Hey! Casey and I are close friends looking for an amazing household to make a home! Ideally, we'd like to move into an established household (separate bedrooms please!). We are friendly, easy going, creative and respectful of others. Our ideal home is a place where everyone gets along and hangs out at times, whilst also respecting each other's space and privacy. We also love wine. Look forward to hearing from you, potential new fellow nesters ;) xox Andrew and Casey
Hello, We are a married couple from Newcastle who are 30 and 31 yrs old. We are moving to Sydney in late July 2018 in order for my wife to study an advanced arts course located in glebe. We are looking for a large studio type room in an existing share house or would be keen to start a new house with a like minded couple within the Inner west area. Will- full time Secondary English/Drama teacher Emma- Sfx Make up artist and beauty therapist. (Studies Mon-Wed in Glebe) Works as a freelance artist. We enjoy a drink on Weekends and are clean and tidy.
I'm a foodie, whisky guy, somewhat of a movie buff, TV junkie, and all-around geek. Think of me as a Ravenclaw, ENTJ or Chandler if that helps. If you like trying out restaurants, board games and going to museums, we will get along very well. I'm a 30 yo advertising professional. Tidy, flexible (I can be a meme machine mayor of Banterbury or ride solo) and responsible with bills.
Hey! I'm a postgrad law student looking for a place in the inner west. I'm a musician (saxophone and guitar), and I love British comedy, bushwalking and cricket. I moved up to Sydney from Canberra about 5 years ago when I finished school.
Hi there! My names Steven and I work full time as a Front End Developer in the Rocks. Weekends I like to get out with mates for a motorcycle ride into the country or a beer in the sunshine - anything away from a computer screen. I'm friendly, tidy, considerate and easy going. The only thing I'm really hoping for is an off street spot to park my motorcycle. Thanks! Steven.
Hi, my name is Sean. I am a full time firefighter . I am looking for a laid back, fun house. I enjoy going to the movies, out to dinner and a beer to two at the weekends. I'm a very relaxed easy going type who has a plenty of experience as in share houses, In my spare time I also run a 5 day music festival in the Victorian bush.
Hi Guys, So i'm fairly new to Sydney. Moved here to begin my career as a Project Manager in the construction industry. As such, I am usually pretty quiet during the week, working full time. I have been living in Dulwich Hill pretty much since I moved. Love the area (though keen to test the waters of the east provided it's near a train line) and the place I'm at but I am wanting to move to be around younger flatmates (say under 30) who are a bit more fun and who help try keep the place clean. Basically after flatmates that I can socialise with in and outside the home, yet I'm also mindful and respectful of one's quiet and alone time as I also like to sometimes just chill out too. Ideally someone into trance, edm, house music so we can crank some tunes on the weekend! I'm over living in a quiet unsociable house. Also a garage of some kind would be ideal as I'd like to build a racecar at some point ;) If you're into cars too, then awesome. I'm also into going out for a few drinks and finding people to explore/hike with. Used to be real into my gym/MMA too so it would be great to have a potential training partner as a housemate. Don't mind male or female flatmates. Ideally, both would be preferable. I like a bit of balance :) Currently paying $280pw all bills except electricity included. This is for a nice modern apartment in a great location with underground secure garage parking. So my budget will be according to that. If I could get something with all bills included that would be great too.
Hello!! Im a 32yr old working professional with a steady job. At the moment, I live on my own around the Dulwich Hill / Lewisham area (Sydney) and have been doing this for over 3 years now on an experimental basis and its great ! I'd recommend this to everyone if it's possible but it doesn't help on the financial side as you cannot save much and therefore, I'm back at looking at a place to live with flatmates and save on some much needed cash :P. I have all the required necessities for a house, and am fun loving, outgoing but fairly quiet who takes it easy and who has some edible cooking skills.. lol. If you think you would like to catch up and have a chat about this, we can organise something. Let me know, Cheers :) ps: having a dog would be an added bonus !
Hi there! We’re two friends from Sydney who plan to move to the Inner West in March. We’re looking for a friendly, tidy and down-to-earth housemate to join us in a three-bedroom share house. We both keep ourselves out of trouble with full-time work and are looking for a like-minded flatmate! When we’re not working we like to go out for coffee, watch bands and hang out with friends. We plan on creating a relaxed home where we can go between having a friendly chat or sharing a meal, to spending time chilling out on our own. We also hope to find a dog-friendly place as Steph plans to get a dog. Our plan is to share chores and spend $10-15 each for a bathroom and toilet cleaner every fortnight. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or would like to catch-up over the phone.
