I have lived in the Gold Coast just over 2 years now. Previously lived in Darwin, Forster and Sydney. I'm an easy going person to live with. I work part time but I'm always busy doing something. I like to chill during the week but on weekends I like to have a few drinks and social with friends. I like to live a healthy, chilled lifestyle. Not after a drama filled house or party house. Looking for a unfurnished room with my own bathroom or ensuite with young like minded people. I also need a lot of cupboard space (girl issues) ✌🏼🌈✨
75 METERS FROM THE BEACH WITH YOUR OWN BATHROOM! BILLS INCLUDED! Hey! I'm a friendly male emergency services worker looking for a kind and tidy person to rent the spare room in a ground floor unit that I recently bought. The unit is partially renovated (bathrooms are original), and looks great. I have had the place freshly painted and have put new carpet in the bedrooms. The the kitchen is also new. The unit is in a well maintained and very secure resort style complex with a pool, spa and BBQ area. It is on the ground floor with side gate entry away from the busy main foyer. The unit is only a 75 metre walk to the beach at Miami. It's also close to shops, and cafes. You can hear the ocean from your bedroom. :-). The room for rent is unfurnished but comes with built in wardrobes and a new ceiling fan. All you need to bring is a bed! The room is nice and spacious. Parking is on the street but you can always find a spot pretty easily. There is also an underground visitor car park that has spare spaces a lot of the time. You will also have your very own spacious bathroom (the only reason I will be in it is to use the washing machine). The rent is $300 per week including unlimited NBN internet, Foxtel and Netflix. All bills are included. The unit also has spacious and private front and back patios. You MUST be a non-smoker. No pets and no couples sorry.

Hey, I'm a 23yo guy moving from Perth to start my pilot's license. Am looking to be living with 20-30 year olds who are chilled, and wouldn't mind catching up for coffee or a drink on the weekends. I'm pretty chilled, I enjoy being fit, outdoors, good food, having a drink on the weekends and being around mates, will be studying mostly during the week and am tidy and respectful.
Hi guys, I'm looking for somewhere to rent between the South Broadbeach - Miami (Burleigh max) area as it's important for me to be walking distance to GC HWY. I'm clean (not OCD though) and respectful of others and their space, enjoy my me time, but am also very easy going and up for a chat. I try to lead a pretty healthy and active lifestyle - vegetarian (doesn't bother me at all if you are not though), spend a lot of time at the beach, exercising, trying to learn how to surf... I also love catching up with friends over a good coffee. Don't drink too often, enjoy a relaxing cider or wine every now and then, but again doesn't bother me at all if you do. In saying that, I'm definitely not interested in a party house and just want some chilled out, drama-free housemates.
I spend most of my time at work or at the gym, so you'll rarely ever see me! I'm crazy friendly but i've lived alone for a few years now so i generally keep to myself in my down time. I'm in the process of moving out of town and i'm really just looking for somewhere cheap and short term to crash whilst i save a little more money..
Hey guys, I have a room available in Miami beach, to move in asap! This was a shared room with 2 single beds, but I am opening the option to couples or single. Room has its own bathroom, and will share the apartment with me as there are only two rooms in our place. The place has exit to the beach, 2 pools, and 8 bbq areas, greeeat location. Single: $230 Couple: $250 Bond is 4weeks rent plus 2weeks in advance that you receive back in the end of the contract, or when someone else moves in your place in case you need to move out. Looking for someone that will help to make our house a home :)
Hi!! Pepe and I are two FRIENDS who come from Valencia (Spain), our intention is to spend 6 months studying English and how not to try to get to know Australia to the fullest, since we love to travel and to know new places and cultures. We are both teachers, extroverts and we come with a lot of desire to enjoy and meet new people. We aren't a Couple. We are friends and We need two rooms. If you have some room let us know. Thanks 🙂
Hi, On the hunt for a place near the beach with a chilled and positive atmosphere that's super dog friendly. She's pretty well trained and gets along with most people and pets. Respectful of others space but we still enjoy the occasional drink and a chat...
I am a clean living, easy going, helpful, supportive, active girl. I mostly keep to myself during the weekdays as I work full time and go to the gym 5 days a week. On weekends i like to be social, but also respect others privacy, and am always up for an adventure, by an adventure i mean i like to go out and explore new places while keeping fit and healthy with a hike or bike ride. I am past the "clubbing and partying every weekend" days but don't mind having a games night with a few beverages every now and then. I look forward to meeting new people and living with people I don't just call my roommates, but people I can call my friends. Looking to live with people in a similar age group 20-25 with similar interests. P.s. I am very pet friendly and absolutely love dogs!!
