Hi, I'm Rachel I'm 30 and moving to Adelaide in late Feb to start a master of Physiotherapy. I'm a friendly and chatty person. Looking for social housemates as I don't know anyone in Adelaide. Sorry won't live with a smoker and my boyfriend will be coming to visit from interstate for a few days every couple of months. I am extremely clean and happy do my share of chores as I've lived with people who aren't and it's the worst. Internet must be included in rent
This fantastic house is the bush retreat that you never knew that you needed. One of the best things about living here is the fact that you can go hiking in Brown Hill Creek Recreation Park straight from the front door. Walking distance to Mitcham Square (2km), the Edinburgh Hotel (700m), bus route 171 (600m). Cycling distance to the city. The kitchen has loads of bench space, a gas cooktop and a dishwasher Open plan lounge and dining with gas heater (makes it cosy in winter) and ducted air conditioning for the summer. I have one spare bedroom that comes with a queen-size bed and a chest of drawers. I have a shared office and I'd love to find a great housemate to take my spare room. The rent is negotiable, the bond is 4 weeks worth of rent and bills are additional. I have two dogs and can't have any more pets at home. Sorry pet lovers with pets.
I work fulltime and look forward to having good friendly relationships with housemates while being respectful of privacy and downtime. I can move in anytime between now and mid January.
Incredible mansion with breathtaking views of Adelaide and city. Situated amongst native flairs and fauna, amazing pool area overlooking the city and backing onto Rydell reserve with extensive walking bush walking tracks and trails leading to backyard. Super chilled family with 3 young independent children
Putting out the feelers early for ideally January move in, but earlier if the fit is perfect. Originally from country Victoria, followed by a stint in Melbs, I have now signed on to be in Adelaide for three years as a full time PhD student and part time Orthoptist (eye specialist). I work 5-6 days a week, generally up early to do the good thing and exercise, and enjoy cooking from time to time to destress with some chill tunes. Basically a grandpa during the week, and then I like to get outdoors or bake on weekends. I like a bevvie and nachoes, but try to be good sometimes 🤷🏼♂️ Ideally looking for a modern kitchen with a great oven, and a bathroom that doesn’t have a shower bath or shower curtain. I just think they’re gross. Haha. Indoor plants and natural light is ideal, along with a smiley housemate. I like to come home and have a quick debrief followed by a laugh, rather than talk about things that make my brain hurt.
Hi my name is Jett. I am 20 years old and currently working at the Belair hotel a few days a week. I have just finished a TAFE course and am currently looking to source a mechanic apprenticeship in the Mitcham/Belair area. The last place I lived was with 3 others, as a housemate. Where we had to keep the place VERY tidy. I enjoy computer gaming, hiking in the hills, going to the gym and tinkering with cars. Please contact me with any questions. Thanks
My name is Andrew, I am 30 and I work full time in recruitment and human resources. I am a friendly, outgoing and busy person who enjoys catching up with friends and going out for drinks and dinners and other social events. When I am at home, I'm either doing household chores, working on a little project, video gaming or binge watching a lot of Netflix, Disney, Prime or Stan. My interests are AFL football, architecture and planning, politics, space, current affairs and social issues. I have a 8 year old Spoodle, by the name of Marley. She is very well behaved, friendly, loyal, affectionate and always loves a good cuddle, walk, sleep or game of tug of war. I am a very neat and tidy person, who takes pride in my home. I always pay the bills and rent on time and respect the privacy of others and their belongings. I dont mind sharing basic foods and the occasional wine, dinner or two.
Hello, I’m looking for a place to plant myself. Currently looking into hospitality work. I’d like to live in a space that is tidy, creative and minimalistic. Some of my hobbies are music, art, poetry and adventures. I enjoy conversation and learning new things; I’d like to get to know who I’m sharing a home with and be friends aswell as housemates. I’m getting into cooking at the moment and considering what I want to do next year. If you have a space that is available send me a message.
Adelaide local. I live an active work/study/health kind of lifestyle. In a house mate, I like: — honest communicators and peacekeepers — general household vigilance (I.e. cleaning up as you go) — timely with rent I’m easy to get along with and don’t hold any prejudices.
