I've lived in shared accommodation for many years in NZ and Aus as well as army barracks and university dormitories in other countries. I'm tidy, quiet, and considerate of others. I'm originally from S. Korea and have worked in a public sector as a social worker for last decade in NZ and Aus after completing my second degree. I've moved back to Sydney recently to pursue my third qualification with a view to change my career. I'm an ambivert; I enjoy medium-level outdoor activities (e.g. trekking, team sports) as well as having downtime at home.
I'm a young professional and will be working in the finance industry in the CBD from February (flexible on move in date). I love playing guitar, reading a good book, travelling, checking out parks/markets/anything outside, board games, and sushi(!). I'm tidy and know how to clean up after myself. I'm also pretty relaxed and hoping for similar type flatmates. Looking for something <10 minutes walk from a train station or bus route to CBD.
We have both moved to Sydney from the UK to further our career. We are clean, love cooking and good food. Quiet, working professionals. We have been together for 10 years and enjoy watching series, eating out and drinking good wine. We are also massive dog lovers. We are looking for at 3-6 months stay and possibly more if we like the place!
I'm a full time IT professional looking to share a place with people that are tidy, respect privacy and are fun to hang out with! Originally from Melbourne, I’ve been working on Sydney for about two years and plan on staying here in the long term. I'm also looking for a place with secure, undercover parking for my car.
Hi all, I'm a 32 year old working professional (lawyer to be specific), and I've just been offered a position at a great firm in Sydney! I start on 5 February so will be looking to view places as of 2 February with basically an immediate move in date - this is flexible though. I envision I'll be working pretty long hours but I'm also very good at work life balance. I love being sociable but I'm also very good at just hanging out by myself and having space. In my spare time I like doing all those cliche things like watching tv, going to the movies (I'm a big comic book movie nerd), watching sports and doing outdoor activities. I also ballroom and Latin dance and like to play sports so hopefully once I'm over there I can find myself some things to participate in! I also love travelling, it's what I live and work hard for! I am a big fan of good food and good wine but given my love for watching sports, I also like a good beer and hanging out at bars socialising over a quiet few beverages. I'm also capable of throwing back a few vodkas if the mood strikes but I don't go out all the time anymore haha - a product of my age but every once in a while, it's good fun to go out, have some drinks and get my dance on! I'm a home owner and landlord myself and so I understand and respect what a home and property is. I'm clean and tidy and happy to always help anyone around the house! Looking forward to moving to Sydney!!
I'm an easy going 23 year old looking for a relaxed place to stay. I will be studying my Masters full time and be fairly busy with study so I appreciate my own space, however I am quite sociable and am always happy to meet new people.
I am very friendly and relaxed. I am currently studying English in Sydney and working part time. I love to meet new people and learn from them. I also like to have nice chats in order to practice my English but I am also very respectful with privacy. It would be a pleasure to live with you.
Easy-going, clean and tidy. Like my space and privacy but wouldn't mind a drink at the end of the day. Fun, social, love hanging out with my friends just as much as some quiet down time.
I am a student who is moving from Adelaide to Sydney in order to continue my study. I am a friendly, outgoing individual. Always up for some drinks and a chat or to binge on a favourite T.V. show. I have had part time jobs all throughout my study and also dance as a hobby, so I generally like to keep myself pretty busy during the week. I am reasonably tidy and always do my fair share of chores etc. I'm a big book and film nerd and when I'm not studying you'll catch me watching the latest movie or in my room reading. Hopefully I can bring some of my movie collection with me from S.A. As I am in Adelaide until Feburary, I would love to arrange for a Skype interview - maybe you could even show me around the house!
Hey, I'm a 26 Yr old designer who moved to Sydney in Jan 2017 from NZ. I've spent the last year living by myself in a one bedroom apartment in Surry Hills ( so I know how to clean dishes and the toilets ) and I've decided in 2018, i need to flat with people, make some friends and save some cash. Would like to find a cool place with other young working professionals to live. I'm super organized, not messy, polite and super easy to get on with. I'm not a massive party animal, although I do like socialising and have a good laugh with people. Would like to meet up in person, chat to get to know each other, and preview flats before making any decisions. If interested in being roomies, just let me know :) Thanks
I'm a full time fourth year Secondary Education and Arts student at USYD. I'm a country kid originally (from rural NSW). I am very neat and am good at keeping my stuff confined to a small area. Although I am generally quiet I love to have a good chat with people about almost anything. I love books, movies, Netflix and doggos (although I don't own a dog at the moment) I love staying at home and binge watching David Attenborough as much as a trivia night at the local pub. I am a serial makeup hoarder but I cook an alright risotto and average ANZAC bikkies. I like to get along with everyone I live with and get to know what makes them tick!
