I'm fairly reserved like my own space but don't mind participating in group things and spending time with my housemates. Clean and respectful currently looking for work and may be returning to study.
I'm a biomed/law student working in a government job in Subiaco, looking for somewhere close to my current place. I'm not a big partier during the week, but always happy to have a beer or crack open a pinot and relax after work. I don't have any pets but i'm happy to live with them, and you might have to put up with me learning how to play the violin!
I am a friendly, young proffesional working for St John Ambulance that is always up for a good time but also super down to earth and very chilled out during the week. Well travelled including living in Austria/Germany for 3 months by myself. Into fitness, working out twice a day and likes to keep busy but also clean. Will be returning from travels in late March/April when I am looking to move out again. In my free time i will normally be having dinner with friends, watching vamprie diaries on netflix or planning my next holiday. If you want to know anything else just ask! :)
t's a really convenient location, just next to Coles, Liqourland, Mcdonalds, Subway and a short walking distance to bus and train stops. The room is is a decent size with built in robes and air conditioning. The room isn't furnished but the rest of the house is - However in saying that there's still plenty of room if you have anything you'd like to have in the living areas, as well as space to store extra stuff in the garage.
Hi all, I am looking for a new flat mate to move in by the end of march 2017. Our place is located on sixth avenue in maylands. We have public transport being maylands station at the end of our street, with the CBD being 5-10 minute drive away also. You will share a bathroom with a lovely girl named Alison who is a graphic designer. Myself and partner have the main room with bathroom. We have a lovely dog called Bella so you must be a dog lover. The complex comes with pool, gym, sauna and spa use as well.
Actor. Studying final year. Work part time. Clean, friendly, can cook and willing to listen to emotional problems at the end of the day and tell you that you were right. I am a mothers dream.
Full time working female. Looking for somewhere clean and spacious to live. Don't mind who I live with as long as we respect each other. I am a clean freak though! Would love a place where I could possibly get a cat, I don't have one now and it's not an issue if I can't have one. I'm pretty fun and easy going, would like a housemate who could be a new friend. I like days by the beach and nights out at the weekend I eat out a lot during the week but would love a big kitchen so I can start cooking at home. I don't have a car so only interested in these areas that are on the train line to work. My move in date is 27th July so a while away yet. Hit me up if you're interested.

Hi - I'm Eric, a 30 year old furniture designer, originally from the UK, but now a permanent resident of Australia. I have a well behaved, beagle called Harry - who would need to stay with me. Although he is completely house-trained and a great indoor dog, I would prefer there to be an outside area - no matter how small. I'm a clean and tidy housemate, I'm happy to have a social drink, dinner, or just sit in my room with Harry, and watch something tacky on Netflix. I come from a large family, so I believe that I am considerate of others. Give me a shout, if you would be interested in meeting up for a chat. :) Thanks, Eric (and Harry)
This location would especially suit: young professionals working in the city or along the Midland train line, students (close to Edith Cowan, East Perth campus TAFE, or UWA), or FIFO workers. Public transit is a breeze with a 5-minute walk to Guildford Road buses or the Maylands train station, and the airport is just a 15-minute drive. However, the best commute by far is the cycle path along the river, which is a beautiful ride to Northbridge or all the way to UWA. Maylands is a great suburb. We're a 5 minute walk to two grocery stores plus an independent veg shop and butchers, two op shops, and heaps of restaurants and cafes. We're a two minute walk to The Rise community centre, with a library, gym, and events. The best bit though is the river and the cycling/running trails through the wetlands. The house itself is big and lovely, with hardwood and tile floors, stained glass windows and skylights, a big loungeroom, both a shower and a bathtub, 2 storage rooms, and two outdoor entertaining spaces. The outdoor spaces are shared with birds who enjoy the birdbath and beautiful flowering trees, such as wisteria and mulberry. Rent is $160 for a furnished, 4 m x 4 m bedroom with a high ceiling and window. The room has one wall as a built in wardrobe with full length mirrors. Utilities (internet, electric, gas, and water) are split evenly between all the housemates. The room is available at the beginning of February, but we would like to organize it beforehand. We are a multi-cultural household of young professionals (ages mid-20s to early-30s) who enjoy cooking, reading, cycling, and sharing the occasional house BBQ. We are looking for a housemate who is generally tidy and kind, and who enjoys having a welcoming home for relaxing after working or studying. We would like to find someone who cares for the house and enjoys creating a good atmosphere with us. Please send a thoughtful message about yourself, your work and your experience in Perth, and we can arrange a time for you to come over to see the room, and if you like, have a cup of tea or a beer.
Hi so my mate and i are looking for a place close to uni (ecu), im a muso and hes doing software. we're not going to be to picky with a roommate just someone to help ease the financial burden of being students by splitting that rent. thanks!
I'm a professional woman with a warehouse worker partner, we're both very driven and focussed on work but don't mind a few drinks on the weekend, not party animals and have the most amazingly beautiful cat in the world that would just have to come with us! Any more questions feel free to ask! Happy house sharing :D
I am an easygoing, sociable and genuine person who likes to keep things neat and tidy. I am a stewardess at the airport working full time, so I am looking for somewhere close by. I am home throughout the week but like to keep active, so out and about when I have the chance. I keep quiet and I am respectful of others own space. Out of the house most weekends catching up with friends, at the beach or at gym.
I have a room available for rent in my 2 bed 1 bath home in Maylands. It's a front villa in a quiet complex of 8, a short walk from the Swan river. The room is approx 3m x 2.5m, currently unfurnished though I am happy to provide basic furniture. The rest of the house is furnished and ready to go!
Hi, I'm Bec. 23, full-time Geologist based in a central Perth office although I can be away sporadically. I've been in share houses for the last 3 years and enjoy living with others. I like relaxing and having a chat after work and being out and about on weekends. I like living with people that enjoy a more homely household. It's great to know the people that you live with, but also have your own space sometimes. I'm tidy and easy going and have found living with similar people to be a lot of fun.
Hi Perth! I'm an Irish nurse looking for a place with friendly sociable housemates. I'm happy staying in watching netflix, or going to the cinema and out to eat and drink! Loving the bbq picnic-ing culture over here. I'm an animal lover, non smoker and clean up after myself.
I am currently renting a 3 x 2 apartment in Maylands and am looking for a new roommate. Apartment is located on Sixth Ave Maylands, close to the train station so it's only a few stops to the city. It has surveillance, pool, spa, gym, sauna and BBQ entertaining area etc. 1 double room with built in wardrobe $150pw. Room is unfurnished with no parking bay, however there is ample street parking. Prefer someone: - looking for long term rental; - Who pays their rent and bills on time; - Must be extremely CLEAN and TIDY - Would like someone fairly relaxed mid week; - No preference with gender. Please give me a call to discuss and or meet up if you are interested. Would love to hear from you.
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness.
Furnished/unfurnished room for rent in a quiet, neat block of units in Maylands. Less than a block away from the local park. Close to Coles, Pharmacy, bus stops and approximately 1km to Meltham train station. I'm easygoing, friendly, neat and respectful. Inspections welcome.

