I work as a domestic cleaner. I am contracted to work 30 hours per week, but I am often given more hours. That is why the hours vary. I put move- in date as the 30th of May, but after that is fine. I am currently renting alone, so I need to give 28 days' notice when I leave. I also put "four months" as an estimate. It may be longer than that. I value a quiet, clean space where my privacy is respected. I don't smoke, own pets, or have kids. I am also a non-drinker. I would prefer unfurnished, because I already have all my own furniture. If it's a share house, I would prefer the room to be unfurnished.
