Hi, I'm a 23 year old student currently in my masters. I'm undertaking placement in Adelaide. Incredibly easy going,
I am a full time student and spend most of my time studying, volunteering, or resting. I'm a respectful and friendly introvert; I will happily help around the house and chat over some food, but also respect and appreciate personal space. I'm comfortable living with either pets or no pets, and generally pretty easy going.

"Your" bedroom has a beautiful view of the city lights and is a great size. It’s a spacious 3.4 metres wide by 4.2 long, so it will easily fit a king or queen size bed etc etc. It has polished floorboards, built in wardrobes with lots of storage, curtains, ceiling fan with a remote, a TV point, and power points at both ends of the room. The house is furnished, but the vacant bedroom is not. The upstairs of the house has polished floorboards, 3 bedrooms all with built in wardrobes (mine, a guest bedroom and the one for rent), bathroom, separate toilet, and another room used as a study/office. There's also an upstairs balcony that runs the length of the house. Beautiful views and the city lights can be seen from the balcony and both main bedrooms (includes the one for rent). Down stairs has a lounge with parquetry floors, a wood burning fire, a large Fujitsu split system heater / air con, kitchen, separate dining with a bay window and slate floors, and a separate room for storage. Outside - downstairs has a partly sheltered and lawned area for BBQ, socialising etc. The house is on a large block so there’s plenty room for growing things if you’re a keen gardener. There is also off street parking with a double access driveway. Belair is a great central location. From here it’s about 20mins to the city, or 20mins to Marion Shopping Centre/Cinema complex, it’s about 5 mins to Blackwood which has Coles, Woolworths, Foodland, lots of local shops and places to eat, plus public transport (Blackwood and Coromandel train stations and lots of busses). It’s about 7 mins to Mitcham, which has very similar amenities to Blackwood, and also has a Wallis Cinema. The Belair and Glenalta train stations are only minutes away from here as is the bus. This house is in a nice and quiet area surrounded by trees and plenty of birds, even a resident koala. Thanks for checking out the ad, looking forward to hearing from you. Carolyn :)
Hey my name is Jay, I was born and raised in Adelaide and I am 24 years old. I am a Social Worker currently working as a school counsellor. I also work casually in child care and occasionally run wine tours. I am easy going, clean and organised, love to cook and share great food (I have a waffle maker!) with others and I love coffee and wine. Happy to live with men and/or women and don't mind if you want to invite friends/family over. As I work a lot you won't see me much during the days but I do like to chill out at night and not do much. Enjoy spending time with others but also love my alone time. My move in date is flexible however I definitely won't be ready to move till late June/early July 2017.
Hi, I am a full time worker in the city looking for a place that has two rooms available (so that i can have a bedroom and living space) or with someone willing to split a three bedroom place. I do have a cat, he is very well behaved and has his own scratching post so no worries about destroyed furniture. I am a very good cook and am happy to split meals and such :) My hobbies include random Sunday drives, beach walks and reading. * I likely can not move until July but am sussing out some places now
We want to start a new share house ! I am NOT interested in renting a room anywhere, so please do not offer !! I'm currently in a 3-bedroom house with someone renting a room, and I'd like to explore options for when my lease expires in September and I am not sure if my current housemate would want to move with me. I want to start a houseshare, where we look at houses together, sign a lease together and share the house and not just rent a room. I come with my English Pointer cross and a few bicycles. All of us live inside :) I have furniture and whitegoods for a house, and bedroom furniture for myself and a spare/guest room. But we can always adjust what goes in. I'll be looking at areas near the beach between Henley and Brighton, also along the southern foothills maybe(Mitcham, Panorama...) This is not the search for an option to live super cheap, rather to get more bang for your buck. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms, a spare room, spacious living areas. Someone should be willing to spend $200-$250 plus expenses, so that we can get something nice. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect. I'm 40 (but refuse to grow up), work fulltime in the city, love cycling and triathlon, don't mind the odd drink, I'm not a health-nut and enjoy my creature comforts. I do like it tidy in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom especially). My dog Zara is a bit shy at first, but nothing that can't be resolved with treats, and she is really a big sook!. She doesn't want to live in a party house, too many loud noises scare her ;), and she's also not used to kids, so I am looking for single people or couples only. My current house is pretty good but not quite perfect, so I want to keep my eyes open for the ideal housemate/house. If I find that, I would also consider breaking my lease here.
