Hi, I'm Emma :) I'm looking for a friendly share house with an unfurnished room available in the Bayswater/bassendean area preferably female only or maybe a couple. I currently work full time in an accounts role in West Perth, so being close to the train line makes it much easier for the commute to work (I do have a car but prefer the train as parking in the city is quite expensive). I'm a pretty laid back easygoing kind of person. Enjoy having a chat and getting out and about but i also just like my down time too. I'm usually pretty busy during the week and on weekends I like to keep active, catch up with friends or just chill at home. I would like to find a place that feels a home and get to know my housemate/s and hang out from time to time but also respect other people's need for space too. I am a conciderate person and like to keeps clean and tidy. I like music, books, food, cooking, beach and the gym. I also really like cats (and all animals in general) so if you have one that would be cool too :)
Walking distance to bus stop, train station. Mcdonald, KFC, COLES, Pharmacy and major restaurants are just nearby. You will be sharing house with Indian couple and a student. Parking available. The electricity, WiFi, water bills are all included in the rent. No party person please.
Sadly, our housemate is leaving us, so we now have a room available. The room is cosy (320 x 220 cm) but can fit a Queen sized bed, small wardrobe, a little desk and dressing table, and you will also have exclusive use of a large wardrobe off the hall. You will be sharing with 3 other quality female professionals, in our 20’s and 30’s). We have all been living her a year and love it here. It’s a nice house, and a harmonious household that works well. This particular nook of Maylands is on a quiet street at the Mount Lawley / East Perth End of Maylands, and is a stone's throw from the river, (which you have a view of from your window). The house is in walking distance to the bars and cafes of Maylands village, and Maylands train station, and you can get into the city in 15 mins by car, 20 mins by bike, or 25 mins by walking/public transport.
- downstairs: study room is booked by an ecu art female student _ upstairs: 1. single room is occupied by a young lady working at childcare 2. ensuit is available MID MAY, $220/pp/pw, very nice room. 3.single room occupied by an ECU student 4. double room is AVAILABLE $190/pp/pw This room is the best in the house with great city view, beautiful at night. Price for single person No time wasters please Walk to train, bus, next to 8th ave, close to shops, nearly 4km from city, comfortable like your own home, nice neighborhood, near new modern townhouse. It's the whole house that counts! ALL BILLS INCLUDED. Max 5 persons.

Hey there! I'm looking for some excellent new housemates to live with. I recently started working part time in an aged care facility in Kingsley, so looking for somewhere max 30mins away. I'm also studying part time so like to keep busy. I'm 24, and have 2 beautiful cats. They are both well trained and really chill. I can't part with them so hoping to find somewhere they will be welcome :). I'm from Scotland and have lived in Perth since I was 16. My hobbies include attempting to make films, attempting to learn the ukulele, going on drives/camping and taking naps. I would like to be near the beach but it's not a huge deal. I like to go out on weekends when I'm not working, and enjoy sociable outings with my housemates when our schedules match up. I've lived in houseshares for about 3 years now so am well conditioned in the art of sharing with strangers. I know how to pick up after myself and am respectful of others property. This isn't my first rodeo. I'm open to people from all walks of life, and am simply looking for a nice enough place that my kitties and I can call home for a while. (I'm happy to pay a pet bond to ensure your place is well looked after)
Hi my name is Allanna, I'm currently studying a Diploma in screen and media makeup artistry and special FX I am outgoing and enjoy a good chat but also happy to keep to my own space, I have a lovely affectionate russian blue called Cleocatra who's old and just loves to laze around with me. Currently unemployed as my studies are full time and it's hard to lock down a job with flexible enough hours. Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Preference is to live with one other person.
I study Classical Voice full time and am looking to stay close to uni (Mt Lawley). I also work at least 1 day of the weekend. I've rented for two years (incl. 1 year on campus), and always pay my bills on time. I'm easy going and very sociable, but also pretty studious, respectful and clean. I'd like to share a house with like minded people. I have my own bedroom furniture, including a queen bed, so looking for a larger room :) I also love to cook! Looking to move asap, and to hopefully stay 4 months (or longer with the right house) :) If you think I'd be a good fit for you, I'd love to have a chat/coffee!
