My name is Natália, I´m from South America and I´m currently studying Diploma of Social Media Marketin in Adelaide. Looking for a room in a tidy and quiet house with nice and mature flatmates. I´m very sociable but I also like having my own space and privacy. If the house is not close to the city it has to be close to the public transport and supermarket.
Hey, I am looking for somewhere to stay while I finish a book and chase my dreams. Things about me? Haha, I like to cook, like to live in a clean relaxed environment and will occasionally clean for the fun of it. I ride a push scooter around and used to work in the education setting.
Hi my names Ash! I just moved back to Adelaide after spending the last 12+ months in Newcastle for work. I’m a friendly guy who enjoys socialising on weekends but also doesn’t mind just chilling out at home. I’ve lived in a number of share houses with males, females, students and professionals. So I understand respecting other people’s space and things and can keep things tidy. I’m flexible and easy going with everything so feel free to drop me a line.
I'm a super friendly, easy going gal. I am very clean and enjoy keeping my home space tidy and looking nice. I enjoy getting together with housemates for a cook up, a wine and a chat but also enjoy my own space and respect that others do to. I am a creative type and like to spend my time gardening, sewing, drawing, crafting and restoring furniture. I am looking for a relaxed environment to live in and look forward to meeting my new roomies :)
My name is Andressa. I'm 28 from Brazil. I'm Software Engineering. In 11th May I going to move to Adelaide to study Advanced Diploma of Computer Systems Technology in IIBIT. I’m looking around $180 per week include bills in CBD or surrounding CBD suburbs. I love animais and nature. I would like to live with someone who speak English to practice it. I'm vegetarian since January. I love meet new places and learn about a new culture.
I am a 28 year old male full time student at Flinders University. I'm very social and easygoing, but also often locked away studying. I love movie nights, cooking, board games, occasional drinks, and much more. Very clean and tidy kind of guy. Always up for a chat and a laugh :)
Hi, I'm Glenn, 63yo guy, friendly, respectful, easy going with a 10yo little dog who is very friendly Maltese x Schnauzer, we have just returned to Adelaide after four years in Brisbane and looking for low cost accommodation in inner Adelaide, Cheers
Beautiful light filled house, close to the city as well as the beach. Modern kitchen with gas stove top, we pay a cleaner to come in fortnightly and we have a gardener included in the rent! It’s a homely place to live with three relaxed, lovely and interesting housemates.
Hello, I'm Katie! Currently studying primary teaching at uni and working part time in hospo and nannying :) I'm friendly, easy going, tidy and respectful. I keep shared spaces clean and of course always pitch in with house cleaning etc. I'm fine with clutter but not cool with living in a dirty home. I'm a social person and love having a laugh and would hope to become friends as well as housemates! I am quite busy and do appreciate my own space at times and will respect yours too of course. A lil more about me; I enjoy being creative, cooking (vego), being outdoors, love animals, veggie gardens, playing cards, going to gigs n having a few cheeky drinks :)
Hi, We're looking for a room close to the city with easy bus access to the University of Adelaide. I'm currently undertaking my PhD and my partner is also studying. I'm out of the house weekdays until about 6 pm so I won't be in your way, same with my partner. We're not the party type but happy to have a conversation and get to know housemates! We both love animals and the occasional hike.
