Hi people :) I'm looking for somewhere to chill (sleep, study and hang out) while studying at TAFE College of the Arts full time ( I got in!) and a University foundation Course. I'm down-to Earth, tidy and hygienic, I'll keep to myself and I will be pretty busy with TAFE etc and hopefully a part time job!!, so I won't be at home all the time, but, I am friendly and like to chat with house mates while still being respectful of others privacy of course. I have lived in Waikerie, in the Riverland for the last 5 years and even though I am young I have lived with a few different people and have learned that communication is vital to any relationship, so I highly value respect, and honesty, and appreciate boundaries being made right away (to be honest, it's just that I want to live with people that have commons sense and are respectful). I have had problems with a best 'friend' breaking my boundaries and treating me disrespectfully when living with them and I have learned from that and become stronger. I am a part of LGBT+ community (I'm Bi/pan and gender neutral at times, although identify as fem) and so of course am not judgmental/negative of things like that and I am also body positive and can't handle living with people who are constantly negative i.e my Grandmother ahah. We need to lift each other up, not bring people down! I also believe in equality for all and hate bullying obvs. I am a vegetarian and have to eat GF and dairy/lactose free and hope to pick up some hobbies while in Adelaide such as going to the gym, photography, dancing (?) also, possibly paintball/gun-ranging etc. I am also a fangirl (Dr Who, Harry Potter, Marvel/DC, manga/anime and some TV shows especially ones on NETFLIX!, so, if we live together and have commonalities it'd be cool to watch and discuss episodes together if y'all like and you may see some cool merchandise X,D) . I'm creative and musical (mostly singing, so I'll need to practice at home sometimes) and may want to get a keyboard and sound recording equipment in my room/somewhere eventually, but if that's an issue, we could work that out as I DEFINITELY appreciate quiet as well. I've lived with rowdy siblings/loud family for most of my life so I really do appreciate the quiet!! Oh, I love! cats but am slightly allergic/sensitive to long haired cats (I think XD; I get sinus from them if they, for example sleep on my pillow or if i pet them for too long), so basically as long as cats aren't in my room and the home gets vacuumed regularly I'm alright with cats :) and I'm also asthmatic so no smoking inside please. I cannot wait to finally be studying something which I'm interested in and hopefully be surrounded by a positive environment! I hope I find the right share house for me. Have a good day :') Toodles~
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education, specialising in Primary School Teaching. Due to my study load I do tend to keep to myself, but when I have time I do enjoy a quiet drink with friends, seeing a movie, reading, fitness and cooking. Cheesecakes are my specialty. I am a polite, friendly, tidy and love meeting new people. I'm hoping to find an unfurnished room, as I already own bedroom furniture.
I love to cook and am great at keeping kitchens and shared spaces tidy. Work full time. Don't party or have too many people over...
Large, quiet, private 3rd bedroom with reverse cycle heating and cooling. The room is big enough for a sleeping area and living area in one (6m x 3.5m) and can be provided part furnished (double bed, couch, shelves, tv) or unfurnished. It's also lockable for added security, and can be accessed via the back door of the house, away from the main living area. Great for a student or a worker - located 5km from Flinders University and 7km from the Adelaide CBD, both easily accessible by public transport. Castle Plaza shopping centre is a short 5 minute walk away. Please note that kitchen, laundry, bathroom and toilet facilities are shared. The low cost of $150 p/week includes electricity, gas and unlimited internet!
I'm a 31 year old brazilian who's about to move to Adelaide. I'm going to study building design at TAFE and I'm very excited about the prospect of living in a different country. As a child I had the opportunity to live 2 years in Manchester (UK) and that helped me develop a great sense of diversity. Since I lived in a neighbourhood and studied in a school that had many immigrants I soon learned the importance of diversity. I'm organized, clean and I also like to cook. Also I'll arrive in Adelaide on the 24th of january!
I'm a physiotherapist who is neat, tidy and easy to live with. I'm laid back, enjoy going for the odd adventure and would just as rather hang out and have a chat with you as kick back by myself
Taiwanese University student To consider a long-term rental Easy-going, open-minded, sporty, tidy Enjoy hiking, running, swimming, movies, music

Hey there, I'm from Singapore, currently doing my master in Speech Pathology at Flinders University . I love outdoors and water sports especially diving and underwater rugby, I'm considerate, clean, and sociable. Looking for a private room, great house/housemates. Love to watch movie/dinner/chill with the housemates but do respect individual relaxing time. Drop me a message if there is a perfect house!

