Hi mates! I'm an italian PhD student that will spend a period at University of Newcastle. I'm a full time worker and a tidy and respectful boy although I like social events too. I'll arrive in Newcastle on September 1st and I'm actually searching for a room for the period September 1st- February 28th. Only furnished accommodations with internet connection. I don't have pets with me and I don't smoke, but animals or smokers presence in the apartment is not a problem for me. What else...I think to be a good cooker!
Hi guys and gals, we are Linda and Jess and we're looking to team up with someone for a place in Newcastle and surrounding suburbs! We are on a bit of a deadline so we're looking to move in the next week or so. we both work full time in the health industry, queer and love a good chat over some bevvies. if you'd like to ask us any questions please don't hesitate!
We are a couple who likes a clean and tidy house, quiet, easy to get along with people, friendly and considerate. I am an Australian, a taxi driver who usually drives night shift and wants a quiet morning as my sleeping time. My partner is unemployed as of the moment. We are both matured people. We both don't smoke but drink occasionally.
I have a room coming up in the next few weeks. Looking for preferably a uni student, and also a female. The room is fairly large, will fit a queen bed and desk. Very central area, 10 minutes to uni, 15 to the beach and walking distance to Woolworths, train station and bus stops.
We have available a large first-floor bedroom with ensuite on account of our very dear housemate moving out. The house is well-established and we all enjoy each others company but also have our own things going on. The bedroom is one of three in an architecturally-designed townhouse/monument to modernity. The house makes clever use of space and natural lighting and ventilation. The open plan kitchen and ground floor is already furnished. We split all bills three ways when they arrive, and we have 100 Megabit fibre internet. If you think Mayfield is worth more than just visiting, get in touch!
Hey, I'm Tom and I am 22 years old. I've recently moved back to Newcastle after spending just over 6 months in Tasmania for work. I've lived in share houses before, so I know the drill! I am easy going, social and clean. I like going out for a bite to eat and a casual beer, but I am also happy to chill at home and watch some Netflix or game.
Ahoy! What you got here is a man who works full time as a mechanic in town. Pretty easy, no dramas at all, living active doin a lil bit of basketball, road biking, running and volunteering. There will be plenty of laughs if you find my humor funny at all. I do appreciate the idea of respect and cleanliness. Not a player so Id prefer longer arrangements. You can figure the rest later. Holla at me. Lemo

Hi my name is Kennedy and I am a student from The Netherlands. I am social and always in for some fun and playing games. I have found an internship in Newcastle and I'm now urgently looking for accommodation. Although I am not really good at cooking, I do have a passion for food and I'm currently learning how to cook properly 😁 and yes I am tidy😁 I am Looking for a room from the 28 of August till at least the 19th of January. Just contact me for more info about myself ✌🏿
This is a great place close to shops and transport, both of which are in easy walking distance. Waratah station is only a few blocks walk in one direction and the main street of Mayfield a few blocks walk in the other direction. There are heaps of food places around and even a Strike Bowling (also within walking distance) for something fun to do. Only a 10 minute drive to the Uni. The house is a little older and mostly wood floors so it can be a little cold in winter but the rooms heat up pretty well. The house is light and airy and although it doesn't look like a lot straight up, it's a nice house to live in. The room is quite spacious and can fit a lot in it. Rent is $170 per week which includes all utilities as well.
Hi I'm Tarni, 19 years old from Sydney and looking for accommodation close to the university for 6 weeks (2 months maximum) from the 1st of October to mid November. I am a Nuclear Medicine student at UON, go to the gym regularly and work part time as a gymnastics coach. I'm clean, easy going and social but also like time to myself to study. Feel free to send me a message if you have a room available and would like me to move in. Thanks!
Close to everything Newcastle has to offer. Public transport, uni, shops! Mayfield shopping centre with Aldi, Woolworths etc is a few minutes walk away. As is Waratah train station. Our house is super tidy and neat. Rent is cheap and the area is so lovely! We are close to parks and there are footpaths everywhere for walks. Rent is split equally between us so is $140 a week each. Water, electricity and internet are additional to rent but work out to be less than $15 a week generally. The house is currently fully furnished! You will just have to provide furniture for your own bedroom :) the bedroom offered does have a big built in wardrobe!
I'm a very respectful, nice, clean and easy to live with person, I'm currently studying a retail course online and looking for a job, I receive Centrelink payments fortnightly and am receiving financial help from my grandparents (until I have a job) so paying rent, food and bills will be no problem, I also have my own furniture (for a bedroom) and can also bring towels and cutlery if needed, I'm currently living with my grandparents but need to move asap as they've started renovating their house and soon there will be no room for me, I don't smoke and only drink on some weekends with friends if we go out, I have a boyfriend of one year so would need somewhere that it's fine for him to visit and stay over night a couple times a week, he's a very nice and respectful guy and wouldn't cause any disturbances, he wouldn't eat any of the food in the house, and overall wouldn't cause any problems, I'm very much into makeup and have an extensive collection, I love making new friends but also love having time to myself, I'm great at organising stuff and cleaning so will be great help around the house and I would love to help cook too depending on if the household likes to make one specific dinner for everyone or we all just make our own thing, I love animals so will be fine if the house I move too has them, I'm very easy to get a long with and very respectful of people's space.
Hi. My name is Amparo. I am a quiet, easy going person looking for a room in a share house or a small flat. I work part time as a cleaner, and sometimes work afternoon shifts, so I tend to be a 'night owl'. I like watching TV and movies, listening to music, walking, cooking. I like my own company, but am also looking for a flat mate who enjoys socialising. I love pets and would be happy to share with someone with a dog or cat. I am available from now, but am not in a hurry to move.
Hi guys I will soon (August 22nd) be moving to Australia to start my PhD. I am insanely thrilled but so far still homeless. Hope that will change before :) Bit about me: 26, German, lived the last years in the Netherlands and the UK. I am tidy, used to living with flatmates (9 flatmates was my record so far), non-smoker. I love heading to the gym, beach, festivals, but also chilled Netflix eves. Other than that, I am social and easy-going. Just drop me a message if you think I may fit in or if you wanna know more!

I have just relocated from Adelaide to Newcastle to start a new job. I would describe myself as being friendly, easy going, neat and tidy. I am considerate of privacy and respectful of others. My health and fitness is important to me; I am a non-smoker and a vegan. I enjoy walking and a bit of yoga. As a musician, I enjoy playing acoustic guitar in my spare time. I love the ocean, so spending some time at the beach is high on my list of things to do. Looking forward to finding a share housing with likeminded, friendly and easy going house mate(s) to enjoy beautiful Newcastle with. Cheers : )
