The ULTIMATE Sydney Experience is here #1 place to live in Sydney! (Room is for 2 people, you can come alone and we'd match you, with a friend, as a couple, or we can give it just to you if paying extra). (3 MONTHS MINIMUM STAY) Here's why this place provides the ultimate experience... Aside from having the best vibe, best flatmates, an awesome location and a well-kept wicked house (Yep! We’re modest here! ;))… Our landlord gives us perks you wouldn’t see anywhere. He’s been giving anyone staying in the house all costs covered weekend speed boat trips, Hunter Valley trips, kayaking days and a whole bunch of other stuff (which everyone in the house gets once every 2nd month we're in the house) because he can access it cheaply via his online business.... No extra costs, courtesy of the landlord for house socialising once every 2 months have included: · A weekend trip to the Hunter Valley · Rock climbing night · Paddle boarding or kayaking around Sydney Harbour · A speed boat trip around Sydney Harbour · Vivid festival cruise around Sydney Harbour + buffet · Go karting day What the? Why does staying in a house include such things? Our landlord says he offers this because he wants to help us flatmates: - get to know one another - to be able to experience some of the best Sydney has to offer - and because he felt the other places in the city offered a pretty crappy experience with over-crowded houses and little fun. So if we're not cooking up a BBQ or chilling at home, this makes for awesome days out together as a group of housemates and is included for FREE. Shared: $245 + $15/week per person for ALL expenses/utilities ($250 Total) If a Couple (We will change the bed to a double bed): $460/week + $15/week per person for ALL bills/expenses ($490 total) If for One Person (We will change the bed to a double bed): $460/week + $15/week per person for ALL bills/expenses ($475 total) About us, the house and our awesome location: Historic mansion with impressive harbour views from 2 bedrooms. It's just hundreds of metres from Sydney harbour, has harbour views and is adjacent a bus stop with buses taking people right through the city all the way down to Sydney university. Stunning example of Georgian architecture Timber floors, French doors and high ceilings Private paved courtyard with pedestrian access to rear lane Gas kitchen plus a later addition family living/dining room Footsteps to cafes, grocers, restaurants and historic pubs Moments to The Rocks, buses, ferries, trains and Barangaroo Flatmates: We're from a diverse range of countries and backgrounds (some of us are students, others are working and living in Sydney) and we love to meet new people We're clean, and we're awesome to live with We're not a party house, but we do love a beer and a cook up! The house itself is also pretty awesome (almost forgot to mention this!) Your room would include beds + furniture + whatever style you want to bring to the table! So.... If you’re social, want to enjoy this city to its limits, clean, and looking for the best place to stay in Sydney... Students, working holidayers, Aussies, Europeans, Asians, South Americans, Americans, and all peoples from around the globe, come and join us! Message NOW and hopefully you'll be one of the lucky ones to get a room here!!

24 year old American new to Sydney, wokring in the CBD on a 457 visa. Looking to find a place that is close enough to work and close enough to fun, or at least a good restaraunt or pub. I like to think I'm a pretty chill guy, and I might even make you laugh, I guess the only way to find out is to live with me.
20 years old from Vancouver, Canada. Full time vet nurse in Sydney, looking for somewhere a little more social to live, and closer to the city than my current flat. Non smoker, love to have fun, but also respect other's privacy. I prefer to spend my weekends in the sun if at all possible, or exploring whatever new places I can find.
Hi there! My name's Angie, I'm a 39 year old Graphic Designer, recently moved to Sydney for work via Melbourne/London. I freelance within various studios full time M-F (fairly long hours). I grew up in Queensland but since school have lived in Melbourne for 8 years, France, South of England and recently London. I've returned to settle and looking for a great share home for the long term! I lead a healthy, active lifestyle, I am house proud, very clean, considerate, love all aspects of design, interiors, photography, travel, adventure, meeting new people & cooking. I enjoy keeping fit in the outdoors – triathlon training, boot camp, hiking to name just a few. I am looking for a private, unfurnished bedroom within a creative share home (not a sub-let). I'm looking for a clean, fresh, bright, minimal home with super friendly, happy person/ people. Mix gender preferable. Looking to pay up to $300 in Paddington, Surry Hills, Woollahra or surrounding suburbs. Would also consider North Sydney – McMahons, Kirribilli or Manly as I love the ocean. Note: I am looking for a share rental not owner occupied.