(Only looking for new team ups, not existing room shares) Hey friends, I'm Lucy, I'm 20 years old and currently still living with my family Looking to move out within the next few months for more freedom and independence. (Don't be worried that if you were to get a house with me I'd be hit hard with reality and take off half way through the lease, because when I plan something, I stick to it, and this is me forever, or at least the amount of time I commit too) I work Monday to Friday in a Call Centre, work evenings and weekends part time, and work weekends doing Freelance Makeup. On weekends when I'm not working I party like most 20 year old's do. When at home, I like to lounge around either in my bed with Netflix, or on the couch with a good movie, which will most likely result in afternoon naps or dancing around the house with no pants on (I'll try to be fully dressed when your family comes over but no promises) In a roommate I'd be looking for someone like minded and respectful, it would be a huge plus to become friends aswel rather than just passing in the kitchen everyday (I can understand that becoming friends with your roommate can ruin things but I'd be determent to keep the divide) In a house I would be looking for something clean and low maintenance (not necessarily new but preferably new appliances) , would love a spare bedroom (which we can both use) for when friends need to stay, and a dishwasher for me is a must. (Nice bathtub also preferable for lush bath bombs!) I also wanted to mention first up, I have collected a lot of the furniture that would be required for the shared spaces in our home so I'm not too fussed (would actually be preferable) if you didn't have much furniture already, hence avoiding having double.
I'm reliable, considerate, friendly, clean and easy to get along with; essentially a no drama kind of guy! I enjoy conversation, and the occasional glass of wine or beer. I respect people's space, and I can also cook, at least I think... I try and lead an active lifestyle, and I work south of the city in the fitness industry, but not a meathead ;-) Looking forward to meeting my new housemate/s!
Im a Fun, Happy person who loves the company of others!, Willing to do my work around the house. Always there for emotional or any other support :D Generally looking for some nice people who dont mind someone young, Im a Gamer so internet and some of my social life is online. I enjoy a variety of things other than that and love my free time to Longboard :D
I am a debt free, employed, single, mother, with a reliable car relocating on short notice from the south west corner of WA for my 5 year old son's education. I have a degree in Mathematics, experience in accounts/admin/tourism, a history of volunteering and can transcribe braille so should have no trouble finding part time work on arrival. My son is very well behaved (and neat) for his age and likes to sleep in where possible (incl Christmas morning) so you don't need to worry about him waking you in the mornings but we do value peace and quiet of an evening. We aren't able to bring our furniture etc with us (and a single tear is shed) so would prefer a furnished place thus we wouldn't be impinging upon your style. Happy to live with outside dogs provided they aren't jumpy but no indoor pets. My son enjoys karate, soccer and cycling but most of all talking whilst I prefer laughing, reading and cross stitch when I have the time. We both love swimming, Lego, cards and boardgames (always looking for more players). We would be happy with either a master/ensuite or 2 single rooms with a shared bath but would love a separate living area if possible.
Full time student moving from the NT, about to start Masters of physiotherapy at Flinders. Will be busy with uni most days, and as such will be quiet and easy to live with. Don't require much, just looking for a place to stay with internet access for university work.
My name is James and I'm a 21 year old student, studying a masters in physics at the University of Adelaide. I spend a fair amount of time at uni of working, but when I'm not I love hanging with friends or gaming. I'm a responsible, clean and respectful person, who also loves to cook! I'm looking for someone friendly to live with who enjoys hanging out but can also respect privacy.
I'm neat, clean up after myself, enjoy cooking for others, enjoy having social time both at home or going out occasionally. I enjoy reading or catching up on shows. I may sing around the house, but I'll tone down if you need me to.

It's a simple house with a huge (dated) kitchen. There's a half bath in the laundry area and plenty of storage. If you're a couple and want to move in, cool! But add $25/wk. I'll get more photos up soon. The ones currently on file are just of the room with a queen size bed. I'll put photos of the room up empty, the kitchen, the Florida room (I dunno what it's called here...), and the lounge probably this weekend. It's really easy access to Main South Road and the Expressway. There are cafe's and pizzeria's in walking distance. Easy to get to Goodwood. Ample bike storage (this is a cyclist's dream spot!). There is off street parking but there's already a car there---we can share the driveway :) There is a cat that comes and goes. She doesn't like most people so there's the chance you'll never see her...but, if you're allergic to cats, this isn't the spot for you. A/C and a gas heater in the lounge. During the hottest of summer days, the house stays pretty cool. There's a ceiling fan in your future room and built in wardrobe's. Some furniture can be provided. It's a pretty good size room with lots of sunlight. The third bedroom is for guests (yours or mine) and I use it as a study/office type room (you are also welcome to use it as an office). Nice size front and back yards...in the back there are fruit trees, a large covered patio with furniture for hosting or just hanging out. Washing machine and a large clotheline/hanger thingy (I don't know what you aussie's call them) :) It's not the Holden (?) Hoist or whatever, but it's large and does the job well. There's also an indoor clotheshorse that comes in quite handy during rainy days.
