Easygirl, energetic Italian girl. Looking for a nice tidy and clean place to live in for a while with friendly roommates. I love travelling, surfing (but I'm not really good at the m moment), chill, acting, live music and food.
Design architect, quiet, straight, mature, friendly, and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking!!! Have a 2.4m long table, so it needs to go somewhere :( If the room is a 3x3, the table will effectively use up 50% of that space, fyi. Also have 2 x corner chairs and a car. Don't need to be furnished. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
close to everything CBD or Circular Quay (7 min walk). Wynyard is 12min walk. Rocks is 3 min walk waters edge (Walsh Bay) is 80 metres from the front door. Big courtyard at the back with BBQ and outdoor setting. Lots of communal space to relax in. Big kitchen. New washing machine. Own balcony. Quiet street. Loads to see and do in the nearby surroundings: Markets, restaurants, pubs, parks, shops, etc
what's great about this place is the location. it's so quiet for this part of the city. Well, gets a bit busy during the week, but weekends are empty around here during the day. That doesn't exclude everything being just metres away. The Lord Nelson Hotel is on one side, the Hero of Waterloo on the other, and many restaurants in between. My flatmate and i shop at Woolies in either Town Hall (24hr) or Wynyard. There is a convenience store on the corner for emergencies. We are almost never here of a weekend, as one of us has a farm south and the other, a partner out west. So if you like quiet weekends home, then you'll love it here.

Hey mates I'm a French girl on WHV working in hospitality. Looking for a clean and tidy flat. I'm easy to live. Outgoing and funny. I'm looking for a shared room max 2 or own room will be a bonus. Location in city. Cheers
G'day! Originally from Germany, I've been living in Sydney for over 4 years now and currently looking for a place to stay for a year or longer. I'm working most days in sales, still always up for a chat in the evenings, don't mind the occasional drink either. Love sports, especially football (the one you actually play with your feet), so sporty flatmates would obviously be a plus. I've been living in shared places for more than 4 years now, so I know how to be clean and respectful. If you think it'd be a great fit, flick me a text or email and I'm looking forward to catch up! Cheers!
Looking for a private room. Friendly but quiet. Non smoker, do not drink and vegan. Will be happy to find a vegetarian household but open to all spaces. Am environment conscious and believe that people sharing a space should clean up after. Very light cooking. Cheers, LANS
Hi, I’m Lizzie, I’m 26 years old and looking for a place in Sydney! I’ve been living in London for the past 3 years as a fashion buyer and really want to find a home like I did there. I love bottomless brunches, chilling with the girls and snacks and netflixes as well as some after work drinks! I’m looking for a room, preferably furnished please! Thanks! Lizzie
Hi, my name is Ben and I´m 18 years old. After I finished school back in Germany (that´s where I´m from), I´m coming to Australia on a working holiday visa to make new experiences with the Australian culture, nature and way of life. When I´ll return to Germany, I want to study at an university. For my stay in Sydney, I´m looking for a nice opportunity to live. I´m flexible with the people I would live with, but I need a furnished room and an Internet connection. In my spare time I like to make music (i play the guitar and produce my own music) and to do sports. Cheers Ben
Hi, my name is Emily. I am looking to move to Sydney from the Central Coast to be closer to my uni (3rd year) and work. I would say I'm a pretty sociable person but I understand we all need a little me time every now and again. Also quite tidy and a non-smoker.
The House A large, historically exquisite building full of history and charm. The interior is completely new, fully furnished throughout, carpets, designer kitchen, flooring all brand new. This isn't a house, its a home. The most unique and captivating feature is the sliding door open air conservatory/TV room. We have a mean BBQ and a sun trapped back yard with wooden decking. The Room A very spacious room with a brand new double bed. It has a beautiful fireplace in the corner adding to its charm. You have a private bathroom downstairs as well as a sharing a shower and bathroom upstairs with one other couple. The location Situated in the oldest suburb in Australia its only a 5 min walk to circular quay, home to the Opera house and a 14 min walk to central CBD. Over the festive period this will be the most sought after location in Sydney due to the fact you just need to look up to see the fireworks. Its so close to everything, Wynyard/Circular Quay stations both 5 mins away. IGA just down the street, Coles and Woolies both within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet and the architecture is beautiful.
I enjoy cooking for myself and others so some days I’ll make food for everyone. I’m pretty quiet and organized, I like to keep things clean so I’ll keep my area organized and will gladly clean common areas if there’s time. I like to go out and explore, when I’m home I just relax usually. Not a big partier but don’t mind if other flat mates are. I’m pretty open to anything and adapt really easily.
