Hi there potential roomie! I am currently looking for a roommate who is interested in a team up or to become a roommate of someone who has a place within 15 minutes of Hyde Park/Goodwood. The essentials: I am clean, organised, and reliable. I will pay rent and bills promptly. I have a maximum budget of $150 per week for rent and will go up to $170 if it includes internet. I have said I am free to move in on the 12th of June, but happy to move in before that date. About me: - I currently work full time as a barista on King William Road (free tea/coffee is on the cards!), whilst also studying a Bachelor of Education and Languages at Flinders University. - Non-smoker and not a heavy drinker. - I'm extroverted and like to get out as much as possible but very partial to chilling on the couch binge-watching series' on Netflix or some good ol' Masterchef (aka food porn show). - I currently have an indoor cat who literally does nothing but sleep all day, but she can live with my mum if you are not interested in pets. - I love to cook and bake, and happy to cook big meals to share! Like walking into the house with that glorious baking smell? I'm your girl! What I would like in a housemate: I am hoping to not just live with someone, but also become friends. Anyone who is fun, chilled out, and tidy would be lovely. If you're fitness orientated that would also be fantastic but not an issue if not. Lastly, someone who will not be discriminatory to me as I am vegan. If you're interested, message me and we can meet up over coffee :)

Hi there! I need a housemate - the end lol. No I move out in August from my current rental (one of my housemates is moving out and I cant afford my share of rent) so I am looking to find someone to share a new property with. I can keep to myself no worries, but if you're watching a show that I'm interested in then I will most likely sit there and watch it too! I am a nice person, and I am also clean which is a bonus, although can't guarantee my makeup wont take up the bathroom lol! I live and love to work, as I would potentially like to save money in the future to build a foundation in life. I don't spend much time at home in regards to lazing around all day, I tend to go on day or even weekend adventures with friends and family. I currently share with 2 others that I met on this website 9 months ago, although I am looking for something with a bit more independence/less control and a little more comfort. I have 2 cats who are both outdoor cats so will most likely only be inside on hot days and over night. Let me know if you're interested in sharing with me!
I'm considerate and generous, but in no way a door mat. I'm easy to get along with because I have many interests. I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I have a hard drive with 1000+ movies so always up for a movie night. Don't mind a bit of a TV binge either (Netflix). Happy to share what's mine because I know you'll take care of it. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.

Each bedroom is large and includes a bed, computer desk with lamp and either a wardrobe. Each room has a room lock for privacy.
It's a simple house with a huge (dated) kitchen. There's a half bath in the laundry area and plenty of storage. If you're a couple and want to move in, cool! But add $25/wk. I'll get photos up soon. :) It's really easy access to Main South Road and the Expressway. There are cafe's and pizzeria's in walking distance. Easy to get to Goodwood. Ample bike storage (this is a cyclist's dream spot!). There is off street parking but there's already a car there---we can share the driveway :) A/C and a gas heater in the lounge. During the hottest of summer days, the house stays pretty cool. There's a ceiling fan in your future room and built in wardrobe's. Some furniture can be provided. It's a pretty good size room with lots of sunlight. The third bedroom is for guests (yours or mine) and I use it as a study/office type room (you are also welcome to use it as an office). Nice size front and back yards...in the back there are fruit trees, a large covered patio with furniture for hosting or just hanging out. Washing machine and a large clotheline/hanger thingy (I don't know what you aussie's call them) :) It's not the Holden (?) Hoist or whatever, but it's large and does the job well. There's also an indoor clotheshorse that comes in quite handy during rainy days.
Hey I'm Michael, I've got two rooms up for rent at my rental in Daw Park. The rent is currently $430 so would be split equally three ways at $143 each. A bit about the house: the rooms for rent have built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and are big enough for a queen size bed and tv. The kitchen has a gas stove and dishwasher, and I have a fridge. All bills will be equally split. I'm currently in the process of getting broadband. I also have Foxtel which tenants are able to use also free of charge. The house will need a couch, washing machine and dining table, I am happy to purchase these myself unless you have one you'd like to bring with you! I have a large backyard and enclosed entertaining area out the back, which you and your mates are welcome to use, so long as it is agreed upon before use. House is located in between the city and Flinders uni for students, and is also close to public transport. Any questions please feel free to call or message

