I'm looking for a room in or around Grovedale, Geelong. I am a graduate engineer working mainly at Deakin University. I am hoping to start a Phd soon at Deakin. I am a quiet tidy easy going person who has lived on student residences for 3 years and 4 share houses over the last 5 years. In my spare time i'll be reading, watching tv, catching up with friends, and occasionally taking pilots lessons. In the case of a team up I can bring a couch lounge chair combo, tv and dryer.
I’m on the the hunt for an awesome housemate to join us in our three bedroom home. The house is only a short walk the Marshall train station, which has buses to Deakin, and is set back from the road in a quiet community style estate. It’s a fairly recent build which features built in wardrobes in all rooms, separate bathroom and toilet, ducted heating and split system cooling. The common areas are fully furnished and bedrooms unfurnished, although I’m sure something could be worked out for epic housemates in need of furnishings. The bedroom is of standard size, so you'll fit a bed and desk. You will need to be added to the lease with the agent and landlords approval, after us tenants give you the tick of approval :) This is not going to be a party house, although it will be social and homely, so please, no hermit crabs. It’s weird when you literally never see the people you live with because they never leave their room. Also not keen on getting the silent treatment when sharing comunal spaces for no apparent reason. I promise I don't bite. If you’re respectful of others space and study needs, as well as able to clean up after yourself, then please send me a message! :) Sorry, strictly no pets and no smoking.
Looking for a place to move in to as soon as I can (I'm currently couch surfing) Not currently working Smoker Laied back easy going and gets along with every one Neat and tidy and keep to my self :)
I can make a mean stir fry, I'm clean, I enjoy music and I play bass in a band. I'm pretty great to live with because I don't make a mess and literally only eat cheese toasties and pasta, so no kitchen mess! I work on checkouts at Kmart. I enjoy socialising, listening to music, working out and meeting new people.

I have recently finished a course at Deakin Uni in Creative Arts so will be working on building up my portfolio and collection of works. This usually involves me being up to something arty and having a strange sense of humour. I like to keep things tidy and clean, and I'm mindful of other people's space and property. I try my best to keep an open mind and to be understanding. At first I can be a bit shy but happy to meet new people and get to know them. I don't mind animals and share my house with pets.

I'm pretty quiet and not too much of a party animal, but I am friendly and like to hang out. I am relatively neat and clean up after myself. Hey all, The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 3 living areas. The house itself is fully furnished with everything you could need, you would just need to bring your own bedroom furniture and linen. There is split systems in the living areas and a gas heater. There is a bus stop at the end of the court which takes you to Geelong or Deakin University. We are 5 minutes drive from Waurn Ponds shopping centre, leisure link, with all of your amenities super close to home. Our lease is set until April with the strong opportunity to renew. The way the house is set up is split into two, the front end with master bedroom and formal lounge with one housemate and the remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas for everyone to use. Looking for female housemates in their 20's who have hopefully lived in share housing before and understand respecting each others privacy, being friendly and cleaning up after yourself. Must be cat friendly as Albie lives with us and comes in at night time to sleep. He is pretty friendly and mostly just lounges in the sun or stares out the window longingly at birdies. Bedroom 1 - $160 p/week all bills included. The room is down the end of the house away from all other bedrooms adjacent to the living areas and is a medium sized room with built in robes, large window, ceiling fan and can be furnished with a double bed and tallboy if needed or you can BYO. There is space in the living area for you to set up a desk, and you'll be sharing the bathroom with 1 or 2 other housemates (toilet is separate to bathroom so never had any issues) Bedroom 2 - $110 p/week all bills included (neg). This is a very small bedroom with double built in robes and a large window that would fit a single/king single and maybe a small dresser and not much else hence the low price of rent. At the moment the room is unfurnished apart from 2 single mattresses, but happy to furnish the room or have you BYO. You will be sharing the main bathroom with 1 or 2 other housemates (toilet separate to bathroom so never had any issues) This would be perfect for someone who needs to come down to Geelong for a couple nights a week for work or uni and needs somewhere to stay. Please email us with a bit about yourself as we will only be accepting people who we think will fit the household best.
