I like to think of myself as Easy going tidy and fun! I work 4-5 days a week as a hairdresser in Chatswood, I would like to flat/share with people around the same age as me as I'm new to Sydney and am yet to meet people and want to make some friends! I would like to meet people who like having a wine after work and at the end of the working week and share a meal with them! I do have a partner that I would like to have stay over at times also! Also wanting s place clos to public transport as I don't have a car as of yet!
I am Jose, 22, recent uni grad, well mannered, and a non smoker. Work in retail. Have passion in arts, music, fashion and photography. I am looking for a self-contained/1 bedroom/garden etc flat around Berowra/Berowra Heights please. For move in ASAP. Also open to sharing a house with one other person. Thanks in advance :)
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
Is Nic, Is Good. All rounder with no problems doing anything. Tradie, Engineer, Plumber, Security and CCTV working full time. Has own furniture and appliances, mowers and snippers, ute, van, gyrocopter, surfboards and the like. Easy going and morally sound, peaceful and most usually quiet. Occasional beers, but not much. Can burn food to edible standard. No green thumb unfortunately but good at all other things like computers, tvs and all manners of technical gear and softwares.

Your fully furnished home includes: - a sunlit bedroom with large built-ins - your own luxurious spa bath & shower - large commercial kitchen - large storage area - friendly, easy-going flatmates - plenty of room to grow your own veges & have chickens - a short walk to Coles , shopping centre and train station Beautiful Berowra is Sydney's bushland gem - located 45 minutes by train from the city centre.
Two rooms available in wonderful clean split level three bedroom house with stunning views overlooking Umina Beach. House is backed up to the Brisbane Water National park and for this reason I'm not accepting pets; I wish to leave the bilbies, lyrebirds, wallabies, possums, eagles, bush turkeys, green tree snakes, monitor lizards etc in peace! ;) Included in rent is the fastest available NBN internet Currently running at 50mbs download and 20mbs upload (for the geeks), and the electricity just to keep things simple! House has two floors of wrap around balconies with glass sliding doors for easy access adjoining all bedrooms. Their are two bathrooms and toilets , one with a spa bath. other amenities include dishwasher, fridge, air conditioning, washing machine and ceiling fans. Bedrooms have built in wardrooms. The main livingroom even has a bar, though not currently operational as I'm not a big drinker :) The house is furnished, though sparsely, I'm a bit of a minimalist. I'm an artist and photographer so if you get bored of the view their are nice things to look at that are hanging on the walls. I'm looking for people that are responsible, stable, easygoing but a little bit social to. If you are a slob or clean freak, feel free to happily to express these desires in your room! Personally I run down the centre of these extremes ;)
This is a lovely bright and airy 2-bedroom townhouse located in a very quiet part of South Woy Woy with a bush setting/lookout and district views over to Woy Woy Bay. It is the last townhouse in a small complex of 10, so there is only one neighbour on one side of the building who is also very quiet. The complex is immaculately presented and very well maintained. There is a small courtyard as well as a large balcony overlooking the complex and distant views. It is close to buses and trains (a five minute walk to the bus stop going to Woy Woy or Umina) and a 5-10 minute bus ride to Woy Woy Train Station. I also have a small female cat, so someone who loves animals is a must, especially cats. The room for rent is quite roomy with a single bed and large built-ins with plenty of storage.
I am a 26 year old teacher from the Central Coast. I have just started a permanent job at a high school on the Northern Beaches and I am looking to move down asap (the drive is no fun!). I would most likely only be there from Monday-Friday and obviously will be at work 9-5 etc. so I will barely be there at all! The one thing I am after is a place where I may be able to bring my gorgeous 5 year old kelpie down through the week. If you are a dog person you will love her! Please let me know if you have any questions!

Hi, i'm Maddie. I currently live at home but looking to move into a houseshare or to start up a new one. (I'm not interested in an apartment) My ideal place would be a very pet-friendly house with a fenced backyard as I have a 5 month old puppy! Other housemates would NEED to love dogs! I'm very easy going and friendly! I'm tidy and considerate, always cleaning up after myself and my dog. If i'm not at work or uni i'm usually taking my dog to the park/beach/friends house. I'd like to live anywhere on the upper north shore or Macquarie Uni area Thanks for reading :)
I am a medical student from Germany. To finish my doctoral dissertation I will stay at the University of Sydney for six months, starting in March 2017. I am an easygoing, calm and friendly person who is looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay. On weekdays I will be in the lab most of the time, but still I want to meet new people and get to know Australia. I am vegan, but I do not mind whether my flatmates are/aren't. Looking forward to hear from you!
Im fun, quirky and love a good show to binge watch on Netflix (hibernation style). I also love a good chat after work and becoming friends with my flatmates. I know how to cook, i'm tidy and happy to help with anything if needed.

Hi, I'm an easygoing, healthy, quiet, housetrained, non-smoker, with 3 adult children in Sydney/Melbourne and 5 adult Godchildren between Lake Macquarie and Lismore, looking for furnished accommodation for 12 months. (My kids and god-kids are all healthy, functioning adults living their own lives and I tend to visit them, so you can relax if children bother you). I'm healthy, don't drink or do drugs, but do get to pubs to watch live bands and miss the live comedy in pubs in Sydney, so may occasionally go down there to watch a show. I have references available that I'm clean, well-behaved and respectful. Also, I have a pretty active life, so I don't need to be entertained but always enjoy a chat and am fine with pets, so long as they are clean. Meet soon? Cheers, Grant.
Hello! :) I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and am looking for a more permanent living situation. I will be working for a small company in Tuggerah and am currently living near Bonnells Bay in Central Coast. It's way too isolated for me so I am looking for a flat or possibly a room in a shared house (but separate) to stay in near a train station preferably around the Tascott area or very close. I would prefer long term but short term is ok too. I'll just have to look for something more permanent eventually. About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). I play guitar and love other musical activities as well.

I'm easy going and enjoy a chat over a cup of tea if you have the time. I don't expect to live in your pocket as I have lots of interests. I'm a student of film, enjoy going to the beach, going out for coffee, reading and film. I'm also very interested in politics.I love animals.
Tidy, easy going.I work in the timber joinery industry. I'm currently living in the western suburbs. For fun I enjoy getting outdoors or I can just as easy kick back and take in a movie.
I am neat and tidy. Love to cook dinners for my housemates or just go and hang at the beach together. Dutch heritage, but I have been living on the coast for almost 5 years now. I am happy to do my own thing, but life is better with friends!