I am currently attending the national art school. I'm generally a pretty chill sort of character to live with. I respect others space but am also always down to have a chat or do something social. I usually spend my time finishing school work, working on projects of my own, skating or seeing friends. I'm into many creative pursuits and love good music and films. Usually I will have music on at a reasonable volume and nothing at ridiculous hours. As school is quite demanding I cannot take on much work and so my budget is certainly no more than 220 per week including bills. I will sometimes have a cigarette but never inside and I rarely buy tobacco which is why I've listed myself as a non-smoker. Looking for somewhere convenient, clean with cool people! Not too wild, but not too chill either. Please message me if you think you have a place that might suit! Thank you! - Felix
Hello! I'm a clean minimalist who works full time in the city. I'm looking for a new place to shorten my current commute to work and generally enjoys rock climbing, yoga, reading, and a wholesome Sunday brunch. If the place is right, I'm happy to sign on to a longer lease!
I'm 22 years old and about to finish my undergraduate Marine Biology degree at UTS. Really easy to get along with and a super tidy person. I play basketball in my spare time and also enjoy video games. Love to relax and have a beer with friends but am also quite happy to just keep to myself and chill out (watch a bunch of Netflix) at home after uni/work/sport.
I am a full time student at Sydney University studying social work. I am clean and tidy. I am quiet (not a party person), and respectful of other people's space/privacy.
Hey there! I'm a considerate, clean and easy going person who loves a great chat and an adventure - music, singing, names of capital cities and great ideas are top of the list ;) Originally from Sydney, I've recently returned home after 13 years in London. I'm ready for the next adventure.... I'm a marketer by day....
A little bit about myself, I'm a 28 y/o from Malaysia and if all goes well will be doing my masters in Law in the winter term. I dont smoke but I dont mind it, I'm a reasonably neat person myself, as long as everyone cleans up after themselves its all good. I love's thrillers, fantasy and non-fiction books, huge football nut,big time movie and tv buff and overall nice guy :P I love sports and football particularly, Love all kinds of books and Im a big movie buff. Always wanted to try horse riding and skydiving but never got the chance. I'd like to consider myself a people person, with diverse interests in sports, politics and general knowledge Im as mentioned a huge tv/movie and literary buff, among my likes include the, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Star Wars series, Inglorious Basterds, Body of Lies, and basically any other half decent action or thriller movie :) Anything from Forsyth or Lee Child, Matt Reilly, Tom Clancy,J.RR Tolkien,Eragon Series, Gentlemen Bastards Series, Freakonomics,Super Freakonomics,Soccernomics,World is Flat and anything else from Thomas Freidman Im also looking for flatmates to share a property
I often try to keep my life as simple as possible. I am a non-alcoholic, non-smoker and don't have any pets. I am a vegetarian except for fish (but I don't mind living with meat eaters, smokers, wine lovers, or even party animals). I would consider myself being flexible, tolerant and resourceful. Gender, nationality and culture is of no relevance to me whatsoever. What I look for in a share house is nice easy going people whom I can live with (hopefully long-term) without dramas. I have a good rental history that can be proved. At present, my weekly budget for rent is $180-$250/wk. I am flexible with the move in date. Please feel free to message me if you want more information. I am more than happy to meet up for a quick face to face introduction. If you decide to send me a message via the website, please have patience (since it is not always convenient for me to respond to messages instantly, especially during business hours.) Thank you for your understanding. Cheers.
We have just move to Sydney, I’m a hairdresser/salon manager. Isaac is a musician we have an adorable Aussie bulldog. Looking to live in a share house with easy going house mates. We love to socialise and have a laugh.
My name is Alana and I've just recently finished my studies in Creative Arts: Film & TV and have secured a full-time position in NSW. I'm a creative person who is always up for a movie night or a quiet night in, but I love meeting new people and getting to know them over a coffee. I'm neat and tidy and I take a lot of pride in my organisation and cleanliness.
I am Ratul, currently living in Brighton Le Sands and looking for a room to rent somewhere in Sydney. I am working full time in a Govt organization ( Mon-Fri 9am-5pm), I am very friendly but also respect others privacy and personal space. Personally I am very clean, tidy and always like to keep my surrounding clean and tidy too. I go to gym and live a healthy lifestyle. Mainly looking to move with someone who is clean, respectful, friendly , genuine and respect others. At the same time a place with convenient location, nearby shops , gyms attracts me more.
I work in theatre and performing arts as a creative and performer. I also work in arts management, particularly marketing and education. I enjoy good chats, good food and love having a chat, but also having some downtime in my own space. I'm also very bad at writing these things...
