The kitchen and bathroom are both brand new and spotless, with the rest of the house being light filled and gorgeous to live in. Feel free to email or text to arrange to come and see the room / meet Laura and I.
It's cosy, with a comfy living area and a cute little outdoor courtyard that I've been working on turning into a nice garden area. It has air-conditioning downstairs, a shared bathroom, and a small-but-effective kitchen. There are no particular rules for the house. Generally, I'm looking for someone tidy (who on this site isn't?) and laid back, who doesn't mind having a chat and sometimes sharing dinner or a glass of wine at the end of the day, but who is equally independent and happy doing their own thing. The house is fully furnished, aside from the bedroom. It's also currently missing a TV, and will soon be without a fridge.
Return verandah, character home in beautiful Parkside. Clean, quiet friendly environment, perfect for studying or relaxing. Upgraded facilities. Ducted cooling. Furnished and equipped. One double room. $180 including expenses (electricity, gas, water, unlimited internet, fortnightly cleaner and gardening) Larger room has feature fireplace and garden view $190 including expenses.
Hi, My name is Reece I'm 21. I am easy to get along with. I work full time in the construction industry. I am from goolwa but am currently working in Adelaide. Therefore I am looking to move to somewhere that is relatively close to the city. I am a very clean person and love to cook. I also love a good TV series to binge on! Hi everyone, I'm looking for accommodation and work in Adelaide simultaneously. I have two cats but I'll probably have to leave one or both of them behind with family. I work in transport and considering naturopathic studies part time. I'm a musician but I'll use headphones when required and I'll go out for music rehearsal. I can usually talk in depth on a wide variety of things and have a good sense of humor. It would be cool to live near the showgrounds and walk across the road every Sunday and buy fresh produce at the farmers market. I can prepare healthy stir fries and salads etc if that's helpful for anyone. Thanks for reading my profile.
Hey - just moved back from a couple of years in London and looking for a social sharehouse. Love yoga & snowboarding, heading to gigs and enjoying the beach. Enjoy G&T's, a glass of wine or crafty cider and a decent curry. Keen to live with at least two others who share similar interests as the best flatmates are those you can be friends with too :)

I am an easy going, clean, quiet housemate. I like my own space, but also love to socialise and get out and explore SA. I don't mind pets, and don't have a gender preference for housemates. I'm looking for a place available in mid-January :) Thanks!
Just recently moved to Adelaide from Melbourne. I am looking for share accommodation (male/female) close to the city. Preferably close to bus/tram stops.
Hi! My name is Beatriz, I'm from Colombia, a country I happen to love live in. This year I decided to get a new picture of the world and what better place to Sydney! My plan is to stydy english in the morning and work in the afternoon, bust most of all to enjoy the city in every way. I study Business Administration in Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá - Colombia, the best business school of the country. In Colombia I live in the caribbean cost so I will be spending a lot of time on the beach! I love a good tan and I love cocktails, specially Margaritas. I'm a really good rommate, I LOVE to cook, is one of my things! I'm really clean and organized, so you can't expect a messy room if you live with me :)
The house is located in the popular city fringe suburb of Unley. In between Unley Road and King William Road, close to the CBD, transport, cafes and Unley Shopping Centre. The three bedroom house is fully furnished (except for the available bedroom). We are two professionals (one male and one female) and are looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate to share with. We are both friendly and lead pretty busy lives. The house has one bathroom and two toilets. The bills (including electricity, water usage and water supply) are shared equally. We use the services of a cleaner once a fortnight (this cost is also shared) and this cost is additional to the rent. The house would suit someone who works full time. Sorry, no students, pets or smokers.
Returned to Adelaide after 20 years in the UK. Professional, looking for a place close to the City. Easy to live/ share with, very happy to join in with jobs around the place. Interested in culture, music and the Adelaide way of life.

Hi! Great to meet you! My name's Louis (pronounced without the S). I am an Adelaidean, born and raised in the savage hills where the roads wind forever and the spiders are your roommates. Currently, I'm looking for a shorter commute into the Adelaide CBD to finish my Software Engineering degree at Adelaide Uni. I only have a semester to go, so I'm guaranteed to be around for six months, but I can't say anything solid for after that. While I study, I am currently in a paid internship with a software company in the city. This will be full time until I start the semester and then move on to part time. I love to share a drink, play board games, go on a short run every now and then, hang out with pets, and binging YouTube with the rest. Whether my housemates are reserved or like to get loud, I'm fine with either. As for maintaining a place, I can cook, clean, launder clothes, troubleshoot stuff, and learn whatever else is needed, as long as it's a shared effort. I'm not exactly a neat freak, but I can be flexible to the needs of others (trust me, I grew up under two older sisters, I can take some pushing around). Some afternoons and weekends, I like to hang out with my friends to play tabletop roleplaying games (your Dungeons and Dragons-type affairs, though not that system exactly). I'll be liable to get into long conversations with people who are fans of Pathfinder and GURPS 4th ed. Anyway, don't hesitate to sling me a message if you'd like any further info and I'll get back to you if I can. P.S. While my listing specifies January 16th as my moving date, I am not being hurried out and can move any time between then and mid-February.
Howdy! I'm an easy going 24 year old female who has just moved here from QLD and am looking for a fully furnished room to rent. I work fulltime, am clean, tidy, respectful and reliable. Love of triplej, yoga, good food, wine, tea, craft and cooking are preferable but not essential in a future house mate :-) If you're looking for a teamup please don't hesitate to get in touch!

Both myself and my friend Taila are respectful and responsible for ourselves and our impact on the house we live in and the people we live with. We both like our own space, but also enjoy socialising over a glass of wine and some nice cheeses :P We are students studying at Flinders; I am in my last semester of creative writing and filmmaking while Taila is halfway through her Psychology degree. We both have partime/casual jobs that work around our university schedules. In our downtime we enjoy video games, eating out, good music and exercising. We both enjoy cooking and I would be happy to cook for people from time to time. I am a pretty good cook :P We come with all furnishings excluding your bedroom stuff :)

In my spare time I like to binge watch films and catch up with family or my boyfriend. Preferably looking for others around a similar age that enjoy sharing a few drinks and conversation together to share a home with. I am very organised in terms of paying bills on time, and I definitely hope for somewhere that feels more of a home than just a bunch of people living together.
