Looking for someone to commit to at least 6 months stay with a preference for those who want to stay long-term. What you’ll get: Your room is a double sized room with a built-in closet and a ceiling fan down the end of the house away from the other bedrooms at the end of the living areas. It is currently furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a chest of drawers ready for you to move in. There is a TV point in the bedroom and we can supply you with a small TV, but if you have a big one feel free to BYO. There is a large window to let in light, with block out blinds. You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, fully furnished loungeroom, dining, and study nook for you to use (this is right outside your bedroom and you are welcome to decorate it/change it up however you like – for example if you wanted to put up some screens and make your own little hang out space – feel free) as well as the standard bathroom, laundry with washer and dryer. There is a large yard with plenty of space to have a BBQ or just relax. The house itself is in a quiet court with on-street parking, with a bus stop at the end of the court to take you into Deakin via the Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre or across the road to take a bus into Geelong city. The cashola: Rent is $150 per/week and that’s inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, water, unlimited internet). We all do our own cooking and keep our groceries separate. You are not required to go on the lease of this house, however you will need to sign a housemate agreement.
