Decent sized unfurnished room in a beautiful Victorian home with a massive garden and large communal areas. We are a newly established share house located just off Marrickville Road. The property is newly leased to us so it is currently unfurnished however, we have sourced most of the basics, but we will probably spend the first week of the lease (from the 30th) setting everything up. We plan to have excellent internet, a shared smart tv with Netflix and Stan, a sewing/craft area, library, record player, good couches, etc. Our kitchen appliance game is on point as we are all avid bakers. The house itself is beautiful with an amazing front room, lots of natural light, floorboards throughout, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, walk-in pantry, outdoor deck and massive garden which has an established veggie patch which we plan on developing further and a chicken coop (no chickens yet but we are planning on getting some!) Your room is located at the back of the house with a good sized window but no build in storage. There is definitely room for a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and even maybe a bookcase.

I am a cheerful person, calm and make friends with ease. The respect among my roommates is fundamental to good relationships. I am reserved in relation to my private life, but I also like to share daily experiences with my friends and family. My priorities are work and studies, and in the vacant hours I want to travel and enjoy this paradisiac place that is Australia.

I respect boundaries and privacy but I would like a house that has a sense of community. Would love a shared meal with some wine and chat from time to time. I am currently working in a disability team for the Department of Education. I love anything to do with art. I enjoy cooking, politics, a big movie fan, nature and live music. Jeorge is currently studying fashion design and works part time. He is very friendly, mature and would also enjoy a house that has a sense of community. He enjoys cooking, fashion, bad movies and has a contagious laugh. We are both clean, tidy, respectful, communicative and considerate. Please feel free to reach out to us :)
Hey Guys! I have recently graduated from University and am looking to move to Sydney. I have a vast amount of experience in different areas so finding employment is not an issue (I have interviews lined-up as I write this). I am looking for a fun living environment where I can meet new friends and just enjoy what the city has to offer. I am clean and honest. I have lived on campus at university for the past three years so I have had a lot of experience in shared environments. My passion is in film and television.
What can we say, this property is an absolute gem! You will be living with two other house mates and will get to enjoy a light filled house with modern fixtures and fittings, spacious common areas, a gorgeous front garden and a generous back yard. Only a 30 min trip to the city yet close to buses, train stations, cafes and pubs it can sometimes feel hard to leave the inner west bubble. The house also has to offer ceiling fans and fly screens for those hot summers and warm heaters for those unbearable winters. What are you waiting for, come and see for yourself!
Hey! I'm Ryan, 25, a storyboard artist working on an animated TV production. I moved here from NZ about 8 months ago for work, and I'm loving it so far! I work full-time, from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and definitely enjoy a few bevvies on the weekend. Generally fairly quiet, I keep to myself mostly but I'm always down for a chin-wag or hootenanny if the opportunity arises.
