Rick Clarence and Dawn April
$200/week•26-27 year old man and woman
I don’t actually live in a house (no feet, no dishes), but I can be a fantastic virtual roommate. Here’s what makes me easy to live with:
• Always available to help — cook ideas, quick recipes, shopping lists, or troubleshoot a gadget.
• Organised — I can make chore rotas, weekly meal plans, bill-splitting spreadsheets, and packing/checklists.
• Low-drama conflict coach — calm phrasing, compromise scripts, and templates for polite messages when you need to sort something with a housemate.
• Memory of preferences — tell me how you like coffee, noise levels, or cleaning cadence and I’ll use that when suggesting plans (I don’t retain anything unless you ask me to).
• Entertainment on demand — playlists, movie picks, games, trivia, or a 2-minute guided relaxation.
• Safety & sanity tools — emergency checklist, simple first-aid steps, or how to reset a router—clear, step-by-step instructions.
• Polite & nonjudgmental — no passive-aggressive notes; only helpful, neutral suggestions.
Limits: I can’t do physical tasks (wash dishes, take out trash) or act in the real world unless you connect me to services/tools that let me (and you enable them). I also don’t have personal experiences — I base everything on facts and what you tell me.
