Balcony with great views of the river, Sunnyside reserve is only a 2 minute walk as I am on the road that takes you there, peaceful location, great friendly neighbours, spacious house, other side of house you can have your own set up with lounges and tele if you wanted to (I'll send photos if need be). I have a female 3 year old Staffy x who is placid, easy going, has her own recliner in front of tele next to me - she pretty much runs the house, my dog takes a while to get to know people but once she does she will be your best mate, 10 minutes to Murray Bridge over the bridge, 15 minutes to Mannum, about half hour to Tailem.
I am a respectful, trustworthy and helpful housemate! Have lived in plenty of share accom, and whilst I love to socialise, also respect people's space and free time. As well as this I Ride MTB, love a project and I'm always tinkering and helping mates with cars, bikes, lil landscape jobs etc. So I guess what I'm saying is I keep pretty busy :) I work full time, for myself, based in Lyndoch. Doing a 10 hr days, 6 days a week. Therefore money is not an issue, and I'm all about having things in order, bills paid on time etc etc. Ideally looking at 3 months as I'm commencing a diploma in Landscape Construction/Architecture in March. However for the right place I could always jump on the lease or extend the contract to suit all parties :)
Hi my name is Arron, I am 30 y.o. but I look a lot younger than my age. I am currently single & I work full time with no pets. I'm also a non smoker! I am clean, & a hygiene conscious person. I respect others & hope for the same in return, as I treat others as I would want to be treated. I am down to earth & get along with most personalities. I enjoy going out some weekends to visit family or to let off some steam with friends. When I am home I usually like to watch a few movies or play the Xbox online with friends. If I'm living with a housemate I'm usually the type to do my own thing as I'm independent, but enjoy the occasional chat & banter. I respect others privacy & hope for the same. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
I am relocating from WA to start my new job as a Veterinarian in Nuriootpa and my partner will be moving over to join me (likely by May). I am looking for a room or someone to team up with to get a house. I am happy to just do 3/6/12 months depending on what suits. I am very easy going, I like to socialise and but also appreciate privacy and am very respectful of other housemates. I will be working full time and exploring the area on weekends (company welcome).
We're a young couple commencing vintage jobs in tanunda/marananga, we're both fun and social, and at the same time value personal space. Looking for a house share whilst completing the vintage period. We'll both likely be working long days, 6 days a week. We're clean and tidy, and love to cook good food and drink great wine.
Ideally looking for someone to share house with but I am open to anything, share, room etc that is dog friendly (super cool dog everyone loves). I am looking for at least 6/12months stay. I'm pretty chill and easy going. Respectful of others and their privacy, but also happy for a chat, drink anytime. I'm pretty happy on the couch with the Netfix and just as happy out for a few drinks. Good sense of humour and enjoy a good laugh. I enjoy keeping a clean and tidy home and would prefer to live with someone who is the same. Nothing over the top, just noone that's too messy. I know it can be hard to keep on top of from time to time but as long as they clean up after themselves within reason. I'm studying full time (vet nursing) and working 2 casual jobs. Look forward to hearing from you
Hi my name is Kim, and I'm 26, currently looking for something in or around the mount barker area. I work part time and intend to start studying come the new year. I'm quiet and clean, enjoy good company and spending time with family. I'm looking for a 4-6 month stay with the option to extend if need be.
Hi, I'm a student who values studying and nature! I'm an A grade student (which my reports can prove), and am extremely independent; I've been living out of home for about a year and a half now, and living independently for around a year with my dad's permission (I can provide references if you want, or you could contact my dad). I'm very responsible, usually very quiet and I can keep to myself. I occasionally have friends over, but never any more than two people at a time. I love writing, drawing, singing, fitness, and I plan on joining the army once I graduate! I'm part of the C3 Adelaide Hills Church in Hahndorf, and on the music/worship team as a singer for C3 Friday Night Youth. I've just recently joined a gym in Bridgewater. I was born and grew up in the hills, and so I'd love to continue staying in the hills as it's genuinely my home! I've been renting in Mount Barker since April, but due to distance issues, school and etc-era I'm just looking for somewhere closer to the Aldgate/Stirling area. I've just been accepted into the ASMS (which is on the Flinder's University campus), so I'm looking for somewhere to move into asap so I can organise myself for school. I also receive my own income, so there's no worry about me being unable to pay rent. :) It would be preferred if there was internet/internet access included so I could continue to do my homework. :)

We are after a clean and respectful housemate to fill a Queen room (bed2 on floor plan), this room has views over Adelaide towards Outer Harbour. The house is in a quiet dead end street with views over parts of Adelaide with plenty of nature around, it has reverse cycle air cond and a combustion fire. It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a 6 minute walk to the nearest pub and Anstey hill hiking area. The room is furnished with a queen bed, drawers, bedside table, wardrobe and a TV. The house has unlimited NBN, some fox channels, Netflix and Stan on the main TV.
