Hi my name is Aimee and I'm 21. I work full time in real estate as a property manager. I like being active and outside on the weekends but also like socialising and meeting new people. I am tidy, like a clean house and would be a great housemate.
I'm a student, looking for somewhere to stay nearby. I'm a private and tidy person; my work and learning are what I am currently focused on and passionate about. I do enjoy being social and will do so when whenever the occasion calls for it. Prefer to keep to myself. I'm easy to get along with and am pretty adaptable. I'm from SA and have lived here my whole life. Right now I'm looking at a variety of options for living next year and am just testing the waters. Nothing is concrete as of yet. Thanks for reading!

I am a native of this fine city. My job is to turn paper into happiness. I am great to live with because I am open-minded (but closed enough that my brain stays in), reliable, funny, modest, and I can cook. I'm not real picky about fun as long as it's fun.
Hi, I am a 21 year old uni student. I study part time and play soccer, so I'm generally pretty busy! I love to socialise and hang out with friends, but I'm also very independent. I'm clean, organised and tidy. I am looking for a clean, comfortable place to live with friendly but not too loud housemates. I am currently living in a sharehouse but want somewhere a little quieter and with less people (ideally 3 people in the house). Would love to hear from you!
I have a super infectiously bright and positive personality and outlook on life, loves a social drink and also a quiet night in with the roomies. Will always do my part in a shared household. Clean, polite, friendly and tidy. I love dogs, the ocean, music and laughter with mates.

Hello! One large bedroom with an ensuite and spacious walk in wardrobe is available in a cool house with two housemates aged 20-30, one male, one female. The housemates are welcoming, relaxed, friendly, pretty tidy and respectful. Start date is flexible – Preferably early December (pending reference checks). The bedroom is the only room located on the mezzanine level, giving you lots of privacy. An off-street car-parking space is generally shared with one other housemate in addition to plenty of street parking, without time restrictions. A public reserve is located at the end of the quiet street, with a cycling/walking path taking you straight into the city in no time! The open plan living area is generous in size and fully furnished with a large TV, A/C.. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, pantry space and all the usual utensils. Washing machine available in the laundry and BBQ in the backyard. You'll just need a bed for your room, the rest of the house is already furnished. Water, gas and electricity bills are split evenly between the three housemates. The friendly landlord is the owner of the property and communicates directly with tenants infrequently, keeping the rent down. Bond is $860.00. One housemate covers the Netflix bill for the house 'cause he's a champ. So no charge to you. Winning. Internet is split with one housemate paying 60% the rest is shared. Great cafes, supermarkets and public transport within walking distance on Glen Osmond Road and Unley Road. Please feel free to contact me for more info and to view this great room!
We have 1 room available in our house in Parkside for $125 from late November. 5min drive/10min cycle or bus to the city. Supermarkets very close, big back yard, very nice area. Bills shared evenly - internet (NBN due to come in March, currently a bit slow), water, electricity, gas. The house has been passed between friends for a few years now so we’re very used to having a nice, friendly, clean and respectful house and are looking for housemates keen for a similar vibe. The outgoing housemates are taking: Lots of kitchen stuff - appliances and crockery Dining table and coffee table So if you have that kind of stuff it would help! Also we're looking at replacing one of our couches so that'd be a plus too
A pretty great three-bedroom house in a quiet and convenient (to public transport) street of Parkside. Super close to Frewville Foodland and a 15 min bike ride to the centre of the city. The house has floorboards (carpet in 2 main bedrooms), an outside entertaining areas, a big back garden (I just planted a vegetable garden and there's shed/artist studio), air-conditioning/heating and feels like a proper home. You'd need to bring bedroom furniture, but the rest of the place is fairly decked out (happy to accommodate additional furniture if required). Extra points if you own a lawn mower :)

Very close to the city, in a quiet group of units. Street parking. Considering it’s a small house it’s not great for parties, but guests are welcome! We are very close to the Leicester Street pub which is great for hanging out. Happy to provide a bed to those who don’t have furniture! Air conditioning is not available in the rooms but is in the main living area. Wanting to find a nice person that is clean and respectful of others. Fully furnished queen bedroom available in a very spacious, clean and comfortable townhouse. The location is excellent being walking distance to Unley shopping centre and many Unley Road cafes and restaurants. It is very close to the city (walking distance) and to city buses. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, bedside table, clothes rack and storage. Nightly and short term stays are accepted. There are two other bedrooms so you will share with 2 other persons working 9-5 hours. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant only, as the master bedroom has its own ensuite. It's a great location, easy to get into the city and the house has plenty of space with a nice little backyard. There are a few nice cafes only a short walk away, a pub on the street (but far enough away that you cant hear it). Public transport is also really easy with a bus stop at the end of the road, but if you have a car we have parking available. The room itself is unfurnished (it does have a painting on the wall) but its has a built in robe in the wall for storage and clothing.
He i'm Shams, i'm in my final few months of post-grad medicine looking for a flatshare or place to myself. I'll be working at the RAH next year so i'm looking to be in the city or in an inner suburb. I'm a tidy and relatively social person but respect other personal space and privacy. Ideally looking for someone similar, who would love to have a wine and dinner every once in a while in the house. Looking for somewhere between 4months-12months.
New to Adelaide, splitting my time between work in the Grenfell St office and Roxby Downs for BHP. I'm a keen runner and avid coffee drinker, so I much prefer my Saturday mornings to Friday nights - no need to worry about me keeping you up all night. Between travel to and from site and Melbourne from time to time to see my girlfriend, I'll definitely be a low contact housemate. I own a car and currently live alone in a fully furnished house. I can sell as much or as little as I need to depending on the setup I move into, but would prefer to keep the car and move into an unfurnished bedroom if able. If you're after someone who's clean and respectful, pays their bills on time, and is good value for a chat when he's around, I could well be your guy. If you're after someone to have mid-week drinks and massive Saturdays with, I'm probably not. Having said that, the biggest motivation for me to share instead of living alone is to make new friends in a new city, so it'll be important for me that we click. I'd prefer not to live with students to avoid potential fights over money - rest assured I'll pay my share and on time, I'd just prefer not to have to squabble over a few bucks or who drank more milk this week.
Hi guys My name is Kivi. I'm a 21 years old internetional student. I study full time and work part time. I'm very clean, outgoing and considerate, enjoy music, yoga and cooking.