Hi there :) We are two females in our mid 20's, from Scandinavia (Denmark and Sweden), looking for a place to call home ASAP. Both of us are working here in Sydney and search for a long term stay. We love to try new things and enjoy meeting people and are really casual and easy going. We are used to live with other people, so therefore used to respect others privacy. So a little more about us, who are we?: - Clean and tidy - Sophisticated and professional - Social, however do not like wild parties - Dedicated to our jobs - Foodlovers - Enjoy keeping active - Love animals - Helpful and don't mind sharing food - Netflix-people (yes we have an account... for sharing) Get back to us if you think we sound interesting. Thanks :) PS. Ebba is thinking of adopting a (small) dog from a rescue-center, so pet friendly flatmates would be awesome
Hello, We are a couple looking for a place to call home. We will be studying there for the period of 6 months and also hope to get a part-time job. We are very easy going, clean and tidy. Hello, I'm a rather quiet 30+, and after working full-time for many years I'm taking time off and am here in Sydney as a student. So far I lived in a student accommodation in Chatswood, and would now love to move closer to the city. I love to go out but also quiet evenings at home.
I am a french student and I'm leaving Paris for Sydney because I found an amazing internship. I stay in Sydney for at least 6 months, my job will be near the royal botanic garden so I'm looking for a place not so far from it. I love discoveries new cultures, new people. I am clean and respect the place I live in. I love partying but I also need my calm moments. I really need to meet up with new people because I will arrive all by myself, I don't have any contacts here. Looking forward to meet you !!
Lived in Sydney for about 2 years. I am quite friendly but I like my own space as well. I definitely believe in "Cleanliess is next to godliness" :) I am quite busy on the weekdays (eat-sleep-work-gym-repeat) but on the weekends I love going out and exploring.
Clean, quite but always up for a chat or just general socialization.
I'm a young professional from Sweden who's currently working as an assistant manager in a restaurant. I'm looking for a privet room around CBD to rent long term as I'm here on a sponsorship and planning to stay in Sydney for the coming years. I love cooking, socialasing and meeting new people.
I work full time for a digital agency, and spend most of my spare time playing sport and watching Netflix. I'm clean, easy going and happy to join you for a drink but also respect your privacy when you need space. I'm looking for a space to share with one or two other young professionals. I'm also happy to start a new share house, furnished or unfurnished. I will need off street parking for my car.

I've just returned from London after a 2 year stint. I'm staying with a friend in North Bondi and I'm looking to get back into the swing of things. Finding the perfect flat mate falls into that equation! I'm pretty chilled, love to have a laugh. Love my food (known for it) - that includes cooking not just eating lol and tucking in with a glass a wine. I love to entertain but I'm not into having a raging house party type thing. All in all, I'm just looking to find a place to call home. I don't really beat around the bush, what you see is what you get. My ideal flatmate is someone who is the same, someone I really get along with, someone I could have a quiet night in over a glass of wine, have a good yarn, someone I could head out with and equally be respectful of each others space and not be in each others hair. A gym buddy would be icing on the cake!! Not going to be a deal breaker, it's just nice to go to the gym with someone. And someone who likes to keep it clean. We are still talking about the house right?? lol Likes: Travel, Gym, Food, Salsa, Binge watching shows
I'm clean. Respectful of others space and items. I'm the kind of guy who if you told me you invited some friends over on a weekend night I would buy some beer and hang out with everyone. There are only a few requests that I have from a flat mate 1. Pay bills on time 2. Keep the kitchen clean and common areas reasonably clean 3. Don't be loud late every night during the week. 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY-We must live in an awesome place. Preferably furnished as I just moved here and don't plan on buying furniture.
Hi! I'm Leon and I will be moving to Sydney from Melbourne. I'm a friendly, clean, tidy and organised person who is very easy to get along with!
