The room is unfurnished, has built in robes , air conditioning and looks out onto a balcony with city views. The rest of the house is furnished so all you need is a bed really. Approximately 15 minute walk into the city with free public transport available via the tram from Thebarton tram stop. 2 minute walk to bus stop on South Road. All the bedrooms have carpet but the rest of the house is tiles. Kitchen has a dishwasher. Decent sized back yard. Bathroom has a bath. 2 toilets in the house. Ducted air-conditioner and heater throughout the house. Driveway can fit two cars, but plenty of places to park on the street. Unlimited wifi split between 3, only $23.26 a month. Bills also include electricity, gas and water (quarterly).
Hey guys! I've been renting for many years now and I'm starting to get pretty tired of moving. My hope is that I'll find somebody on here who would be happy to rent a two bedroom unit with me. I'd prefer to be the only one on the lease and have somebody sublease the other room from me. Over the years I have acquired most of the furniture and appliances necessary. I've got a big fridge, a washing machine, a couch, shelves, microwave, an amazing vacuum cleaner as well as dishes, cups, cutlery and much much more. All you'd need is a bed and whatever else you'd like to have in your room. I'm a pretty easy person to get along with, always happy to chat and also completely respect people's need for space. I would like to find somebody equally respectful and quirky who I could have a very good relationship with. We don't have to be best friends but I would like to live with somebody who I'd be happy to come home to. Don't have any bias when it comes to gender, age or ethnicity. A little bit about me: I am a full-time student at Flinders University. I am studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Arts (majoring in visual arts). Hey all. As of next year I will be starting a new graduate position as an engineer in the middle of the city and will as such, be looking for a new place to live that is, ideally, not far or close to major public transport. I play music, flute, rock-climbing, abseiling, podcasts, hanging out, coffee, among many other things I enjoy! I would prefer to share with similar professionals, students or people that at otherwise clean, hygienic, friendly and reliable in regards to upkeep and rent. I will be looking at moving anytime from December 2017 onwards, so have a good time frame anyway (ideally from January but if the right place pops up).
