Looking for someone to rent a house with. I’m an extremely clean living and quiet person. I work shift work, including weekends so there will be times I will need quiet when I’m sleeping during the day. Don’t mind an occasional drink but I’m done with the party scene. Don’t smoke and absolutely zero drugs at the house. I have a German shepherd puppy who will be coming with me who I am training to be obedient. She will be mostly an outside dog and will need a decent sized yard. I have a king bed and will require the main bedroom for this reason. I have furniture for a spare bedroom, washing machine, drier, second TV, fridge and kitchen supplies. I do not have a lounge or TV unit but can acquire these before moving in.

We are looking for a housemate to move into our warm and friendly 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Carindale's golf club estate. The house has plenty of space and is air conditioned. There is also a vacuummaid, several living areas, laundry chute, dishwasher, pond and is in a quiet neighbourhood. There is also a park and walking trails at the bottom of the street. It's a 2 min walk to the bus stop which goes to the city or Carindale shopping centre. We are a 5 min drive to the gateway motorway and Westfield Carindale. We are looking for someone reliable with rent, responsible and honest and we don't mind the age, however, we are not a party house! We are friendly and don't mind the odd glass of wine or BBQ. We actually have a few spare rooms! So you can choose whichever one suits your budget. We have bedroom furniture in one of the bedrooms, which you are welcome to use in the room you choose, or, the room can be unfurnished, depending on your preference. The rent includes all electricity, water, gas, garden maintenance and unlimited telstra wifi internet The upstairs bedroom has built in cupboards and is a good size and inclusive of all electricity, unlimited internet, gas, water and garden maintenance is $180 p.w We also have a ground floor bedroom (the only one downstairs ), with its own bathroom (not an ensuite) and it's own entry and little patio area. A good size bedroom with built in cupboards. The cost for this bedroom is $200 inclusive of all utilities). There is also a MASSIVE double size bedroom, with a walk in robe big enough to live in! This room also has a split system, reverse cycle air conditioning and 3 windows which makes the room light and breezy. This room is $220 per week. My partner and I have the master, which has its own ensuite. My partner is a carpenter and if not at work, can be found in his man cave (the garage). And I'm a property manager. They don’t shed hair either and are well behaved. House trained but do love cuddles. Looking for someone that doesn’t mind living with dogs. My dogs go to my ex when I’m at work so it’s just nights and Sun/Mon I have them.
Our place is next to Moreton Bay and we enjoy the on-shore winds during summer. If these don’t cool you down enough, your area is air - conditioned and we have a beautiful pool and spa. Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a two story house consisting of three and a bit rooms. The lounge/kitchen area contains a new stove/oven with suitable bench and cupboard space. Currently this room contains a decent sized fridge and a nice lounge. Other furniture is available. A lockable sliding door permits access to the outdoors area, which comes with an external glass table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view. The bedroom is large enough to have a queen size bed with side tables either side. It also has a large built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. The bathroom has recently been redone and is clean, airy and full of light. There is only one laundry and so is used by both us and yourself. There is a clothes line out the back near the garage, should you wish to dry your clothes there. We do not own a clothes dryer due to ecological arguments. The garage is big and there is room in there for the odd bits and pieces to be stored. We are at water level, (but no chance of flooding) which provides ease of access to the esplanade for your walking, bike riding etc. That’s about it. If you can think of any other questions to ask us, I hope you do it when you come to have a look.
