This brick and sandstone early 20th century house in a leafy street has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and floor coverings. Your room is furnished with a large wardrobe and a table, but no bed. The common areas including the kitchen are well equipped. There is a 900mm gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is also a top-loading washing machine. R/C airconditioning, and gas heating service the common areas. Less than 5 minutes walk to bus and train public transport, this house is approximately equidistant to both Adelaide and Flinders Universities and even closer to the Waite Institute. Mitcham shopping centre is also about 5 mins walk away. The front garden is a productive patch which is both beautiful and produces lots of vegetables - especially if you want to put in the work!
I'm a 25-year-old PhD student, I'm Belgian, but I've been living in the UK for the last 1,5 year. My hobbies are reading (a lot), everything SFF, sports and blogging.

48 year old professional guy working in Adelaide city. Spend most of my spare time outdoors engaging in endurance sports such as trail running, triathlons and mountain biking. When not out training or exploring, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, markets and winery trips. All this means I am not home much, however I am house trained and house proud, owning a few properties myself in NSW and QLD. Not into drugs of any nature and only occasionally have a few drinks. Not looking for a party house however am hoping to find a mature, fun, lively environment, clean and organised - a place to call home! Over the past 6 years I've shared with one other in different homes, with each lasting over 1.5 years - ranging from girls in their 20's to 40's, including a mum with her 8 year old son. Currently I share with one other mature guy in a lovely house in Unley however the lease is up and the owner wants to sell. Thanks Andrew
I would say I am a laid back and down to earth person with a strong passion for technology and the arts. I am well versed in flatmate living arrangements and I consider myself to be very courteous and generous. I work in Computer Science and Audio Technology, I also study part-time to further my keen interests and my career. I am always on a quest for knowledge and yearn to learn something new every day :)
I have just finished uni and started working. I am clean and easy to get along with. There must be mutual respect for each other. I have been house sharing for 5 years now, and i have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy relaxing over food and getting out on the weekends.

Hobbies include motocross, watching tv shows, eating unhealthy, relaxing on weekends, the occasional beverage! Big animal lover, would love to one day get my own pet. Clean, independent, easy to get along with, like time to myself but also enjoy company. I enjoy going out on the town every now and then, and relaxing with friends I am a social smoker & 420 friendly! Would love to hear what you got, so send me a msg
I believe that I am great to live with because I am a 19 year old independent man on the mission to live my life in the best possible way I can! I study hospitality at TAFE, but my real passion is to write. I love writing. I love reading. I love listening to music. I love socializing with my friends and experiencing new life experiences - originally from Lobethal, currently living in Eastwood and my rental situation is that I'm allergic to my roommate's cat so it's kinda hard to live here and I just want to find somewhere with roomies who are sociable but let me do my own thing, independently - maximum I would be willing to spend is $140 a week - maximum bond I can pay is one week's rent but no bond would be better (the 140 a week is including bills and internet - spending 140 a week currently and I'd rather not be spending anymore than that unless there was internet and bills included in the rent). I'd love roomies that I could actually be friends with! If you're interested - message me and get to know me better!
Hey I'm Hannah, I'm currently living by myself but looking for housemate to get a new place with. I work full time as a gym manager and personal trainer and keep fairly busy. I'm super clean and tidy and also like the quiet so would need a housemate who was similar in that way! I also have a cat who is very friendly so would need someone who could live with him too! I enjoy company but also like my own space. I spend most of my spare time at the gym training! I rarely go out so not one to have parties etc. I'm hoping to find someone similar who I could get along well with, male or female.
Lovely big backyard with a spacious 2 bedroom and 1 study home. All the usual items required plus; - Dishwasher - Dryer - Gas heater - Air-conditioning - BBQ - Spa bath - Separate laundry - Second toilet No couples or smokers please.
My housemate Georgia and i are looking for a new housemate (or Couple!) to come and live with us. Preferably one who likes to garden :) Would suit one person who likes lots of room or well suited to a couple as there is a lot of space! There is a large main room with an attached walk in robe/storage room and an extended section overlooking the garden that can be used for anything desired - Yoga, library, study etc :) The room is $150 for a single person or $200 for a couple. The house is nice, spacious and a bit quirky, though not overly well insulated - can get a bit hot in summer and cold in winter. We have a lovely big yard, with lots of trees and veggie garden space. I love to garden, but i would welcome some help out there! Outside pets only as per landlords request. Must get along with our 3 lovely chooks Hilda, Lucy and Charlotte who supply us with regular eggs. Currently we are looking for a short term renter as our lease ends on the 31st of December. However there is the potential to renew the lease, and both current housemates are interested in staying on if able.
Hey guys, if your ideal share house is your own uninterrupted quiet and private space then look no further! This fantastic room is a modern garage conversion which is totally separate to the house giving you your own private retreat. No more being woken up by other residents making noise at all hours of the night! The room is fully furnished with a single bed, a massive double wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, a large-screen television, sound system, your own dining table and a microwave. The living area has a projector and surround sound system which is fantastic for watching movies as well as a piano and fully equipped kitchen with modern gas-top cooking and a dishwasher. The rear yard is huge with plenty of room for outdoor entertaining. It's still a work in progress but eventually we will have gardens as well as an outdoor dining set. You're only 20 minutes by bus to Flinders university (10 mins by car) and 24 minutes by bus to the CBD. A short walk will take you to Drakes Foodland supermarket and a short 2 minute drive will take you to a huge new Woolworths shopping center as well as plenty of restaurants and take-away shops to choose from. We are one couple living at the address and we're very easygoing and great company. So please don't hesitate to contact us and come and say hi! Looking forward to meeting you :)
Located 15 minutes from the city, within walking distance to the train and bus station. Great view of the beach and very close to mitcham shopping centre. Unlimited NBN available at additional cost, with free netflix
