The house is in Millswood (next suburb to Goodwood) on a quiet and leafy street, usually we rent our rooms to female overseas students and employees. One single bed fully furnished room is available. The room is cozy and comfortable for a single person. The room is at the front and faces north so the light is good. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, and a washing machine is provided. Wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. There are 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets all shared. House is 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to Flinders Uni and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg. The house has nice gardens, back and front. Definitely no pets, no smoking, and no visitors staying overnight out of consideration for the other house mates. No lease, no bond. The room can be inspected at any time. Blankets and sheets provided if required. Cheers Stewart
We have available one single bed fully furnished cozy sized room, can be inspected at anytime, we generally rent our rooms to female international students and employees. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Services bills, Wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. The house is in Millswood, near Goodwood, 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, and close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to the "front door" of Flinders Uni, and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg (Adelaide's most popular beach and beach side shopping). The house has a spa and sauna (for house mates only) and nice gardens front and back for sitting. Definitely no pets and no smoking, and we can't allow visitors to stay over night out of consideration for the privacy and security of the other house mates. No lease, no bond. I'm happy to answer any questions and arrange for an inspection anytime. Cheers Stewart.
We are a couple (Elleca and Colette) who have lived in Adelaide for around a year now and are just coming to the end of our current lease, so we're looking for a place to move into around May. I'm from Perth and I'm studying horticulture and working part time. In my spare time I like gardening, snorkeling, hiking, eating out, cooking and seeing some live music. Colette is from the UK and just about to start a PhD in ecology at the University of Adelaide. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, playing a bit of guitar, catching live music, cooking, and spending time outdoors. We also have some furniture, kitchen stuff, and a fairly large collection of pot plants :) We're both pretty chilled but are fairly busy, so we're not really looking for a party house. Ideally we are looking for housemates who are happy to share a beer and a meal but like their own down time too. We're just looking for a relaxing place where we can grow some veggies in the garden and live with some friendly people who are keen to contribute towards creating a sharehouse with a good atmosphere.

Millswood is an often overlooked suburb, but this Art Deco beauty is a pleasure to live in. Close to train, bus, King William road and Goodwood road. It's a quiet and safe area. It's a two bedroom place with a huge living area, floorboards in the living area and bedrooms. The kitchen is easy to navigate, heaps of cupboards and a dishwasher. The bathroom is on the smaller side but the shower is excellent. There are lots of lovely design features in the property and a great balcony. The wifi name is the best in the neighbourhood. There's a reverse cycle air conditioner that costs a bomb to run but is dreamy in the cool evenings/hot nights. The house is pretty sorted for furniture but there's definitely space to squeeze more in.
I'm a Chiro looking for the right team up to accomodate my little dogs. I love fitness, yoga, healthy food and take no offence if you think my food is bizarre! I'm not into partying like once apon a time, but will enjoy wine sporadically. I don't smoke, respect privacy, have share housed many times. I'm also hoping I find someone soon as I've moved over from interstate and hope to be settled. I've got an almost full house (yet not overflowing with junk) of furniture to follow me with this move so I'm looking ideally for a house to use it in. Must love dogs!!

Hi future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Hi there! I need a housemate - the end lol. No I move out in August from my current rental (one of my housemates is moving out and I cant afford my share of rent) so I am looking to find someone to share a new property with. I can keep to myself no worries, but if you're watching a show that I'm interested in then I will most likely sit there and watch it too! I am a nice person, and I am also clean which is a bonus, although can't guarantee my makeup wont take up the bathroom lol! I live and love to work, as I would potentially like to save money in the future to build a foundation in life. I don't spend much time at home in regards to lazing around all day, I tend to go on day or even weekend adventures with friends and family. I currently share with 2 others that I met on this website 9 months ago, although I am looking for something with a bit more independence/less control and a little more comfort. I have 2 cats who are both outdoor cats so will most likely only be inside on hot days and over night. Let me know if you're interested in sharing with me!
I'm a fourth year arts/law student at looking for affordable, clean, and friendly accomodation. I currently work two jobs in retail and non-profit and do lots of volunteering. I like movies, reading, cooking, and finding new music. I'm looking for a place close to the CBD, with good internet access, near public transport lines, and a good size available bedroom. I'd be interested in house sharing with fellow students or young professionals who are mature, enjoy each other's company but also respect personal space. I'm okay with pets but I can't live with cats. I'd be a great housemate as I'm super down on cleaning and paying rent on time, and cook a mean roast dinner. Hit me up with any questions!
We have been best friends for over ten years and are perfect housemates to live with. Very clean, great cooks, fun to be around and always up for games, movies and drinks. We have both studied and are now working full time around the city. We are heading to Europe for a few months and are looking to sort our living arrangements for when we return in mid-late October. We have plenty of furniture to fill an empty house, and would be happy either just in a two bedroom home by ourselves or teaming up with others to get a bigger place. Ideally somewhere near the train/tram line is handy, and hoping to live with other respectable, neat and social people too.
