I am a full time student and spend most of my time studying, volunteering, or resting. I'm a respectful and friendly introvert; I will happily help around the house and chat over some food, but also respect and appreciate personal space. I'm comfortable living with either pets or no pets, and generally pretty easy going.
Seller's description Hi! I will be moving out shortly so this Master room in beautiful Mitcham is up for grabs! The room is spacious, lovely views, has a massive built in cupboard with own private bathroom and spa! Right next to brown hill creek, Mitcham shopping centre and only approx. 15-20min drive to city (traffic dependent). A train stop down the road will take you straight into city as well. Will be sharing in a large and spacious house with 4 other roommates who have their own rooms and a very friendly outside dog. Males are preferred just to even out girl boy ratio in the house (currently 3 girls 1 boy). Must be easy going, love banter, clean, respectful, stable income and willing to go on the lease. Message for interest and more details! :)
I'm employed in the Goodwood area, like getting outside to do various sports and also enjoy doing not much at home! Looking to rent preferably 2 bedrooms or 1 + study for a reasonable price. Have a decent amount of my own household stuff I can bring with me. Please get in touch with me for more info!
I'm new to this city to study in Adelaide CBD. I'm mature, tidy, quiet and easygoing person with great personality. I used to get trained in Muay Thai and sometimes go hiking for exercise. Love outdoor activities but can be very quiet if necessary. I'm looking for a fully furnished place to stay for the next 4 months at least, probably longer.
Hi there! My name's Rachel. I'm a 24yo full time student, currently in my final year of a Masters degree at Flinders Uni. I also do casual work tutoring university students. I haven't had any issues in my current share house but unfortunately the household is disbanding at the end of our lease in mid September so I'm looking to join a new house a bit closer to uni. I'm very relaxed, easy to get along with and easy to talk to. I enjoy socialising and meeting new people but I'm also respectful of other people's space. So I'll be happy to hang out with my housemates but I'll also understand when we all need our own space. I keep things neat and tidy. I like gardening and cooking. Message me if you've got any questions!
Hi! My name is Storm and I'm 17 years old turning 18 in September. I currently do a few things for a living, the first being a manager at KFC and the second is owning and running a few businesses that are based online. (You may or may not have heard about LoungeLobby - it's a TV Streaming website that I made with a considerable following of users!) Another business I own is a Graphic & Web Design business, in which I work closely with businesses in and around Adelaide to improve their online presence and help with their backend software management. Other than that in my spare time, I enjoy investing in the stock market, going out with a few mates, watching & playing rugby, poker, and sleeping. I generally keep to myself, so if you're a fan of privacy I won't ever step on your shoes. If you have any other questions feel free to ask me! I'm just looking to find a place for the next couple of months until I turn 18 and can sign a contract to buy a house. Thanks guys!
I'm A RETIRED CHRISTIAN WOMAN WHO ATTENDS CHURCH REGULARLY, DOES NOT SMOKE OR HAVE ANY BAD HABITS. HOUSE PROUD, QUIET LOVES COOKING AND GARDENING, AQUA, SOCIABLE AND EASY GOING! I'm INDEPENDANT, HAVE MY OWN CAR, SELF SUFFICIENT AND HAVE A WIDE CIRCLE OF FRIENDS!
Hello, my name’s Erin. I’m a single, non-smoking, 26-year-old working full time in HR. Currently living alone in North Adelaide but my lease is ending in December and financially living alone is taking it’s toll so back to sharing I go at the end of the year. I’m a friendly and very clean housemate who is very considerate and respectful of others space. I would describe myself as a homebody who doesn’t really go out all that much but I do like a drink (hello Wino Wednesday’s watching The Bachelor). I spend most weekends either catching up with my fam when I can (have three gorgeous nieces), hanging out with friends, heading to gigs or binge-Netflixing. Not much of a cook unfortunately (packet pasta is life) but cleaning is where my strengths lie. I do have my own bedroom furniture and other bits and pieces (small couch, lounge chair, coffee table, bookshelf etc.) but happy to consider selling/putting in storage however would really prefer an unfurnished bedroom at least. I realise I’ve started my search quite early but I like to see what’s out there – plus I’m getting keen to move since I would like to start saving some money. Oh being an adult is such fun. Living alone has taught me to be super power conscious which I think is a positive and I am a house proud person so looking for someone likeminded. Ps. I have a dry sense of humour, a hideous laugh, sing in the shower and sometimes yell at the TV while watching Family Feud – these are definitely things to consider as a potential housemate haha. Anywho, that’s enough about me. Ask me any questions, or let me know about your place if you think I’d make a good fit. Looking for a place to call home and hopefully make a new friend. Looking to either move into a place with someone or team ups :) Ps. No offence dudes, but I think I'm better suited to an all female house and preferably 1 housemate than a full house.
I am Alexia. I'm 27 years old and from France. I am living at the moment around Mount Barker but would like to move closest to the city within 3 to 4 weeks. I am currently studying Leadership and Management and working part-time in hospitallity. I am pretty pretty easy going quiet and tidy. Always happy to meet new people but I also like having time on my own. I enjoy going to the gym, having a wine, outdoors, stroll at the beach, discover surroundings... Trying to enjoy life as much as I can :) I would prefer live with 1 or 2 other people not more but I could change my mind if I come across nice places. I like pets but I am not a huge fan of cat :D Feel free to contact me if my profile sounds like we could get along ;)
Honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. Went to Scotch College and am very familiar with the area. Always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment.
