Few things about the house: - 15-20 min walk to Tonsley station with bus route travelling around Flinders University - 10-minute walk to a train to the city - Amazing pizza place 5-minute walk down the road and walking distance from Coles - Drive-way available for parking - a working evaporator that keeps the house cool - Netflix available and unlimited NBN internet (approx. 30mbps) available for 30$ extra a month (split 3 ways) - dog-friendly (currently has one medium dog) We have one room available left but as the last room available is quite small, we're willing to turn it into a study and have the second lounge room turned into a room (because let's be honest, who needs a second lounge room?) It will also still be a private room! The house has a large, fenced front yard.
Hi! My name is Katie and in 29 years old. I work full time just outside of the city and I am looking for a place to live not to far from. I am also looking for a place that considers pets. I consider myself a quite, friendly and non-judgemental person. I love being social and catching up with my friend for dinner, drinks, gigs or shows - whatever Adelaide has to offer! I also enjoy a good Netflix binge. As a flatmate, I am clean, respectful of others belonging and believe in open communication about any issues that may arise as things do. The type of flatmates I am looking for are also friendly and respectful. Although I might be a bit shy at first, I would love flatmates that I can have a chat with over a drink or watch a movie with, however, who would still respect my privacy and my 'me time' after a hard day at work when I need to just unwind in my room. Lastly, I have 2 adorbs pet rats names Amy and Willow (Buffy fans would get that :) ). I do understand that no everyone sees rats as cute and cuddly as I do. However, if you are worried about things like smell, let me assure you, rats are actually quite clean animals and as long as the cage clean, they don't smell. I will also keep them outside, except in times of extreme weather. I don't allow them to 'run around the house' as they can easily eat something they shouldn't. Please contact me should you have a property close to the city and feel I might be a good flatmate match for you :)
I am 17 years old, I will be 18/19 when I move out to go to Uni. I work in Aged Care as a personal carer. I live on the Yorke Peninsula, and hope to start Uni next year. I am very quiet at first, but once you get to know me, I can be really outgoing. I am looking for a housemate/s that is welcoming and fun, but also a housemate who is responsible for their own things and their own expenses.
I'm Codie! I grew up in Mount Compass, close to Victor Harbor, SA. I've house sat for a few different couples in Alice Springs last year (LOVE the desert land). I work casually atm doing hospitality work and uber delivery driving! Looking for a place to call home after being away. I'm 21 years old, plant based and health inspired. I love walking in nature, doing yoga, going to the beach, exploring vegan food, doing small trips and spending time with friends and family. I would be a great housemate cause I'm easy going, love having a good conversation and a laugh, and also keep my space clean and organised!! I’m respectful of space and do like my own space too! I believe that our home should be a comfortable place with open communication- if you feel the same hit me up!
Hiyya! I'm open minded, clean/hygenic, caring, pay bills on time (1st thing that should be paid), love a good laugh, am a singer and have geeky hobbies. I'm not a party gal and like to listen to music or read from home, have friends over (all of my friends are funny, safe, random peeps, most are musicians too :) ) Not too fussed with the genders, age, ethnicity of housemates, just no creeps, duh. I also do not have a car, so close proximity to train and bus stops is important! I'd particularly love to live around the Seaford train line :D I require house mates who are: respectful, egalitarian (or at least don't push their differing views on me), mature/mostly mature xD, good communicators, considerate, clean up after themselves, and aren't too loud. Extras: It'd be nice to become friends with housemates, maybe cook together, watch movies, share music tastes, from time to time - I love alone time though, so this isn't a need, but would be nice :) To support a positive living environment, friendliness and communication is necessary though :) Housing History: I've lived in shared private rental, in student accommodation buildings, with friends, and with family. Have met and been around diverse people from different cultures, backgrounds. I've been living with a 25yo male and 24 y.o. nb housemate since July 2018. Before that I lived in a large (8 story, 38 rooms/floor) student accom. 3 diff friends households at the end of high school until I got into a Music course last year. And ofc with family before that too. I've experienced controlling friendships and housemates, messy housemates, overcrowded housing (a friend who has 5 high functioning autistic siblings and parents :) I stayed with them for a month while house-hunting :) ), and with my family - the family structure house hold. I know what I like and don't like in a household and in people, so have good, real expectations for safety, living environment, and communication. I love cute things, and am semi into gardening, but I'm a bit clumsy and forgetful, so it's more of a 'when I'm not too busy' type hobby. This year, for at least the 1st study semester, I'll be studying a UniSA foundation course, since I studied more practical Music Industry (Performance - vocal) courses last year, and haven't written essays et cetera for over a year now......+ (rant: I hadn't finished paying off the certificate 4 which I was going to use to get into a uni psychology course......there's a student loan for that sort of thing that I didn't know about #regret....well.....now I know T-T ) I'm thinking of studying a Psychology/Behavioral Science bachelor degree at Adelaide Uni or Flinders, oooor an Arts degree (could study psych & Japanese @ Adelaide - I'm a bit of an otaku, so that sounds fun~) so will be looking for housing around there for mid year (looking for a 6 month lease. I prefer 6 months incase housemates end up being to loopy, not what they say they are etc) xD I love plants, animals & the environment too - I'm an avid recycler, so would prefer eco-concious housemates :) Message if you think I sound like a good fit for your household c: Toooodles~

We both enjoy cooking and if you’re into vegan food chances are we’re usually happy to share. Both open minded individuals looking for somewhere with friendly housemates who we can hang out with and have a good chat or if you’d rather do your own thing and stick to yourself that’s cool too!

Hi, My name's Amy and I'm currently trying to find a place to move into as I study at Flinders University and live down near Goolwa. I’m 23, studying International Studies and I volunteer a lot in Adelaide which is difficult to do with where I’m based at the moment. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful. I like to have the occasional drink, chat, and sometimes share a meal. I also don't smoke. I have an 8yo desexed and microchipped male cat. He’s an absolute darling and likes to spend time inside and outside. And if he’s inside he’s usually sleeping. He does love a good cuddle though and he has a beautiful personality. I'm hoping to find somewhere somewhat close to Flinders University but with good public transport into the CBD. But at the same time I'm quite flexible as I would like to be moved in somewhere quite soon. I'm looking for an existing place or a team up. If you think I'd be a great fit for you, please message me! And if for some reason Flatmates won't let you message me on here you can find me on Facebook with my name, Amy Sonia Hueppauff Thanks, Amy LGBTQIA+ friendly
