I would be looking to live with someone the same! So I’m from Ireland and been here for 5 years now! I prefer to live with females also! Send me a message if you have something available as I need to be closer to my job!! Please don’t message if the house isn’t nice and homely, I want to live in a good place, not a dump :)
If you are studying or working in Magill, in the hills, or in the city (or somewhere in between), then I highly suggest that you keep reading. I have just moved into this excellently located house in Magill, and I am looking for someone (or two) to join me. If you are a student at Unisa, this is a brilliant location. Unisa Magill campus is literally at the end of the street. A five minute walk from the front door gets you to your lecture, making getting to classes on time super easy. The B10 bus into the city stops just around the corner, making transit into the city easy for anyone who works or studies in the city, and if you want to get into the hills, you can get on to Norton Summit Road without seeing a single traffic light. The there is a small back yard, with a vegetable garden which will soon be getting planted for winter, so if there is something you like, place your orders. Figs, plums and grapes are also for the taking, though you may have to hang around for a bit, as they are just finishing up. There is also a large undercover entertaining area, and a garage/workshop if you need to store things or if you're feeling creative. Full Disclosure: The house is not new, and there are a few things around the house that need fixing, which I am working with the landlord to resolve. For the most part, it is small stuff, but I like things to be in good repair. The front and back yards have sadly been neglected prior to me recently moving in, but will be changing. I intend to make this a very nice place to come home to in fairly short order. Internet and bills will be included in the price. Amazon prime video is included The house also has ducted heating/aircon There are three rooms, two smaller rooms and a larger one.
Hi there, I am an international student and I also have a part-time job at the moment. I am responsible, friendly and easy to get along with. I like to live an active but also sometimes quiet lifestyle, love to travel, meet my friends, love to do gardening, I don’t mind reading a good book or watching a nice movie ... I am a non-smoker, honest, clean. I am open for a nice talk but also respect (and need my) private time, I am respectful (of course also towards other peoples stuff) and I would consider myself as a happy and relaxed person. At home I am a photographer and social worker… what else... just ask me. ☺ I get along with my current flatmates very well and I am not in a hurry to move, just want to find the 'perfect' new home for me. Why? I would love to have a bit more space in my room as its really small. I also would love to do a bit of gardening (growing a few herbs and vegetables), so if you have a garden and you are fine with that, that would be great. I am for sure not a party animal but I like to have a friend over just from time to time to have a movie night or what ever together. So it would be nice, if you don't have problems with that. If you wish references from previous housemates, that wouldn’t be a problem. ☺ Would be a pleasure to hearing from you! :-) Thanks
Looking for 2 other people to team up and start a new share house, preferably 3-4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in the Eastern suburbs. I have 2 small dogs, so they must like animals. I have loads of general household furniture and white goods too. I’m in my final year of a teaching degree and have been living in a share house for 3 years. However the Landlord has just informed me that the house is going on the market soon, so I’ll have to move. I make a great housemate as I am quiet, friendly, respectful, mature and clean and tidy. Thanks :)
Hi whoever, I work FIFO roster so I will work away for 3 weeks (during this time I will be living at my work and not in Adelaide) and then I will have 3 weeks break to which i will be Living in the house in Adelaide. So I will only be there half the time I like my own company but also don't mind being social or whatevers going on. I don't care either way I'm pritty adaptable I love animals and fitness and being active. I'm pritty chill and easy going and friendly. My circumstance is situated primarily around my dog as her wellbeing is my main focus; I am I particular looking for a housemate/s Who adores dogs and is willing to take care of her and love her as if she was their own while I am away at work - I will obviously take care all expenses involved in the care taking of her. My dogs name is Sabah. She is a o year old medium size mongrel (we think Staffordshire cross) she is a very lovable dog; Loves people and attention and is very loyal. She is intelligent and obedient and is not a barking dog. Most people always comment on how obedient and loyal she is and the ones who have spent some time with her baby sitting her for me have gotten attached to her. A decent backyard is also optimal. I understand my circumstance is unique But my dog is my priority here so please don't contact me unless you feel you fit my requirements. If so I would love to here from you!

We are two sisters looking for a third female to share our house in Hectorville. We are 23 & 25, so are looking for someone between 20 & 30. We would be looking for you to move in ASAP, however it is also important for us to find the right person. Ideally you would stay until our lease is renewed next January, however we understand that life changes and we are flexible to that. We would appreciate for you to commit to at least 3 months, and that you would be working or studying. About the house: The house we are renting has character & is unique, but we think it’s cozy and homely and we are looking for someone who will feel the same way. There is a small lounge area and kitchen, (which we are still working on furnishing!), a laundry (currently missing a washing machine…if you had one that’d be a bonus!) and separate bathroom and toilet. Your room is approximately 3.8m x 2.4m and is unfurnished (although we could organise to furnish it with basic furniture if needed). It is right by the kitchen, so ideally you would be an early riser or a good sleeper, as we are both up and about between 6 and 7 in the morning. We have ducted airconditioning. Bills would be split evenly & we are looking at getting wifi, which would also be split. We would ask you to pay a 6 week bond, as we have done. About the area: We are less than 5 minutes from both the Rostrevor Romeo’s Foodland and the Firle Shopping Centre. We are within easy walking distance to buses into the city, and about 20 minutes from the city. Please send us a message, telling us a bit about yourself, if you are interested in coming to meet us & our house. Thanks, Eloise & Joanna

I’m super friendly, love having a chill night during the week and hanging out with friends in the weekend. Very tidy and responsible.
Non-smoker, I get along with just about everybody, not a guy who stays up till 3am every night blasting music. I’m a clean well domesticated guy (having lived with my 7 siblings). I have a laid back personality and I am mindful of others and respectful of their privacy. I work part time during the week and enjoy relaxing, being social and having a bit of banter in my free time. I’d be a very easy, reliable person to live with 😊
Hi everyone :) I'm a 28-year old nurse currently working in the area of Campbelltown hence the need for a new accomodation. I'm quiet but I wouldn't mind a good conversation over a cup of coffee or a trip to the local pub once in a while. I am on shift work and studying part-time so I'll be out of the house most the week. I have been living in adelaide for 2 years now and I'm very used to living in a shared house ( long term tenant). I will clean up after my mess, mindful of shared bathrooms and will help with the overall house chores. Move in date will be 13th of June or earlier.
I am looking for someone to share a three bedroom, one bathroom house in Firle. Separate toilet. Semi furnished, split system air conditioning, close to schools/UniSA, shops. Bedroom has built-ins. Close to public transport. Non – smoker. Subject to landlord approval.
Two stories double brick house with two kitchens, three bathrooms and central air con, the internet we have here is cable so it's relatively fast. The room that's being rented out has its own balcony, wardrobe, bedding and studying desk, all bills are shared which works out to be $40~50 per month per person. Right outside the house there's a H22 bus stop going straight to city through Grenfel Street (UniSA/Ade Uni East Campus) and Currie Street (UniSA West Campus), takes roughly 20 mins to get to the city. There is also bus stop within 5 mins walking distance which can take you straight to UniSA Magill Campus which the bus ride usually takes less than 10 minutes. Looking for non-smoking female Chinese tenants only, would like to keep the place tidy and clean at all times.
