Hi, if you are looking for a place close to Monash university, this cosy house is the place to be. It is just 5 minutes walk to the university, close to Caulfield station and supermarket. This place would be perfect for students. The bedroom can be furnished depending on your needs. It is a big bedroom and will fit a double bed and study desk. It also has a big walk in wardrobe! The place is available until mid December. We are looking for a clean and tidy person.
Hello, I'm a very quiet person and also friendly. I'm a full-time student, so i won't be at home most of the times. Also i have casual job and i work sometimes. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I am a fun Indian to stay with. Mature for my age and can compete very well in a beer competition. I am a clean person and quiet sleeper so no snoring or walking around in the middle of the night. I am currently a full-time student at Monash University, Caulfield pursuing a Double Masters in Journalism. I have an awesome friend circle so far full of international students and would love to make some more. P.S- I can cook well and make one of the best-scrambled eggs. (demonstrations subject to availability of eggs and necessary kitchen equipment in the house)
Hi there, I am a current student in Monash University. I am looking for accommodation near the Caulfield campus. I am tidy, quiet and also happy to have a nice conversation. Most of the time I will be in uni doing experiments. I am quite a tech person and won't cause any drama. My boyfriend will stay in another town but would like to visit me once a month (during the weekend). He is a lovely person with amazing cooking skills. I am more interested in places that's clean and quiet with students or young professionals. It can be either furniture or not. I am happy to bring mine if the room is empty. Cheers, Ying
Hi, I'm a female in my early 20's and a professional working full time. I'm looking for a place that is tidy and clean. I'm generally a quiet person and would like to have my own time to relax after work, but there are times that I will also socialize with my future housemate. I clean up after myself and would expect my housemate to do the same. Please leave me a message if you think I am suitable, thank you.
Rod and Leota currently have 1 other mainland Chinese girl sharing our house. Two rooms now available. We prefer female Chinese Masters students of Accounting/Law/Marketing with common interest and language of other girls. Short 20 minute walk to Monash Clayton Campus. Friendly 'just like home' atmosphere and a great study environment with private study or group common room study. Each bedroom has its own Aircon heating and cooling - Warm and cosy. Short walk to Carnegie railway station (15 minutes to Melbourne city). Woolworths shopping centre across the road and famous local restaurants and shops in Carnegie shopping strip. You will also love our little dog called Lilly!....
This Unit is really close to public transport - tram, bus and Caulfield station is about a 10 minute walk away. The bathroom you'll be using is pretty much yours. Furniture is needed for your room but there is a built in wardrobe and its pretty spacious. There is a fridge etc, but a bigger one would be welcomed! There is ducted heating - it works well upstairs where the bedrooms are. The kitchen is not big, so cleaning up after yourself is pretty much a necessity, but everything works. There is a balcony and small back yard. I don't have pets, but I do love them. You will have to check with the agent on this. You will need to take over the lease which ends February 2018. There is no TV in the living area but I would definitely welcome one too!
Hi everyone! Looking for a housemate to take my place in our sunny home in Malvern East. We're located right next to Chadstone Shopping Centre and are within walking distance to Oakleigh Station, where a train to the city only takes about 20 minutes. Monash Clayton and Caulfield are easy and quick to get to via bus from Chadstone. The room is a decent size and is available pretty much immediately. I've got a wardrobe and desk that I can leave behind for you, but if you'd prefer to bring your own, I can organise for them to be moved/gotten rid of. I've also got double bed and mattress which I'd be happy to part with for a small charge.

Love life and socialising but also love my down time and privacy so will be respectful of giving you space without having to be a hermit. I am a semi-professional that works work Mon-Fri with some flexibility with hours, very secure employment and can easily demonstrate trustworthiness if needed. I usually spend one day/night over weekends with friends and family on the peninsula. Currently happily single (not on any dating sites) and usually out one night a week catching up with friends. I am keen on saving money due to an off-the-plan apartment purchase (2 years away) so would like rent to cover bills, internet and off street parking and looking for long term digs. I am a cigarette smoker (for the time being) but considerate of others so only ever smoke outside. Otherwise very clean living - no alcohol or other drugs. Easy going happy person that loves to get home and put on PJ's to relax. Love cooking just not every night. I am neat and tidy but not obsessively so. I haven't house shared for some years but enjoyed the experience when I did, so am looking forward to a new chapter.
I've spent nearly 2 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
Hello :D I'm moving to Melbourne on the 25th of August so I'm looking for a new place to live and hopefully have that sorted before I get there. I've been living in Perth for the past 3 years and have decided that its time for a change and some new experiences and adventures. I'm a down to earth, quite active and outgoing 26yo girl originally from Croatia. Prefer a clean house but always up for hanging out and having some fun. Don't know many people in Melbourne yet so it would be nice to find some friendly house mates that appreciate your owns space so I can get some studying done but also like to hang out. As I'm still trying to fit my life in a suitcase I currently don't have any furniture so a furnished room or at least a bed included would be amazing. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I'm a student at Deakin University and also have a part-time job and now, I'm looking for home to live with tidy and happy people. I've never had an argue with my room mates. All you need is approach the situation with positive altitude. And also, I always prefer house with the pets. I can help you about them, before I came here, I was running a day care facility for dogs. I'm loving them :)
Hi guys :) I'm from Germany, coming to study at Monash University for one term. I am doing a Master of Teaching for Primary Education. I'm an outgoing and open minded person and I like to meet new people. I do dancing and swimming but I am fine relaxing and having some quite time too. I look forward to explore Australia as I have never been there before. In general I do love nature and countyside. I' m a friendly and tidy person and I like having a chat or a get togehter but it is also important for me to respect each other's privacy if living together. Unfortunately I am not a great cook but I love baking, so there might be cake, pancakes or waffles from time to time ;)
Hello everyone, My name is Shaun and I'm currently studying a Masters in Data Science. I have already studied at Monash for a semester already, so if you're new to campus, I'd be more than happy to help you settle in. My background is Malaysian but I was born in Perth. I'm very easy going and enjoy meeting new people. I'm looking to find a roommate who speaks fairly good English and doesn't cause too much of a ruckus I suppose, I'm not too picky. Hoping to find a place which is within walking distance from Monash Caulfield. I'll be returning to Melbourne on the 22nd (this Saturday) and would be hoping to move in on the same day.
