Maylands is awesome! This is a really nice room in a 2 storey townhouse in a safe and convenient location. Bathroom has recently been done up. There's also a washer and dryer. I use tether the internet through my phone, but if you need high speed internet you can have it connected. There's a modem and the infrastructure-go ahead... Shared electricity and water bill-but about $150 per quarter (super cheap). The whole house is furnished Including your bedroom and everything including the mattress, bed, pillows, duvet and covers are all brand new. No one has even slept in the bed. Perfect for students from O/S or FIFO. The space has a nice cosy homey feeling but also has its own large outdoor balcony which is great in summer too. There's also a third bedroom which is used as an office which you can use as well. There is an allocated car port for you. The Maylands train station is 200 metres away. Busses to Perth City are 100 metres away. 300 metres to 8th Avenue Shops and Coles and also the beautiful Maylands area near the Swan River. City is 2 kms away. There's also 2 quiet dogs which you can smooch.

I am a friendly, support worker caring for a quadraplegic and bar tending on weekends that is always up for socialising but also super down to earth and very chilled out during the week. Well travelled including living in Austria/Germany for 3 months by myself. Into fitness, working out twice a day and likes to keep busy but also clean. Currently on a lease with 3 girlfriends but has not renewed it. In my free time i will normally be having dinner with friends, working out, personally developing through online study or planning my next holiday. Prefer a room larger room with a built in wardrobe and aircon. Love dogs and living with pets but do not have my own. Realistically would love to have bills included in the rent.
