Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
Hey, I’m 22 and I work two jobs; one as a preschool teacher and the other as disability support worker. I’m currently studying early childhood education and care. The lease in my current share house is ending at the end of December so I’d like move a couple of weeks before then. I’m mainly interested in teaming up to find a new place as I would like to start afresh. However, I am open to moving into an already leased house. I’m pretty busy and often also stay at my boyfriend’s place so I won’t be home every single day and night. I like to have my own space and am not keen on a party house but am also up for a good chat/glass of wine and a few friends over. If someone is interested in teaming up to find a place I would like to start looking in mid-late November/early December just so there is plenty of time to decide and get things organised.
My name is Lucky. I moved to Adelaide from Melbourne about 3weeks ago. Only just started my master degree program in Social Work at Flinders University. I'm a simple and down to earth person and certainly easy to get along with. I love to clean after myself and respect peoples space. I am basically that individual who wants the best for everyone and loves to see people happy.
Hey My name is Ruby, I study Social Work full time and have a Cafe job in the Markets and a Christmas casual job at Lush. I am outgoing and easy to get along I have lived in various share houses and therefore know and respect people personal space, I am clean and love a cleaning roster. I am looking to lease long-term Message me with any questions
Hi there, We are working class easy going people, coming from Darwin, enjoys the company of each other and stays in the room most times when not out in the community. We are in Adelaide for few days, looking for a room to share and we thought staying in a proper house will be better as its will be sort of home away from home. We are non-smokers, have no pet or children.
I’m from Queensland, moved down in March. I currently live with my cousin and her family. Looking to move somewhere closer to work, I work 38-50 hour weeks. I’m saving for a house so I’m not a party animal, although do enjoy a good laugh.
1 quiet Large room for rent. I'm not home a lot, work full time. And have a second job. Don't mind if it is short term rent. great location, the house is furnished excluding a bed in the room. Can arrange a bed if you need. Cupboard in room. No rent paid on time you are out, without questions.
The room is big and light, with a large built in wardrobe. The block we live on is 2 houses and a shed thats been turned into a room out the back, and the 7 of us share our living spaces between the two houses. We have a very nice garden that gets plenty of sun and flowers and has a nice lawn. The room available is in the front house which is home to 3 people. My housemates are very caring and lovely, and we have two dogs and some chooks, and our landlord is great. We are in Kingswood and close to bus stops, Mitcham train stop and Mitcham Shopping Centre, and less than 10 minutes from Belair National Park.
I am an international student at UniAdelaide who moved from Canada last year, I transferred my degree so I'm not an exchange/study abroad/temporary student. I'm loving Adelaide so far! I love forming good bonds with the people I am living with so that we live as friends and not just as housemates. I am very neat and clean and respect other's privacy. I would love to live with people who share the same views, especially regarding cleanliness. A relatively quiet person who loves reading, cooking and gardening, so frequent free tasty treats are given. You'll often find me curled on a bean bag cradling a book. Also, I love going on impromptu adventures, explore the wilderness, road trips, camping, hiking or a sunset by the beach. I don't mind having a night chat over a cup of tea and catch up every once in a while. :) Seeking a party-free, non-smoking, no-pets household; although, I wouldn't mind a cat. Contact me only if you're looking for/ listing all-female flats and around November. Thanks!
I will be doing a scientific stay at PIRSA SARDI till January and I am looking a room and nice partners to stay with and know Adelaide and Australian way of life. I like doing sports and active life. I am 29 yo and I am from Spain. Doing a PhD on plant ecophysiology
Hi friends! My name is Meg and I'm 23 and a theatre professional- I'm looking for accommodation during Fringe. My dates are the 4th of February to the 22nd of March and I'm keen to come back to Adelaide again this year. I work long hours during the fringe but I am very social and love to have fun- I'll respect your space as much or as little as you want. I'm originally from Brisbane but I currently am based in Sydney while I travel the world for my job as a stage manager. I'm truly flexible about everything regarding the room, I've stayed in all types of places and lived out of a suitcase for a long time, so I'm clean, know what it takes to be a good housemate, will care about the vibe of the house and will always pitch in with chores. You might go for days without seeing me if we're on different schedules but I'll make sure to do the dishes for when you come back ;) Hit me up if you've got something for me- I come with all the free fringe shows you could ever want!
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
Currently working full time in the Mitcham area, Mon-Fri 9-5, but sees me work a bit of out of hours also, with a stable government salary. I'm a pretty quiet, friendly and mellow guy, but am happy to socialize and am respectful of others space and like some quiet time occasionally. On the rare days off I like to get my life admin done and spend time with friends generally out and about. am looking for a room for probably 6-12 months.
