responsible, tidy(ish) and a half-decent cook.

I'm pretty easy going and like living with people who are happy to share a meal and a drink from time to time, but are also respectful of each others space.

Hi All! My name is Emily (but I prefer Em), and I'm about to finally fulfilling my lifelong dream of living in Sydney. I'll be working full time in the city, and will be looking for accommodation near by. I also study part-time online (Master of Economics). I'm pretty quiet, but I do enjoy a good chat over a beer or glass of wine. I like to crack jokes, but I can't guarantee that they'll be any good... I love all sports. I like to keep fit and healthy, and love to explore the outdoors. I'm very clean and tidy, especially in the communal areas. I'm a non-smoker. My party days are pretty much behind me, I'd much rather be curled up in bed reading a good book. I'm not just looking for a roof over my head, but a place I can really call home, and some new friends to share my experiences with. If I sound like your type of housemate, then I'd love to hear from you! I'm open to both existing households or teaming up with others to start a new house. Cheers! Em
A penchant for gin and most things involving alcohol, very laid back f/t working in hospitality. I enjoy keeping active, cooking, the outdoors and meeting new people from different cultures. I am a very easy going person with a sense of humour. Always up for being sociable or an outing but enjoy a quiet night in just as much, I also understand the importance of keeping common areas tidy and it is a view I appreciate in house-mates. I'm happy to help with any cooking/cleaning after meals as it's only fair when living in shared accommodation :) I'm financially stable and work quite a lot but luckily always have Sunday's off. I'm happy to provide any additional information if you are still wondering about me or can be contacted on the number provided if you would like to arrange an interview/opportunity to view the room. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Kieran

I'm a professional, young, fun guy who has been living in Sydney for 21 years and living in shared houses for 2 years. I work full time in advertising and enjoy the fun things in life. I spend my weeknights usually cooking and relaxing after work. Whereas I spend my weekends usually out of the house or having some friends over for some drinks. I'd love to live with other neat, young professionals who share a passion for cooking and enjoy a drink or 2.
Hey :)! I am moving to Sydney in June to start a new role with the media company I work for. I am originally from Melbourne but have spent the last year in lovely Adelaide. I am easy-going and enjoy being able to have good chats with the people I live with, but also respect other people's space. For fun I love to check out gigs, go for runs and hikes and catch up with mates over meals or drinks.
