Hi I am quiet and friendly. I like being sociable and having solitude as well. I don't go out much. I am saving for a house in Ballarat and I'd like to be in the area while I look for a place to live as it is a lot of travel every weekend. I expect I will be ready to buy by the end of the year, possibly sooner. I love gardening and I like growing my own food to save money. I do mosaics when I have a bit of time. I am crafty and handy person. I have a tabby cat named Pookie.
Myself and my partner Brock plus our friend Karyn have just been approved for a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property on acreage in Mount White 2250. (Moving dates for us are 17th and 18th of June) We're looking to find a 4th housemate/couple ASAP to share the rent and living space with us. We are animal loving down to earth people who are all full time and part time workers, there are multiple living/entertaining spaces in the house that would allow privacy and down time for you, in saying that we're all quite friendly and love to have a drink and play a few games, watch movies etc as mates. In the house will be 2 pythons, 4 lizards, 1 dog, 5 quails and 7 ducks... Karyn and I work in a veterinary clinic and will probably have animals in and out of the house frequently. (this will include native wildlife under licenced care)
I'm making the move to Sydney because I've just landed a new job. I've lived in share houses the whole way through uni and survived, so I would consider myself very well trained. I respect shared spaces and hope they are places where everyone will always feel welcome. I'm looking for a friendly place to live and if that's what you're looking for too I would love to hear from you. I will be down from Friday the 23rd of July scoping out potential new homes in north Sydney.
I am fun , down to earth, clean and considerate female looking to either start a share house or join one! Have been in the same job 3.5 years and stability in my next house is what I'm looking for :)
My name is Angie and I am interested in renting an unfurnished granny flat/whole or self-contained property anywhere in the Central Coast area within the 2261 postcode or any other suburbs that are not too far from the M1 freeway as my job is based in Sydney. I would prefer that the property has an oven in the kitchen (I'm no Masterchef but I do like baking, so no kitchenette's where this is not possible) and a secure lock up garage for my vehicle . I also wouldn't mind a property with a small yard/garden as I do enjoy gardening. I find it very rewarding and therapeutic 😊 About me; I'm 39yrs young, single, no kids and work full time as a long haul flight attendant. I travel overseas 4 - 5days every week so I will literally only be around half the time. When I am home, I tend to keep to myself and just enjoy winding down. I'm a very organised, house-proud and neat person, and would treat the property as if it were my own. I am actually a home owner myself, however I have great tenants who I don't want to displace and part of the reason why I am looking to rent myself.
I love the normality of life, I love routine, going to work, having a good rest, and healthy living. I am friendly and helpful in any given situation, but I also like to detach and enjoy my own space and my own company. I love a cold beer after work but it is all very controlled as I enjoy to feeling healthy in a sense of, I have no major addiction in my life, except working and getting ahead. I enjoy cooking and gardening and doing handy man jobs that need to be done. I consider myself to be a good bloke.
Full-time child care manager and teaching education student. Also a volunteer firefighter! Have secure work and looking to move out into a place in Kariong. I am clean, professional, tidy, always pays bills on time and a handy-man around the place!
We have a room in a funky house in Horsfield Bay for rent. It is a double storey house, set in a massive bush block (1200m squared), with water views and direct water access. As mentioned, it's double storey and you would have a bedroom (choice between two rooms available) on the bottom level with a separate bathroom and entrance. Shared kitchen upstairs. So you will have a lot of privacy most of the time. The house hasn't been set up yet, so we are planning to get internet soon once we're settled.
I am renting this lovely bright and airy 2-bedroom townhouse through a real estate in Ettalong Beach, so I am the head tenant. It is located in a very quiet part of South Woy Woy with a bush setting/lookout and district views over to Woy Woy Bay. It is the last townhouse in a small complex of 10, so there is only one neighbour on one side of the building who is also very quiet. You will be sharing with one female only. The complex is immaculately presented and very well maintained. There is a small courtyard as well as a large balcony overlooking the complex and distant views. It is close to buses and trains (a five minute walk to the bus stop going to Woy Woy or Umina) and a 5-10 minute bus ride to Woy Woy Train Station. I also have a small female cat, so someone who loves animals is a must, especially cats. The room for rent is quite roomy with a single bed and large built-ins with plenty of storage.
Privacy, beautiful outlook, renovated. Property listed with Mcgrath Real Estate for $300pw but I am negotiable for good tenant. If you are looking at Umina or Woy Woy, then Tascott is worth considering as this property is approx 5mins walk to train station.
I am clean and considerate of shared spaces. I work in Terrey hills between 7:30 and 3 every weekday and usually enjoy quiet chilled times on the weekend. I am looking for a private room in a shared house with tidy, like minded people.
Iooking to do team up in designer 3 bed 2 bath with one other. It appears better to share in style than a box for $300pw. Im working happy and funny. I have a ten year who visits from nz occasionally. I gym it and eat as health as poss whilst on the run.. love the ococcasional wine and bbq. Im academic but social. happy to put up bond
Hello! I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and have been working for a small company in Tuggerah while living in Tascott on the coast. I am mainly looking for a change in scenery and would like to possibly live closer to the city. I am perfectly happy where I am at but I would still like to see what's out there. Thanks! About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). Music is my forte. I play guitar, write, record music and love other musical activities as well.
Available now! Main bedroom with built in robe at front of house. You'll pretty much have the lounge room to your self as I'm always out side or in the shed. Shared " NOT NEW" but clean bath/ kitchen. prefer you bring your own fridge but not essential. Large covered outdoor area with large table for some serious R&R. Preference will go to a full time employee or tradie. Lock up Storage avaliable. Sorry, not for boats/trailers/extra cars etc. General house keeping a must, but I will maintain the lawns. Bus at the door and ten min walk to shops and train. Does this sound like you?

Little about myself; I spend way to much time at the beach, super easy going and always up for a laugh and a sneaky bev with friends. Looking for a decent, clean and fun household with tidy people who also enjoy there own privacy. I work in the city and commute by train each day (currently from Newcastle) so looking for something in the southern CC area. Usually home or at the beach on weekends. Open to meet new people who are like minded :) Also open for team ups!
Looking for shared accomodation either on the Central Coast or in the Hornsby area. Currently working on a permanent part-time basis in Hornsby while studying at Ourimbah and living on the Peninsula. I am reliable, friendly and helpful.
Hi, I am on the hunt for a like minded person to share a home not just rent a room, with a male or female.. I am a 29 y/o female who is moving to the area for work. I work full time for the NSW government and I am a shift worker. I own my own home and have shared homes several times prior and I know how important caring and respecting others personal belongings is. In relation to tidiness and cleanliness, this is a must for me. I am someone who needs to live in a clean and tidy place and where everyone equally pulls their weight. I have a passion for fitness, being healthy and currently train for triathlons.. therefore I do have fitness gear such as a bike, treadmill and a surfboard. Being active also has me out of the house more often than not. Generally between my shifts and training i keep to myself to relax, as i love my down time. That's not to say I don't love a good laugh along with a few bevies and a yarn now and then. At 29, I really am not looking for a party house, just someone like minded and pretty chilled. I have a female cat who is fully house trained, vaccinated and desexed. I also have a beautiful outside dog, who unfortunately depending on circumstances can be relocated with family. If you're like minded and keen and have any questions pop me a message. :)
Just returned from living four years overseas, and will be moving to Gosford mid July in order to go back to school. I'm easy going, respectful, clean, and quiet. Non smoker. No pets but ok with other's. I usually spend my spare time reading or catching up on my TV shows, art, walking, and (attempting) exercising. I'd prefer a place close to the TAFE campus but will consider anywhere close to transport.
