The house is modern and new with an open plan, big kitchen, separate laundry, a study room, and ducted heating/aircon. Rent for the third room is currently $152/week. This does not include internet or bills. We have an unlimited internet plan which is an additional $23/month per person. Bond is $930. We are ideally looking for someone to stay for the whole lease until early August 2019. The third bedroom is very decent size with built in robes, is carpeted and shares a decent sized bathroom (shower, bath, sink and separate toilet) with the second bedroom. The room is not furnished so you will need to bring your own bedroom stuff! All the bedrooms are nicely spaced apart which is great for when you just want time to chill by yourself. The rest of the house is furnished (couches, TV, dining set, fridge, washing machine, outdoor setting). There is little maintenance outside the house - no grass, just the occasional weeding before inspections. There is also an outdoor setting under shade and an outdoor pizza oven for entertaining people! Street parking is available and the street is very wide so there is ample parking. I'm Adelaide born and bred but have traveled relatively extensively to all the major continents in the world except North America (and Antarctica!). So am welcoming to just about everyone! I come with an assortment of items needed for a house including but not limited to: a washing machine, a fridge, a recliner a tv or two, a kitchen table, cutlery, crockery, and even a nice modern leather couch. I have lived in a share house previously and understand the requirements for living with people and pulling your own weight around the house with jobs. I enjoy working as a cohesive unit to keep the house clean and presentable but also love to have a drink and socialise with new people. I am also very aware and accepting of people’s need for privacy. I have a relatively active social life but also love to chill out in front of the tv watching a movie with a bottle of wine or playing some PlayStation. I play SAAFL for Old Ignatians' in winter so my weekends are usually filled with footy and drinking with mates or work in the summer so I'm unlikely to be seen much around then however am always open to new plans! Looking for a home, with a creative and fun dynamic. A communal respectful place, with a focus on sustainability and art. I work 30+ hours in Hospo while I finish my degree. But I work a lot outside of my paid job on film projects that are my total focus and passion. I love shared meals, creative projects, dancing with abandon, talking for hours about pretty much anything but I also sometimes just really like to cosy up in my room and watch or read something.
