Hi there!
I’m Justine, 56yo and looking to find a place to stay until I find a permanent home. I was renting a room in Yangebup up until a couple of months ago, but the owner has sold the house and I needed to move and the place I moved to has turned out to be unsuitable for a number of reasons. I have some inheritance money coming to me that should enable me to buy my own place, or at least secure a decent rental, but I don’t know how long that will take. Realistically, I’m guessing at least 3 months.
I live a pretty quiet life. I have a bit of part time work but am expecting to start a new full time job in June- I have completed all the interviews and pre-employment requirements, just waiting on background checks etc. . I mainly like to hang out at home cooking and watching movies and tv series. Outdoor smoker in the process of cutting down to give up, but stress levels are not making it easy! Enjoy a chat over a cuppa or glass of something, but happy to respect others space. Catch up with my girls as much as I can on weekends and holidays. Yangebup landlord is happy to give me a reference, as is the agent for my former rental.
I do have a small dog, who has been staying with my kids at their fathers place, but he is no longer willing to have him, so i either need to find a pet-friendly place or were probably going to have to surrender him, which would break our hearts.
