The house is modern and new with an open plan, big kitchen, separate laundry, a study room, and ducted heating/aircon. Rent for the third room is currently $152/week. This does not include internet or bills. We have an unlimited internet plan which is an additional $23/month per person. Bond is $930. We are looking for someone to stay until at least early August 2018 as this is when our lease ends. It is possible we may renew the lease again then and you could have the option of staying longer if we do! The bedroom is a decent size with built in robes, is carpeted and shares a decent sized bathroom (shower, bath, sink and separate toilet) with the second bedroom. The room is not furnished so you will need to bring your own bedroom stuff! All the bedrooms are nicely spaced apart which is great for when you just want time to chill by yourself. The rest of the house is furnished (couches, TV, dining set, fridge, washing machine, outdoor setting). There is little maintenance outside the house - no grass, just the occasional weeding before inspections. There is also an outdoor setting under shade and a pizza oven for entertaining people! Street parking is available and the street is very wide so there is ample parking. The location is very close to the city and a couple hundred metres from a bus stop that goes straight in. Unfortunatey, no pets allowed.