Hi everyone! My name is Devin. I’m looking to rent a room for 5 to 6 months around the Adelaide area, not too far from the City Centre. I’m staying in Australia from July 11 to December 28. I’m a law student from the University of Montreal in Canada, and I’ll be studying at the University of Adelaide as an exchange student. About myself, I’m a fairly independent person. I’m very clean and organised, I cook well and often, I eat a pescatarian diet, I do my chores (clothes, dishes), and I’m sociable and open minded (especially when I travel), though at home I prefer a quieter environment. I enjoy cooking, reading, playing guitar, swimming, fencing and martial arts. Unfortunately, I can’t meet in person because I’m still in Canada, but I can certainly talk on Skype. Thank you and have a great day!
Hi there potential roomie! I am currently looking for a roommate who is interested in a team up or to become a roommate of someone who has a place within 15 minutes of Hyde Park/Goodwood. The essentials: I am clean, organised, and reliable. I will pay rent and bills promptly. I have a maximum budget of $150 per week for rent and will go up to $170 if it includes internet. I have said I am free to move in on the 12th of June, but happy to move in before that date. About me: - I currently work full time as a barista on King William Road (free tea/coffee is on the cards!), whilst also studying a Bachelor of Education and Languages at Flinders University. - Non-smoker and not a heavy drinker. - I'm extroverted and like to get out as much as possible but very partial to chilling on the couch binge-watching series' on Netflix or some good ol' Masterchef (aka food porn show). - I currently have an indoor cat who literally does nothing but sleep all day, but she can live with my mum if you are not interested in pets. - I love to cook and bake, and happy to cook big meals to share! Like walking into the house with that glorious baking smell? I'm your girl! What I would like in a housemate: I am hoping to not just live with someone, but also become friends. Anyone who is fun, chilled out, and tidy would be lovely. If you're fitness orientated that would also be fantastic but not an issue if not. Lastly, someone who will not be discriminatory to me as I am vegan. If you're interested, message me and we can meet up over coffee :)
My name is Whitney and I am from the States, more specifically, Colorado. I am 28 and headed to Uni of Adelaide to finish up the last few courses for my Masters degree. I love spending time outside hiking, biking, camping... I like it all! While I do enjoy a good social sesh every once in a while, a glass of wine and a movie night always hits the spot. I am certainly not a late night party type anymore except on the rare occasion. I am very tidy and enjoy socializing with housemates but also enjoy some solitude after a hard day of school/work. I am just leaving a full time job so I understand and respect the necessity of getting a good nights sleep before work or school. Also, I absolutely love to cook and bake! Ideally I am looking for a place that is furnished or semi-furnished. I would prefer living with other females but am not opposed to living with any males if our personalities work. If you think my time frame and some of the details about myself would fit in well with you let's talk! Thanks :)
Hi I'm Tobi from Stuttgart, Germany. I'm Currently studying International Business undergraduate. I decided to study 2 semesters abroad at UniSA, starting in the end of July, and am now looking for a place to stay during this time. I plan to work part-time, to earn some travel money. I'm an easy going, tidy, helpful person and hope to find a place with flatmates that share these characteristics. Ideally they also like to hang out together from time to time. I don't mind pets, smokers or some house duties. What I'm looking for here: - Furnished room - Unlimited internet - All bills included - Near public transport - Well sized room - Min. 3 bedrooms house - Ideally with Smart TV in the room If you have questions, hit me up. Greetings Tobi
Hey guys, I'm Lucy and I'm 24 years old. Currently working Monday to Thursday in the city. I'm easy going and sociable but also enjoy my own space. I love a good crafternoon and generally have a project on the go. I tend to be out and about on weekends at local gigs. I'm looking for somewhere close to town in a friendly sharehouse. Would prefer west or southern suburbs. If I sound like I'd be a good fit at your place, please send me a message.
We all work together and would like to move out of home
we always keep our room clean and tidy, we are nice people to live with, we would like to help and make friends with others. we love pets, music, sports and arts. if you are interested in us, plz email me.
Currently studying full time at Flinders University and working mornings every weekend, so I don't go out often. I keep to myself most of the time, but can enjoy a nice glass of wine on the occasion. I have a 5 year old, out-doors cat.
Cooper and I are very genuine, respectful people who work a lot and spend most of our down time watching Netflix and relaxing. We enjoy listening to music, cooking and drinking tea! We are looking for like minded people to live with. :) we also have a small cat called Louis who is very well behaved, quiet and loves cuddles.
I am sociable, friendly and respectful. I work 4 days a week and like to get out and about on the weekend, though need my down time at home too. Travelling is my passion. I also enjoy bushwalking, gardening, reading, music and yoga. If possible, I'd like to find somewhere that's within a half an hour walk of the city, have my own bathroom and a spot to park my car. Ideally I would like to share with people who are a similar age to me and don't mind a chat over a drink or 2 :) I love cats and like dogs (but would prefer not to live in a place with dogs).
