Hey. My names Sarah and I have a room up for rent in my beautiful home in Manly West. Rent includes Electricity, Water, Internet and garden / lawn maintenance. It's a three bedroom house which is fully furnished. You would just need to furnish your bedroom. There is a hanging cupboard in the room as well. We are walking distance to local shops and Manly Train Station isn't too far away. There is a bus stop 1min up the road from the house. There is an amazing Thai restauraunt that is walking distance too! Being situated at Manly also means the city isn't too far away either.

I have a room for rent in a four bedroom house. The room is approx. 3.3m squared plus has built-in cupboard and shared bathroom. There is free on-street parking and the backyard is large with a back patio area. $150/ week inclusive of unlimited wifi, water and electricity (halves for any excess electricity or water costs). Wynnum West is 13km to the CBD which at off-peak takes 25 minutes. The house is located on Randall Road just over 3km from the beachfront esplanade or 30 minute walk. It is 100m walk to bus stop 60 (bus routes 224 and 227 - inbound/outbound to city via the valley) and 600m walk to bus stop on Radford Road (bus routes 220 and P221 - inbound/outbound to city via southbank). The closest train station is Lindum, 3.5km or 7min drive and is on the Shorncliffe / Cleveland line (30 minutes into the city) and runs every 15-30 mins depending on time of day.

We also have a female dog(Ebony) in which she is house trained and very obedient and everyone she meets tends to fall in love with her. She is so quiet we sometimes forget she is there. We are both financially stable, social drinkers but very rare and defiantly no drug taking of any kind. We also own our own home which is currently being rented out which is currently why we are seeking a place to call home until such time we can occupy our home. Hi, I'm a professional, working from Capalaba, looking for someone, or two people to share house with while I save up a little money for a home or investment. I'm a very easy-going person, tidy but not OCD. I get to a point where I reach spring clean mode, and i'm used to looking after my own properties. I'm over the party scene, but I do love a dinner/games party and a get-together BBQ. I love getting away for my weekends, and going on short adventures. But, when I can't get away I don't mind a chilled out weekend. I love riding bikes, with motors and without, and generally getting outdoors. This does mean that I come with a number of bicycles, a bunch of camping gear, a couple of guitars, 2 vehicles and some furniture (which I'm happy to share!). I do have a gorgeous beautiful wonderful adopted puppy (not a puppy) dog who will be visiting from time to time, but not a full time pet. If you think we might get along, message me! Rent is super cheap for the area and what you get and the property is in great condition. A whole lot of food options and Westfield Carindale only being 10min drive. The house is huge plenty of space :) bath tub and modern shower, you will be sharing a bathroom all rooms have ceiling fans, plus a/c in the living room, dishwasher plus washing machine and rain water + solar on the roof. Full enclosed back yard in a well built up area. We have one room available, with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans, double car garage with plenty of space around the house.

Must like a small friendly dog who lives inside (not the bedroom) and outside. Share food (optional), Share electricity I'm happy cooking but also happy for you to cook :-) Car space at the front of the house. I'm the only other tenant.
