We are looking for a housemate (or a couple) to move into an amazing house in Malvern. Superbly located at the end of a no through road, our house is in a very quiet but convenient area, and features new carpets, newly painted walls, air conditioning, floor boards, front and back verandas, and a large back garden, with fruit trees. The house and backyard are great for entertaining or simply to relax on a blanket under the trees and read a book all afternoon. The house is the perfect place to study or relax in after a long day's work. There is a large backyard for entertaining, and a separate laundry area with a washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen are both original, but neat and tidy. The property is located on a very quiet street, and the local bakery is a 1 minute walk away. 4 minutes walk away are the local shops on Duthy Street (Butcher, Fruit and Veg). There are also two bus services (15 minute go zones) 2 minutes walk away. There are two rooms available: Rear room - $165/week Front room - $195/week Fully furnished room is available for an additional $10/week. The rooms becoming available have a wardrobe, fan, air-conditioning, and window. Bills (water, gas, electricity, internet) are additional to the weekly rent and are fixed at $35.00/person/week. This cost is fixed so the tenant can be sure that they won't pay more for anything. Couples are welcome (at a small additional charge). Bond is the equivalent of four weeks total rent. Bond is 4 x rent+bills. Internet is an unlimited high speed satellite wireless broadband.
I am a young software dev from Canberra moving to Adelaide for an exciting job opportunity. I would like to meet some easy-going flatmates that can also help me get adjusted to living in a new city. I generally keep to myself but that doesn't mean I don't love going out or having a bit of banter. My interests include gym, hip-hop, video games and martial arts.
Hi! I am a student looking for a place to live for a few months. I am going on exchange from Canada to University of South Australia starting February 2020, until July 2020. I am from Toronto and I study Medical Sciences at Brock University. I am going into my 3rd year of undergraduate studies! I love outdoor activities, exercise and creating healthy meals and recipes. I am clean quiet and very respectful, and I look forward to new adventures in Australia! Shoot me a message if your place has a room available for the 5 months!
Heya! This is Nandini, I am a Physiotherapist and work full-time. I barely have much free time, but when I do, I am either sleeping or Netflix-ing. I am not really a party person, in spare time I enjoy a drink or two in the balcony. I am pretty quite and tidy, and respectful of other's privacy. Love beaches and dogs!!
Hi there, I am moving from Perth to Adelaide for a new job (and career!) at St Andrews Hospital as a sterilisation technician. I am looking for a place close to the CBD so that I can walk/ride to work as I will be working early mornings and late nights (but no night shifts). I have two indoor guinea pigs, George and Albie, that I hope will be welcome too! They are very quiet and contained and being indoor, I keep them extremely clean but am I willing to adjust their living arrangements to suit. My husband will be joining me in Adelaide in about six months so a flexible stay time would be ideal as I will be looking for our own rental in the meantime. I am a tidy and considerate person, quiet but friendly and drama-free!
Hi, we are Tyron and Bethanie, two friends (and a cat) who are looking to team-up to start a new rental property. Tyron is 22 years old and is currently studying at uni. When he isn't studying, he is working at a liquor store and practicing making cocktails. In his spare time he loves to relax and play some games, and recently bought a switch. If you like casual drinks and playing smash bros then he's your guy. Bethanie is 21 and studying art. For work she is a swim teacher (no she won't teach you how to swim). When she has some spare time she loves making things, such as candles, and looking after her cat. She might have some projects around the house, so if you're ok with having art here and there, she is the housemate for you. We are looking for housemates that are kind and communicate, just generally decent people. We would love to be able to hang out at the end of a long week together, and have a generally happy and friendly household. As mentioned earlier, we do have a cat (called Moritz), so if you are allergic or aren't a big fan of cats, this might not be the place for you. Hopefully we hear from you soon!
Single male, full time afternoon shift worker. Experienced share renter, always pay on time, respect others space and privacy. Easy going guy who does share of household chores and likes to live in a clean and tidy environment.
Friendly, respectful, professional looking for a room close to the city/Norwood. I have a house down at Moana, but am looking to avoid the commute and rent an affordable room near work for Monday-Thursday every week! I'm a great housemate, clean, quiet and fun :)
Full time home/commercial painter. On weekends/days off, you may find me hiking the countryside, riding some trails on my bike, at the beach, gym, camping... Anything outdoors. I like to keep reasonably fit and healthy. People describe me as having a laid back, open minded (accepting), calm and friendly personality. All the usual good stuff! I'm normally pretty tired during the week so i require some quiet time (no loud socialising with friends, music, TV etc.) Sun-Thurs nights. I'll happily do the same for whoever I share a house with. I prefer things to be neat and tidy, I always clean up after myself, I don't like a messy unkept house. I'm happy to share the house cleaning duties when needed. Cheers The End.
