The Apartment is really close to the westfields a two minute walk and close to Liverpool station. As you can see in the photos it has a modern style and open living area with attached balcony and plenty of natural light due to windows and the big living room doors. Hey! I’m looking to rent out my room since I’ll be moving out. You will be sharing the unit with a 23 year old female. You have your own room though. Secure unit with fences surrounding and 2 intercoms for every entry. 5 min walk to liverpool plaza, 8 min walk to Westfield and 13 min walk to the station (there is a bus in front that comes every 10 mins that gets to the station in 4 mins). The bedroom is tiled and has a mirrored built in wardrobe. The room is small but it has a queen bed and leaves space for bedsides and small table. The is a window overlooking a tall tree. The rent includes unlimited internet, fetch TV, gas and water bills. The electricity bill will be split between 2 people every 3 months. There will only be 2 people in this unit in total. Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new fridge, kettles, microwave etc. There is a lot of pantry/fridge space. There is also a brand new washing machine and laundry room inside the unit.
The place is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 6th floor, with separate study nook and open plan dining/living. The second bedroom and main bathroom will be all yours. Then the study nook, dining and living room would all be shared. There is a very large balcony that runs from your bedroom at one end to my bedroom at the other end, across the living area. You could make your side your own if you like (I wouldn't mind a BBQ or outdoor furniture!). My side of the balcony has a small dog house and clothes rack. Your side has a small potted palm tree. We're also right above the river, so the view from the balcony is stunning. The sun rises out over the balcony, which means there's great lighting. The study has a printer, lamp and Nespresso coffee machine set-up. The living room has air conditioning. There is NBN Wi-Fi available. There's also a built-in shoe rack at the door to store your shoes and a built-in dishwasher in the kitchen to make life easy. The TV has surround sound with a boom box, which is great for watching movies. We are walking distance from Westfield and Liverpool train station, so everything is at your fingertips. This apartment block is very safe - to get into the building, carpark or lift you need a security pass and there is an intercom with video, so you can see anyone who is ringing your doorbell. There is a rooftop area, which would be incredible for entertaining, and currently they’re building cafes and restaurants on the ground floor. Apart from covering your share of the electricity, gas and internet bills (approximately $300/quarter or $23/week for one person) and helping with the cleaning, my only other request is that if I go home to Adelaide to see my family for a few days and you are also home, you could feed my dog Nala. Our food would be kept separate. Please feel free to come by to see if this place is right for you. I didn't fall in love with it until I saw it in person. Looking for a couple primarily to keep everyone's rent low, but will consider anyone.