Hi! We are two professionals (event managers) from Scotland coming over to Australia to work on the Commonwealth Games. We are friendly, sociable and easy to live with. We will be at work during the week and will be out exploring the Gold Coast during weekends. We are looking for 2 separate rooms in a house share with other young professionals. Ideally close to public transport or within cycling distance to shops etc. and able to get to the office in Ashmore. We can move in pretty much any time in October, preferably the first or second week and we are looking to stay until roughly the end of April 2018, so 6.5 months at least - maybe a few weeks more. Please get in touch if you have a suitable property or would like to know any more information or have questions :) Thank you!
Hey, I'm Aimee, I'm 28 and looking for a room with an ensuite or private bathroom on the Gold Coast for less than $300 per week with bills included. I'm a tidy and quiet person generally. To be sharing with one other person who also works or studies and keeps the living spaces clean would be ideal. I don't have OCD lol though I do like to keep the kitchen and lounge immaculate. I'd like to live with someone I get along with and can have some fun with. Happy to do my own thing and be social from time to time. If we become good friends, I'd be pleased :) I don't have any pets or children and won't have visitors over very often. Realistically I was thinking 6 months however that could turn into a 12 month or more arrangement possibly. I have a bed, bedside table, tallboy and dinning table with chairs. I could probably store the dinning table elsewhere if need be. I would prefer a non-smoking environment but I do not have an issue if you like to smoke outside on occasion. I do try to keep healthy and active. If you have any questions, would like to know more or have a place that would suit, feel free to contact me :)
I am currently living on the Central Coast, NSW, I'm wanting a fresh start and I think the Gold Coast would be a great place for it. I'm 20 years old and a 3rd year apprentice plumber. I'm a genuine, honest and clean bloke that likes to have fun. I would have to say my hobby would probably be going out and socialising, adventuring and discovering new places, meeting new people. I'm in no rush to move, unless the opportunity arises, it could be next month or it could be late next year. Im open minded to anything and it wouldn't matter if it was group sharing or just the two
I've lived on GC many years; into health, fitness, seeking a REAL HOME Long Term not just a place to crash. Drama-free essential, healthy, respectful living that honors friendly interactive space, well-being and a mutual place to love and call home. My place is sold, for next year at least, I would like to share a large home or rent your unfurnished granny flat where I can create a home environment. I prefer somewhere near, the beach, between Surfers and Burleigh but if you have something further but quite special, let me know. About you I need to know I can trust you if I'm to move in with you. And know that the home shall be my home too. Your ability to relate to people different from you is priority. For me sameness is boring, it's like having a guitar with just one string, we need a number of strings for there to be music that is pleasant to listen to. Moving in with a stranger will not work, I need to know you and the way you live, what you do, your desires in life you are involved in, and how you relate to people. There are a few things I look for. You need to desire to know me as a friend you can trust. Be emotionally mature, caring attitude, interested in making the home a harmonious place. I would wish to know about you; so please when you email me - be sure to lay it out about you as I have about me. You do not need to have experienced as much as I have, just be interested in exploring areas of life you do not know. This "I'm too old to learn new things would be impossible for me to live with" About us Two-way communication, occasional social time and sharing household chores with limited rules and regulations because we are sharing similar values, therefore we know how to behave respectfully towards each other and your home environment - which would acknowledge to be my home environment as well. "Why I am taking this approach" I seek a home not to be treated as a tenant by a landlord under the same roof. To indicated that I have given this a lot of thought and that I value my self and my time; therefore I would value you. I'd be driving to meet you; that is time consuming. When we do meet; you'll ask me these questions anyway, so I save my travel time and save it for a person to whom careful consideration matters I've put this together. I'm seeking to share with a person who is capable of sharing with a person who is different to them. Compatible and Like-Minded does not mean we are the same; to me it means complementary. Same eventually cancel each other out. Compatible in this case means someone who is caring and discerning. Someone who is entrepreneurial in their mindset, or we shall not get on if I'm boxed into being just another beige person doing what everyone else does. Many seeking share situation have just a suitcase, and often just looking short term or are students. I'm not into small talk that leads nowhere and I do not live out