Chilled but clean, need a dishwasher! Work full time and have 2 mini bunnies and soon to be a small dog. Up for just about anything, drinks, dinner, movies, exploring and so on. I keep to myself and very very rarely have people to the house-I tend to go out to socialise. I love baking and cooking, so expect some awesome food. I'm not big on sharing food and such unless have placed in a communal space. I guess it's just a common courtesy thing. I love film, so tv series and movies are my go to. Also hoping to start playing hockey or touch footy again soon. Sorry, I don't usually write an essay^
The ULTIMATE Sydney experience is HERE! (HUGE room is for 2 people, you can come alone and we'd match yourself, with a friend, as a couple, or we can give it just to you if paying extra) Here's why this place provides the ultimate experience... Aside from having the best vibe, best flatmates, an awesome location and a well-kept wicked house. Yep! We’re modest here! Our landlord gives us perks you wouldn’t see anywhere. Has been giving anyone staying in the house all costs covered weekend speed boat trips, Hunter Valley trips, kayaking days and a whole bunch of other stuff (which everyone in the house gets once every 2nd month we're in the house) because he can access it cheaply via his online business.... No extra costs, courtesy of the landlord for house socializing once every 2 months have included: • A weekend trip to the Hunter Valley • Rock climbing night • Paddle boarding or kayaking around Sydney Harbour • A speed boat trip around Sydney Harbour • Vivid festival cruise around Sydney Harbour + buffet • Go Karting day What the? Why does staying in a house include such things? Our landlord says he offers this because he wants to help us flatmates: - get to know one another - to be able to experience some of the best Sydney has to offer - and because he felt the other places in the city offered a pretty crappy experience with over-crowded houses and little fun. So if we're not cooking up a BBQ or chilling at home, this makes for awesome days out together as a group of housemates and is included for FREE. • Shared: $230 + $15/week per person for ALL expenses/utilities ($245 Total) • If a Couple (We will change the bed to a double bed): $450/week + $15/week per person for ALL bills/expenses ($465 total) • If for One Person(We will change the bed to a double bed): $450/week + $15/week per person for ALL bills/expenses ($465 total) About us, the house and our awesome location: • We’re right in the city, just 4 mins walk to Central Station, with a bus stop at our doorstep. • We're next door to a Woolworths and shopping centre. • We’re just a few minutes walk from Paddy’s Markets (Paddy’s are the cheapest place to buy your groceries in Sydney) • Costs include all bills, including the Wifi - highest speeds available in Sydney • The house is fully furnished, with a wicked new kitchen with the best fittings you can buy and an oversized main bathroom + small bathroom Flatmates: We're from a diverse range of countries and backgrounds (some of us are students, others are working and living in Sydney) and we love to meet new people, many of us are interested in living a healthier better life in Sydney • We're clean, and we're awesome to live with • We're not a party house (so don't worry here, students), but we do love a beer, BBQ and a cook up! • The house itself is also pretty awesome (almost forgot to mention this!) • Your room would include beds + furniture + whatever style you want to bring to the table! So.... If you're social, want to enjoy this city to its limits, clean, and looking for the best place to stay in Sydney... Students, working holidays, Aussies, Europeans, Asians, South Americans, Americans, and all peoples from around the globe, come and join us! Message NOW and hopefully you'll be one of the lucky ones to get a room here!!
Looking for a furnished private room/place to move into ASAP for at least 4-6 months with the possibility of extending. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. LGTBQI friendly, animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station. Born in Australia but moved away and having been living abroad in Hong Kong and New Zealand up until 2015. I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Traits I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise and privacy and just being generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a penthouse apartment in a hotel, flatting with singles and couples (straight & gay) and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.
I've just moved here from London to start a full time job. I am easy going to live with and clean and tidy. I'm respectful of others and will help when I can. I'm looking for a place for 3/6/12+ months depending on the place and the people I live with. I currently have a place booked until 19th May, so I can move any time before then. I enjoy the outdoors, I play a lot of sports, I like comedy and stand up, I like to go to bars/pubs..
Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.