Coffee professional. I will be a great addition to any house that enjoys caffeine. Work full time in Stirling, and have very active life outside of work between dance classes, theatre rehearsals, and hospitality events.
Everything you want virtually at your doorstep including public transport, shops, cafes etc. Only six apartments on your side of the building. The other residents are long term, respectful, quiet and friendly. The unit attracts a lot of natural light. Security window and doors. Unit is located in a tree lined neighbourhood that is charming and peaceful. The street itself carries only local traffic. The unit is completely unfurnished so you can decorate it to suite your preference. The unit is in a good school zone district. No pets and non smoking residence.
Hey dudes (and dudettes). I am working a full time (permanent position), from 8am till 4pm five days a week. Very easy to get a long with and quite cruisy majority of the time. Do enjoy hanging out with mates most weekends and also relaxing either playing games, listening to some tunes or watching movies. I am a very clean person and take pride in being this way. Hoping to find some people who share similar ideals and interests as myself to create or join in to a pretty groovy household.
Hi, I'm a cheerful, friendly, respectful guy, divorced with grown kids. I believe in sharing, accepting others' differences and doing my part, and I get on fine with all ages. I'm clean, quiet and responsible. I'm an environmental management consultant. I'm currently working in Malaysia but I'll be back in Adelaide from 1st June.
Hi there for anyone that's interested my name is Adam tucker I completed year 12 last year, I am about to turn 19 I'm currently living with my grandma in Belair and would like to move into a new place asap. I do have rental history, am always reliable on playing rent and tend to keep to myself a bit but also know how to have a good time
Hi there, a full time travel agent needing to move closer to work. I keep to myself but would love to let my hair down occasionally. I love cooking and don't mind cleaning. Would love to learn to be more active. Would love to meet some new friends as well :) Suburbs are approximate but essentially would love to be anywhere on the train line.
Hi - my partner and myself are a quiet couple and we both work fulltime. One of us is working in healthcare and studying business and travel. The other is working as a production worker and studying construction. We tend to be quite busy with work and study. However, do enjoy to go out with friends when possible. We have a 1yo dog who is medium sized and quite settled also! We are social, fun people and enjoy making new friendships! We currently are renting in Mount Barker and as of June we are open to do anything! :)
I'm 27 years old. I am a single, with no partner commitments etc. I am a chef by trade, I have been a chef and cooking in the industry for about 8 years now. I am currently in the process of completing my cert III in aged care and disability individual support, to become a carer, so I am currently at this particular time in my life, temporarily giving my usual trade as a chef a break to complete my cert III in support. I am currently renting a unit by myself through a real estate agent. I have Previously rented many other places in the past, also on my own. However I am only just fairly recently came out of a bad relationship in the middle of last year, and had to start at the bottom so to speak,so my affordability at this point in time is alot less than initially. , and I am now looking for a sharehouse accommodation. To try something different, meet new people. And live somewhere comfortable, tidy, and affordable to call my home. I have one small female Maltese x shitzhu, her name is kasper and she is five. She is my babygirls, and she generally is only a inside pet, and with me most of the time, she doesn't sleep out doors or alone. Wen I'm not home or heading out etc, generally she comes with me, and I drop her off with my parents, until I pick her up again throughout the day so she isn't alone I need somewhere safe, reliable and secure to live with a some form of a backyard for kasper to stretch her legs occasionally, and not be able to disappear through any fences etc. I am looking to share more so in mainly bigger sized houses, that give me privacy and some personal space, or if available a separate room with own bathroom etc, granny flat? Etc I'm Clean, tidy. Respectful, and like my own company. I don't party to often at all. And I generally prefer to keep my social life/friends separate to my home environment, within reason and depending on the circumstances. I am a smoker. But an outdoor smoker. my current lease is coming up to an ending in two months. Around the ending of July. If you would like to know anything more or have anything you think might suit my needs. Please don't hesitate to contact me via text, firstly, until I have returned the contact and organised to find out more, and organised to possibly meet with you to discuss more. Thanks