of a suitcase, I've lived on the Gold Coast most of my life and certainly almost all of my adult life. Many share situations one has to wait till the kitchen is completely free before entering (that is not sharing that is standing in line for my tern) there is no reason why we cannot prepare meals at the same time. It just takes a little consideration towards each other as complete human beings. People have forgotten how to really share. More about me - so you know how to share about you before we meet. PHOTO IS OF MY BEDROOM (insert is of dining table) so you can see how I love to live. I have my own relationship coaching business, I prefer to live by Steven Covey's "speed of trust" principals, Bruce Lee philosophy, German philosopher; Friedrich Nietzsche and American psychologist Abraham Maslow’s work on human needs, healthy society and living the words, I am focused on creating a safe place to get things done. I am interested in real human beings co-creating a comfortable homely environment, cooperating to share household and garden chores, enjoying the occasional family dinner, building respectful relationships while appreciating our home as our castle where trust is nurtured. I'm into - Martial arts trained in Aikido and Aikido Ki principals Philosophy and application - Personal development - Cooking - Well Traveled - Culture including spiritual culture - Love Indigenous cultures - have participated in their spirit connection rituals. - Worked on million Dollar Projects and treat each encounter as invaluably as any million dollar project. Never take any moment for granted. Many people are very dismissive of each other (sadly missing every moment of being present) - Respect and Regard Business Principals - Studied at Music Academy & backed performers - Dance - Have my own relationship coaching business, therefore I live what I teach. - Appreciate entrepreneurial spirit in people. - Love generous attitude to life. - I'm focused on maintaining momentum and completing things that need to be done therefore I need a safe place to do that. Creating healthy home Healthy communication, healthy emotional and living environment are essential. Generous attitude towards life, professional and cooperative attitude, friendly home environment, internet. Preferred FEATURES; Share in Large home or a granny flat. - Generous attitude towards life essential. Professional and cooperative attitude Easy Friendly Atmosphere Internet essential - Clean Spacious Bedroom (would love en-suite) - Generous wardrobe. - WI-Fi essential - Space for my things in Kitchen (top of the range juicer and blenders) as I prepare fresh food daily - no frozen, pre-packaged food. - OR SPACE FOR EXTRA CUPBOARD IN LIVING ROOM TO HOUSE MY THINGS. - I have some furniture and fridge for my fresh produce, and I love my books. These are essential for my health and wellness particularly since I'll be going into my own place in 12months time. Some things that have been in storage I'd love to unpack so I feel I really belong - A real home long term, not just a place to crash. - I have a car, car space is essential. - it would be nice if I there is an en-suite and I could use my own juicer, blender as I eat mainly fresh food. I am comfortable being in my own space, enjoys the occasional socializing and am seeking to share with easy-going person who loves their life and works full-time. To begin communication If you love your life as I do mine, I shall send you a video of my lifestyle and work environment, we could arrange a meeting to discuss further. This you would ask me when we meet, remember it takes a lot of my personal time to run around meeting people who are happy to just talk - the talk that can often be a total waste of time for me. For this reason I put together a video of how I live and work. BE SURE TO LEAVE your PHONE NUMBER

40's, professional working full time in environmental science n also work as a boat/jetski trainer. I am mindful of others, clean and respectful. I love surfing and hoping to find a place close to the beach. Not a home body and swim and train most nights after work. Pretty independent and easy going.
Hey hey, I'm looking for a cool place with awesome peeps close to the beach I've been on the GC for a couple of months now, got a full time job so looking for a more permanent place. I am very open minded and down to earth, love a good and sometimes a deep chat if the couple of wines takes me there. I'm respectful, treat others how I'd like to be treated. Fun, in that I love trying and learning new things. Live for spontaneous day adventures (hikes bike rides, keen to learn to surf and on the hunt for all of the happiest hours) and just making the most of the opportunities the day presents us. Some may say I'm a bit of a hippie. However I try to live consciously, making small changes to practices around the home and on the go. I love dogs, so pretty relaxed about pets. Message me if you have any questions or think I would be a pretty cool addition or could help out for the short term. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hi I'm surette. Looking for a room for myself and my dog, she's a 3 year old female border Collie who sleeps in my bed. I work as a waitress in Broadbeach, I'm into my fitness and healthy eating. I'm a very down to eath person, easy to get along with but enjoy my own space at the same time.
