I believe that I am great to live with because I am a 19 year old independent man on the mission to live my life in the best possible way I can! I study hospitality at TAFE, but my real passion is to write. I love writing. I love reading. I love listening to music. I love socializing with my friends and experiencing new life experiences - originally from Lobethal, currently living in Eastwood and my rental situation is that I'm allergic to my roommate's cat so it's kinda hard to live here and I just want to find somewhere with roomies who are sociable but let me do my own thing, independently - maximum I would be willing to spend is $140 a week - maximum bond I can pay is one week's rent but no bond would be better (the 140 a week is including bills and internet - spending 140 a week currently and I'd rather not be spending anymore than that unless there was internet and bills included in the rent). I'd love roomies that I could actually be friends with! If you're interested - message me and get to know me better!
Moved down to Adelaide in February. Working full time as a dental assistant in Burnside Monday - Friday. Hobbies include motocross, watching tv shows, eating unhealthy, relaxing on weekends, the occasional beverage! Big animal lover, would love to one day get my own pet. Clean, independent, easy to get along with, like time to myself but also enjoy company. I enjoy going out on the town every now and then, and relaxing with friends I am a social smoker & 420 friendly! Would love to hear what you got, so send me a msg

I'm a crazy cat lady! I'm coming out of a long term relationship with 4 cats (oh, and a man) and I'm not sure how many of them will be accompanying me just yet. Definitely 1, maybe 2 (cats that is, not the guy). My cats are both desexed, vaccinated, wormed, microchipped and regularly flea treated, and I'm a very responsible pet owner (I used to volunteer at RSPCA, my dad was a vet, and I'm even trained in small animal first aid!). I work full-time in law and I'm studying psychology part time through Flinders, and in between that I go to the gym regularly and take hip hop dance classes. Next year my studies ramp up, so my work may reduce to part-time to accommodate this. I love cooking, shopping, reading, and I'm very clean and tidy. I like Harry Potter, Star Wars, Game of Thrones, and lots of comedies, and I enjoy a wine or two on the weekend... preferably with some nice cheese! I'm looking for clean, quiet, professional or final year students to live with. I don't like parties, loud music, messiness, drug use, or excessive alcohol consumption. I'm looking for a house in a nice neighbourhood with somewhere to park, a dishwasher, and air conditioning. If this is you, please drop me a line!

This brick and sandstone early 20th century house in a leafy street has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and floor coverings. Your room is furnished with a large wardrobe and a table, but no bed. The common areas including the kitchen are well equipped. There is a 900mm gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is also a top-loading washing machine. R/C airconditioning, and gas heating service the common areas. Less than 5 minutes walk to bus and train public transport, this house is approximately equidistant to both Adelaide and Flinders Universities and even closer to the Waite Institute. Mitcham shopping centre is also about 5 mins walk away. The front garden is a productive patch which is both beautiful and produces lots of vegetables - especially if you want to put in the work! You will pay for gas, electricity and water use as a share of the household. Internet is provided.
My housemate Georgia and i are looking for a new housemate (or Couple!) to come and live with us. Preferably one who likes to garden :) Would suit one person who likes lots of room or well suited to a couple as there is a lot of space! There is a large main room with an attached walk in robe/storage room and an extended section overlooking the garden that can be used for anything desired - Yoga, library, study etc :) The room is $150 for a single person or $200 for a couple. The house is nice, spacious and a bit quirky, though not overly well insulated - can get a bit hot in summer and cold in winter. We have a lovely big yard, with lots of trees and veggie garden space. I love to garden, but i would welcome some help out there! Outside pets only as per landlords request. Must get along with our 3 lovely chooks Hilda, Lucy and Charlotte who supply us with regular eggs. Currently we are looking for a short term renter as our lease ends on the 31st of December. However there is the potential to renew the lease, and both current housemates are interested in staying on if able.
My name is Alice and I'm looking for a place to stay. I whip up awesome dinners and love to share them with others. I like to keep my place tidy and clean. I have a small puppy (Clark) who is also looking for a place to call home:)
Hey I'm Hannah, I'm currently living by myself but looking for housemate to get a new place with. I work full time as a gym manager and personal trainer and keep fairly busy. I'm super clean and tidy and also like the quiet so would need a housemate who was similar in that way! I also have a cat who is very friendly so would need someone who could live with him too! I enjoy company but also like my own space. I spend most of my spare time at the gym training! I rarely go out so not one to have parties etc. I'm hoping to find someone similar who I could get along well with, male or female.
I study at Marine Biology at Flinders University. Im easy to get along with, always willing to talk, quiet most of the time, loves to cook and get creative and I have a wide range of interests. Whatever your lifestyle is, I'm accepting and interested to know more.

48 year old professional guy working in Adelaide city. Spend most of my spare time outdoors engaging in endurance sports such as trail running, triathlons and mountain biking. When not out training or exploring, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, markets and winery trips. All this means I am not home much, however I am house trained and house proud, owning a few properties myself in NSW and QLD. Not into drugs of any nature and only occasionally have a few drinks. Not looking for a party house however am hoping to find a mature, fun, lively environment, clean and organised - a place to call home! Over the past 6 years I've shared with one other in different homes, with each lasting over 1.5 years - ranging from girls in their 20's to 40's, including a mum with her 8 year old son. Currently I share with one other mature guy in a lovely house in Unley however the lease is up and the owner wants to sell. Thanks Andrew

I am well versed in flatmate living arrangements and I consider myself to be very courteous and generous.
