We are sisters who are currently studying in Australia, and I'm working full-time at the moment for an industry placement program. We respect privacy and knows boundaries. Would very much prefer a whole property for ourselves as we are planning on staying for quite some time.
Hey potential housemates 🤘🏼 I am looking for a room in Syd with some awesome housemates! I am a young (25) Aussie male, moving from Melbourne to Syd for a project management role in the CBD. My start date in April 3rd so I would be looking to move in 1-2. I will be working in Syd until September. I am clean and tidy. Easy to get along with. Enjoy the outdoors, I will try and venture somewhere most weekends and explore, but I also don't mind a night in. Not a massive drinker but I don't mind a cool bev on a weekend and causal drop during the week. Enjoy cooking but no chief. Enjoy a good chat. Currently learning to surf 🏄🏼 Lets be housemates! 😁 Matt
Hey, I'm Mickele 29years old and from the Netherlands. I work as a chef in a restaurant in Sydney. My passion is everything with food. Easy going person, and clean. I'm here on a workholiday visa, so i will work a lot. Because i'm here to eplore the Australian cuisine. When i'm off i like to go the beach or some adventure. Ciao Mickele
Beautiful, modern north facing apartment with views of the water and Sydney harbour bridge. Everything is a short walk from millers point, the CBD, ferries, trains, restaurants, bars, parks. The apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom is very large and has a queen size bed and includes full built in floor to ceiling wardrobes and dresser so there is plenty of space for clothes. You will also have your own bathroom. The apartment is two story which is perfect for sharing as the bedrooms are separated from the living and dining area. A resident parking permit is available for free street parking or there is a Wilson Parking facility underneath the building and monthly parking rates are available. There is also a gym, pool and spa. As mentioned in the room details above I am only looking for one flat mate, no couples or friends looking to share the room.
Looking for a furnished private room/place to move into ASAP for six months to infinity. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. LGTBQI friendly, animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station. Born in Australia but moved away and having been living abroad in Hong Kong and New Zealand up until 2015. I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Traits I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise and privacy and just being generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a penthouse apartment in a hotel, flatting with singles and couples (straight & gay) and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.
Hiya! My name is Emily, I'm 19 and from the UK. I'm moving to Sydney on the 8th April and will be looking for both a job and somewhere to stay. I look forward to hearing from you soon :-)
The ULTIMATE Sydney Experience is here #1 place to live in Sydney! (Room is for 2 people, has harbour views, you can come alone and we'd match you, with a friend, as a couple, or we can give it just to you if paying extra). (3 MONTHS MINIMUM STAY) Here's why this place provides the ultimate experience... Aside from having the best vibe, best flatmates, an awesome location and a well-kept wicked house (Yep! We’re modest here! ;))… Our landlord gives us perks you wouldn’t see anywhere. He’s been giving anyone staying in the house all costs covered weekend speed boat trips, Hunter Valley trips, kayaking days and a whole bunch of other stuff (which everyone in the house gets once every 2nd month we're in the house) because he can access it cheaply via his online business.... No extra costs, courtesy of the landlord for house socialising once every 2 months have included: · A weekend trip to the Hunter Valley · Rock climbing night · Paddle boarding or kayaking around Sydney Harbour · A speed boat trip around Sydney Harbour · Vivid festival cruise around Sydney Harbour + buffet · Go karting day What the? Why does staying in a house include such things? Our landlord says he offers this because he wants to help us flatmates: - get to know one another - to be able to experience some of the best Sydney has to offer - and because he felt the other places in the city offered a pretty crappy experience with over-crowded houses and little fun. So if we're not cooking up a BBQ or chilling at home, this makes for awesome days out together as a group of housemates and is included for FREE. Shared: $240 + $15/week per person for ALL expenses/utilities ($255 Total) If a Couple (We will change the bed to a double bed): $455/week + $15/week per person for ALL bills/expenses ($485 total) If for One Person (We will change the bed to a double bed): $455/week + $15/week per person for ALL bills/expenses ($470 total) About us, the house and our awesome location: Historic mansion with impressive harbour views from 2 bedrooms. It's just hundreds of metres from Sydney harbour, has harbour views and is adjacent a bus stop with buses taking people right through the city all the way down to Sydney university. Stunning example of Georgian architecture Timber floors, French doors and high ceilings Private paved courtyard with pedestrian access to rear lane Gas kitchen plus a later addition family living/dining room Footsteps to cafes, grocers, restaurants and historic pubs Moments to The Rocks, buses, ferries, trains and Barangaroo Flatmates: We're from a diverse range of countries and backgrounds (some of us are students, others are working and living in Sydney) and we love to meet new people We're clean, and we're awesome to live with We're not a party house, but we do love a beer and a cook up! The house itself is also pretty awesome (almost forgot to mention this!) Your room would include beds + furniture + whatever style you want to bring to the table! So.... If you’re social, want to enjoy this city to its limits, clean, and looking for the best place to stay in Sydney... Students, working holidayers, Aussies, Europeans, Asians, South Americans, Americans, and all peoples from around the globe, come and join us! Message NOW and hopefully you'll be one of the lucky ones to get a room here!!