Hi, I'm 23, working full-time in ophthalmology at Bondi Junction. Clean, tidy, quiet but friendly and love a good netflix binge
Hi, my name is Matthew and I'm a 21 year old graduate engineer from Mackay, Queensland. I'm moving to Sydney late January for work and am looking for a place to call home! I lived on college for 4 years and have shared a house short term during uni breaks, so am very familiar with living with other people and am very clean, tidy and respectful of privacy. I'm excited to live with people who are not only room mates, but also friends. I enjoy running, keeping fit, reading, playing the piano and having a few quiet drinks. I'm friendly, keen to meet new people, easy going and always up for a chat!
Hey friends, We're two cool guys in our mid twenties looking for 1-2 more cool people to create a house with. We're looking for a student or young professional(s) who is tidy, respectful but is also really keen to create a home and be a part of the household. We want to be in good proximity to the city (Inner West ideal) but willing to look further out for the right place. We're looking to pay around $230 per week, and generally with more people on board there are more options for finding a place in this price range. Tim - 24, British guy studying a Masters in Accounting. Enjoys active lifestyle (running, football), music festivals, Emperor Palpatine. Ryan - 24 year old Aussie from the South Coast working full time in the city. Works crazy long hours but always down for a beer and a game of fifa or monopoly. Makes pretty great chicken parme's. We're both pretty busy in the week but always up for sharing food, wine and hangs in the evening. If you might be interested feel free to throw us a message and ask us any questions. Hope to hear from ya!
Hey! I am moving to Sydney from Newcastle to start work on the WestConnex motorway/tunnel project. I will therefore be in Sydney for a few years, but need accomodation asap as I start on Monday 8th January! Short term is fine at this stage, but would also consider long term for the right place. I am active, friendly and considerate, and run a positive attitude. I am fairly social, I'm always down for laugh and am looking forward to exploring Sydney and meeting some awesome people. I enjoy travel, good food, coffee, music and a few cheeky social drinks or a nice wine. Ideally I would like to take a room in an existing sharehouse with likeminded people. Thanks!!!

I work for a sports company in retail and also work in the fashion industry on a casual basis. I love the beach, concerts and excerising.I’m originally from the country, so enjoy catching up with friends that have moved to sydney. I work long hours, so am happy to relax when I’m at home.
Hi I'm Dallas. I'm a 27yr old single gay guy working for a bank as a digital product manager. I keep fit and love to go out on weekends, though can definitely appreciate a quiet night in too. Ideally I'm looking to live somewhere fairly social and love a good Sunday brunch with housemates. I'm pretty relaxed and can adapt to most people's lifestyles. Looking for friendly and considerate housemates who keep the common areas clean. Not fussed at all about noise or guests, I've lived in really quiet places and a few crazy ones. In terms of furniture/appliances, I've got a fridge, decent coffee machine, electric piano, Eames lounge chair and a car I'm happy to lend out if you're a half-decent driver ;) I can bring any or none of these with me, depending on what space is available.
Hi, I am Sachit, I currently work and live in Adelaide. I will be moving to Sydney mid November to work as a Civil & Structural Engineer at an engineering design firm called Arup. After work I enjoy playing soccer and usually try and get to the gym. I also play the violine (Although I might be a bit rusty as its been a while since I last played at a social event). Nothing beats a good Louis Theroux and/or David Attenborough documentary! Also a fan of The Office (uk), Peep Show and The Inbetweeners. I enjoy a few drinks on the weekend and look froward to exploring parts of Sydney and its surroundings. Should you have any questions shoot me a message! Hope to hear back regarding accommodation (The suburbs listed in the profile are just some of the places that seemed close to where I'd like to live but anywhere else within a 40min bus/train ride from the CBD would be fine!) Cheers, Sachit
Hey everyone! I'm Leon and I will be moving to Sydney from Melbourne for a grad job in financial services in mid to late January. I've lived in a share house before so I know the importance of respecting your housemates. I'm a very social person who is looking to find housemates who genuinely get along but are also respectful of each other's personal space and time. Overall, I'm a friendly, clean and organised person who is very easy to get along with! Outside of work I'm really into sport, going to gym and hanging out with family and friends. Let me know if you think I'd be a great addition to your home! Cheers Leon
hello am looking for shared accommodation for me and a friend
Hi my name is Ned and I'm looking at moving back to Sydney from Orange NSW. I love to be social and share a meal and something cold at the end a long day but also sometimes curl up with a book and stay in for the night.