I am an easy going, friendly, tidy and independent girl looking for a space for my gorgeous little dog (sausage dog x jack russell) and I to live. I am a relief teacher and freelance musician and I often busk late into the evenings on a Friday and Saturday. I teach in the metropolitan and mid-west regions, which means my dog and I often go away for a week at a time. I would prefer to live somewhere a little bit inspiring, like close-ish to the river, the beach or parklands and I'm looking for friendly housemates, who like their own space and sharing the occasional meal/bottle of wine. Look forward to hearing from you!!
I am student in ECU, studying Project Management. I am clean, tidy, responsible, easygoing and professional person. My keen interests are to meet with with new people, explore culture, nature and landscapes. By profession i am a business specialist having expertise in marketing, sales and finance. Currently working in city.
I am a full time working professional in the arts industry. I am mature, responsible, very clean and respectful of others and their space. I have lived in sharehouses before so I know how to share a space etc. I am originally from Melbourne but have been in Perth for just over a year. I am fairly quiet and don't have a huge circle of friends so a noisy party house is not my thing. I enjoy sharing the occasional meal and wine but also like my own space. I have a French bulldog puppy who lives with me part time (over the weekends) so a house where she is welcomed is a must as well as some sort of outdoor area. She is the sweetest thing and everyone who meets her loves her!

One bedroom is available in this gorgeous big renovated 4 bedroom character house in Maylands!!! (100% Lesbian / Gay friendly a must). Sadly, our housemate is leaving us for Sydney, so we now have a room available. The room (which can be emptied or left furnished) is quite small (320 x 220 cm) but can fit a Queen sized bed, small wardrobe and dressing table, and you will also have exclusive use of a large wardrobe off the hall. You will be sharing with 3 other quality female professionals, in our 20’s and 30’s). We have all been living her a year and love it here. It’s a nice house, and a harmonious household that works well. This particular nook of Maylands is on a quiet street at the Mount Lawley / East Perth End of Maylands, and is a stone's throw from the river, (which you have a view of from your window). The house is in walking distance to the bars and cafes of Maylands village, and Maylands train station, and you can get into the city in 15 mins by car, 20 mins by bike, or 25 mins by walking/public transport. Unfortunately there is no parking (hence the cheap rent) so this is best suited someone who walks / bikes everywhere, and doesn’t own a car. (Otherwise, you could find a nearby spot to rent from a local, e.g. through Parkhound).
Hello :) I'm 20 years old and currently work full time. I'm a fun person to live with, love a drink here and there, not a messy person at all! I love to socialise with my friends on the weekend and I love spending time just to myself
