I’m going to be honest I like to drink and I smoke. I’m just looking for a place where I can get along with my roomies/ make friends who I can share good household habits with. I’m very clean and organised and enjoy cooking or socialising but also prefer to have some time to myself to finish off extra work I bring home or complete my studies and watch tv. I am a quiet, respectful 25 year old uni student and bartender. I like to keep myself busy so I'm out a lot, and when at home I generally keep to myself although I don't mind hanging out for a drink or dinner. I like to cook and would be happy to do group meals every now and then. I like to keep the house neat and tidy, and I have all the furnishings needed to fill a house (besides other bedrooms). I have a medium sized dog named Marley (Shepard x Collie) I adopted a couple of years ago now, she's super friendly and pretty chill. I generally keep her outside but like to let her inside occasionally. I'll also be looking after my brother's pet snake while he is overseas. My lease is up at the end of July, but the owners are selling so I may be able to move sooner. Looking to keep things cheap on the rent/bills and have found a few places I like that still allows personal space. Hope to hear from you soon :)
My mum told me I'm awesome. Can fix stuff, pretty handy with the ole duct tape. Dabble in the guitar, electrician by trade. Very considerate housemate, like to keep noise to a minimum. I work full time Monday to Friday 9-5 so I'm not home much during the day. I keep to myself when I'm home and play video games or my piano (which I use with headphones as it's electronic) so I'm usually quiet but I'm always down to chat with my roommates especially if I'm cooking. I also go out a lot especially weekends. I clean up after myself, I'm not dirty (except with humour sometimes), I do my chores. I am a light sleeper so I do appreciate if people could keep things down at night unless there's a house party or something, but that being said I do have my own measures to block out sound. Garage spot is a MUST as I love my car and want it to be safe at night. I do have experience with moving house, I've done a share home twice now. All in all I think I'm a quiet and great guy to live with and I generally never have a problem with what my roommates do. **Also I've had a few responses that have specified house rules which I want to clarify main things that I don't want restricted. Being a young male I don't want restrictions on: - Who I bring over - How much I drink - Where I drink - What I do in the privacy of my own room This being said, I'm not going to be noisy and I will respect when people are sleeping. I want a stress free home where I can relax, therefore I want to make sure I'm not going to be bombarded with rules. In regards to house parties, I would like to be able to bring over a few people but if too many people is a problem, then I respect the decision for that restriction. Thanks, Jeremy
I currently own a 3 bedroom Town House in a fully fenced, gated body corporate. I live by myself with my dog Charlotte. I have a medium size room I’m looking to rent out. Rent will include Body Corp and unlimited internet. The house is fully furnished however the room is completely empty ready for someone to move in! It’s a very quiet little neighbourhood and also very close to local shops and the M1. I do have air conditioning, Foxtel and a community pool. Parking can be for inside the complex or on the street.

The property is a 2 bedroom granny flat. My housemate and myself have to leave due to personal reasons and are looking for someone to take over the lease which has 4 months left. After which you can chose to leave or stay. You will have to submit an application to the real estate and once approved can move in. The bond is 4 weeks rent plus 2 weeks in advance so in total $1300 altogether. And than $260 a week in total. The house was brand new when we moved in so has only been lived a total of 2 months. I don't think pets are aloud inside but should be aloud outside (that's something you can request on your application to the realastate 😊) The place has air conditioning (which is awesome in summer!) Aswell as ceiling fans in both rooms and the living area. There is a cloth line at the side of the house. Electric drive top. Oven.