We have been best friends for over ten years and are perfect housemates to live with. Very clean, great cooks, fun to be around and always up for games, movies and drinks. We have both studied and are now working full time around the city. We are heading to Europe for a few months and are looking to sort our living arrangements for when we return in mid-late October. We have plenty of furniture to fill an empty house, and would be happy either just in a two bedroom home by ourselves or teaming up with others to get a bigger place. Ideally somewhere near the train/tram line is handy, and hoping to live with other respectable, neat and social people too.
Hello my name is Jade and I'm studying to be an Aged Care Personal Carer. I love my course and I'm looking forward to making a difference in people's lives by giving people assistance to support their independence in life which is totally close to my heart. Currently I work casual/part time as an Admin contractor however this will be changing once I graduate from my course in July and I begin my new career as a Carer. As a housemate, I'm kind, responsible, respectful and I'm wonderfully housetrained lol. I pay my rent and bills on time and I live a quiet lifestyle. I'm happy to chat to my housemates when we catch up and I'm happy going about my day independently fulfilling what I need to do to make a positive difference in life. My hobbies include, reading, Netflix, gardening, walking, Apple puzzle games and many more hobbies. Ideally I'm looking for a home with housemates who genuinely love life and have past the partying stage of their life. People who have followed their heart or want to make a difference in life. For example in their career or hobby or in their dreams in life or are in the beginning stages of bringing about this type of change in their life. For example, a person who followed their heart to become a singer so they could one day create a choir for people who have a disability to bring enjoyment to their lives or a person who dreamed of becoming lawyer so he could change the legal system to help those who are less fortunate have an equal voice/opportunity as those who are greatly fortunate for example or those who love their job in a Charity Store doing all from their heart to find new ways of selling donated goods so that more and more people will have the funds to prevent them living on the streets for example and many, many more examples a person has chosen to create or change or make a difference in life.
I am a young female looking for somewhere to live I study at Flinders University, i am fun and love to have company. I like to have a few drinks with friends other then that i can usually be found watching a movie or studing. I am happy to live anywhere near flinders uni.
Hey guys, I'm Lucy and I'm 24 years old. Currently working Monday to Thursday in the city. I'm easy going and sociable but also enjoy my own space. I love a good crafternoon and generally have a project on the go. I tend to be out and about on weekends at local gigs. I'm looking for somewhere close to town in a friendly sharehouse. If I sound like I'd be a good fit at your place, please send me a message.
Law Student at Adelaide Uni and work at a cafe in Glenelg, looking for a place until the end of the year and possibly ongoing. Easygoing, friendly, fun and a reliable person who loves hanging out but also enjoys doing my own thing every now and again. Feel free to contact me!
Urgently looking for another place, as the one I recently moved into is ripping me off. I'm on youth allowance so I only get around $400 a fortnight. Can only afford at lest $120 a wk no higher. I'm currently looking for work. I'm very tidy and polite person.
I'm a keen cook with a passion for food. Love movies. I'm tidy and organised. Love my tech and consider myself a gamer. Sometimes happy with quiet time tucked into a book or binge watching a netflix series. Absolutely love a good convo about life the universe and everything. I am originally from London so I'm used to hanging out with different types of people and take pride in my acceptance and non prejudicial views. I'm normally happiest when there is cold beer in the fridge to come home to after a hard days grind. Photography is pretty much my main hobby so it's not unusual in my downtime to be up before sunrise to sit on a hill and capture my next masterpiece. I enjoy the outdoors, Restaurants and the occasional adventure with swag in the back of the 4wd and destination unknown....I better keep the rest for when we sit down and chat.
- Malaysian Chinese - Young professional - Easy going and friendly - Clean and tidy - Prefer to live with females
We're Jasper and Kai. We're both nonbinary and queer students and activists. Kai is a writer/freelancer part-time. Although we both have limited energy, we're kind and considerate humans who really value creating a queer family/chosen family environment, communicating openly, and being there for one another. Jasper's specialties are sound advice and being hilariously cynical, and Kai's are empathy and baking things (wheat free, but still). We're looking to start a sharehouse in the area surrounding Flinders Uni, as that's where Jasper attends uni (Kai's program is online). We'd also be open to joining a pre-existing sharehouse. We need to apply places quickly since our lease ends at the beginning of June. (We are able to stay at our current sharehouse a few more weeks, but need to move ASAP.) Since we're both chronically ill and introverted, our ideal housemate would also lead a low-key lifestyle. We also can't live with a cat, unfortunately, since we're both allergic, but other animals are great! Another thing to know is that we own a couch, coffee table, washing machine, fridge, bed, and our own bedroom furniture. If you have any questions and/or think we might work well as housemates, please reach out. We're not saying to find us on Facebook or the Queer Housing Adelaide page, either. We're just saying, if you tried, you probably could.
We're old friends who are all studying at flinders university and we're looking to move in together!! We'd prefer to live as close to flinders university as possible but are willing to consider the surrounding suburbs of Bedford Park too. Preferably we would like to pay around $250 rent a week but are willing to consider stretching our nudget to $300 tops. We have one dog who is house trained, friendly and not very energetic (its always sleeping) - so they won't be a problem (the dog is a staffy). We're happy with a two or three bedroom house as shania and shannon are partners and plan to share a room - whatever is cheapest (we're uni students!!). Please feel free to message us for any questions.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
