$300/week•29 year old woman
I’m a 29 years old female who works average 6 days a week. I’m not at home most of the time. I’m a low maintenance, clean, tidy, quiet person and I stay in my room most of the time when I’m home. I’m looking for a 12 months non smoking/drugs, no alcoholism, cat friendly place (IT’S A MUST), friendly, quiet, clean, tidy room with ensuite or shared bathroom in an accommodation walking distance or close to Knox Private/Wantirna Health. I don’t mind Box Hill, Blackburn, Nunawading, Mitcham, Vermont, Glen Waverley, Ringwood, Wantirna, Southern Cross or Melbourne Central close to bus and train stations. I prefer $250-300/week bills included. In my spare time, I gym and play with my show quality British longhair kitten. I’m happy to team up with 2-3 people to find an accomodation if there’s no suitable one.
