Hi My reasoning for share at this time, Im mortgaged on an apartment in Erskineville I previously shared with my ex-partner looking to minimise living costs short term & get back on the ground(literally) aswell. Low key mid 30's but very sociable in the appropriate setting, 15yr service with the one employer currently working as Valuer/buyer to car dealership Mon-fri & coaching women's soccer on a Sunday. Love coffee, sport & film. I don't smoke & im a little bit of a neat freak but not compulsive. Undisturbed homebody(when I am home)conservertive lefty who loves the inner west & its community. Mixed heritage of Anglo/scot & ni-Vanuatu.
Updated 29/3/17 Hi there potential new house mates! Easy going, fun, clean, tidy, polite and respectful 30 year old working professional. I work in Mascot Monday to Friday and live pretty quietly during the week. At weekends I am usually out and about with friends. My Name is Mikey and original from Worcester in the Uk the home of Worcestershire Sauce, (you're welcome by the way) All round good person with a heart of gold, quick wit and wicked sense of humour. I get along with most people, house trained and hates dirty dishes left in or by the sink. I can also leave the toilet seat down or up depending if sharing with Jane who sits or John who pisses all over the seat. I love live comedy, music and sport, going out and trying new places to go out for dinner and drinks. I have been living in Sydney for 4 years and currently looking to find a new place to come home. I would like to live with like minded housemate(s) who are of similar age, social but don't live in each others pockets. But I can also have the occasional evening meal and drink with. Not too Keen on a living in a house that is having a party every school night but sure I don't want to live in a nun's convent that lights are off and no noise after 10;30pm either. All about a happy medium. I have lived in shared houses before and only interested in a Private room, no share rooms. I have bedroom furniture, bed, chest of drawers but I will need a Wardrobe or have to buy on if the room you have on offer doesn't have one. For the last year I have rented 3 bed apartment and one of the lease holders with a friend I shared a house with previously. We rented the third bedroom out. For the last month or two we have been going to open inspections and applying for places but have not had much luck. Either the place has not been right or we have been pipped at the post by other applicants. We all know what it is like scrolling on domain/realestate.com.au and applying for places, going to the viewings and not hearing anything until the place has already been leased and the deposit has been taken. Very Frustrating. I m also interested in looking at starting a new place so the place would be ours. If you would like to find out more or have a place that may become my new home please get in contact
Heyy guys so a little about myself I'm very easy to get along with I'm not fussy at all I love to laugh & smile it's my whole personality, I'm also very organized & a bit of a clean freak I like keeping everything neat & tidy. I also work 2 jobs one at Cotton On Kids and the other is at French Connection, I am originally from Newcastle but have lived In Sydney for about a year now and loving it, What I like to do for fun is explore new places that meaning bars or cafe's & beaches I love my sport so the regular Rugby League game here & there I'm very open minded to try & see different things.
Moving into this 3 bedroom apartment on the 25th of March, It's only a 5minute walk from mascot station and woollies/cafes ect. It's in a nice complex with swimming pool and gym. Big kitchen with a walk in pantry. Super fast unlimited NBN internet. The room has a built in wardrobe with mirror and a Balcony just off it. It's of a good size you could easily fit a queen bed ect. More photos on request.
First of all, we're looking for someone to call this place home! The modern apartment is an easy 6 minute walk from the Mascot Train Station. We have our own under ground secure parking available for your car and your own swipe card for lifts. The apartment has full central air-conditioning (Hot and Cold), Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge, Washing machine, NBN fast unlimited internet, Gas stove/oven and stylishly furnished living room. You'll share a bathroom with a clean and tidy female retiree. She's really nice :) The room on offer has a personal access to a large balcony that will be for your own use. Think of the balcony as an extension to your room. The room can come completely unfurnished or with Wardrobe and Bed. Your choice :) You can see the room pictured in the first photo. I am not able to take a photo of inside the room as my current flatmate still has his belongings in there now. I apologise for the different colours of the photos. They were taken at different times of the day. Give me a call or text on and check out the room for further details.
I'm a fun, outgoing, mature 22yo who has been in Sydney about 6 months! I'm keen to make friends and find all the hidden gems in Sydney. I'm clean, tidy and very trustworthy. Would like to find somewhere I can more permanently call home. I work as a full time flight attendant so do tend to be away from home a bit from time to time depending on the roster. I would love to be in a private room preferably close to a train line to get to the airport easily.
Clean, tidy and mature creature. Always cleans up after himself. Also likes to take himself out for walks without a leash. Very independent. No need to be fed, pampered or cleaned ;-) I do muay thai weeknights so i'm hardly home to make a mess and out most weekends exploring. I find being active keeps my coat nice an shiny. BTW, i work full time in a corporate office near the airport on your regular ol' 9-5 or 8-4 hours depending on what the mood suits :)
A room is available in a renovated apartment in Mascot. The bedroom size is 3.5m x 2.9m. You will be sharing the unit with one other person ( male, mid 30s) and above all, respect and keeping the place clean and tidy are a given. It has a east facing balcony, plenty street parking and visitors parking as well. DO NOTE there is a double bed already in the room, along with a side table and 2 ikea wardrobes so it's part furnished. The POSITIVES of the place... - It's a 15-20 minute walk to Mascot train station. - Only a few minutes away from Botany Road eateries. - The balcony overlooks a residents only park. -The bus stop on the main road is a couple of minutes away and the express service to the city takes around 25 minutes to Central station. -Within a 5-10 minute walk you can also get a bus to Maroubra, Randwick or Bondi. - 20 minutes away by bus to UNSW. -Also some storage space is available along with a separate laundry. -Bills included, including unlimited internet. NEGATIVES -There is aircraft noise being Mascot, so probably not good for light sleepers.
I am Paulina, originally from Mexico, came here almost 2 years ago to study Marketing. I like to meet new people even tho I am a very tidy and clean person, I enjoy living in a clean place, I am working and studying full-time weekdays, I love cycling, read a good book and drink a glass of wine sometimes, I am not a big fan of cooking but can make good Mexican food.
I'm from Brisbane and have been living in Sydney for 2 years. I enjoy the outdoors and all things food and fitness. Looking for a new place to call home!
Hello I'm Hannah, I'm 25 years old. I have just moved to Sydney and I work full time. I would say I'm a pretty chatty and social person. But I also value down time. I think it is good to have a mix of both in a shared living arrangement. I clean up after myself and know how to respect shared common areas. Looking for a place I can be comfortable in to call home.

I am a National Sales Manager on secondment in Sydney to set up our Sydney operation. I am clean, tidy (some say OCD, I say domestically astute) and respect other people's property as if it were my own. I also appreciate other people's space, but am certainly not anti-social which means I am easy to live with. I am seeking a like-minded house mate/s. My preference is to move into a place with 1 or 2 flatmates max. Will also require off street parking. I will be traveling back to Melbourne most weekends so I will mostly be in Sydney Mon-Fri. The odd weekend I will stay in Sydney and have my girlfriend up from Melbourne. Please contact me for a chat if you would like more information.

Professional, honest, tidy, respectful mature gentlemen seeking to share or self contained. I own property(overseas) and will treat your property as well as I do mine. My job involves extensive travel, which means I will be away most of the time during the week. I do not drink and drink but a sporty type person. Relatively new to Australia and looking to buy own place in near future hence option to look for share. Will be great to find a nice welcoming home (if shared- temporary; if self-contained cottage, long term stay) I do have a car- some form of parking will be great Will bring own bed, fridge and other basics Thank you for your consideration
