The modern 2-storey house is sunny and bright and is in very good condition. The unfurnished master bedroom features a spa in the spacious ensuite and has a very large walk-in robe. It also has its own little balcony, with space for a small table and 2 chairs. It is terrific house for separate and independent, yet shared living. The house's main balcony has views of the city, which is especially amazing at night. Internet is not currently set up, but something can be arranged, to make the costs either shared or not. I'm in Perth at the moment selling everything to move to Brisbane in September, just keeping a few things like my car/bed/tv and maybe my large fridge. Renting my own house out for a few years here in Perth, I work FIFO so ill be flying in and out from Brisbane to Perth to fly to work. On my RnR I do photography. I am 51yrs young hahaha & I don't drink or smoke or do drugs, I don't need any of those to have fun or enjoy life. I'll be flying back to NZ a lot more to see my family as well, very clean, no dramas with house cleaning. Very respectful, & no need to worry about rent. There is public transport within walking distance, as is a shopping centre, and the Valley is a cheap Uber ride away, also the Manly foreshore is a short 10 minute drive away. The complex is tucked away in a cul-de-sac which provides plenty of parking, and it's just off Manly road. The rent includes foxtel w/movies, electricity and water. I do have a 6 year old cat, so unfortunately can't consider any pets.