Hi there, My name is Sidney Kupers, I am 23 years old and have recently moved to Sydney after completing my games design course in Holland for the last 5 years. I am a gamer and also a bit of a social drinker. I enjoy spending time on my computer, playing games, watching tv shows, and also enjoy going out every now and then for a couple drinks. I am a friendly guy, and very capable of cleaning up after myself. I look forward to meeting new people and hopefully making a few friends in the process.

My interests include: Watching movies and TV (West World, Mr Robot, House of Cards, Game of Thrones, Modern Family, etc...) Photography, I try to go out and take photos whenever I have free time. Travelling! Doing a long South East Asia trip pretty soon during the summer break. I am looking for a place long-term (over a year) in the Central Park complex preferably. Otherwise, a place in an apartment complex near central would be fine as well. I would like to find roommates that don't mind spending time together but also respect personal space as well. I am neat and organised and prefer to have my accommodation be so as well. I don't mind if the place is furnished or not. Hi everybody! I am a 20 year old girl from Amsterdam. Always in for adventure, I applied for the Sheraton on the Park and got the job! But now I have to find accommodation... I am very social and I like meeting new people. I have been living on my own since I was 17, so I know how to keep the house clean, do the dishes etc!:p I prefer shared accommodation (but would like to have my own room) so if you are looking for a new housemate, here I am! Since I will be flying to Sydney upcoming Monday, I can directly move in if needed. It doens't matter how many bedrooms or bathrooms the accommodation has, nor if it is a flat/house/apartment etc. Feel free to contact me!
I am a Danish girl here in Australia on a working holiday visa, working in hospitality. I'm primarily looking for a private room. I'm clean and tidy and prefer my flatmates to be the same. I'm up for a chat with people but respect everyone's privacy, so let me know if you think you've got something for me :-)
Hi, I'm in Australia on a working holiday visa but the focus of my 3-4 months in Sydney will be working full time. While here I'd like to find a group of friendly people to live with and share the odd meal and bottle of wine with. I'm looking for a room of my own as I do appreciate my own space, especially having spent the last 6-7 weeks in dorm rooms as I travelled down the East Coast, but hope that those I live with could become friends. I am a quiet person, tending to be turning in by 10pm, especially if I have work in the morning.
Hi , I'm 27 years old and a recent Electrical Engineering graduate from Berlin, Germany. I moved to Sydney work and live here. I am an easy going, communicative guy who likes meeting new people or making new experiences, but I also need some alone time every now and then. As a roommate, I am very clean, organized, quiet, and respect my flatmate's space and privacy. I am looking for an apartment for between January - March. Maybe even longer.
Moving over from Perth in late December, I’m looking for a room/teamup for my early-thirties life crisis. 32 year old Chef relocating to continue a culinary education. Easy going, friendly, responsible and respectful, quirky but not overly weird (especially when tired), I will make best housemate for other under roof people. Enjoys cooking, drinking, sleeping, funny movies, 90s R&B, memes, hanging out the laundry, quoting the same line from Forrest Gump over and over, unsolicited 2am conversations, and helping people feel good about themselves. If this works for you then let’s see if it works for both/all of us. Laters sk8ters
Hi, I'm Anna and I'm an illustrator and 3D artist. I am currently looking for a job in the art industry but to bridge time I just got a job at a cafe in Manly which is why I want to move closer to circular quay if not Manly itself. I have 6 years of experience in shared housing and am a very clean and respectful person. I love to hang out, maybe for an occasional glass of wine or a beer and chat but if you don't that's cool. I'm naturally a very happy person and easy going :) Since I only moved to Sydney a while ago and wouldn't bring much, I need the room to be furnished, and if there was a desk included or some space in a common area where I can draw that would be pretty fantastic :) I hope to hear from you soon anna

We're a couple of Argentinians with WH visa arriving at Sydney on 9th December. We're looking for a place to stay, a bedroom shared with other backpackers would be great. We don't smoke nor we have any pets (anyway, we love them). We're staying for 3 months in Sydney but it's not necessary to be in the same place the hole time.
