Hello :) :) :) I am great to live with as I have lived all over the globe, literally, since I was a kid! I was a Diplomat Brat and have been to school in places such as Singapore..Indonesia & NZ.. The list goes onnnnn and onnnnnn. As an adult, I caught the travel bug and am an online coach and travel the world with my son, aged 3. He's a pretty chill dude, and very respectful of furnishings and space, as he has been to 11+ countries since 6 weeks of age, and more airbnbs than we can count! :) I am currently in Glasgow, UK. Returning to Sydney and wish to stay LONG TERM , ideally 6-12 months in a house, (hopefully longer if we get the right dynamic). I work from a co-working space (The Hub) during the week, and my son attends a preschool 4 days, with a view to 5 in January 2019. We are out and about A LOT (coworking space events...parks..playgrounds...all the free events Sydney has to offer etcetcetc). I have to say that I can afford our own place, and I did this pre moving to the UK, but honestly, after living with people again, I can see my son and I thrive on it and it gets pretty isolating as a solo parent! I'm a pretty chill person. In saying that, I like to tidy up, clean, and cook a lot! (Don't worry, I don't care if you do or not, I just like to ;-). ) *SUPER OPEN MINDED *RESPECTFUL *RELAXED *LOVE COOKING *FINANCIALLY STABLE *SOCIAL *SUSTAINABLE *DIRECT & AMAZING COMMUNICATOR (no passive-aggressive post-it notes or txts, ugh) *LGBT friendly *Great music collection, particularly DRUM AND BASS! I get that living with a 3 year old (***HE'S THREE, THE THING WOULDNT LET ME ADD HIM UNLESS HE WAS 16 YRS OR OLDER-HAHAHA) is not everyone's idea of an ideal housemate, and yet I encourage you to meet us, and then judge for yourselves! I come with good references and referees, as does my little dude, just ask :). *I also have a fair bit of furniture (dining table/butcher's bench/couch, artwork) which is in storage in Sydney at the moment, from our last home. I guess I'll tell you about my favourite living arrangements that seemed to work best for us: BERLIN WAREHOUSE *We had a massive room and ensuite *The house was full of DJs and artists (perfect for my son to enjoy company and they were always making noise themselves, so didn't mind much what he was up to) *we got to be social and have company, but also enough space to retreat when we wanted GLASGOW HOUSE *This was a small space with one other gay woman and her cat. She worked a lot at a bar. When she was home, we were social and shared a vino or three while my son played. Will miss this place!! My son loves all animals and loves giving the dog a walk if you have one ! Spaces that DIDNT work: * People who are allergic to kids (they exist) *Toxic people who are low vibe and negative *If you communicate passive-aggresively via sms or post it notes and have no communication skills *Uptight/super anal people *If you are a light-sleeper (sometimes he wakes up at 5am, that's kids for you) ---Haaaa! That's what earplugs and wine are for riiiight? Looking forward to hearing from all the high-vibe lovers who'd be keen to setup a great space together or already established a space for us to add to! X Pixie & Zen

I'm a 23 year old female, looking for a place to move into early January. I'm an engineer who works full time in the Sydney CBD. I enjoy hanging out with people and having a good time, though I definitely enjoy having my own space and quiet time at home. I spend my free time primarily reading, looking after my plants or working out. I'm looking for a long term place to live that is vegan friendly (living with other vegans is ideal, though I am also open to living with vegetarians). Ideally the place will offer an easy commute to the city for work. I would also prefer my own bathroom, though am flexible for the right fit! I am always happy to help out at home, am easy going and clean.
I have one great sized room plus a car space available in cute two bedroom apartment in Marrickville. an easy 10min walk to busses and trains. Easy walk/ride/drive to The heart of eclectic Marrickville with many cafes and restaurants to choose from! 10 min drive to Marrickville metro or 5min walk to local woolies - a prime west Marrickville location! The room can comfortably fit a queen bed, desk and wardrobe. Rest of house is furnished. There’s a large tv in the lounge room with nexflix, stan and all the good stuff etc kitchen has fridge, electric stove, bathroom is a normal good sized bathroom. Bedroom is unfurnished. Looking for some one who has secure employment, sharehouse experience, is easy going and understands the importance of keeping mutual spaces tidy and comfortable. This is an LGBTQIA household, which needs to be respected and accepted 🌈 fellow queer or female preferred. SW and kink friendly. Please contact me for more deets. 😊
On top of being a domestic goddess and exquisite hot beverage-making skills, I come with close to a decade of share-housing experience! Originally from Southwest Victoria, formerly of Sydney’s Inner West and currently residing jn Geelong, I’m a 25-year-old freelance creative looking to relocate back to the Harbour City to pick up my career where I left it after an extended sabbatical. I like getting outdoors to do a lot of photography and sometimes staying in to sketch in my spare time - but I’m never against the odd meal, chat, drink and/or Netflix binge with housemates. Besides creative pursuits and being outdoorsy, I enjoy the odd video game (I come bonus with a PS4), quietly reading in the sun and come with enough general knowledge to make starting a house pub trivia team a practical benefit. If you think that’d I would be a welcome addition to your home, send me a message!
