I’m 41yo looking for a furnished room I can stay 50% of the time. Reason being is I have 2 kids and their dad and I want to do nesting co-parenting. This is when I stay at our family home in Seaford for one week and alternate between there and my rental each week. I will be on my own at the rental. Hope this makes sense. I love my job, I WFH f/t (in my room) with a NFP organisation that helps wildlife animals. I am clean, easy going and respectful. I am available from August 4. I am only looking for places in Seaford, Carrum, Patterson Lakes, Bonbeach, Chelsea, Edithvale, Aspendale & Mordialloc. Also Frankston if it’s a max 10 mins walking distance to the beach. And I know it’s a bit of a long shot and totally understand if not but due to being at the property 50%,…if a bit of a discount is something you’re open to, I’d really appreciate it.
