I have found work which will be starting roughly around the 10th of dec. I am very easy going, not much phases me apart from a having a clean house and tidy lawns. I do like to have a few beers on a free weekend or couple after work. Happy to cook you up a mad feed if you return the favour.
I'm moving up to the Newcastle area to further focus on my studies as I am originally from the Central Coast. I enjoy tinkering with electronics projects and going to fun places with mates. I work part time at the Caltex in Maryland and can't wait to move to Newcastle and make some new friends.

Hello! Our names are Tim and Emily, we are both currently studying to become teachers whilst working part time. We both enjoy anything outdoors such as walks/adventures as well as a drink or two and some days out. Rainy days aren’t the worst with board games, Netflix being there as well as just relaxing around the house most likely doing uni work when needed. We are looking for a couple or individuals to move in with or find a place with to obviously help make it a bit cheaper on everyone. We are neat and tidy and more than happy to have a share of the house work as well respecting others privacy as we do appreciate ours. If you are keen to talk about things or are interested in our ad then please feel free to message me.

I play sport and train in the gym most days so I live a healthy lifestyle and am a non smoker. looking for a place I can call home till I can afford my own again.

Cute little modern house in Fletcher, half hour from everywhere! A nice quiet area with shops within walking distance and loads of on street parking. The room is unfurnished and has a built in wardrobe. You would share a bathroom and toilet with two other house mates. The rest of the house is totally furnished, we have air con and a cute little backyard and a pool we blow up for the summer! We are looking for someone who is essentially a nice person, and clean. We are a relatively social house, we watch TV together and occasionally do stuff on weekends, we are prone to the occasional bevvy or movie night.

Two university students needing accommodation over the holidays. Lively, friendly, love to hang out and meet new people. Both very clean, tidy, and respectful room mates.
Hey!!!! I'm 21 years old and looking for a place somewhere in Newcastle. I'm an architecture student at The University of Newcastle and have a bubbly personality. When I'm not studying I'm usually either at the gym, the beach or binge watching Netflix. Ideally, I would like a place where I can hang out with my future housemates but at the same time be respectful of each other's space.
I work 8:30 - 5 Monday to Friday and usually come home, sit outside and have a beer or 2 after. I'm often at the pub or away over the weekend. I don't mind housemates having mates over as long as they are respectful. I clean up after myself and am reasonably quiet. I can't stand loud and annoying pets and am ideally looking for a place not on a main road. I'm also studying 2 courses and occasionally do a bit of work out of town.
I'm a 27 year old teaching student nearing the end of my degree looking for work around the area. I'm respectful, tidy and enjoy having a chat equally as much as I enjoy my down time. Happy to contribute to anything the house needs. Never have to worry about me not paying my bills. Also happy to provide references if you'd like. Looking forward to hearing from you, thank you!
Mitchell and myself have lived in shared accommodation for the past 3 years. We are both studying students who work part-time to support ourselves. We are looking for somewhere to stay for approximately 2 months.
26 year old female looking to move out. I’m outgoing and friendly with a bubbly and positive attitude. Always looking to meet new people and hang out with mates. Currently taking time off from studying and working part time. Non smoker.
Hi! I'm a 29 year old phd student from Romania. I' ve been in Australia for a little less than two years. I'm warm and social (except in the morning before i have my coffee). I love having chats on any topic (philosophy, trump, the best dishwasher soap... you name it), being goofy, occasional dinner parties, going to the beach, dancing salsa, traveling and of course banter. I'm a huge movie buff and a pretentious jazz listener. On top of my research scholarship, I work as an academic staff member at UoN and a few other small part time jobs. I'm looking for a nice place relatively close to the university of newcastle, callaghan campus, to share with a few fun, social, clean people. Hope to meet you soon! Thanks Cheers Andrei
Hello! I'm Lorin, here's a little bit about myself; I'm a 19 year old Exotic Bird Handler and Musician/Singer/Songwriter. I'm currently looking to open my own small business with bird handling and start an extra course (besides my current Preliminary Business course) In Sound Production. I'm keen to team up and find a home with other people and I'm also fine with moving into an already furnished room in a share house. I'm an easygoing yet sometimes shy girl who keeps to herself but also loves a little chat, and I'm more than keen to cook a meal and share it over some sort of Netflix show or funny videos (which I love to share). I'm not a fussy person so don't be afraid to talk to me or ask me questions. I love all kinds of people so I'd be happy to live with anybody. Thank you for reading this and I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I’ve always respected people’s private space and time. Live by the rule: treat others the way you want to be treated. Works most days but will have time to catch up with anyone that needs a listening ear.
Alex and I are both civil engineering students in our third year. We both work part time and do work placement over uni break. We are fun, social people who are always keen for a movie night with a couple of beverages, in between exams and assignments of course. We don't smoke and have no pets.
Hi there, I am looking to move to Newcastle in the new year and will be needing a place to live, preferably more than just a house but a home. I am able to transfer with my current job so I will be working almost immediately of moving to Newy. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education - The Early Years at the University of Wollongong, however I will be switching to the University of Newcastle to study nursing. I love the beach and catching up with friends mainly. I don't party a lot but am out of the house quite a bit. I'm a chilled, clean person and easy to get along with. I don't have any fur babies but would be a bonus if my future housemates did. I'm not picky on which suburb of Newcastle I live in as long as it's a nice neighbourhood...
I’ve just been offered a full time position working in Newcastle 2019 and I’m looking for a place to live for a minimum of 12 months or so. I’m friendly and clean and would love to have a good chat if you’re up for it. I also like my own space at times and respect others space and property. I’m super into sports and exercise and love the outdoors so if you’re ever up for a walk or something I’m your girl! Always on top of my bills and my schedule but I’m no uptight square head either. Can’t wait to see what Newcastle has to offer 😀