After living at this place on and off for the last 15 years i like that its close to shops and public transport, that its only 10 minutes from the beach which i love. The place has built in robes and air conditioning in all bedrooms which is a major plus considering our summers, a small backyard, unlimited internet is available along with streaming sites netflix and stan. As far as house rules are concerned I guess that is something to be discussed during the interview process.
A clean, spacious & homely house, less than 10km from the Adelaide CBD & Flinders Uni, this place is really well situated for bike riding as transport, as well as other means. It is also serviced by bus routes at either end of the street and is close to shopping, a few local businesses (cafes & restaurants), and the beach. The house itself is pretty much furnished, inc. TV, internet & A/C in the living room. Also, the kitchen is pretty well stocked with all the basic necessities, including fridge. Any additions are welcome, provided they can fit. The room is large (3.9m x 3.3m), less the space that the built in robe & dresser (with mirror) take up, however still big enough for a queen bed with floor space. The yard (both front & back) are large, and while they require a bit of team effort to maintain, there is also space for anyone interested in growing some of their own veggies or having a Sunday arvo BBQ. As far as any "house rules" go, there are not many. We all chip in with cleaning & yard work, we all pay our bills on time, we all are mindful of how much utilities we use (shit's not cheap yo), and this is not a party house. That said, a shindig or a soiree from time to time is never opposed.

Im looking to move somewhere close to flinders university to commence my study in 2018. I would love to move somewhere with a nice group of people that I could get to know.
I'm friendly but usually pretty quiet. Enjoy making music, cooking reading and playing video games. I have a fair bit of furniture but can store anything that isn't needed. Not currently working but looking for a place near town for a job I have lined up.
I have recently moved from Darwin, to work as a Swim coach here. I am training as well as a national level swimmer. I am very relaxed and friendly and love meeting new people. I am also transferring to Flinders Uni to study a double degree of languages and international studies. When I am not working, training or studying I love to read, cook do woodwork.
Just moved back to Adelaide after living away for 12 months. So excited to be back in Adelaide. Have been working in radio for last 5 years but changing direction slightly with my new job in video production. Have shared with roomies for a number of years so very respectful of others and their space. Very easy to live with, easy going and clean.
I am a university student studying midwifery, who also enjoys dancing, watching movies, reading and playing netball. I am quite a neat and tidy person and will ensure that the house is always kept to high standards. Although I am not the most outgoing person I cant wait to spend some time getting to know you.
Hi! I'm Savannah currently studying human movement at UniSA. Looking for somewhere relatively close to the tram or a train as I study in the city. I think of myself relatively clean but also not a complete neat freak and always up for a chat but also like my own space occasionally. I also have my own bedroom furniture and some other household items if needed. Feel free to send me a message if you would like to know anything else or if you think I'd be a great addition to your house!
26 year old musician from Mt Gambier studying at Flinders in 2018. At home being a hermit or being social, but generally prefer hermitage. Make a mean two minute noodles. Studying full time but will be looking for part time work.
I'm an international student from Hungary (overseas postgraduate and qualified vet nurse), studying currently business, and working part time. I'm quiet, respectful and tidy. I have been a vegetarian for 23 years and I am a cat fan. I'm looking for a furnished room all bills included max. $160 (reliable internet connection and hot water are important for me) close to Brighton as I'm not driving at the moment. I want to live with 1 or maximum 2 tidy and respectful housemates (female(s)!!). If I'm not answering your message, it means the room/place you are offering, isn't suitable for me. (Because I got some messages: Sorry, I'm NOT offering a room on here.)
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying at Flinders University and have applied for a transfer into Bachelor of Arts majoring in Criminology. At the moment I am looking for employment in retail and as i have a work history, shouldn't be too long before success! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like camping and reading. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a shared house or studio/granny flat with a max budget of $150, bills included and preferably female housemates. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. Although I do not have pets I am perfectly fine with a house with pets. Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