I am looking for somewhere to live just until around November. I am currently full time studying at TAFE with a part time job. I am very friendly, but quite introverted... not much of a loud party person. Always up for a chat, mature and well self-maintained. Clean and tidy, bit of a minimalist.
I'm fun, friendly and easy going ! I work full time as a hairdresser in the city . I'm looking for a room or a group of people who would like a fun house mate ! I just want friendly and nice people to live with :)
This is apartment is located perfectly across the road from a park with an amazing view of the city, the room window faces the city and park as well. The room is spacious enough for possible students who would like to fit a study desk into it. We require the very basics in the house as my current flatmate and I are part time working students, meaning the house is quiet most of the time, and ties in perfectly with the quiet neighbours. The house is furnished, equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and small dining table, a DVD player, and cutlery and crockery. The room has a queen sized bed, two bedside tables, a tall mirror, a coat hanger/stand, and a ceiling high wardrobe, not built in. The basic rules of the house is to remain open about everything, and to place team work into maintaining the house (contributing to weekly or biweekly cleans, cleaning up after yourself etc.)
- 30 meters to bus stops - 40 meters to the bottle shop - 10 minutes walk to eighth ave cafes / train station - all bedrooms are large, large enough for a bed and table and whatever - air-conditioning in the lounge, gas heater in the second lounge. - small paved space out the back. - squat rack I don't mind sharing if you wanna do some deadlifts etc I typically like to meet a potential house mate first at a cafe or something before showing you the house, just to know what you're like, if we get along fine, ask and answer most questions there. :) There is a cat on my shoulder, but there is no cat in the house. age - looking for people over 25 years of age, for a better fit.
Hi I am Hannah , from Liverpool England, Working full time, looking for a place to share with people of similar age. I am clean and tidy, sociable and easy to get along with, respectful of people's privacy. I would like to live in or around innaloo area or not too far from the city! On a bit of a budget of $160 feel free to get in touch :)
Hello please note I have my own furniture so i would prefer to team up with one other person in a share house I'm easy to get along ,tidy and repectful of others peoples space but happy to have a chat and over a drink or 2 on the weekend.
I am a really nice awesome guy that always thinks about others before himself, i am a clean and tidy person that will clean up after himself and can help clean the house when he can. :) I work in Subiaco at Lulu La Delizia, so i need to be close to the city to get to and from work. I also like to have a few places that are 24/7 such as a servo, shops and perhaps mcdonalds close. I can finish as late as midnight and can take me a while to get home on some days. One of the main reasons why i would like to be close to the city. Im quite smart when it comes to technology and basic house stuff and i know how to fix fair amount of stuff. I can get lots of good movies and tv shows. I do smoke cigarettes. I dont really want to spend any more than 200 a week with that including bills as well. The picture isnt me, im the one being cut out of the picture.
I'm a Hairdresser in Mount Lawley, work full time and love my job! I'm looking for housemates who are relaxed but still up for some fun! Love going out for drinks around Perth and getting to know new people😁
Hi there, I am Christian , 30 years old working in Finance (8 to 4 monday to friday) and just recently moved from Melbourne 2 weeks ago to work in a new contract. Since I will be here for a couple of years I am looking for a stable great place to call home. Apart from work, I enjoy outdoors, roadtrips, nature, animals, music (play a few instruments) cycling and swimming. I am a Gemini so I am very social and always up for a chat or a drink but also respect and value privacy. I am tidy and clean without being fuzzy . No drama and very easy going. Looking forward to finding my place in Perth, Cheers, Christian
Hey! Looking for a big room or two separate rooms for me and my friend. We are both outgoing and friendly girls from Estonia living and working im Perth for a while:) Looking forward hearing from you!
I'm a 26 year old film student with a casual position at a laboratory. I'm pretty relaxed and I clean up after myself. I enjoy training Muay Thai, hanging with friends, going to the beach and watching TV shows/movies. I like to hang with others but also equally happy to spend time by myself. I've been renting in Maylands for the past two years and would like to continue living close to the city.
This is an amazing little place in Maylands, Close to train station, shops to cater anybody's needs and only a 7 min drive from the city. Quiet little street in a private rental. the room has built in wardrobe and also reverse cycle air conditioning.