I am friendly, laid back, easy to get along with, clean and tidy. I am quite and I respect others privacy and space. However, I do enjoy occasional social nights. I work full-time (9-5) in higher education sector. During week nights I usually like to have chill evening binge watching tv/netflix with a nice meal. I am not much of a cook ,however, I have recently gotten on to healthy eating bandwagon (and i am enjoying it so far!). So I have started doing some meal preps with simple and easy cooking. I am looking for a private bedroom (unfurnished) with ensuite/ own bathroom close to the city and public transport for long term 6 months - 1 year. With flatmates who are easy to get a long with and respect my privacy and space and don't mind occasional hangouts!
Looking for clean and safe accommodation for a full-time student at Sydney College of the Arts (USYD). I'm looking for a quiet place with friendly people for me to live in while I undertake my studies.
Super easy going, friendly, tidy and generally nice to be around!
I am a student that has completed a Bachelor of Science at UOW with a major in Medicinal Chemistry. I will be commencing a Master of Pharmacy at UTS in February of 2018, so I am looking for somewhere to live in Sydney. I have lived in Wollongong with roommates for 2.5 years, and keep a tidy house and am respectful of my house mates privacy. That said I enjoy socializing with friends and having casual drinks.
Hey guys My names Nick and I'm currently working full time as a product manager in tech. I enjoy cooking (I can make pasta from scratch), going to the gym and wrestling (Brazilllian Jiu Jitsu) I'm chatty and a bit of an extrovert but I respect people's personal space and I'm a pretty clean individual. If you want to know anything else about me drop me a message
We are a young professional couple from Argentina and have lived in Sydney for the past 5 years. We are friendly and respectful and we both work full time. Now looking for a short term accommodation somewhere in the Inner West.
Hi, I'm Anna, 35. I'm moving to Sydney in January 2018 for a 6-month contract at the Art Gallery of NSW. I'm a NZer and have been living in the UK for the last 5 years. I love art and music and looking forward to exploring Sydney (especially all the good swimming spots!). I'm looking for a single room in a friendly house, preferably furnished and close to transport into the city. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hey guys! So, the lease ended at my last house and I'm currently looking for a new place to call home - either a room to rent or possibly start a little group and find a place together (happy to jump on a lease if needed). I am really looking to live with people I can call friends and people I can share a meal and have a laugh with. I'm very easy going, tidy up after myself, and love to cook and feed others. I am always down for a chat but I also understand personal space. I do enjoy the occasional wine and movie through the week and the occasional boogie or pub on the weekend. The last house I was in was 3 boys and myself, so that doesn't really phase me at all. My priority right now is to look for a cosy place to settle and call home, and I am happy to compromise to make that work. I have a flexible move-in date and I can or don't have to have household furniture. HA! I am easy and whatever works for everyone. I work full-time in the city, so preferably looking for something in the inner-west or inner-east suburbs and definitely looking for something long term. If this is something similar to what you're looking for, shoot me a message! :) Jen

I work as a solar installer all over Sydney so normally 7am till about 330pm is my work day with some sats. I’m pretty social but like my own space from time to time. Love to cook, have beers with friends, I read quite a bit or just vegging our with a good game or some netflicks. Like to spend weekends catching up with friends or seeing family. I’m really easy going and get along with most people. I’m clean especially in communal areas (room can be covered in clothes at times) and very respectful of others around me.
We are a group of friendly people who enjoy a glass of wine together or a day trip to the beach. We are down to earth and a very clean bunch. Olivia and Freya are studying (Design and Teaching respectively), Celeste has finished studying (Psychology and Performing Arts.)
Hello! I'm a 22 y/o gal studying Psychology at Sydney Uni, currently working part time as a sales assistant. Working and studying currently take up most of my time so am not home during the day very often. When I am at home I am mainly in my room reading, watching a movie, studying or listening to music. On the weekends I like to go out in the evening, and sometimes enjoy bringing a couple of friends over, but nothing crazy. I'm a tidy, respectful and responsible person, especially when it comes to shared spaces. I'm a fairly private person but would definitely be down for some dinner and beverages or even just a chat after work!
