Located in the beautiful, leafy green suburb of Lower Mitcham. Very large room with queen bed and vintage lounge. Big backyard with entertaining area, trampoline and fruit trees! Close to shops (Mitcham Square - GoodLife gym, Wallis cinema) and excellent cafes (Cafe on Eggmont and Local Crowd). Public transport (train and bus). Easy access to both University of Adelaide and Flinders University.
I'm an student/part-time worker looking for adventure. I come from a small city/large town on an island called Victoria. Not Victoria, Australia but Victoria, Canada. I clean up after myself, I wash my own dishes, hell I'll even vacuum and clean the washrooms if I have time because I kinda like doing that stuff. I'm looking to room for at least 4 months in Melbourne. I have 6ish years restaurant experience at 3 different places, and all the stupid drunk stories I can't remember until I get drunk and remember said stupid stories. Cheers, heres to good times.
Hi, I am a 21 year old uni student. I study part time and play soccer, so I'm generally pretty busy! I love to socialise and hang out with friends, but I'm also very independent. I'm clean, organised and tidy. I am looking for a clean, comfortable place to live with friendly but not too loud housemates. I am currently living in a sharehouse but want somewhere a little quieter and with less people (ideally 3 people in the house). Would love to hear from you!
I am a 20 yo physio student who is seeking to move out of college. Easy going, clean and tidy, respectful of others and can cook as well. Not much of a drinker but I do go out occasionally. Looking to find a house with a mix of genders preferably but not a deal breaker.
Easy going, I work a lot and and live an active life. Love to cook. I'm not home a lot.
I am a survivor of psychopathic abuse. I've recently broken free from this toxic situation and am in the process of healing. I am discovering a strength and love for myself that I never knew was possible. I'm excited to be starting a new chapter of my life and getting back to my own interests. I have a new passion for studying personality disorders like psychopathy and narcissism so I am doing a lot of reading and writing. I am a neat, respectful and peaceful person to live with. I love cooking vegan food and training in various martial arts.
Hi. My name is Joachim. Im 23 years old and i am from Norway. I study business in Norway, and i am taking an exchange semester at Flinders university. Im a social person and easy to hang around. So i hope we can make a nice flat during my stay in Australia. A few things about me. I love sports and to work out. I also enjoy a chill night in the flat with some good food and a movie. As a former backpacker i really love travelling, and can´t wait to explore Australia.
Heya I'm moving to Adelaide from Melbourne at the start of November. I work full time in hospitality and will be studying Biodiversity and Conservation next year. I love being sociable especially on weekends but usually pretty quiet during the week, always down for a chat. Not a neat freak but care about the house feeling like a home (paying bills on time, doing the weekly clean) Wanting to find a house with a good vibe and easy going housemates :)
I am a 24 year old girl from country Victoria. I moved to Adelaide to go to university and I am currently in my fifth year of law. As a housemate I am a very relaxed and considerate. I keep all of my things in my own space and like my surroundings to be clean and neat.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Everything you want virtually at your doorstep including public transport, shops, cafes etc. Only six apartments on your side of the building. The other residents are long term, respectful, quiet and friendly. The unit attracts a lot of natural light. Security window and doors. Unit is located in a tree lined neighbourhood that is charming and peaceful. The street itself carries only local traffic. The unit is completely unfurnished so you can decorate it to suite your preference. The unit is in a good school zone district. No pets and non smoking residence.
I am easy going, clean and funny...but that last one is just my opinion. I will be working full time in the new year (currently 4 day a week) and studying online. I don't have any pets but I'd love to live with a dog (or person) who needs a jogging buddy. I am happy to help with the cleaning of shared spaces and quite enjoy cooking; although I normally meal prep once a week, I am definitely open to "family" dinners on occasion. I am vegan but I don't care what you eat as long as you don't ask me to. I'm normally down for a catch up, drink or movie night, but do need my own space at times. I can contribute a fridge, washing machine and some other electronics if needed; and would prefer an unfurnished room, but I can be flexible with this. (Own bathroom would be the dream...*happy sigh*)
Hi I'm Lauren! I'm a clean, quiet non-smoker with a passion for gaming, reading fantasy, and binge watching a good series on Netflix! I work part time for Essentials 4 Women SA. I am a little introverted, but once I get to know someone I open up. I bring with me an extensive library of books, which I am happy to lend out, and a pretty nice collection of gaming consoles and games, which again I am happy for any housemates to borrow. I enjoy curling up for a movie and a quiet drink on the weekend. Originally from the Limestone Coast, I enjoy camping and swimming, and also knit, make chain maille jewellery, and occasionally sew (I'm good for turning up the hem on your pants). I am a cat lover, but my cat lives with my parents, and will not be joining us in Adelaide. As such, I am delighted to lavish love and attention on a housemate's cat, should they have one. I have great rental history, and can provide references from both former landlords and former housemates. Look forward to hearing from you!

Work full time in private wealth and risk management and completing my Masters in Feb; so study most weeknights and generally make little noise even when socialising. Clean, great at fixing things / handy, active, healthy eater (but a whisky and wine lover), cook a lot, gym daily, read a bit, and come with a ~9,000gb movie and series collection that makes Netflix look lame and an awesome coffee machine. Flexible on furnishings / appliances etc, happy to sell or store gear, but have almost everything. Keen to hang out a bit, not fussed if you want to keep to yourself. Happy to move as early as December. Listed suburbs are preferences, happy with anything within around 15 minutes drive of CBD. Share housed for about 6 years in total generally with 2 or more people.
Hi, My name is Alice. I'm a high school teacher and am looking for a room in a shared house. I am very tidy and clean and like to cook a meal each night for dinner. I am always happy to share my dinners with my housemates...they're not a masterchef creation but it is good, delicious and healthy food. I have a miniature schnauzer called Clark. He is only 1 but has completed 5 levels of obedience school. He does not lose any hair and spends the days outside whilst I'm at work. I bring him in each evening for a few hours before he goes outside to sleep. He is also looking for a place to call home and unfortunately he is a non-negotiable for me. Where I go, he comes. You would have the privilege of laughing at his little quirks and if you go for a walk, he's great company. I ride my road bike on weekends and a couple of times during the week before or after school. I really enjoy sports but play only socially. Alice

Hey friends, I'm Lucy, I'm 20 years old and currently still living with my family Looking to move out within the next few months for more freedom and independence. (Don't be worried that if you were to get a house with me I'd be hit hard with reality and take off half way through the lease, because when I plan something, I stick to it, and this is me forever, or at least the amount of time I commit too) I work Monday to Friday in a Call Centre, work evenings and weekends part time, and work weekends doing Freelance Makeup. On weekends when I'm not working I party like most 20 year old's do. When at home, I like to lounge around either in my bed with Netflix, or on the couch with a good movie, which will most likely result in afternoon naps or dancing around the house with no pants on (I'll try to be fully dressed when your family comes over but no promises) In a roommate I'd be looking for someone like minded and respectful, it would be a huge plus to become friends aswel rather than just passing in the kitchen everyday (I can understand that becoming friends with your roommate can ruin things but I'd be determent to keep the divide) In a house I would be looking for something clean and low maintenance (not necessarily new but preferably new appliances) , would love a spare bedroom (which we can both use) for when friends need to stay, and a dishwasher for me is a must. (Nice bathtub also preferable for lush bath bombs!) I also wanted to mention first up, I have collected a lot of the furniture that would be required for the shared spaces in our home so I'm not too fussed (would actually be preferable) if you didn't have much furniture already, hence avoiding having double.
