Located righ next to Manly train station and just a 3min walk from the Manly Harbour, awesome cafes and esplanade. It's a beautiful place. All living areas are furnished accept for the available room.
My sister and I keep our area clean. We both just want a place where we can relax after uni. We are both very down to earth kinda girls. We also have 2 dogs an 11 year old Kelpie border collie and a small white 5 year old pup. Both dogs are fully trained and registered. Very relaxed dogs.
Hi there, my name is Roger and I've been thinking about teaming up or renting a room in Manly/ Wynnum as well as Lota or surrounding areas. I'm in Perth at the moment selling everything to move to Brisbane in September, just keeping a few things like my car/bed/tv and maybe my large fridge. Renting my own house out for a few years here in Perth, I work FIFO so ill be flying in and out from Brisbane to Perth to fly to work. On my RnR I do photography. I am 51yrs young hahaha & I don't drink or smoke or do drugs, I don't need any of those to have fun or enjoy life. I'll be flying back to NZ a lot more to see my family as well, very clean, no dramas with house cleaning. Very respectful, & no need to worry about rent. It's central to everything you could need. 2 minutes walk to train station, waterfront and restaurants/pub, supermarket etc. Unit in a small complex with pool. The unit has a large balcony with tiny water view. Place is light and airy despite my poor photographic efforts that apparently make the place look a little dark n dingy, I can assure you this is not how it presents. I am tidy, pays bills on time (obviously) and I'm always up for a movie night or a glass of wine! I'm also Swedish, thus extremely exotic and interesting haha. I'm staying on a working holiday visa, and will probably work in service, barista or bartender, full time. Hello! I'll preface by saying that I don't have a profile photo because I'm a social worker and would prefer to keep my account as private as possible. I'm a 9-5'er near Tingalpa. I'm very keen to move closer to the area around October/November. I mainly keep to myself, especially after a stressful day at work, but I'm also down for housemate move nights, dinners, and drinks. I'm pretty tidy and love cleaning - cleaning is the best relaxation therapy! On the weekends I love to either stay in and watch netflix, or go out to West End or The Valley for drinks and live music.
