Hi there! This has been a share house for the last few years and now we have one room available for rent. The room: The room has high ceilings, and the floor dimensions are approximately 4mx4m. There is a large wardrobe for your clothes and other belongings. (It's really heavy, but you can stash it in the lounge if don't need it.) The house: The house is a nice old building, and we keep it clean and tidy. We have ducted air conditioning (heating and cooling) in all the bedrooms, but we don't use it often because it is expensive to run; however, we switch it on when we all agree that it's really hot or really cold. The kitchen stuff (like pots and pans) is for communal use. There is a nice little pot-bellied stove kitchen room which is particularly nice on cold winter nights. Yard: The back yard is large and spacious, with a large owner's shed behind it. You can do some gardening if you so desire. (There is room to park three cars; however, this could involve some serious car juggling every now and then.) You are most welcome to have friends and guests any time, as long as you are considerate with noise levels and cleaning, etc. Rent will be 150ish/week paid fortnightly (coming to 300ish/fortnight) and 23.33 every month for the Internet. Electricity, water, and gas are split 3 ways. Regarding the bond: four weeks of rent shall be paid to Ed and written agreement will be singed. You need to be financially stable and reliable when it comes to paying bills (the agent may ask for proofs). The final moving-in date will be confirmed later. Obviously, you'll need to be approved by the landlord before moving in. Pets are not allowed by the landlord (unless it is like a turtle or something similar then that's cool).
I'm a freelance visual artist in both physical and digital media. I'm currently seeking employment but my housing situation has been so rocky the past 6 months, I'm struggling. I have 2 daughters who spend weekends with me; aged 7 & 8, both very well behaved and respectful. I'd like to be in my own home eventually but with holiday season and school holidays and one income I've found it near impossible. I'd love to just move in somewhere that can offer stability for me while I ground myself enough to search for my own place again, without having to organise a couch to sleep on each night. I'm 420 friendly but respectful. I keep to myself a lot but am happy to share time/dinners etc. together as well. I can cook and cater to all sorts of diets, so I'm a valuable asset to any home 😌 I'm organised and tidy, but not judgemental of lived in homes. I love animals so if you have pets I'm very likely to spoil them with love and treats. my current share housing situation has turned very volatile and my safety and privacy has been infringed upon so I am currently couch hopping and looking for something stable ASAP. please contact me on here or Facebook if I sound suitable

Hi everyone! I’m Anthony and I’m a high school teacher! I spent 2017 and 2018 teaching and travelling abroad. I just got back to Adelaide a few months ago and I’m keen to find something in the new year for around 6 months. My long term plan is to go and teach overseas again halfway through next year. I’m easy going, open minded, social, clean, independent and love to cook. I get along with everyone but do enjoy my own down time now and then. In my spare time I like to go fun adventures, keep fit and hang out with mates. Feel free to shoot me any questions you may have :)

I currently work full time as a retail manager in the city and am looking to move closer to CBD. I’m an extremely easygoing, clean, independent, sociable person. I attend the gym quite regularly and like to see my friends and socialise with my time off. I’m adaptable to all types of people and also love quiet time to myself. I will be shortly heading into uni to study part time in psychology at Uni SA. So be pretty busy on my feet. Love to have a laugh and enjoy being sociable but also respect people’s privacy. Please feel free to contact me for further information :)
