Hi there, I'm Larisa! I'm currently doing a Masters degree in publishing and am also working part-time in hospitality. I'm looking for a new home that's a little bit closer to the city, as I'm there for uni a few days a week. I'd love to move into a place with some flatmates who are tidy and respectful, but also keen to have a wine (or two) or watch some Netflix! When I'm not studying or working, I love to binge watch tv shows, read, dance, and bake (and yes, I do share food!).
Female 45 years old with own business working from home (online). looking for quite accommodation either on own or with one other person. 6 months or more, preferred. A small secure yard is preferable as I have a mature miniature (toy) poodle that does not shed and is house trained. I keep to myself mostly but when appropriate am happy to have conversation and a quiet drink. I am flexible with peoples work hours and am accustomed to shift worker's schedules.
Hi! A little bit about me: I'm 20 and studying teaching at Deakin. I keep to myself most of the time but love a good chat too! I love quiet nights in with a good movie and I'm super into live music and try to go to concerts as much as I can. I know I'm young which can be a bit of a red flag for some people but I'm really looking for a mature, stable household with peaceful housemates rather than a party house. I'm a tidy person by nature and very considerate of other people, especially the ones I live with. I'm always reliable and on time when it comes to paying bills and rent so there'll never be any issues with that kind of stuff. I'm more than happy to pay one months rent in advance as well as bond if needed and if the house is in need of a new fridge/washing machine/microwave/etc I'd be happy to buy a new one when I move in. Hoping to hear from you soon!
I'm clean, easygoing, adjustable and can easily cope with others in no time. My friend and I will be studying at Monash University, Caulfield campus(Course MIT).
I am a recent uni graduate, working full-time for the year before heading back for postgrad next year. I have a cute little rescue cat called Max (she is strictly an indoor cat). It will take her some time to warm up to you, but you'll love it when she does. I have been living in sharehouses for five years, have loved it and made lots of good friends and had great experiences. I would also be happy living with one or two others, upon meeting the right people. Or preferably a place of my own, whether this is a partially private living situation (e.g. private kitchen/bathroom with shared living space), granny flat or privately rented apartment. I have an exemplary tenancy record, which I can provide many references for (including for Max). My strengths as a tenant/flatmate are my habits of being very clean, love of gardening and handiness, and clear communication. I currently work in operating theatres at St Vincent Private, and plan on studying paramedicine beginning next year. In my spare time, I see a lot of local live music with my friends, and visit bars on the weekend. I also volunteer with the SES and will sometimes be out at weird hours with that, but it means I am super handy and can fix the roof on the cheap if need be (it's happened before!)
Hi there! My name is Caitlin, I'm a 20 years old and studying full time media and communications at Monash University. First I would love to tell you a bit about myself - I am from Wagga Wagga, NSW and have been living in Melbourne since March. After finishing high school in 2015, I lived and worked in England for 18 months, travelling around different parts of Europe in my spare time! Following this, I spent 3 months in Mexico before coming home this year to begin my university studies! I am a pretty chill person who loves to have their own space, but I do enjoy a bit of company and having a gossip over a cuppa or a glass of wine. I also love musical theatre and have a habit of singing all the time - but I do shut up if I'm told! I am looking to rent a room from the 20th of July til whenever, so if I sound like I'd fit in with you and your housemates, please send me a message!

Hi ! My name is Chich and I’m 40 years old. Im a very clean and tidy person. I work a lot of the time including weekends. In my free time I like to relax or go visit friends. I don’t mind a chat now and then. I’m very respectful to people’s things, privacy and space.
I'm a student from Malaysia for a 5-month exchange to Monash Caulfield. I love portrait photography! Would love to meet new people in Melbourne to photograph. I'm neat, tidy, and a considerate person to live with.
Hey guys! Currently putting the feelers out for a new place to live! I'm originally from country New South Wales, having moved to Melbourne in May 2016 to chase some bigger career opportunities. I currently work in the health industry and am thinking about going back to study, not entirely sure yet! I'm a very laid back guy, not much phases me. I enjoy the footy, adventuring and exploring my new surroundings, reading, the occasional netflix binge, gaming, gymming, and hitting the town for a drink or fourteen. My work schedule is Sunday to Thursday at this stage, just your standard 9 to 5 deal. Flick me a message if you would like to know more or to organise a catch up! Cheers! Ryan.
I am a student, I'm moving for study. I'm from Adelaide where I've lived in a bunch of lovely places - I'm not a share house novice! Non-smoker, tidy. I love buying flowers even though I can't afford them. I can cook.
I’m from Brisbane and have just relocated to Melbourne for work. I’m in a senior-level professional role, situated in the eastern suburbs. I’m easygoing, friendly and respectful. I spend most of my spare time outdoors - cycling, hiking, climbing - and am rarely at home. I also enjoy wine, coffee and food! I get along with almost anyone, and enjoy good conversation! I’m looking for a flatmate in a similar position and with a similar outlook!

I’m moving over to Melbourne at the beginning of June to start my PhD at Monash University (Clayton). I’m moving over with my beautiful cat, who is very cuddly but needs gentle attention as she is pretty old. I’m very friendly, down to earth and easy to live with. I’m more than happy to have a glass of wine, a chat and a good laugh, but I also like quiet and my space. I’m looking for someone who is much the same. Ideally I’d like to rent out a 2 bedroom property with a courtyard, in Carnegie or surrounds, for around $400pw and share with one other person. I would also be happy to move into an already established place that fits a similar description. Either way, I’m looking for somewhere long-term. Please message if you’re looking for something similar in June! :)
