I like to think I am outgoing making friends with a massive variety of people. I love cooking and drinking good wine but never leave dirty dishes in the sink. I enjoy chatting with my housemates in the evenings after work to catch up and maybe watch some tv, I also enjoy going out for Friday drinks too. I have lived in a share house for a year now so I would say I'm good at giving people their space but anyone is more than welcome to come out with me and my friends over the weekends.

Dearest property enquiry makers, My quaint little bedroom is available right now. The property is the top level of a split two story town house, located on a quiet street approx. 5 minutes walk to the Marrickville Train Station which takes you straight in to the CBD. A lovely Thai family live below us and never cause trouble and keep to themselves. There's a backyard with a clothes line for those who enjoy a sneaky breeze to dry your clothing items, a well, naturally lit living room with a MASSIVE north/west facing window, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and dryer (for those who don't like clothes lines). My room is a cosy, little room with all you need. I will be leaving my double bed here as well as a double-sided bed side table (excellent mini storage unit). Everything is located VERY close by. Our street feeds in to Illawarra road where you'll find everything you really need. Fantastic little family area with plenty of parks around. All bills except internet are included in the rent. Internet is $20 a month. Looking for someone to compliment this household. We have no cleaning schedule, we just all expect to clean up after ourselves. Great place for someone who's studying/working full time or part time.

I’m a 28 year old gay male, currently working part-time as a dog walker and studying spatial design part-time at UTS. I’m looking for a place where I can sign onto a lease. I am looking for a place I can begin renting over the next few weeks. I’m fairly happy keeping to myself whilst being social at times, and like to keep things neat and tidy. Ideally I’m looking for a home where I can become friends with who I’m living with, but still have my own space in my room. I love to cook, and live a fairly quiet lifestyle in that I’m not out partying and don’t have house parties. I prefer catching up over meals and a few drinks, nothing too big. Living with me is Frankie, my 3 year old dog who I have trained to be a medical assistance dog. She's an awesome dog with a big personality. She goes to uni and work with me, and I'm crate training her so she'll happily settle in a new house. She also loves other dogs.
Hey I'm Sandra. I work full time in finance in the city and as such would like to move closer to the city, ideally somewhere near Coogee or rosebay while also close to public transport. I'm an easy going, quiet and tidy person who enjoys the outdoors and sports. Looking to share a place with a person or people similar in age and interests and hopefully become friends too so please feel free to get in touch!

Jack has also finished his undergrad and is going back to study at Usyd. We're not massive party animals, but we do enjoy a bev or two with mates. We like to go for adventures and activities. We like to keep things pretty clean in shared living spaces.

I'm flexible on the length of lease, just want to find a nice spot! Thanks for looking.

Hi, Just finished my fieldwork here in Sydney for my master's thesis in social anthropology and am about to do a little trip to celebrate! As the girl I rent my current room from need to have her room back I need to find a new place to stay when I come back by the end of February. Will be in Sydney until 26/1 so could always come by and introduce myself before then. A little bit about me: I am 32 years old and from Sweden. I have a lot of interest but some of them are health, art (both creating and enjoying other's), music, photography and travelling. Love spending time with friends but also enjoy my space. I am trustworthy, respectful, independent, open minded and easy going. Also vegan but have no problem living with someone who is not.
I'm looking for a place near the beach as I consider it my happy place. I am very clean, chill, I don't meddle, I'm very friendly and I can hangout with anyone easily. I'm looking to move as soon as possible. Thank you!
A double size bedroom in a house is available for a female ( no male or couple please). The house is located near the border between Marrickville and Enmore. It is about 10 minutes walking distance to Sydenham station. There is a bus stop near the house (3 buses M30, 423, 426 to the city from this house). It takes about 20 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by train to Sydney CBD from this house. The house is fully renovated, furnished, super clean and comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. The first 2 bedrooms are occupied by 2 accountants. The 3rd bedroom is vacant (see photos attached for descriptions of the houses and rooms). You will be sharing the house with the 2 accountants. Both ladies are easy going and friendly. The house is an idea for a female looking for a safe, clean and comfortable living environment. Rent is $260 per week plus bills sharing evenly among the housemates. 2 weeks bond. Minimum stay is 3 months.
I'm clean, tidy and respectful. I don't drink although I am social. I keep myself busy working two jobs and studying full time.
Light and airy, double sized, furnished room in relaxed, family friendly house with a back yard. We have a cat but no tv. We live in a fairly quiet part of Marrickville close to the train, bus, shops, and river with parks and cycleways at our doorstep.
I'm a respectable, mature and immaculate twenty eight year old lady who works two jobs. I'm an artist. I like to make the most out of my days. I'm either at my studio working on projects, out exploring/ soaking up the sun rays or relaxing at in the evenings. I have a thirst for knowledge and creative expansion. I'm into health and fitness. I'm somewhat of an explorer.
When you live in this apartment, you can't help but be happy. It's super bright and airy and has a great energy. All bills included (electricity, water, unlimited wi-fi; washing machine and dryer!!!). Plus off-street carparking so your car is safe and sound. The room is a double room, furnished, spacious & bright and has an expensive memory foam double mattress for superb comfort. Small block of flats with a warm, homely feel. It's a convenient 7 minute walk to Dulwich Hill train station, and a little bit more to Marrickville station. We are walking distance from the large Woolworths. You will be sharing with me, and a very shy little kitty. I'm looking for a private yet friendly, carefree, considerate female. Must work full time. The room is available for 3 months only. You will love it here!
I'm a relaxed and amenable hombre. Flexible is my middle name. I do work a lot as well as some volunteering. I spent many years working on Film/Television and now work in healthcare. My downtime is driven by cafes, some gardening, chatting and reading and many other things. I quite like cleaning because I like a clean space. A social fellow with out being reckless, I really enjoy the company of others. Inversely, I do enjoy leaning back in solitude with my Kindle. Hooking into Tai Chi again after spending a while looking after my ailing mum. I'm looking forward to a new residence with new people. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
Hello There! We will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane mid-late January and will be looking for a furnished room in a share house or granny flat. We would prefer our own bathroom but are happy to share in the right place. A bit about us ... Rowan is an environmental consultant and I am a (newly graduated) urban planner, we are moving because I have been lucky enough to get a graduate job. We have both lived in share houses for 6+ years so are completely used to pitching in with cleaning. We are friendly, social people who are happy to chill out but also like time to ourselves. We also have two pets, an indoor 4yr old cat, who is very chilled and affectionate. And a 5yr old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, he is used to a fairly small yard and after his morning walk generally sleeps/eats all day. I am willing to pay a pet bond if required - but if you can not allow pets we have arranged for our fur babies to stay with family. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in us as roomies :-).
