Hi there, I am a 24 year old female. Super friendly and outgoing, love a bit of banter and looking for house mates who are equally as keen to make a new friend but also appreciate their own space. I love a good movie but just as happy to watch reality tv. Ideally I am looking for female housemates whom are also social and of similar age (not a must). However, open to giving living with males a go. I am a creative, currently working as a graphic designer for the Australian Turf Club located at Royal Randwick Racecourse. I work Mon-Fri 9-5pm. Enjoy keeping active (when it isn't Winter haha). Love a good exhibition to check out on the weekends. Happy for a Friday afternoon bev and willing to lend an ear for a good rant. I have a boyfriend, Aaron - he lives on the Central Coast also 24. He comes down most weekends to visit or vice versa. He is also friendly and easy to get along with. Would need house mates whom are fine to have him come and visit over the weekend. We tend to keep to ourselves and wouldn't get in the way as weekends is our only real chance to see each other. If I sound like your type of person, please feel free to give me a holla for a chat. I am not in any particular rush to move out of where I am currently situated, but will move out quick smart for the right fit. I am looking for at least a 6 month stay. If we get along during this period I would be looking to extend this indefinitely. Cheers, P
If I'm here, then I'm still looking! I'm looking at everywhere now and is not limited to the selected suburb. I'm a grad architect looking for a cool place (own room) and people to live with. Mature, friendly and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. Have big items such as a car, a mattress, and a big cork table so preferably not furnished, and a flat driveway for parking or off street. Always busy with something but wouldn't mind a few drinks (coffee preferred) and what-not. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Would like a place where I can sleep normally too. No room sharing! I don't really have any preference as to location, and you can see I have thrown in heaps of places that don't quite connect the dots. Contact me if you are looking for a superstar. Not a premium member so I can't message listing that are recent.
I'm a full time health professional who enjoys bingeing Netflix, cooking and the occasional wine or beer. On the weekends, I'll probably be out brunching, pretending to exercise or visiting my family. I've recently moved back to Sydney and would like to join a reasonably social and outgoing household. I enjoy a tidy household and will probably do more than my share of cleaning. Non smoker. Looking for a room that'll comfortably fit a double bed. Flexible with move in date - looking for the right household.
Hi There! I am an engineer from Turkey who has been living in Sydney for 18 months and working as a locomotive planner in North Sydney. I love Newtown and want to live there or somewhere close. I have a personal blog in Turkish and you can check my instagram profile which will give some idea about me. I am very easy-going, clean and respectful person and will definitely add value to your life. See you soon!

I'm a friendly private guy who is looking for a nice private room (minimum 2 to 3 months) or a studio (I'm willing to rent for 6 months). I'm looking for a place which is conveniently located closer to Sydney CBD. I'm going to start working full time from 1st week of August. I don't smoke or drink.
Need a house mate ASAP It's a great house to live in its got a nice big backyard, massive kitchen, three people can easily cook at the same time :) clean and tidy house, we have a regular cleaner that comes every second week✅ Every one works and keeps their space but also have the occasional dinners and social drinks. The room is medium sized, the bed in the pic is a queen size bed and it's available to rent from the 27th of june. We're happy, outgoing and busy people. We're pretty social, have house parties occasionally but we also respect each others boundaries and keep the house as a nice sanctuary for everyone to live in. Looking for someone similar. There's a bus stop on the corner of our street to take you to Newtown, City and Sydenham train station, which is also 10 min walk away. This is such a good house, we have NBN wifi (fast) a TV and Netflix. The kitchen is huge so it's never hard to have space to cook and prepare your meals, the backyard is a really nice environment to hang and chill and we have some gym equipment that the whole house can use.

LOCATION This is a two bedroom semi-detached sweet and quirky home, in a great location and on relatively quiet street. It is very close to Enmore Park (2mins walk), Marrickville Metro and Enmore Road shops (5mins walk). There are frequent buses to the city literally at your door step (and Spit Junction / Sydenham (M30) , Marrickville, Dulwich Hill, Petersham (423,426,428)). Additionally - it is 15 minutes walk to Newtown train station, restaurants and bars, and about as much to Stanmore + about 10 minutes walk to Addison Rd Community Centre, and their great Sunday market. So basically - you can be at the centre of all that Enmore, Newtown and this side of Marrickville (and Petersham) have to offer. THE HOUSE Apart from location, this is a spacious 2 bedroom house, suitable for two people (us) and great for having friends over for dinner. The living/dining area is open style, with a little bar/window through kitchen. Very sweet kitchen too, with most of things you need to whip up a great dinner, but smaller in size (I have cooked here with 2 other people without a problem!). The kitchen and bathroom are new. The front of the house is carpeted while common living areas at the back are very practical faux floorboards. GARDEN The outside garden is great and a good project. There are plenty of herbs, flowers and succulents. There is a small undercover side area with small table and hammock, and ample size decked backyard at the back, great for dinners or breakfasts, having chats, reading a book, meditating, or watching things grow. ROOM The available bedroom is the front one, and it has two windows providing nice breeze. It is carpeted and doesn't contain any furniture. Room dimensions are 3.7 x 3.4 metres. THE BOSS There is a furry little beast of princess called Kiki living here. She is 9 years old, she gives attention when she wants to, and how she wants to. One big character definitely... you have to love cats and be super tolerant of them if you want to live here. Because she is the Boss. Also not good if you have allergy to cats - she is fluffy!
Melbournian making the shift to Sydney for a new job. I lead an active lifestyle - I enjoy going to the gym and playing several sports. In my down time I enjoy reading, music and drinking with friends. I try to keep myself busy, but I am keen to share the occasional meal or drink with my future housemates.
Sunny furnished room overlooking a large balcony with views of the garden. The home is located in a lovely tree-lined street in Marrickville close to the bus, train, coffee shops, restaurants, library, banks and local shops. Marrickville is a central vibrant hub, close proximity to the CBD and other accessible Sydney destinations. Couples are welcome $160 per person including bills.
