I’m currently a Team leader for a Finance company full-time, based in the CBD. As a gay man I’m ideally looking for LGBT+ and/or women housemates but not a priority. In my spare time I am studying my MBA (Masters in Business Administration). I also love to do beach trips, adventures, have a drink with good company on occasion and getting back into my fitness again. Also looking to make more friends in the city A priority would have mine is to find a place that would be comfortable with adding a cat, my lovely clover, to the mix. She keeps to herself, is clean and litter trained. Eventually once she is comfortable she can be indoor and outdoor depending on the area. She may keep to herself until she warms up to you. A bit of background on us, we're both quiet, hard-working people. I'm here trying to become a professional cricketer whilst also working in the software industry and my sister will working for a law firm in the CBD. We've been raised to be clean and organised, this is also stressed by the fact I sometimes work from home - meaning that my working space cannot be dirty! We're clean and tidy people who focus mainly on getting our heads down and working hard - as per our parents' influence! We can be flexible with the rental term but, so you know, our long term plan is to be in Sydney for at least 1 and half to two years (minimum).
