Have just moved back to Brisbane (my second home) i have lots of friends and family living in the south/east side of brisbane, and my job (advertising firm) is based in Manly/Wynnum at the moment, however the office could be moving to Morningside/Cannon hill area soon. Keen for a nice, clean, safe spot to chill out after work. Will be aiming to stay for at least 3+ months. after that i'm open to staying if i'm happy & content, or i can move on if required, no worries. Im a well presented single fella, hard-working, doing 7am-7pm most days, enjoy football and most sports, play competitive football (soccer) a few times mid week (matches on sats) and pretty active on the weekends in general, probably won’t be home much, and when I am I’ll be chilling watching docos, netflix & movies.

The room has an awesome view of moreton bay and islands, there is a smart tv in the lounge with netflix etc. The room isnt airconditioned but its an airy home and there is airconditioning in the lounge room, which adjoins bedroom if the need for airconditioning occurs. The home has multiple decks with uninterrupted water views and a bbq is available. Kitchen is shared and meals can be provided at an extra cost