I'm a clean, organised and easy going person. I'm a big movie buff, a literature nerd and I love music. I'd love to find some likeminded roommates who love a good chat but I'm also happy to keep to myself.
I am a fun-study loving guy. I like to meet new people. I am coming from India for an Internship of 6 weeks at the USyd. I love to cook and live neat and clean. I am always in for hanging out and exploring new places.
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
Hey, my name is Liana I am a 31 year old female who has just moved back to Sydney after being in Melbourne for the past few years. I work full time. I enjoy cooking, I make most of my meals at home, travel, watching gigs. I am pretty social and like to go out for the odd dinner and drink or few, I have a lot of friends in Sydney, but always looking for more. I am looking for a house that is friendly and happy to share things on the occasion, you are making cake and have no eggs, sure use mine and vis versa. I am pretty chilled with most things and can sleep through almost anything, so that's a plus.
Hi We are Talisa and Georgia and we're currently looking for a new place to call home. A little bit about Georgia: She is 28 years old, an extroverted introvert, enjoys life drawing, heading to gigs and theatre, yoga, going on hikes and exploring book stores. She is also a foodie and loves the occasional wine with a cheese platter on the weekend. She likes a good doco and is interested in holistic health and personal development. She has worked as a social worker/counsellor and is currently working with youth. A little bit about myself: I’m Talisa, also 28 and currently working as a physio. I like to get out on the weekends whether it’s spending time in nature going on hikes, wandering around markets and bookstores or catching up with friends over a wine. Around the house you’d most likely see me reading and drinking too much tea as well as dabbling in creative outlets like cooking/drawing. We’re looking for a home to share with like-minded people who are thoughtful with shared living spaces, are relatively quite during the week and who are friendly and open to occasionally hanging out or allowing us to have a couple of friends over on the weekend. We would love a place to feel like a sanctuary , with understanding of when we might need some down time but we are also very open to organising brunches or dinners with our flatties! We hope to hear from you! Also - we had a profile exactly like this up a few days ago, but something went wrong and we've been unable to sign into the account. So if you have messaged in the last couple of days, please message again. Thanks! :)
We are four reliable and responsible guys in our early and mid twenties looking for a share house together. Three of us are working full-time and the other is studying and working part-time. We are currently all living together in boarding house accomodation but are looking for somewhere to call our own.
My name is Shane and I work full-time in the marketing team of a video game publisher in Ultimo - dream job! ;) I love playing games, watching movies, chilling out and listening to music, going on hikes and hitting the beach. I enjoy keeping to myself but am always up to hang out or share a drink/meal. I like to keep my living spaces clean and am happy to get my hands dirty to maintain a place. I love meeting new people and going on adventures on the weekend :)
My partner (Cristo) and I are looking for a new place to move into together. I'm 27 and he is 29. I'm Australian with an Egyptian background and he is Spanish. We are both easy going and like to have our own space, but also want to be able to get together with housemates. We want to have flexibility and freedom when living with others as well as mutual respect for common areas. We've both travelled around the world a bit so we are capable of looking after ourselves. I'm outgoing, a great talker, and love to get to know new people! I enjoy going to art galleries, trying out new foods & film photography. My partner is also a great talker, loves learning about the Australian culture and is a fan of Greek cuisine. He enjoys working with computers and the internet, photography, and watching Netflix.
Hi, I’m a 26 year old working for a non-profit. Originally from England but have lived in Sydney most of my life. I’m easy going and respectful, looking for preferably a sharehouse with max 3 others and prefer no couple but am flexible. I play guitar, like watching shows and films and playing games. I love snorkelling and bushwalking/birdwatching. Enjoy cooking and going out with mates. Ideally I’d have chilled flatmates who are easy going too and enjoy socialising with each other but also respect having alone time too. I’ll probably be buying a projector once I move in so that’s a bonus for movie nights 😛
Hi There, I'm a working professional looking for a new place to call home. I'd love to find a place where my flatmate see's their house as their home and their flatmate as a friend, not just someone who pays the rent. I like a chilled home environment, someplace that is calm, inviting and not too cluttered - I'm pretty minimalist and don't come with a lot of stuff. If cooking together, followed by a movie sesh and a chin wag sounds good then we'll probably get along. I love to get out and about, hiking, road trips, getting some culture and live gigs, so if you're into spontaneous adventures then that's a bonus. I'm old enough to know when someone needs space and I'm a good communicator - better said than left unsaid I reckon. Anyhoo, hopefully there's someone else out there with a similar mindset :) Amanda
