If you are studying or working in Magill, in the hills, or in the city (or somewhere in between), then I highly suggest that you keep reading. I have taken over this excellently located house in Magill, and I am looking for someone to join me. If you are a student at Unisa, this is a brilliant location. Unisa Magill campus is literally at the end of the street. A five minute walk from the front door gets you to your lecture, making getting to classes on time super easy. The B10 bus into the city stops just around the corner, making transit into the city easy for anyone who works or studies in the city, and if you want to get into the hills, you can get on to Norton Summit Road without seeing a single traffic light. The there is a backyard, with a vegetable garden planted with a range of herbs and veg for the discerning cook. Figs, plums and grapes are also for the taking. There is also a large undercover entertaining area, and a garage/workshop if you need to store things or if you're feeling creative. The kitchen and living area are both quite large, plenty of room for living in. The front yard has sadly been neglected prior to me recently moving in, but this is in the process changing as I am in the process landscaping it over the next few weeks. I intend to make this a very nice place to come home to in fairly short order. Internet and normally sized bills will be included in the price (I do have a bit of a fair use policy though). Amazon prime video is included. The house also has ducted heating/aircon If you happen to be studying Psychology, You are welcome to my bookshelf, which contains about a metric tonne of books on the subject. Exaggeration? you'll have to decide for yourself. I love furbabies, but unfortunately the landlord does not, so I am afraid that pets aren't an option. There is also a couple from Italy staying here. they are very quiet, very friendly, and very tidy. Some people enjoy taking recreational drugs or smoking. The good news is that if you don't enjoy that kind of thing, then this is a great place for not doing so. Things that are close by: Morialta falls national park Firle Plaza The Tower Hotel Aldi About 7 Pizza places UniSA 2 Romeo's IGAs A bakery A hardware store Several Cafes and restaurants The local swimming pool Playing fields Gyms Busses to the city, paradise interchange, and norwood parade 3 chemists "The Gums" Penfold's Magill estate
It's an older house, great value, and has all the functional necessities like a laundry machine, gas stove, microwave, functional kitchen, and some office like spaces. If you keep it neat, its lovely, and there is lots of cafes, shops, and parks within walking distance. It even has an old abandoned veggie patch, for those so inclined. There is a bit of furniture if you want it, including a really comfy single bed. The house is a bit off the main road, so very quiet and peaceful. Gym stuff in the shed, bbq out back, air conditioning, and a great house mate. Bar fridge available.
Hi, I'm Laura. I'm 22 and working full time in social work Monday-Friday. I love keeping active and being outdoors! I'm a responsible and easy going person who is happy to socialise as well as do my own thing. I'm allergic to cats, so not interested in living anywhere with cats! 🙂
Hey there! I'm a full-time mobile game dev/office jockey working in the CBD, and I'm looking for a place to call home. If you're a fan of plants and spicy food I have a bunch of chillis that'll be coming with me, absolutely plenty to share around! I hit the gym a few nights a week and will probably cycle to work if there's a decent path to the city from the house. I'm a vegan (and avid recycler of plastics) so will look after my own food- but am always happy to cook a giant curry, pasta or whatever else I invent to share with the house. I've made some mean veggie burgers in the past and it's much more fun to share my cookery creations. I like to keep to myself in the mornings so I can get things done and get to work on time but am always up for a chat in the evening. If you're musical at all, I have two Rav Vasts (like a hybrid handpan/tongue drum) that are a bunch of fun to share and super quiet too. As far as cleaning, I like to clean as I go but am happy to do a schedule if that's more up your alley. If anything there sounds great, send me a message and I'd love to meet you all!
I am a shift worker and easy to get along with. Usually stays in my room and relax when am having an off day but most of the time am out working. Likes to be tidy as much as I can and also looking for flatmates that are tidy and clean and respect personal space. Currently looking for short term as I am unsure if I will be relocating interstate at the moment. I do not have a preferred location so long is convenient and has a place for me to park my car and not too far away from my workplace. Prefer bills + internet be included in the rent if possible.

Hello! We are a friendly, quiet couple who love animals, cooking, video games, reading, drawing and watching tv shows. I am working full time hours at Africola as a kitchenhand; I’ll be studying animation later this year. My partner is soon to be studying IT! We’d love to find a friendly place where we can relax, we’re considerate of others and we’re tidy people.
Hi guys, I am sort of ambivert guy who likes to go for hiking up in mountains or a stroll down the beach. I work in hospo and like to meet new lile minded people and a friendly and cosy place to stay in. Look forward to meet you !!
Hi, my name is Rachel. I currently work part time and have recently lost my second part time job due to the Adelaide office closing so am currently in the midst of looking for a second job or another one with full time hours. I keep relatively to myself and am very clean. I respect peoples belongings and very much expect the same in return. You'll only find the occasional dishes if I'm in a rush and don't have time to wash them before I leave the house - but trust me when I say that those dishes are on my mind all day! I have a bit of excess furniture, but nothing that can't be stored in a garage or shed where applicable. I’m semi social(?) I keep to myself a lot - planted in bed watching tv - I often see friends and family and rarely hover around. However I am not opposed to a drink or two here and there with housemates. I'm searching for secure long term tenancy, in excess of a year to multiple years would be ideal.
Hi I'm Brenton, I'm currently working part-time at a call centre however I will be studying full-time in a Bachelor of Media Arts beginning of 2019. I’m looking for a friendly environment where I can be happy to socialise with housemates and respect the space of others. I’m clean, responsible and get along with anyone. I love catching up with my friends, going to the movies and being social around others. I am happy to lease for 4 to 6 months and possibly extend up to 12 months as well.
I am a 20 year old student studying a combined degree in Communication & Media and Law, with a diploma of language in French! I also work part-time and love to keep busy. Due to the fact that my days are pretty busy, I like having my downtime at night. Whether that is sitting down with a cup of tea and a book or having a glass of wine with some friends. In my spare time, I love to paint, read, and write - honestly anything creative!
Hey I'm Georgia and I've just finished a degree in journalism, looking for work in the comms industry. Currently I'm working in hospo with good hours. I'm a quiet, easy-going person who likes to be social. Very clean and organised. I love fitness, reading, having a social drink and meeting new people!

I have a lease ending soon on my own place, looking to move into a share house to save money. I work 9-5/Mon-Fri. I'm easy going and like to socialise but also like my alone time and am mindful of others who want the same. I love to cook and clean, watch my shows and have the occasional drink with friends.
