I will be moving into this appartment at the end of August. Great location - not even 10 minutes drive from Manly Beach. The B-line bus stops directly in front of the appartment so getting places is super easy. You will have your own bathroom which includes a shower. All furniture in the house is provided , all 6 months old. You will just need to furnish your room and bathroom. Room includes a mirrored large built-in wardrobe. Looking for a roommate who is clean, reliable and down to earth. Shoot me a message if this sounds of interest to you :)

Been a live in au-pair for 3 years. Studying a diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, looking for some independence to concentrate on my studies. Current visa ends 9/9/20 but planning on applying for a Graduate Visa afterwards. (Meaning cannot 100% commit to 12 months, but if happy would stay if/once new visa is accepted.)
I'm 24, about to start a full time job in Brookvale, I'm also a part time Creative Arts and Media student at JCU in my second year. I'm originally from Armidale in NSW, where I was studying Psychological Science at UNE. I have lived/live in share house environments successfully with the fair division of household chores and mutual respect for common living areas and individual privacy. I am respectful, happy to help with domestic chores, usually quiet but always up for a good, friendly chat. I'm a keen photographer and baker (I love desserts), I also enjoy hiking.
I'm pretty chilled, originally from Brazil, work full-time with interior design and sales. I'm also pretty clean and tidy and would prefer sharing place with like minded flatties. I've recently moved back to the Northern Beaches from Noosa, Queensland and am now looking for a place to call home. Usually go to the gym after work, I love fishing and sometimes I have a beer or a glass of wine at the end of the day, but mostly cook something simple or quick like salads for dinner or nibble on something easy. Ideal place would have windows with natural light, hopefully nice views to nature or sea views, it could either be furnished (as long as I like the furniture or if it is flexible and I can chose to move or put some of furniture away) or unfurnished. I would love to have a garden as I love plants (but a balcony would do). I get along pretty well with pets too, as I love them and they usually like me too! Would like to have TV in the house as I watch Netflix or can bring my own into the bedroom if there's space for it =) I can be pretty flexible when choosing a place to live as long as it feels like home so shoot me a message. Please only get in touch if there is at least easy off street parking or available sticker (not keen to live where parking a constant mission). If your place is my kinda place I would be happy to go long term. Flexible with price and dates depending on place.
Hello, my name is Cynthia, I'm 29 years old, and I'm a student of Project Management. I'm very organized and sociable, but eventually I also enjoy some time alone :) I love sports, yoga <3 , beach, and gastronomy. I am looking for a house to share with flatmates (preferably females only) who care about cleanliness, organization and respect, and who also enjoy socializing. Moving date: October.
I am from Brazil, I came to Australia to study, improve my English and to understand a little more about the Australian life. I am 26 years old, I graduated in Civil Engineering at the end of 2016. In Brazil I was used to work in my graduation area, but here I am willing to do anything. For fun I like to go out with my friends, meeting new people. Whenever it's possible I try to travel, do some trails, meeting new places. I'm looking for a place where my roommates have a lifestyle similar to mine.
Hi there, looking for individual or couple to team up for a house, living with myself and my 11 year old son. We are currently living in a large duplex in Queenscliff by the lagoon. We are now looking for a house with a yard - room for our pet dog. We are looking for someone or a couple interested in the same - a house and yard near manly. We have all furnishings. I work full time, exercise most days, like to spend my time relaxing at home or catching up with friends. My son with me week on week off. We are busy with sports commitments through the week afternoons and some mornings and on weekends, when he is with me. I am easy going and relaxed. I am wanting to pay $600-650 per week, then with another flat mate for $400, looking for 3 bedder for $1000 per week or so.
Hey, Im Jack, Im a 23 year old nurse who generally enjoys being out and about or having a lazy day every now and again. I enjoy my AFL, the beach and trying to be fit (not always successfully). I do work shift work so will occasionally be sleeping throughout the day. With that being said I can sleep through almost anything so theres no need to be super quiet.
