I work full time at the Brisbane Airport area in construction management. I like exercising (run, gym i.e. Jetts) early in the morning. Like going to live music events/gigs. I grew up on the Gold Coast (Burleigh) so I still spend a lot of weekends down there as I still have my room! as I surf, catching up with friends and family. I own the property and have been sharing for over 8 years. I've had over 110 beautiful people living with me, from all over the world. The house has alot of character and the BIG room available at the moment has been home to 2 tradies over the past 5 years. Each have stayed for 2 1/2 years., both becoming part of the family and though they have moved on to their "own space" they still come around and visit and enjoy a home cooked meal :-) We have a pool, BBQ, Foxtel and a kayak. You will be required to give a hand occasionally with a few house chores. There is NO bond. The rent is 1 week in advance.

Driving from Melbourne is exhausting, looking for a place to re-engergise... I work fulltime. Some days, I work from home. I'm also finishing off my engineering degree. I love getting outdoors/on the water and will most weekends. During the week, things are chill. A gym session, or cheeky wine and netflix, that sort of thing.. I prefer the dynamic of a sharehouse, so I want to keep it going with 2-4 other people. Sneaky drinks or cooking dinner together seems like a obvious thing to do for a happy home. Desides having rad housemates, other important things are single car worth of garage space for my windsurfing gear and other stuff, and proximity to the hills, the bay and/or the gym.
