Weekly rent from $400 pw to $550 pw depending on private bathroom or ensuite as well as the location close to metro and train station. I'm not a big fan of buses as I would need to be quick so I rarely catch a bus. I'm clean, tidy, friendly but also respect your space and privacy. Currently, I'm working and studying 6 days a week.