Hey! My name is Hayley and I'm a current Enmore resident whose flatmates are moving to Canberra in the new year, so I am taking the opportunity to explore and meet new people with whom to live! I am a music teacher and bush regenerator and love to read, talk politics, and go on long walks to catch Pokemon (still stuck in the 90s)! I'm also really into horse riding. I'm a quiet and respectful housemate who functions well with a cleaning roster (!) and maintains everyone's plants around the house. I'm interested in finding a share house if possible (rather than a flat or apartment). I’m looking for a friendly safe home, one that is lgbt+ friendly and feels like home. One complication is that I am looking for a pet friendly house as I am getting a puppy soon for mental health reasons. (I want to just add that any dog of mine would be house trained and, if there was yard space, would spend most of its time outside). I also come with my own bedroom furniture so do not require a furnished room! I am free to move any time from now onwards, until January. So if you’re interested in teaming up or you think you have a place for me, don’t hesitate to contact me!
69 Edingburgh Road is a cool spot in the inner west, located walking distance from places such as; The Factory Theatre, The Vic and Marrickville Bowlo. Also walking distance to breweries like Batch, Grifter and Sauce. Plus The Metro shopping centre is 5 mins walk for all the groceries and bits and pieces you may need. Street Parking is a lot easier to find here then some of the narrow streets i'm sure you have had to deal with before in the inner west. Decent size backyard, with a built in pizza oven, which gets used on special occasions and the pizzas keep getting better with each fire up! The whole house has been newly renovated and is in excellent condition! Well worth a look, so come round and check it out and meet the crew :)
I'm an artist and a linguist. I speak three languages. I'm a clean person and I'm a bit older than the usual share house person so I'm well versed in being a good flat mate :) Super tolerant with mental health and cannot live with people who aren't LGBTQI+ FRIENDLY. Also I love animals :) Don't eat a lot of meat, but do indulge from time to time.
Writing ‘a bit about you’ is always super weird, but here goes: I am currently working in media/marketing (agency side). My interests are varied, but I love music, reading, nature/outdoors, health and anything creative. I'd like to be able to socialise with roommates and have a comfortable environment. I'm a normal housetrained human (clean and respectful of common living areas).
This is a new build property with every luxury you could ever want for. Huge modern kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher, oven and loads of storage. The property has ducted air conditioning, a built in BBQ and decking in the backyard which will be great for summer. The room on offer is upstairs with a built in wardrobe and A bathroom shared with one other person. The house is down the road from Henson Park and The Henson which has a great beer garden. 13min walk to the train station and 7 min walk to woolies. We are looking for flatmates who are easy going and social people. Either guys or girls are welcome however we prefer not to have couples or people with any pets. These room will go quick so please make yourself available for a meet and greet ASAP. Myself and Mae are living in Five Dock atm and are free to meet anyone after work during the week. We get keys to the property on 16th so will not be able to show the property before this time. We are looking for people who will move in around the same time as us on 16th. I have a video of the property from when I inspected it which can be forwarded to you
I'm happy to be social and respectful of people's need for privacy. I can cook and enjoy making family meals and am pretty decent at whipping up cocktails. I'm clean but if you're messy thats cool. I'm pretty laid back. I currently work in recruitment and do random bar gigs when I feel like it.
Chilled and down to earth 33yr Female and a max chilled little doggo named Zula. I work full time in Bush Regen, early morning starts Mon-Fri. New to the inner west I enjoy music, rock climbing, yoga, festivals, camping or anything outdoors basically. I am respectful, clean and house proud, looking for a home not just a room. I am looking for a nice relaxed enviroment, with some chilled flatties, who like me enjoy cooking, good company and a good laugh, and the occasional beer or wine. A little bit about my doggo; shes a 9yr bitsa breed, super chilled and quiet, life goals - snuggles and pats from everyone! Shes well house trained and unless you whip out a ball you will find her snoozing the day away or catching flies. Shes well clipped and groomed so doesnt leave hair or nor is she a stinky dog, she wins the hearts of everyone she meets. And also gets on with other dogs and cats. Look forward to hearing from you 🌞