Hiyya! I'm open minded, clean/hygenic, caring, pay bills on time (1st thing that should be paid), love a good laugh, am a singer and have geeky hobbies. I'm not a party gal and like to listen to music or read from home, have friends over (all of my friends are funny, safe, random peeps, most are musicians too :) ) Not too fussed with the genders, age, ethnicity of housemates, just no creeps, duh. I also do not have a car, so close proximity to train and bus stops is important! I'd particularly love to live around the Seaford train line :D I require house mates who are: respectful, egalitarian (or at least don't push their differing views on me), mature/mostly mature xD, good communicators, considerate, clean up after themselves, and aren't too loud. Extras: It'd be nice to become friends with housemates, maybe cook together, watch movies, share music tastes, from time to time - I love alone time though, so this isn't a need, but would be nice :) To support a positive living environment, friendliness and communication is necessary though :) Housing History: I've lived in shared private rental, in student accommodation buildings, with friends, and with family. Have met and been around diverse people from different cultures, backgrounds. I've been living with a 25yo male and 24 y.o. nb housemate since July 2018. Before that I lived in a large (8 story, 38 rooms/floor) student accom. 3 diff friends households at the end of high school until I got into a Music course last year. And ofc with family before that too. I've experienced controlling friendships and housemates, messy housemates, overcrowded housing (a friend who has 5 high functioning autistic siblings and parents :) I stayed with them for a month while house-hunting :) ), and with my family - the family structure house hold. I know what I like and don't like in a household and in people, so have good, real expectations for safety, living environment, and communication. I love cute things, and am semi into gardening, but I'm a bit clumsy and forgetful, so it's more of a 'when I'm not too busy' type hobby. This year, for at least the 1st study semester, I'll be studying a UniSA foundation course, since I studied more practical Music Industry (Performance - vocal) courses last year, and haven't written essays et cetera for over a year now......+ (rant: I hadn't finished paying off the certificate 4 which I was going to use to get into a uni psychology course......there's a student loan for that sort of thing that I didn't know about #regret....well.....now I know T-T ) I'm thinking of studying a Psychology/Behavioral Science bachelor degree at Adelaide Uni or Flinders, oooor an Arts degree (could study psych & Japanese @ Adelaide - I'm a bit of an otaku, so that sounds fun~) so will be looking for housing around there for mid year (looking for a 6 month lease. I prefer 6 months incase housemates end up being to loopy, not what they say they are etc) xD I love plants, animals & the environment too - I'm an avid recycler, so would prefer eco-concious housemates :) Message if you think I sound like a good fit for your household c: Toooodles~
Happy bubbly forever child. Clean. Like to cook. Love animals. But will (forcefully) live without them. Spend most of my time in my room when home. Love music. I prefer to listen to music with my headphones, so you won't hear it much. Non-smoker and would like to live with non-smokers. But, as long as you smoke outside, I don't really care. Would prefer to have an already furnished room, but it's not neccessary. Looking for somewhere within 10 minutes of the CBD, preferably not on the east side of town. I have recently moved down from the northern Flinders Ranges where I've lived, and worked in hospitality, for 2 years, to go back to school (hopefully with snackpacks!). I have a very small tank-dwelling pet. You'll never see or hear her and she can't possibly destroy anything. As long as your life doesn't impede on my life you can do you, whatever that may be :) I need to live with people who can communicate openly about any issues that may arise. I have lived with people previously who have been inconsiderate and who've had communication issues. I am the type of person who is open and honest. I would rather be a little upset in the short term than let things fester into arguments. Okay byyyyyyeeee!!
I'm a student at the University of Adelaide. I'm friendly, cooperative and clean. Won't make much of a noise other than the occasional singing. Looking to rent a room a shared apartment/house or rent a studio/1 bedroom apartment for at least 6 months.

I'm looking for a group of housemates that I can get along with and create friendships, but also give each other space when needed.

*Sorry no couples* *short let 6 months* I currently have one room available in my house at Mile End! The room is a great size 4.00 x 3.05. Comes unfurnished. It can fit a double bed and a wardrobe in it. The house itself is great it’s very similar to a cottage. I have a good sized lounge room and a front room which I call “the conversation room” lel. There is a small backyard which had room for a veggie patch and some pretty flowers. My house is a 5 minute walk from Henley beach road which has a Drakes food land, Cibo, Burger Foundery and a few other goodies. There is a is that goes directly to the city which takes about 5 minutes and there is a bus that goes to Henley Beach which takes about 20 minutes.
