*Not looking to move in until June/July* I live in Brisbane at the moment but I'm moving back to Adelaide to start studying midyear at UniSA. I love my sports, I used to play basketball at South Adelaide and footy at Kenilworth and I'm a huge Western Bulldogs fan but can always get behind the crows. I love coffee and I have the biggest sweet tooth. I also love to have a drink (don't hold it against me but I love the Woolshed) but I also love a chill night at home. I'm preferably looking to live with other students but I am pretty flexible. Feel free to message me if you want to know anything else :)
The property is large with 3 bedrooms plus a rumpus room out the back with a table tennis table. Nice under cover areas allow for entertaining and the large yard has many fruit trees and veggies patches to grow your own fruit, veggies and herbs. The kitchen is large and modern with gas cooking and a dishwasher. Nice space with plenty of off street parking and a cozy pot belly fire place to keep you warm on the cold nights. Cooking and water are in gas and electricity is on solar so bills are cheap :)
I am from Canada, I've been in Australia for about ten months now. I'm currently doing my postgrad law degree at the University of Adelaide. I am a very outgoing and adventurous person. If I am not doing ridiculous amount of uni work, I will be outside doing some sort of activity. I am a clean and tidy person, ideally looking for a place that has the same mindset.
Great location, quiet environment, perfect for students. Short walk to Unisa Magill campus and really close to the bus stop directly into the city! Plenty of parking space out the front. Comfortable room sizes, easily fit a double bed and a desk. Shaded outdoor entertaining area with a Webber and pizza oven available to use. 3 private bedroom share house. Currently occupied by myself and a university student. Ideally looking for someone 20-30yo working/studying full time.
The room is large and it is fitted with a built in wardrobe, double bed, desk and it also has a split system air-conditioning unit. The kitchen area is large and the lounge room has a 65 inch TV which includes netflix. Additionally, there is a pergola/ decking area to relax in. My house is conveniently located near bus stops (B 10 and H 30). It is also a close distance from The University of South Australia (Magill campus) and Morialta Conservation Park.
Works in Hospitals Mon- Fri, with some weekends. Always happy and friendly, play my acoustic guitar softly, dabble in ps4, drink whiskey and beer socially, keep my surroundings clean. Like to keep fit, but then go through phases of extreme eating where i cant move for weeks. Looking for a centrally located home due to work travels. Lover of animals, but have none. Enjoy watching the footy but am not religious about it. Feel free to send any questions!
Looking for a room to rent for myself and Alaskan Malamute, Maia. Currently in a share-house. I’m clean, respectful person. Working in childcare so have police clearance. I work Mon-Fri. My dog is very well mannered and behaved and gets on well with other dogs. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends but a lot of my time is consumed by my dog when I’m not at work. We go on walks regularly and hit love spending time together. I do enjoy a cheeky wine or beer after a long day at work. I’m very easy going and always down for a chat!
Brand new 3 story townhouse located at the the foothills and is right behind a beautiful cafe. This property is the perfect location with a bus stop located right at the end of the driveway and Magill University a 2 minute walk away, and the shops are all within walking distance too. The kitchen and living room, which is located on the third floor has a view which overlooks the entire city. The kitchen, living room and laundry are all shared, however you have your own personal ensuite in your room, with a shower and toilet. In addition, you have your own personal court yard outside your bedroom
Hello! I am looking for a temporary place until my friend's current lease runs out. Probably the beginning/mid July, I will be moving out. My partner from Argentina will be staying over between 11th of June-9th July. Am happy to pay couple's rent in that time. (He is 28. Clean. Very friendly. Is a fitness instructor) I am a clean, friendly person. I enjoy cooking for others so would be happy to do some cooking if needed on the days I'm not working. I enjoy learning about other people and cultures so ideally wouldn't mind living with someone social but also don't mind living with someone who keeps to themself.
Hey, I'm moving down to Adelaide from QLD for a full time job in healthcare and need a place to live! I am 22, with my own car and a reliable income. I can be pretty reserved and keep to myself but I look forward to becoming friends with my housemates. Ideally I would like to share with people around my age who are working or studying full time. Experienced Adelaidians can show me where to find the best pizza or if you're a newbie like me, we can find it together! Non smoker, No pets (but love doggos), Quiet, Clean, Independent, Honest, Reliable, Newbie! Cheers, Tim
Hi my name is Peter. I'm looking for share accommodation in Adelaide. I would be a house mate that mostly keeps to himself working on projects, hobbies and enjoying general activities with occasional chats and such. I like to be open in regards to any issues so they are resolved. I like to try and help others where I can and believe I would also potentially become a valued friend. I'm honest, reliable and trustworthy, prefer making any financial and general cleanliness responsibilities a priority where necessary. Thank you for taking the time to consider. Peter
If you're looking for a spacious, clean and quiet house amongst the trees in Magill, then this is the place for you! Walking distance to the Magill campus of UniSA. Less than 2 mins walk to public transport into the city, and very close to Morialta Conservation Park and local shops. Perfect location for students based at the Magill campus. The available room is the largest one - with BIR, wood floors, and a ceiling fan. Views out onto the front garden. Can be furnished if needed - or not, depending on what you need! The house is in a quiet and safe street in Magill. It has a beautiful front and back native garden (including orange tree!) which is v. low maintenance. Good sized kitchen with gas stove top, electric oven. One bathroom with glass shower and claw foot bathtub - separate toilet in the laundry. Large lounge and dining rooms with R/C A/C unit and gas heater - which keeps us toasty in winter and cool in summer! If this sounds like your kind of home, please get in touch! I would love to meet you and show you around the house :)
We love speend time with our flat mates, we are easygoing, clean honest and organised persons

Likes music, sports, bodyboarding, dogs, gaming and food. Easy going, happy to share with cooking meals, likes keeping things clean.
The house is on a nice street, walking distance to The Parade and Magill Road - bus stop on The Parade is approx. 100m from the house. Magill Road Shops are close by, as is Kensington Park and the Erindale Shops. The house has recently been repainted and new carpets installed, it is homely and comfortable, it is on a large block with a big backyard.
A caring and considerate person who like people who are positive and have a sense of humor. Value peoples space and prefer a chat once in a while. Neat and tidy. Indian origin. Willing to share a house or unit with men or women. Prefer being around people who are non judgemental and broadminded ☺ Looking a clean place where I feel home. Less party's and no heavy alcohol drinkers or smoking in the house.
Looking for a place as my current lease is expiring soon, looking for a great fit :) Moving date late April or early May preferred I'm very likeable, I have a really active lifestyle, so I don't spend much time at home. Love animals. Non-smoker, 420 friendly. Gay and almost vegan Medium-large bedroom ++ Tidy and clean housemates ++
I'm nice, understanding and try to see the positives in everything. I'm a full-time student, studying nursing, dedicating my life to others. Which also means I'm poor af RN lol. I love a bit of banter, but also keep to myself. I keep common areas tidy. Ummmm hit me up and ask? Peace
I have a passion for brunch, good bookshops and in my spare time, I love going to gigs and seeing my favourite bands live. I'm currently studying Politics and History at the University of Adelaide and also work at Coles in a permanent position. I'm an easy-going, organised, tidy and relatively quiet (but still willing to have a good time) person, I love to cook and appreciate chocolate a little more than I should. I'm looking for a place somewhere near the city so it's convenient for uni, that is bright and that I look forward to coming home to.