Fun and easy going, currently studying, Australian, looking for a nice place to stay with nice people :)
Hi, I am a mature lady with kids grown and left the home, I've done some house sitting, had my own place and done the sharehouse experience in the last few years. I like living alone mostly, but for a few reasons I believe I would be better off sharing a place going forward. I have lost my job due to health reasons (- short term memory is baked for one thing) I'm a bit like Dory the fish. I was living alone but could not afford to keep my flat and the Landlord disapproved of subletting a bedroom. My budget is $200 or less for my rent share. I am also beginning to realise it isn't necessarily good for me to be alone so much and I get a bit lonely and bored. I'm not an overtly social person but I'm easy to get along with however, I do like to chat, have a glass of wine over dinner and have a binge watch on Netflix of a favourite show I love cooking but I'm out of practice, no fun cooking just for yourself.I also have a small black cat I cannot part with, she is litter trained inside cat and very clean and affectionate. I have a storage locker or 2 full of furniture to set up the house with, If you have some too we could look at combine and consolidate what's needed. I do have a lot of craft items. papercraft, fabric, paints and I like to upcycle old things if there is room and inspiration. My not negotiables are stairs. (cant do them anymore) and must be airconditioned. Please count me out if:..... You have an issue with my disability. cats, are ageist, sexist or homophobic. cheers Rita
Hi - my partner and myself are a quiet couple and we both work fulltime. One of us is working in healthcare and studying business and travel. The other is working as a production worker and studying construction. We tend to be quite busy with work and study. However, do enjoy to go out with friends when possible. We have a 1yo dog who is medium sized and quite settled, we have a cat also! They are both indoors and outdoors. We are social, fun people and enjoy making new friendships! We currently are renting in Mount Barker and looking for someone who would be interested in sharing our home with us! Thanks.
Great location, close to Mitcham Shopping Centre, bus and train. Friendly and easy going landlady who works full time. One uni student son living in lower ground level. I enjoy cooking, travelling and spending time with friends. We have regular cleaners. Electricity, Gas and Internet included. Available now.

The other residents are long term, respectful, quiet and friendly. The unit attracts a lot of natural light. Security window and doors. Unit is located in a tree lined neighbourhood that is charming and peaceful. The street itself carries only local traffic. The unit is completely unfurnished so you can decorate it to suite your preference. The unit is in a good school zone district. No pets and non smoking residence.

"Your" bedroom has a beautiful view of the city lights and is a great size. It’s a spacious 3.4 metres wide by 4.2 long, so it will easily fit a king or queen size bed etc etc. It has polished floorboards, built in wardrobes with lots of storage, curtains, ceiling fan with a remote, a TV point, and power points at both ends of the room. The house is furnished, but the vacant bedroom is not. The upstairs of the house has polished floorboards, 3 bedrooms all with built in wardrobes (mine, a guest bedroom and the one for rent), bathroom, separate toilet, and another room used as a study/office. There's also an upstairs balcony that runs the length of the house. Beautiful views and the city lights can be seen from the balcony and both main bedrooms (includes the one for rent). Down stairs has a lounge with parquetry floors, a wood burning fire, a large Fujitsu split system heater / air con, kitchen, separate dining with a bay window and slate floors, and a separate room for storage. Outside - downstairs has a partly sheltered and lawned area for BBQ, socialising etc. The house is on a large block so there’s plenty room for growing things if you’re a keen gardener. There is also off street parking with a double access driveway. Belair is a great central location. From here it’s about 20mins to the city, or 20mins to Marion Shopping Centre/Cinema complex, it’s about 5 mins to Blackwood which has Coles, Woolworths, Foodland, lots of local shops and places to eat, plus public transport (Blackwood and Coromandel train stations and lots of busses). It’s about 7 mins to Mitcham, which has very similar amenities to Blackwood, and also has a Wallis Cinema. The Belair and Glenalta train stations are only minutes away from here as is the bus. This house is in a nice and quiet area surrounded by trees and plenty of birds, even a resident koala. Thanks for checking out the ad, looking forward to hearing from you. Carolyn :)
We would love a person/s to be part of our household - food is included but we share meal preparation and clean up, etc. Our core household is husband and wife; our 3 adult children have moved away. We welcome visitors and over dinner conversations. We treasure our environment, and love our views across tree tops and the Adelaide Hills. 5 minute walk to Pinera train station or bus, or a 20 min drive to the city and Flinders Uni. Rent covers all bills, including food.
Marketing professional just moved from Sydney for work. Looking for medium term accommodation for my self and 2 dogs. I'm easy going, spend a lot of time at the office unfortunately and try to travel back to Sydney most weekends to see my wife and kids.
Very quiet and safe/peaceful suburb in Adelaide with a number of high schools nearby. Mitcham shopping centre is 10 minute walk, Adelaide University Waite campus is 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the house. Bus stop 13 with 172/171 buses (3 minute walk) There is a footy oval and tennis courts nearby. Suitable for University students (especially from Waite Campus) Internet, Water and furniture all included, but electricity bill is separate I am studying full time at UniSA and living with my older sister who is also studying and working full time.
The housemates are great, friendly and considerate. Located in a nice area about a 20 minute drive to the city centre. If you don't have your license the Belair train line is a 5 minute walk away as well as the 300 bus line. We do have a German Shepard, but she is friendly and you won't have to pay any cost towards the dog. If you're going to have people over that is absolutely fine just give us a little bit of notice in advance..
