Not looking for a new flash home, as cheap as it gets and closest to the ocean or bay, on its own block ( house) we can work out bills together and hiring a gardener would suit me. I have my own bedroom furniture, big fridge, medium washing machine. NickNacks for the kitchen. Need backyard access for my car and trailer too! The rest l will get in time op shopping. I’m drug and alcohol free, smoke tobacco outside only. I like a neat comfortable home/furniture maintained/respected ...if people around me are playing loud music and I like it I score free music 🎧 no heavy/ triple heavy mental : ) insane tunes! Just got a job in singleton, I’m from Melbourne arrived here ‘early sept 17’ and staying! Most important is money/responsibility in paying rent/ bills on time/days early. Walking distance to the beach and new Lakelands shopping centre and public transport with all the modern cons.This room has just become available for rent, previous tenant happy to supply references. Less than 400m from the beach! It's a big, spacious (4x2) house. Lots of little things make it all the better; 4x3m rooms, decent size shower, mirrored robes, big kitchen, massive breakfast bar, wide driveway. Brand new place but that means the landscaping is a work in progress. No garden maintenance on the plus side for now. Flooring is mostly hard and patterned, enabling easy and infrequent cleaning. The place has reverse cycle A/C (ducted & zoned), solar panels which can handle the A/C's cost and helps keep the bills down if used when the sun is up, BBQ, rowing machine, furnished common areas, a well equipped kitchen and NBN (FTTP, incl free Netflix). The location has a brilliant bakery 200m away with other minor shops, the beach 400m away, although the nearest pub is 4km away. A designated 'pub bike' is available. The 3rd bedroom has been left as a guest room.
One street from the beach, close to centre of town. Bus stop around the corner, bus goes to Mandurah train station. Reverse cycle aircon, dishwasher, under cover entertaining area. Shared with one mid 20's female and a really cute doggy. Would suit FIFO Available from December 12, may be earlier.
Great area, close to beach, secret harbour, shops and public transport. Ducted ac and heat tv point in all bedrooms along with 2 x tv areas. Bigger than normal bedrooms all with double wardrobes built in and 2 x fridges run to cater for all housemates. Sit outside in the evenings with a cool drink and you can hear the surf breaking on the shore. Social people with a good sense of humour would be well suited.
Great area, close to the beach (1km walk), shops being built 2 minute walk away, public transport, cafes near by, park at the end of the street, is in the new area. The area is nice, quiet and the neighbours are friendly. The house is only 2 years old. It has 4 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice bright kitchen with a walk-in pantry, dining room, and 2 living spaces. A nice back yard where I'm growing my own veggies. Being clean and tidy is asked, I don’t expect it to be kept immaculate, lived in is fine. From outside you can hear the surf breaking on the beach.
I have a beautiful modern 7 bedroom 3 bathroom home that sits on the prestigious Secret Harbour golf course. I live 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins the other way to the shops. I have a big pool out back and a lovely alfresco outdoor entertaining area. I currently have my young son and one housemate living with me. All bedrooms are queen sized and furnished. All bills, wifi and Netflix are included in the price. I also have a house cleaner which is included in your rent but you are to clean your own room which is pretty standard. The house is massive and no one gets in each others way. All I ask is to respect others in the house, clean up after yourself and be neat and tidy. We are all happy here and get along well. Responsible but have tonnes of fun. There have never been any qualms or problems with any of my prior housemates. All smooth like one big happy family.
Location! - Beachside property in Mandurah. I have a two bedroom, 2 storey villa in Halls Head Mandurah, just across the road from the beach. The property is a 5 minute drive from central Mandurah and the estuary and is in commuting distance to Perth ( approximately an hour by rail or freeway). The villa itself is comfortable but basic, with a lounge, kitchen and laundry plus toilet and sink downstairs and full bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs ( the Master bedroom with ocean views ). The property also has a small enclosed back courtyard with bbq and small shed. I am currently in the process of restoring the property and am looking for responsible tenants who will treat the property respectfully . I am a seventeen year old male looking for shared accommodation in the Mandurah area so as to be situated near my places of work. I am currently employed by four different businesses and work the relative number of hours as though I had a full-time position. It would be preferable to move in on a Saturday, though urgency isn't a large factor and the date I have included in my details above is merely to fill the box, as is my length of stay, which is more dependent on how I find my time with my housemates. As an advocate for not judging a book by it's cover, and preferring to do things face-to-face, I won't include any other personal details here but will instead seek to meet whoever's listings I take interest in over coffee or a meal.

Summer Holidays? Time out or new to Mandurah? Ideally looking for someone who wants to stay for about 8 weeks, as our flatmate heads overseas for this period. Also open to look at slightly shorter or longer terms, as there is enough space if the terms overlap. Interested to stay in a very nice place and enjoy Christmas Lights on the waterfront?
I'm a physio student on a 5 week placement in February/March so I'm looking for short term accommodation. I'm clean and tidy, always happy to have a chat and a laugh. I love cooking, outdoors stuff like mountain biking and rock climbing but probably won't have a lot of time to fun while I'm on placement. I will be heading back to Perth for work on weekends.
