Hi. I'm Shahram 37 yo. I'm very easy going, clean and tidy. I'm after a place to call it home. I respect other ppl's privacy but also happy to share a meal and have some chats even outdoor activities if you like. I have a full time professional job and just finished my master degree. I have a car and a parking spot would be great. I love cats and puppies but not indoor, so I can't join if you have indoor pets. Thanks.
Hey there, two room's in this beautiful 1940's art decor apartment on St Kilda Road will soon be available. One room has built in robes, comfortably fits a queen bed and drawers. Bedroom two doesn't come with built in cupboards but can easily fit one as well as drawers and a queen bed. Rent is paid monthly on the 11th with bills coming in quarterly (gas and electricity which average around $50/mth). We don't pay water and currently have free access to internet! It's a great location, right on St Kilda Road with tram access right out the front, 15min tram ride to the city, a 20min walk or 5 min drive to Chapel St. Closest train station is South Yarra, a 15min walk away. 2x parking permits for street parking are available upon request, I believe they're roughly $70 each for the year. We'll be having inspections this Thursday 20th July from 6pm onward, so please reach out if you are interested in viewing.
I have a fully furnished bedroom in a brand new apartment located near the heart of the CBD. It will be available ASAP at around the end of July in a 2 BR 1 bathroom unit on one of the top floors of the tallest high-rise building in Melbourne CBD. The apartment is currently unfurnished but I plan to to furnish the whole unit with top-notch furnishings that would make any pinterest-savvy girl smile (think: marble and fur), and you're welcome to contribute to its design too! After all, we're roommates! Your spacious bedroom would have floor to ceiling double-glazed windows that adorn almost one whole side of your wall. The queen bed that is provided does not include a bed frame, honestly, simply because I think it makes the room look more spacious and is such a major interior designing trend. A bedside table, simple décor, pillows and a duvet will also be provided. It has an inbuilt wall to wall wardrobe as well. The toilet is shared and is closer to your room than mine. It is equipped with a contemporary waterfall showering system and has plenty of cabinet space to store your beauty products. I don't spend much time on the bathroom don't worry but so trivial on bathroom hygiene. The living room space is massive with great views of the city and a balcony. The kitchen is yours to experiment with, featuring brand new appliances and a sleek finish. The overall apartment facilities are second to none including a luxurious indoor lap pool, state of the art gym & communal as well as private lounges. The property is: - Walking distance to RMIT University - Walking distance to Queen Victoria Market - 1 - 2 tram stops away from Melbourne University - Walking distance to Melbourne Central & Emporium - Right in front of the free tram zone! (Trams 19, 59, 57) If you have any more questions, feel free to message me, looking forward to meeting you!
You will have your own room with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Your room is located upstairs on the 6th and top floor. It has big windows for a lot of light and partially overlooks the Albert Park golf course. Downstairs from your room is the shared living space and kitchen, both which are spacious. The living area connects to a balcony that stretches the length of the apartment. You'd be sharing these spaces with 2 people. Each person has there own bedroom and bathroom. We have: - Dishwasher - Big fridge - Washing machine - Clothes dryer - Central heating / cooling - Big balcony (space for plants!) - Unlimited internet - 2 tandem car spots available for you - Access to pool and sauna We don't have: - Tumble dryer (we use clothing racks) The building is located between Albert Park and Fawkner Park just off St Kilda Rd close to where it meets Commercial Rd (Alfred Hospital). So you will have a tram into the city every 2 minutes. Along St Kilda Rd you'd find several coffee and lunch places. The closest supermarkets are those of Prahan: a Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and Prahan market all at 5min tram ride. Things not to like: - The upstairs rooms get a bit hot in summer and cold in winter, heater / aircon needed. - Some people don't like carpet, you'll find plenty here. - The building has an old bourgeois feel to it. - We don't have much furniture in the shared spaces as the person leaving is taking most. This could be a good thing for someone who already has a lot of furniture and is looking for a spacious house! :)
