Hi there, I am ideally seeking a flatmate to team up and rent a 3-4 bed house in any of the areas below. I’m flexible and will also consider nearby areas too. Would prefer not too far from the beach. Rent negotiable. My share up to $200 per week. I am a easy going young at heart 53 yo. I have been living in Qld but am relocating back to Adelaide asap. I have moved out of my Qld property and my furniture is currently in storage in Adelaide. If you have furniture too, we could seek a home which meets both of our requirements. I’m clean, tidy and respectful and am seeking someone with similar values to share with. Ideally, you would be of similar age ie 40s or 50s. I am a light smoker and only ever smoke outdoors. I’m also in the process of trying to give up. My dog “ Bella” is a 4yo shih-tzu. She is house trained and does not shed hair. Both Bella and I come with excellent references. I love to cook and enjoy a glass of wine on occasions. I also like gardening and spending time on the beach. Feel free to contact me if this is an arrangement that you are looking for. Cheers Debbie-Lee
Hi there, I'm Sandra, I'm about to move to McLaren Vale from Sydney. Ideally, I'd like to start a house share with one other person myself, as I'm moving down with furniture. The house I'm looking for will be really spacious, have 3-4 bedrooms, ideally 2 bathrooms (one for each flatmate), close to the beach, with some outdoor entertainment space. I'm happy to pay between $170 to $250 per week, so if we both chip in, we can get a great place. About myself: I'm 38, run my own business working with wineries, originally from Germany but have been living in Sydney for the past almost nine years, moving down to SA to live a slower, more balanced life - can't wait, I'm tired of the big smoke! I'm social, active, into all things entrepreneurial, like to travel, meet new people, good wine and good food, animals.. On that note: I come as a package deal with my cat Sammy, a fluffy and feisty Norwegian Forest Cat. He's good fun, almost like a puppy in cat disguise. I'm looking to share with one working professional between 30-45ish, who's friendly, respectful, tidy and clean, social with good chat and up for sharing some dinner and wine, but also respects "me time". Also a must: must pay rent on time and be reliable. Alternatively, an existing house share with one other would work for me too, if it falls under the above description or similar, please get in touch! Ps: when messaging please tell me a bit about yourself and the Flat too, not just about the room, after I’ve written my little essay here :) thanks!
Im not an untidy loud obnoxious 20 something..im an adult that doesnt do parties likes to keep things tidy and im respectful of others. Im on a disability pension for internal issues. Nothing that will affect anyone else except its a guaranteed income and rent will be direct debited. I come across as dark and moody where in fact im just shy and like my alone time, (and my dragons and gargoyles statues) although i do enjoy the company of others. Im just not very good at it anymore. Lol! Yes my age is 50-ish. But my brain hasnt caut up to that fact yet. I like all genres of music.. except maybe rap..hip hop and Christian. I have 5 adult kids (hence the i like my alone time now lol) and 1 amazing grandbaby that loves to stay with nanna.
Temporary accommodation available until October. Your own section of the house for $150 a week- medium sized room with built ins, own lounge, own bathroom. Share kitchen with me (Lucy, friendly, easy going 33 year old), i work away so you wont see me much, and i have my own bedroom bathroom and lounge at the front of the house. Big gardens, outdoor deck, fireplace. Fully furnished but i can clear some furniture out if you have some you want to bring in. House is modern (ish) and spacious, 5 mins walk to Deep Blue and the beach 😊
Hi I'm Sophie! I'm 22, currently working as an admin secretary in a hospital and have just started a degree in psychology! I'm very friendly, kind, easy going and always clean up after myself. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I've not long moved to Adelaide from the Lower South East, I work a few days a week in Victor Harbour and I start Criminology at Flinders next semester. I'm a clean, quiet & respectful person. I enjoy road trips, the beach, cooking, movie marathons and small gatherings on the rare occasion.
Hi there! About me.... well..... I like to have my own space but socialise too. I love animals so if you have pets YAY. I can be bubbly, generous, clean, honest, willing to change. I can also be secluded, quiet. I have lazy days and I have super productive days but I will always tidy up after myself. I don't throw parties, and only drink socially or have a glass of wine or whisky every now and then. I am not sure on my moving date because I am unsure how all this works and I also need to declutter. Thanks for reading this!
I am a single, easy going person. I work full-time for a financial planning company, I go out most weekends. I don't smoke, and don't drink excessively - average teenager. Super friendly, I enjoy fitness when I get the time, and I love pets, but don't have any of my own. I like to keep my space tidy, and don't slack on my fair share of the household chores. My hobbies are photography, and spending time with my very loved brother and friends. I'm looking for a place to rent as I have no family, and have no other suitable living arrangements.
Hi! I work as a receptionist Monday-Friday 9-5 in the Adelaide City. Honestly I am looking for a house full of really cool people that I can call my friends, somewhere I can come home from work to and have a great chat full of laughs and banter (and maybe a sneaky drink 😏) I am a very social person although I will always respect your space! Although I am a “young professional “ don’t be fooled, I will never pass up an opportunity to spread out on the couch and have a Netflix night (I have a Netflix AND Stan account so whos the real winner here) Soooo I’m a super fun person and probably exactly what your house is missing, so chuck me a message!!
Hey there, My names Krystelle but most people call me Krissy. I am 22 years old and heading to University this year. I am quiet and respectful and also a clean individual. Just looking for a place with like-minded individuals.
Currently looking for somewhere short term as I'm currently building. I have a car which I need a garage for but this site won't really let me search for that so if you have a garage space please get in contact. I'm easy to get along with. I like surfing, Muay thai and going to the gym. I'm interested in any nice place between Glenelg and Seaford.
Quiet bloke, good cook, clean and tidy, keep to myself mostly, not a permanent stay just for the time being. Work part time, minimum 28 hours so I'm not home during the day. Move date isn't a rush, flexible on budget.

I am a 51 year old woman, who is friendly, fun and easy going person, who is respectful of another person's space within the home, and I am mindful of their privacy and comfort. I would like to find a shared home with those like minded, who are also easy going, friendly and respectful also of my privacy and comforts. I am a bit of a clean freak, as I like my environment and home to be clean and tidy always, and I believe that in a shared home, that all should share the responsibilities of maintaining the home, with their share of chores. I have always been this way, as I like my home and environment in a tidy order, and it is important to me that those I live with have the same living standards. I do not wish to offend anyone, but I must express that I do not want to share with anyone who has a drug or alcohol problem, and I feel strongly about those beliefs. I am a smoker (at this stage), but I never smoke inside, always outside. I do not have parties, and I have a small handful of close friends. I am on a DSP, and I am doing study online. I am reliable and responsible and always pay my Rent and bills on time. I am looking for short term accommodation, while awaiting for my own rental sometime in the month of July 2018, when one comes up. However, if I find a suitable home in shared accommodation, I will stay for 3 months, if this suits you also.
Im reliable, responsible and respectful clean and tidy (very). Not looking for a party house but dont mind a glass of wine and being social..i have a gorgeous west highland white terrior that doesnt shed and is not a yapper and well trained...we come with great references
Friendly, happy to stick to myself or be sociable. Happy to share the odd meal or glass of wine. Clean and tidy. Non smoker, no children, no pets. Work locally at Christies Beach in full time professional job. Love to get out in the warmer weather - down to the beach, snorkeling at pt noarlunga, kayaking etc. Happy to just veg out after work in winter and watch tv, news, reality shows (lol) etc. I don't play loud music or sing too loudly in the shower :) Have recently sold my own home.
