Hello there, This is Galib & Tahan from Bangladesh. Currently we're living in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Moving in to Adelaide soon. I'm working as an IT project coordinator in here and my wife, Tahan, is also working in an IT company. We're coming to Adelaide to complete our masters of IT in Flinders University. We're very easy going people. Don't have any habit of smoking or drinking. Don't have any pets as well. We're together for like 7 years and got married in May'17. We never interfere with anyone's personal space. We always try to keep the place neat and clean including the kitchen or common space cause we're kinda allergic to dirt, you can say, can't sleep in peace if the place is not cleaned up properly 😜 We believe we possess the very good practise of paying the bills and rents in time, you don't need to ask twice. I guess this clarification helps most to choose house share partners or tenants. We're available for team ups as well. About us: I'm Galib, 26 years old, currently working in an IT company which I already mentioned. In my free time, I like to watch TV series amd loves to play games on PS4. Also like to play cricket or football in the weekend. Trying to lose weight now, let's see how far I can go. My partner, Tahan, she's 25 and a half years old, she also likes to watch movies, series in free time. But mostly she loves to cook different dishes. Actually she has a knack for cooking I believe. What ever she cooks, always have a great taste. She also loves to travel a lot. That's all about us. cheers!
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)

This house is located just off South and Daws Roads, so it's super easy to get to the city, Flinders Uni, the beach, and Marion shopping centre. One bedroom available, with a west facing window looking out to the backyard Great features of this house include: - polished floorboards - open plan living - bathroom with separate toilet - gas stove - big enclose backyard - large shed for storage (or a project for a hangout retreat) The bedroom is average size (about 2.8mx3.2), sheltered from the busy roads, and overlooks the garden getting the evening sun. A clean, spacious & homely house, less than 10km from the Adelaide CBD & Flinders Uni, this place is really well situated for bike riding as transport, as well as other means. It is also serviced by bus routes at either end of the street and is close to shopping, a few local businesses (cafes & restaurants), and the beach. The house itself is pretty much furnished, inc. TV, internet & A/C in the living room. Also, the kitchen is pretty well stocked with all the basic necessities, including fridge. Any additions are welcome, provided they can fit. The room is large (3.9m x 3.3m), less the space that the built in robe & dresser (with mirror) take up, however still big enough for a queen bed with floor space. The yard (both front & back) are large, and while they require a bit of team effort to maintain, there is also space for anyone interested in growing some of their own veggies or having a Sunday arvo BBQ. As far as any "house rules" go, there are not many. We all chip in with cleaning & yard work, we all pay our bills on time, we all are mindful of how much utilities we use (shit's not cheap yo), and this is not a party house. That said, a shindig or a soiree from time to time is never opposed.

Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying at Flinders University and have applied for a transfer into Bachelor of Arts majoring in Criminology. At the moment I am looking for employment in retail and as i have a work history, shouldn't be too long before success! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like camping and reading. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a shared house or studio/granny flat with a max budget of $150, bills included and preferably female housemates. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. Although I do not have pets I am perfectly fine with a house with pets. Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
- I am a happy friendly person - I am a 2nd year student at Flinders University studying Speech Pathology and spend most of the day at uni during the week days (8am - 5pm) - I looking to move closer to uni, as I am currently commuting from Victor Harbor each day - In the evenings I enjoy watching tv and movies or doing other calm quiet activities - I am ideally looking for somewhere to stay on my own (granny flat) with the option to have my boyfriend come stay some nights
I will be starting a doctoral program in the discipline of wine chemistry this year at the University of Adelaide and I am also an active climber, cyclist, and swimmer. I am a neat, respectful housemate that is looking to live with a great community of people!
I'm easy to get a long with, pride myself on keeping a clean house, have a great interest in movies and other home activities, appreciate alone time and ensure the utmost courteousness and etiquette when living with another person (being quiet when others are trying to sleep, cleaning up after myself). I work full time on a rotating roster. My work is open 24/7 and so sometimes I may be required to sleep early / during the day as I may not finish or get home until 6 am after doing an 8 hour shift. I live a healthy livestyle and pride myself on keeping fit. I passionate about cars, Marvel and video games. I can be a little shy when first getting to know someone but enjoy helping others reach their goals. Living with a stranger or someone you don't know well can be hard. It's important to keep open channels of communications and try your best to respect other people's wishes. I make sure I am flexible and try my best not to make living with me a smooth and stress-free process.