I am Alexia. I'm 27 years old and from France. I am living at the moment around Mount Barker but would like to move closest to the city within 3 to 4 weeks. I am currently studying Leadership and Management and working part-time in hospitallity. I am pretty pretty easy going quiet and tidy. Always happy to meet new people but I also like having time on my own. I enjoy going to the gym, have a wine, outdoors, stroll at the beach, discover surroundings... Trying to enjoy life as much as I can :) I would prefer live with 1 or 2 other people not more but I could change my mind if I come across nice places. I like pets but I am not a huge fan of cat :D Feel free to contact me if my profile sounds like we could get along ;)
Stunning treetop views! Large private room, with aircon The house has a great deck, living room with working fireplace (fantastic in winter) and aircon, and modern kitchen with dishwasher. On offer is a large private bedroom with its own sunroom. There is room for a bedroom, plus your own living space or study in one. The room has some inbuilt storage, plus its own reverse-cycle airconditioner, and treetop views. The home is on a leafy peaceful street, has a veggie patch, walking distance to Belair National Park, and is around the corner from a fantastic bakery! The room is currently unfurnished but some furnishings can be supplied if required. Easy access via public transport to the city or Flinders. Walk to Pinera station (Belair train line), or take the bus. 10 minute drive to Flinders Uni/Hospital, and under 5 minutes to Blackwood. Walk to local shops and cafes, and parks including Belair National Park (great for hiking and bike trails). Looking for a friendly housemate who likes to keep it chilled-out at home. There are solar panels on the roof, and the fireplace is great at heating up the space; which keeps electricity bills to a minimum. Sorry, no pets. *** Please note: these photos do not reflect current furnishings **
This house is a little gem amongst the gum trees. It is convienently located within walking distance (10mins, downhill) to Pasadena Shopping Center and Goodwood Road bus stops, whilst in a very quiet area. Plus it's only a 7min drive to Lynton Railway Station. It is definately the most 'Aussie' home I've ever been in - with kookaburras, skinks, lorikeets, blue tongues, and koalas as frequent visitors. Firstly, *All tenants will be on the lease. Currently, this ends in October but we have definate plans to renew. *Please note that the house is at the top of an incredible steep driveway, with 15-20 steps uphill from the quiet street below. *Bedroom available is 298cmx390cm, unfurnished, with double window. Includes wardobe - seamless to wall - with hanging space one side, shelves the other plus storage space on top. House has: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, small but modern kitchen with dishwasher, walk-in pantry, laundry with washing machine, garage and seperate tool shed, front porch, large lounge / dining area, small study area in front foyer, extra area off kitchen which we hope to turn into second living area. There is ducted air con in main living areas, and an oil heater in the open lounge/dining/kitchen (L-shaped with half-wall divide). Overall it is a really well designed house despite the small footprint - especially compared to the extensive garden in both front and back. We are also applicable for the NBN and are researching plans.
Hello! I'm Imogen, 25, currently working casually within the hospitality industry and studying a BA full time at Flinders Uni, majoring in History. I'm looking for a place to move into ASAP, hopefully with some really relaxed people and preferably for a minimum of 12 months. I am quite easy going but also rather introverted, when I'm not at uni I spend a lot of time at home, I am just as happy spending time by myself as I am with other people. I find joy from watching movies/television series. I understand fully the need/want for personal space within a shared environment but am also happy to spend time hanging out from time to time. Please feel free to contact me regarding a room!
Hi! I'm Lisa. I'm a neat and tidy female who works full time in marketing and likes to lead an active, busy life. I'm a sociable person who is quite communal in nature, but I also like to have some solitary time, too, and understand when others need the same. I spend a lot of my free time cycling, skating or at the gym, and have two friendly, lovable small dogs (Jack Russell and Fox Terrier) who would also be joining me.
I am looking to move closer to my work and therefore am looking around the city. I am a very independent indivdidual and work as a food design teacher. I am an easy going individual who enjoys good wine, food, and company.
Honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. Went to Scotch college and am very familiar with the area. Always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment.
Great location, close to Mitcham Shopping Centre, bus and train. Friendly and easy going landlady who works full time. One uni student son living in lower ground level. I enjoy cooking, travelling and spending time with friends. We have regular cleaners. Electricity, Gas and Internet included. Available now.