I am a quiet and considerate 42-yo male looking for a place to rent, and likely someone to rent that place with. I'm fairly new to the site so please forgive any mistakes I make. My ideal would be to share a house with one other person, possibly two. It could be a new place that we find together, or an existing place that I can move into. Perhaps you've just lost a housemate and need someone to fill the space. Perhaps you're moving out and need someone to split the bills with. Perhaps you own a place, have some space, but need some help with the bills. All sound good to me. I've been at my current rental for almost eight years, sharing with one person, who I've shared previous places with as well. I was caught out recently by notice that my rental agreement is ending, so I'm scrambling to sort out a new place to live by early February. My current housemate has other plans, so it's just me this time. I would have difficulty renting a place on my own place right now (too expensive), but would like more space than most single room rentals can provide. I work in IT, generally software engineering. I am clean and fairly tidy, although my desk can get a bit disorganised at times, and I might only make my bed properly if we have guests. ;) I am very quiet and considerate, and am only really comfortable living with people who are reasonably quiet as well. No noisy or party houses, it just won't work. I keep to myself most of the time, but do like to be sociable on occasion. When I am, I'll sit down with you and play card games, board games, or computer games, or perhaps watch a show we enjoy. Or just chat. Or head out somewhere. I am friendly and generally get on well with most people. I get along with a surprisingly wide range of age groups, so if you're fine with me, don't let an age difference be a barrier. Gender, race, and sexuality are no issue either. I am a gentle and non-threatening person and not imposing in any way. Hopefully you are similar. You should be friendly or kind, preferably both. :) I am looking for a place ideally in the north-eastern suburbs (eg. Modbury, Ingle Farm, Golden Grove), preferably within walking distance of a bus that ends up on the O-Bahn. Whilst I have a car (old, but maintained), I find access to public transport convenient. I'd prefer to avoid expensive suburbs or places too close to the city, due to cost. However, I'm flexible. I don't want to go too far south as most work in my field is either in the city or in the northern suburbs. Although there are certainly some lovely suburbs out that way. :) I do not smoke. I'm fine if you do, as long as you're fine smoking outside. I don't really drink but I don't have an issue with it, as long as it's not unreasonable, and you don't mind me drinking water while you drink your beverage. Neither of us should have substance abuse problems, be aggressive, or violent or anything like that. I need enough space for a queen-sized bed, bedside, large desk, chair, and various accompaniments, but I'd be far happier with more space, hence wanting to split a house. I might be open to a place that can *just* squeeze this in, but only for the short-term as I'd want to move to a bigger place eventually. Space for furniture in common areas is a plus. I have a lot of furniture, appliances, and so forth, but much of it is older. If you have your own, it is probably better than mine. We can juggle furniture to match what you have and the house we live in. I'll store what I don't use before I move in. I have no pets. I am extremely allergic to cats and anything with feathers, so if you have any pets like that, then sadly it won't work. I would prefer someone without pets, as it makes finding a rental far easier. I can be flexible if you own or already rent a place and have a friendly dog (or similar) that you can promise won't eat me or my belongings. Whilst I love animals (especially dogs), my preference is to visit rather than live with them. Pet rocks are fine, as long as they are house-trained. ;) At home I will mostly be wherever my desk is, usually working away on something on my computer (usually software development) or with electronics. I'm almost always working on something. My budget is roughly $200pw, but this can be compatible with a lower or higher budget of yours as well. I can certainly reduce this figure, down to $150pw or so. If you want to pay more than me, we get a bigger place and you get the best rooms. If you want to pay less, then we do the reverse. We'll figure something out. I have rented for roughly twenty years. I have lived in a number of places, either by myself or sharing with one other person. Never missed a payment, never lost a cent of bond. I'm fairly comfortable being around one other person and also very familiar with what it takes to keep a household running. I prefer to live with people who are also comfortable running a home, understand what is involved, and are happy to share the workload. I prefer to split chores evenly by default and then swap them around to make everyone happy. I am an acceptable cook, and prefer to make my own meals rather than eating out or ordering in most of the time. My food might not be very fancy, but it will be enjoyable. My ideal is to live with someone who prefers home cooking, so that we can take turns making dinner. If you enjoy cooking, I'll do more of the less glamorous chores if you want to cook more often. I like eating dinner together, but I'm fine either way. I am fairly open and honest. I'll tell you the good and bad about myself. There is a good amount of the former, and not too much of the latter. I'd like to know about you too, so we can make sure we are compatible as housemates. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. I'm on a fairly low income at present so have to be frugal in the short term. However, I've had a long career with a lot of experience and have a First-Class Honours degree in my field, so hopefully that won't be a problem for much longer. In any case I'd prefer to share even once I've sorted that out, as I like the company and sharing lets you live comfortably in a nicer place whilst also saving some money. This is my first time renting with someone I haven't personally known already- every other time has been on my own or with a friend. To be honest I'm a little nervous about it, but I'm sure it'll turn out okay. Making a new friend out of the whole thing would also make me really happy. If we get along fine I'd potentially be interested in sticking around for quite some time, potentially even moving house together with you if we want to upgrade or downgrade. If it doesn't work out, I'll help out where I can to make sure we all end up somewhere where we'll be happy. If I sound like someone you'd like to live with, drop me a line. Don't worry if we're not a 100% match, there's a lot of information here, and I'm not searching for my clone. ;) I get on well with all sorts of people. I've just upgraded my account so you should be able to message me for free now. If I'm someone you'd be happy to live with, I don't want you to have to pay or wait until you can message me. If I can find a good person or people to live with it'll be worth the cost. Initially I'd like to swap some messages to figure out if we're compatible as housemates, and then potentially catch up for a coffee or similar. It is important to me that I find good people that I'm happy to live with and that are happy to live with me. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Better to ask than wonder. I hope to hear from you soon. :)
I am currently looking for a room to rent in the Golden Grove area, as it is a location central to both of my campus, Magill and Mawson Lakes. I am an easy going girl, keep to myself, however easy to get along with and always up for a laugh. I do like to go out with friends, however I also do enjoy a nice quiet night in.
Reliable, clean, father of one that lives with mother so I'm not in to partying but focus on working, going to gym, playing sport and spending time with my son
