I am 22 and just graduated university as a primary teacher. Looking for casual teaching work in Newcastle but will most likely be working full time when school term starts. I lived in the country and moved to Sydney for 4 years and now needing another change. I am clean, organised, social but do still love my down time. I am past my partying days but still happy to have a couple of drinks and hopefully looking for housemates that can become friends. I enjoy games nights, watching Netflix and am free most weekends. I am pretty much happy to live in most suburbs of Newcastle as long as they aren't further than 25 minutes from the city.
This property is newly renovated with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and living area featuring a large outdoor entertaining area (photos coming soon due to renovations). Fletcher shopping village is less then 1km drive, Wallsend shopping centre about 2km drive and the University only a 10 minute drive. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and air-conditioning in the main living area. All bed rooms have built in wardrobes. The house is furnished except for the rooms available, however we do have some extra furniture (double beds, bed side tables etc) if you needed/wanted. It is a quiet street with lots of close parking. Water, gas and unlimited internet are included in the rent. If you're a couple looking to share a room, the rent would be adjusted to accommodate another person in the house, we can discuss details if you're interested
The house is in a nice, quiet area. Is furnished and has plenty of light and space with ducted air-con/heating. Gas stove/dishwasher. Has an outdoor area and a small pool. Yards are taken care of. Short drive to shops. Approx. 10min drive to the University or the Freeway. There is a local gym, doctors, pub, bottle shop and Chinese at the end of the road. The garage does have some basic gym equipment. There's also an outdoor pizza oven. Room: The room has a built in wardrobe, timber floors. Pictures shown are indicative of the room not the furniture. It is approx. 3.8*2.9 Bills are included in the rent. However if we change something, e.g. if second fridge is required. Then we may need to add a little more to the bills. Internet is unlimited and has good wifi range. House Rules: Okay with having friends/family over but not a party house. Must be neat/tidy and non smoking. Respect others and their property.
Hey! I'm a 19 year old Uni student looking to study secondary education possibly even primary. I love video games and will happily vs you whenever you want. I'm currently working in Glendale and on my days off i tend to go out or chill out in my room. I love animals and i will promptly share stories of them. I have my own bed and a few other pieces of furniture. Please flick me a message.
I’m a very clean and organised person, love to have a chat and a glass of wine of a weekend. Very family orientated. I work 6 days a week and don’t spend much time at home. I love to go camping and spend time with my loved ones. Looking for a friendly house mate!
Hi, I’m Kaitlan and I’m currently looking for a place to rent for next year. I am a 22 year old female and have just completed my last year of a pharmacy degree and am just about to start an internship in a community Pharmacy. I’m very clean, tidy and respectful of others privacy. I’m also very easy going, have a good sense of humour and am very adventurous. I love to get out and about and stay active through social netball and the gym. I will be continuing study into my internship and I’m therefore often happy to do my own thing, although I am always up for some good times with friends over a few beverages or a good old cup of tea every now and then. I am also flexible with my move in date if necessary.
I am down to earth, friendly and approachable. I run my own business. I am a clairvoyant medium and also have my own skin care line. I am all about living your best life. I embrace positive mindset! I am looking to team up with someone. I am wanting to set up a 3 bedroom house. Looking for a housemate who would like to rent out a bedroom and be able to furnish your own room. I will be using the 3rd bedroom as an office space and have clients coming to the home throughout the day, but this would not disrupt you if you are home. I'm looking for someone who is easy going, loves to have a chat and dinner from time to time but also respectful of having their own space. I am very clean, tidy and not a party goer. I am not looking for a party animal, sorry! I am looking for someone who is also clean and respectful. In saying that I am fun, love to have a laugh and netflix binge. I love going to the gym and getting outdoors too, so I am in no way a home body. I also travel to Sydney a lot for work and appointments. I am open to areas in Newcastle. I would like to rent somewhere that is relatively new-ish and not run down. Hence why I am looking around the Maryland/Fletcher area as it seems you get more bang for your buck! But I am open to wherever really :)
Hello! Our names are Tim and Emily, we are both currently studying to become teachers whilst working part time. We both enjoy anything outdoors such as walks/adventures as well as a drink or two and some days out. Rainy days aren’t the worst with board games, Netflix being there as well as just relaxing around the house most likely doing uni work when needed. We are looking for a couple or individuals to move in with or find a place with to obviously help make it a bit cheaper on everyone. We are neat and tidy and more than happy to have a share of the house work as well respecting others privacy as we do appreciate ours. If you are keen to talk about things or are interested in our ad then please feel free to message me.

I'm Gemma. I'm 21 in July and moved to Newcastle two years ago from Dubbo for Uni. I'm studying a double degree in Law and Communications and work casually. I have lived on campus at the University the past two years and do have an offer to move back in, however I would love to find an alternative if possible as living on campus can get pretty hectic (and expensive) sometimes. I'm pretty easygoing and always up for a chat! In between a busy degree and work I enjoy some downtime binge watching Netflix or hanging out having a few drinks/playing board games with friends. I like going to the beach on my days off and I am usually pretty tidy, especially in common spaces. I also make a mean lasagna. Looking for a fun but relaxed house where the housemates can become friends and hang out but also respect each other's personal space when we want to nap or just relax on our own. Ps. Dog in the photo is my parent's dog, I won't be bringing any pets with me.
I am a Barista/Cook so I’m perfect for making those early morning coffees. I’m flexible, fair, trustworthy and don’t mind sharing. Good manners do great things, so that’s all you need with me! I’m originally from the country, but am familiar with Newcastle.
Colin and I are both super friendly people. We are vegan so we wont eat all of your food too! We both work full time at the kent hotel in hamilton. We have 3 furry babies.