Hey future housemate/s We are a couple who have recently relocated from Tropical North Cairns for work, to be close to family and among all the cool events (like Vivid) that Sydney has to offer. We are excited to be in a vibrant, fast paced and beautiful city and meet new people. I (Melita) am a Graphic Designer, will be working full time on Bridge St in the city as of the 1st of May - so I'd like somewhere as close as possible. My partner (Dale) is an ex sparky and is now building a business with one other person who is located in Adelaide. Dale will be flying to and from Adelaide frequently while the business is being set up so I get quite a lot of quiet time for myself which I am quite fond of ;p. We are both pretty social people, enjoy listening to good music and having lots of laughs with good company. We are looking forward to settling in to a place we can call home. We are both very tidy and respectful of others. We enjoy a drink now and then but don't bring home parties. We appreciate our weekend days and like to make the most of them exploring new places and experiencing new things. We are looking for somewhere close to the Circular Quay/Rocks or in the heart of the Sydney so we are able to walk everywhere. M & D

Brit abroad trying to dodge the cold and the rain of the UK. I'm a civil engineer, work long hours during the week and lead a pretty active lifestyle outside of work; running, gym and rugby. I'm a pretty laid back guy and enjoy socialising during the week and weekends but equally enjoy staying in and watching a whole TV box set in 48 hours. Being from the north back in the UK, I try and make the most of any slightly above average weather by hitting the beach or heading on a random adventure to somewhere I haven't been before.
Hello!! I am from Montréal, Canada, and I work in central Sydney on a contract basis for a media company. I am an easy going, calm, respectful, clean and tidy person. I am looking to rent a furnished or semi-furnished room in Sydney, ideally close to a beach and/or the city center. A friendly, healthy and peaceful environment is what I am looking for. I love a good glass of wine with a nice meal. I do yoga and I try to get better at surfing in the ocean when I can. In Montreal, I surf on the St. Laurent river ;-). Going to the movies is one of my favorite activity. Back in Canada, my work was to promote our national cinema at international film festivals. Looking forward to find and to meet my future flatmate(s)! Do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or want to know more! All the best!
Hi! I'm Andrea, 34 years old from Iceland, that tiny little island up by the north pole. Just moved to Sydney for a Masters degree at Blue Mountains Hotel School. I'm very easy to live with, very tidy in communal areas even though my closet is always a mess. Always pay my bills on time and consider it the height of rudeness when people are late. Usually up for a drink and a chat :) I'm a lefty, have a very sarcastic sense of humor and am a massive Neighbours fan.
I'm a 20 years old outgoing Dutch guy who loves to make new friends. I love to have a beer and have a good time. I'm working as a chef so have the mornings off. And on my free days I can cook a lovely dinner for the house!

Hi, I am Teodora, 27 years old, from Bulgaria. I am friendly, tidy, like travelling, a good balance between cosy stay at home with a book, movie or a shared dinner and some time out with friends. Hi, I'm Gabriela, 29, and I'm looking for a nice single room where I could be feeling like at home. I'm working at Darling Harbour as a waitress and so I'd prefer something in a good walking distance to the city (e.g. Pyrmont, Darlinghurst, Pots Point, Paddington etc.). I'm a very friendly, clean and organized person. I like cooking, reading books, travelling, hanging out with my friends and visiting good restaurants as I love quality food :-) I'm also very active (I do a lot of sport - yoga, tennis, swimming, and I'm very happy to walk everywhere). I've already been living in Sydney for 2 and half year and I absolutely love it here, especially the beaches and people. I feel that it's a right time to get my first single room as I'm a very talkative person but at the same time, I need a privacy. I'd like to find a home full of nice atmosphere and friendly people. I have a student visa but I'm currently doing my 6 months work placement which is giving me more free time. Hope to hear from you soon :-) Cheers Gabriela
We are an easygoing, American couple who love to socialize with our flatmates but also respect privacy. We spend a lot of time outside and enjoying the sunshine but there are also days we love to chill and be lazy. We love going on adventures, going surfing, and we always appreciate a good meal! Overall, you would be getting a couple who loves life and who also will be fun and caring flatmates!
