I am currently renting a two bedroom house in Brooklyn. I am looking for one respectable housemate to share the house with. The house has a modern kitchen and dining room, decent lounge room and a good backyard with bbq. The backyard has water access to launch a kayak into the beautiful Hawkesbury River and it is located very close to a new oval and playing field. Brooklyn is located about 20 minutes north of Hornsby and is about halfway between Hornsby and Gosford (would suit someone who commutes from the coast to Sydney for work etc and is about a 3 minute drive to the Hawkesbury River train station). The room for rent is unfurnished and good internet is included in the rent. There is a shared bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom itself is not huge hence it is suitable for one person. There is on street parking available and space to store a motorcycle in an undercover or locked area off street.
Myself and my partner Brock plus our friend Karyn have just been approved for a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property on acreage in Mount White 2250. (Moving dates for us are 17th and 18th of June) We're looking to find a 4th housemate/couple ASAP to share the rent and living space with us. We are animal loving down to earth people who are all full time and part time workers, there are multiple living/entertaining spaces in the house that would allow privacy and down time for you, in saying that we're all quite friendly and love to have a drink and play a few games, watch movies etc as mates. In the house will be 2 pythons, 4 lizards, 1 dog, 5 quails and 7 ducks... Karyn and I work in a veterinary clinic and will probably have animals in and out of the house frequently. (this will include native wildlife under licenced care)
I'm making the move to Sydney because I've just landed a new job. I've lived in share houses the whole way through uni and survived, so I would consider myself very well trained. I respect shared spaces and hope they are places where everyone will always feel welcome. I'm looking for a friendly place to live and if that's what you're looking for too I would love to hear from you. I will be down from Friday the 23rd of July scoping out potential new homes in north Sydney.

I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
We have great views and fantastic bush walking trails, are close to Historical Wisemans Ferry and Windsor, Riverside Oaks Golf Resort, Peats Ridge Horse Riding and Outdoor Activity Center. You’ll love your stay at our place because of the ambiance, outdoor spaces, neighbourhood, and our own tennis court. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are just a short 45 min drive to the CBD, or the Central Coast. A gorgeous and relaxing property with fantastic views and chilled atmosphere. Friendly animals including a miniature horse, sheep and dogs to pet and play with should you so desire. Guests can access the whole house. We have 3 sitting rooms, 2 with televisions, 1 with an open fireplace and all with gorgeous views of the bush and flowing into the National Park. A stunning balconey with furniture to relax and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Feel free to use any amenities. We just ask that each room is left as tidy as when you arrive. We are usually on hand during the evenings and on weekends to interact with guests or to show them the best places to go for historical tours of the Hawkesbury Area or bushwalks around the Hills and into the lovely National Parks. For those that prefer privacy, there is plenty of space to enjoy the solitude.
Room available in wonderful clean split level three bedroom house with stunning views overlooking Umina Beach. House is backed up to the Brisbane Water National park and for this reason I'm not accepting pets; I wish to leave the bilbies, lyrebirds, wallabies, possums, eagles, bush turkeys, green tree snakes, monitor lizards etc in peace! ;) Included in rent is the fastest available NBN internet Currently running at 50mbs download and 20mbs upload (for the geeks), and the electricity just to keep things simple! House has two floors of wrap around balconies with glass sliding doors for easy access adjoining all bedrooms. Their are two bathrooms and toilets , one with a spa bath. other amenities include dishwasher, fridge, air conditioning, washing machine and ceiling fans. Bedrooms have built in wardrooms. The main livingroom even has a bar, though not currently operational. I'm looking for people that are responsible, stable, considerate, relatively tidy and easygoing. House is five minutes walk to public transport to Woy Woy Station or Umina Beach shops.
I am renting this lovely bright and airy 2-bedroom townhouse through a real estate in Ettalong Beach, so I am the head tenant. It is located in a very quiet part of South Woy Woy with a bush setting/lookout and district views over to Woy Woy Bay. It is the last townhouse in a small complex of 10, so there is only one neighbour on one side of the building who is also very quiet. You will be sharing with one female only. The complex is immaculately presented and very well maintained. There is a small courtyard as well as a large balcony overlooking the complex and distant views. It is close to buses and trains (a five minute walk to the bus stop going to Woy Woy or Umina) and a 5-10 minute bus ride to Woy Woy Train Station. I also have a small female cat, so someone who loves animals is a must, especially cats. The room for rent is quite roomy with a single bed and large built-ins with plenty of storage.
We have a room in a funky house in Horsfield Bay for rent. It is a double storey house, set in a massive bush block (1200m squared), with water views and direct water access. As mentioned, it's double storey and you would have a bedroom (choice between two rooms available) on the bottom level with a separate bathroom and entrance. Shared kitchen upstairs. So you will have a lot of privacy most of the time. The house hasn't been set up yet, so we are planning to get internet soon once we're settled.
Hi, I'm Edward or Ed. I'm 21 and I work full time. I am friendly and easy to talk to. I am happy to chat and make new friends, however if need be I can keep to myself as well. I own a car which I use for work and will need a space (street or otherwise) to park. I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring and going on adventures when I have the time. I also enjoy going out or going on long scenic drives but also I'm more than happy to be a couch potato, watch tv shows and play video games if I get time. With the proper utensils I enjoy cooking. I love all animals, unfortunately I am allergic to cats. Doesn't stop me playing with them, I just pay the price with excessive sneezing. Please, if you have any questions at all I'm more than happy to answer all of them. Ed
I have a great personality and love to meet new people. I enjoy being social as well as enjoying my alone time so I can work to whatever my housemate/s prefer.
I'm looking for a safe haven for when I'm not travelling. I work for a cruise ship company and spend about half the year on cruises. I'm very respectful of others Space and privacy and simply expect the same in return.

I am single, No pets,Dont smoke never taken drugs and rarely have a drink. I hope to find a place long term with some off street parking. The accommodation does not have to be perfect or modern, but not falling down either. If the place needs some work I am happy to do it as well. I live in Sydney south but looking to move further north. Anything out of the congestion. I am open to other areas.
I am quiet, keep to myself and have chosen to have no friends (so there will be no visitors!!) I work in aged care, and volunteer at the local pound. I am outgoing and have a great sense of humour!

Good ole bloke, 67 going on 47, easy going, clean, tidy, vary handy around the house, sociable, loves animals and toddlers Originally from Sydney, now trying to return to near environs to be closer to daughter and grandchildren. Ideally looking at southern end of Central Coast ( Ettalong, Wagstaffe, Upper Pittwater, so I can easily get to northern beaches. A new start up joint lease would be preferable so I can use some of my furniture. So a two to three bedroom house with gas cooking, perhaps a slow combustion fire, maybe two bathrooms and adequate parking in a modern but simple designed open style unfurnished house $300 to $600 total cost. If you are like minded, would be a good start
Hi there! My names Jen from Glasgow, Scotland, and I am moving to Sydney in January 2018, so will be looking for a house share or studio at the start of next year, but thought I would sign up super early to check whats out there. I am currently a restaurant and bar manager and will hopefully find work in the hospitality industry, although I am fairly quiet in my free time, not such a party-er anymore although I do still enjoy a couple glasses of wine now and then!
