Manly Vale - large house. We are looking for a guy (male) to share a space in our house. Short or long term is ok (4 weeks or more). This would suit traveller and or student Rent - $180 per week. One weeks rent + one weeks bond. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms All bills included Free wifi/internet, Netflix, washing machine and clothes dryer 100 meters to bus stop in Manly Vale (Manly beach and City buses) 10 minute to walk to Warringah Mall, 2 minutes by bus. 300 meters to Coles supermarket The room is available 27th June (Wednesday). close to shops,parks,buses and manly dam the house is in a quiet street and has a large back yard with lots of trees and veggie gardens. We have 2 kelpies so absolutely no pets sorry. We are open minded people and prefer someone or a couple that dont mind sharing cooking sometimes .There is 2 fridges, internet, tv etc, all cooking equipment and everything is provided. We have BBQ's front and back . There is a comfy queen sized bed in the room and it has built in wardrobes and a ceiling fan. a couple would be 400 per week . In a few weeks a second room will be available for $300 per week .
This place is a fabulous 2 bed 2 bath apartment with 2 very large balconies in the heart of Manly Vale. It is about 200m back from the b-line bus stop which is very handy and right in between all other amenities. The room available is unfurnished, easily fits a double bed, has double mirrored built ins and a ceiling fan. The bathroom that comes with the room is the main bathroom and is quite big with a separate bath and shower. There is also a lock up car space available if needed. It is a quiet building and the apartment is quite large. *Btw - I have only moved in recently and have not been able to take new photo's yet so all photos show the apartment how it was a month ago. The only things that have changed are the furniture (obviously there is no longer a crib in that room!) and I have put up curtains since I moved in. I am very happy to arrange a time for you to come and see the place so you can see what it is really like now. Rent is $370/wk bills included. No couples please.

I’m fun and outgoing and like to socialise but also enjoy my own space to relax and chill out. Love to hear from anyone who thinks they have an apropriate room. I’m looking for rent around $250 a week.
This beautiful house was architect designed and has a very comfortable feel. The stunning Northern beaches of Sydney are very laid back and you will immediately feel relaxed and at home here. The space The room is fully furnished with queen sized bed including linen, bedding and towels. There are plenty of drawers and a wardrobe in the room for storage. The room has a lovely outlook into the back garden and has its own separate bathroom. Access to a fully equipped kitchen, living room and outdoor BBQ, free wireless internet, Netflix and laundry facilities. Getting around Public Transport is a 5-minute walk to Condamine Street. There is an array of excellent public transport to the City, Manly etc. You can be in the CBD within 35 minutes by express bus. Manly is a short 15-minute cycle to the ferry wharf. Walking distance to Manly Dam. Shopping Coles and Woolworths are both in walking distance. Warringah and Balgowlah shopping malls are also in walking distance. Suitability The room is a great size and luxurious for 1 or big enough for 2 people, either a couple or 2 singles (we have 2 king single beds if needed). You need to be clean, tidy, respectful. This is not a party house.

We are very organised and respectful with shared spaces. We are Brazilian students looking for a place to stay for a short term period. We are both working part time and studying general english in Kaplan Manly. We love surfing so being close to the beach is definitely a perk, haha, we also enjoy going skateboarding with our friends and having a good beer in the weekend.
Modern, private studio attached to main house but with its own entry. North facing sunny aspect, opening onto a garden area which is lovely to sit in and read or to enjoy an afternoon drink or barbecue. TV with Blue Ray player, Netflix etc. Compact but well appointed kitchen, beautiful en suite bathroom, comfortable queen sized bed. Great location with frequent express buses to the city (every 10 minutes) just a short walk away. Manly Dam reserve is a 10 minute stroll away or a 20 minute walk, through mainly parkland, will get you to Queenscliff beach. All bills are included in the rent, as is internet access.
This is an incredible house that comes all fully furnished. Located less than five minutes walk to the B1 bus stop into the city, less than five minutes to a Coles and Woolworths as well as lots of food options. This is a two story house that has been recently renovated. Downstairs is the kitchen, living area, dining area, laundry and bathroom. There is also access out to the deck and back lawn area. Upstairs there is an additional living area, the five rooms and bathrooms. You will have the room located at the front of the house that gets amazing all day sunlight. The room comes furnished with a queen sized bed, built in wardrobe and large set of draws. Bills are additional and we put an extra $20 a week into the account to cover these and things like toilet paper etc.

We have one clean private room available in our nice 3 bedroom flat with wardrobe, draws and single bed. It is also within walking distance to gym, recreational parks and swimming pool. The apartment is on the second floor of a quiet street with balcony. We have a large kitchen, shared living space and internal laundry. There is storage space in the lock up garage and easy on street parking. Bills and internet are including in the rent.
We are both filipinos who are outgoing and very friendly, also very easy to get along with. We love a clean surrounding so expect that the house will always be clean and free of clutter. Also we’re non smokers and not party people. I’m a full time student and I work part time as a (Wed-Sat) Dental Nurse whilst my partner (Jay) works full time (Mon-Fri) as a machine operator in a printing company. • Jay has an interest in cars and i’ve learnt to love it too! • We both love dogs!! • You can say we are both introverts and extroverts. On weekends we are usually out. We enjoy outdoor activities like going on walks and chilling by the beach. We also like to go out and eat at different restaurants - you can say we are both “foodies”! Then there are also times when we like the stay at home and cook or just watch movies!

I’d love Room mates that enjoy music, a glass of wine together and a chat but are also cool with having their own space. I am a musician (but completely respectful of not being loud when people are home) I gig a lot and have a flexible schedule so will be in and out quite a bit. In walking distance of a bus stop which provides transport to the city and beaches. The apartment is also in walking distance of warringah mall, and other outlets such as Coles. With regards to the interior design of the apartment, there is a relatively large living space. The spare bedroom is also locating at the front door away from the living room.
Lease ends 01/03/2019 but can be extend . We are moving back to the Uk and need someone to take over the lease on our apartment. Unfurnished 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms bond is 4weeks rent and then would need 2weeks rent upfront. Available from 5/7/18 message for more information.
