Hey all! I'm a very relaxed and happy person at home, I love to spend quiet quality time in my room and enjoy having peace! I would prefer to live with 2 other women max. And not go further away from the city past Strathfield. I am working part-time (4 days a week) and I also go to uni 2 days a week, I am very study orientated as I really enjoy my course. I love cats, I have always grown up around them so I am happy to move into a cat occupied home. I am looking for down to earth housemate/s who are LGBT friendly.
I am a Kenyan male joining Sydney Uni for my Master's from 10th Jan 2019. I am looking for a nice and convenient place to live in during my studies. I am a young gentleman who is respectful of peoples' space.

Hello! I have just moved over here after 3 months travelling around Asia and I’m looking for a short term rent until my friend arrives late March. Hey there, Thank you for stopping by this ad... Hope you are having a great day or evening...... I am a tidy, reliable professional. I enjoy yoga, cycling, coastal walks and catching up with friends and exploring Australia. I am originally from Ireland and am also an Australian Citizen. I have shared with flatmates from many diverse cultural backgrounds since arriving in Australia over 7 years ago. I am a clean and tidy 37 years old, I am told I don't look it as I still get carded (asked for ID) at pubs and clubs. I am young at heart as well. Appreciate chilled, good humoured people to have a chat with but also respect each other (flatmate) and guests privacy. I would like to share with one or 2 people in any of the following areas in the: North: Dee why, Manly, Curl Curl, North Sydney and Cammeray East: Randwick, Marobura, Coogee, Bondi Inner West: Marrickville, Dulwich Hill, Summerhill, Lewisham, Haberfield, and Hurlstone Park. Also flexible on the move date: Also flexible on rent on either side of $200- $280 (excluding bills). I am honest, reliable, hard working and pay my rent and bills on time. I have been the head tenant on a lease previously but sold all my furniture.
I'm 20, from Brisbane, and recently graduated from an acting degree. I'm looking to move down to Sydney in late Jan. I'm pretty chill. I'm private, but can also enjoy a few drinks and love socialising. I'm looking for a reasonably priced room in the inner city suburbs with other fun, young, ambitious people. LGBT+ Friendly, Non-smoker (but I don't mind if housemates do), Clean and Reliable.
Hey, I’m Lara (17, 18 in early February) and I’m a university student studying film production. I’m a friendly and respectable person to live with. I enjoy socializing, but study and work are my priority. I enjoy video games, writing, and exploring! I’m looking for a friendly flatmate(s) that respect my belongings and space.
Hello! We are two young professionals just moved from living and working on Fraser Island OLD. I am working full time and my partner is working and studying both in the hospitality industry. We are both very relaxed, friendly and outgoing people but love our down time. Clean respectful and easygoing, we are a very laid back pair always down for a cuppa and a chat.
This is a comfortable 2 bedroom house in a good street with quiet neighbours within walking distance to all that you need. I love that I can walk to the supermarket, train station, cafes and local bars and music venues and we are a short bus or train trip to the city. The house is equipped with gas in the kitchen, there is a seperate dining area and a seperate living room. There is a spacious backyard to relax in with room to grow veggies, plants and anything else you want to do. There is a second toilet attached to the house outside and also an internal laundry. The house is furnished. The bedroom is unfurnished and reasonably large in size approx. 4m x 4m, with polished floorboards and white blinds. There is air con in the living area and a gas heater which is great in winter. It's a house with abit of extra space in a home that's comfortable, inviting and pleasant. You can really relax here and it's private and in a great location. Bills such as water, gas and electricity are additional. Internet is included.
Hi! I’ve recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne, as I’m about to start studying Med at USyd. I just got back from India with my girlfriend and am now making this big move. I’m really excited to see how it pans out; new city, new degree, new people, new experiences. I am very invested in my studies and my work as a tutor, but also I like to think of myself as a pretty sociable guy and am always down for a chat. If you’re big on basketball, reading fantasy, going to gigs, or (maybe a little typically Melbourne) coffee - we’ll get along great! I love cooking, and make a mean shakshuka. I’m pretty clean but also not so phased about how others choose to live in their own house.
Hi I’m Ellie - I moved from London to Sydney at the end of September 2018. At the moment I live with a couple in Dulwich Hill and although they’re lovely and I really like the area - space is very limited (I have a small single bedroom) and the lease is due to expire at the beginning of February2019. So I’m ideally looking to move to a funished (ideally but not a deal breaker!) double room in a friendly house share. A bit about me - I’m sociable, quite chilled and tidy. I work full time at the Crown Solicitors Office and I will often be out in the evening or weekends exploring the city. But when I’m around I love to chat and maybe do dinner and drinks. I’ve lived in shared houses before so I know the importance of having your own space and doing your bit with regard to cleaning etc. I’d definitely prefer to live with people I consider friends rather than strangers so I’m looking for others with the same mindset. Happy to answer any questions.
Hi there, I have a room available near Sydenham Station in Marrickville. It's a big residential warehouse. Sorry for the bad quality photos, they are mostly out of date as the place is looking much nicer now, we're currently doing renovations so the space will be ready mid February :) You'll be sharing with me - James, I'm a photographer. I have a studio here. There's also other friendly housemates, everyone is cool - PRIVATE ROOM = 160 per week. The bills cost 20 dollars per week. Decent size room around 11 sqm, there's no windows on the wall but there's plenty of natural light as the ceiling is covered in perspex panels that absorb the skylights on the roof. There's ducted air vents so the place has plenty of circulation in all rooms. The room is fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, clothes storage etc. Sorry I don't have photos of the room itself yet, I'm waiting until the rooms are completed. Please note - We do not have a backyard. The style of our home is quite "office" style, as opposed to a standard residential style, so it may not suit everyone, but if you're looking for a bargain clean private room in a great area then this is ideal. Bond is 3 weeks of rent and bills. Internet unlimited fibre NBN wifi. The house has two bathrooms, lounge/dining area, nice kitchen, tiled floors, clothes washer, dryer machine, safe and secure. Location: - Literally 2 minutes walk is Sydenham Station which has express trains to the city/CBD. (only 10 minutes on the train) - Within 10 minutes walk is the main street of Marrickville with all its bars, cafes, gyms, yoga classes and funky restaurants. Addison Road farmers Market on Sunday. - Within a short walk King Street which is the most eclectic street of Sydney. - 5 minute walk to Marrickville Metro - 25 minute bike ride to the city. Contact me for inspection.
The house is spacious and airy and has been lovingly renovated. It’s around the corner from Marrickville station and close to all of Marrickville’s excellent cafes. The house has three lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a truly amazing kitchen/living space and excellent garden. The bedroom we’re looking to rent l is the largest in the house (spacious enough to fit a king size bed and desk) has beautiful wooden floors and a dormer window + window seat.

Home after 6 years of travelling and looking for a big, bright room with cool people. I am a website designer and developer and also enjoy photography and riding my bike. Very easy-going, can be vegetarian if everyone else is but not too fussed. I'm friendly and social and I get up early, go to bed early and I'm not into parties so much anymore. :)
