I mainly keep quietly to myself but also love to socialise when I have the time. I run a small business and will be returning to my 5th year of Architecture at UQ in July. I work from home so its essential that I have a high speed internet connection of 30mbps+ with plenty of data, and im happy to pay an excess to accommodate this. I am VERY clean and tidy. Extremely respectful and polite person. Tech wizard, I can fix ANY issue you're having with your computers or IT anytime for free. I will be bringing a small router (not a modem, the box the main internet connection plugs into) to create my own WiFi network in the house (if thats okay, it will not effect your systems or performance at all) for a VPN and security features that you're welcome to join and use. I generally use more electricity than the average person so I will be tracking all of my power usage to pay my share of electricity fairly. Depending on the living arrangements and/or space restrictions I am happy to share my 55" 4K HDR TV with the house. When I use a space I make sure I leave it the way I found it, if not cleaner. Great with kids as I have an infant nephew. I dont mind moving somewhere with kids, as long as they don't yell too much. Very handy with tools and household repairs or maintenance.

Hello :) I mostly keep to myself as I spend a lot of time gaming on my PC. I work full-time in Eight Mile Plains and would like to live within a 20 min drive to work, preferably bayside area. I don't have much furniture, will most likely buy what I need when I find the right place for myself.
