Hi I am a single mum, with an 8 year old son. We are looking to share a fabulous large house with an empathic, easy going, intelligent, tolerant, mature and stable person, or single parent and child. I’d prefer to stay reasonably close to Monbulk for my son. But I need to move by 2nd Oct, so I’m also looking further afield. My son has special needs, and requires a stable, calming enviornment. He is very outgoing, and friendly. He loves Beyblades, gemstones, dancing and being a ninja. I’m looking for a large place with a good layout e.g. 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, and good storage space that is easy to keep tidy. Would also like a good outdoor area. I like my privacy, but I am sociable and a good conversationalist. I spend a lot of time reading, researching, listening to the radio and podcasts. I have a background in Sociology and gender studies, personal care and student rights work. I am interested in many things especially culture, society, philosophy, psychology and even pointless trivia. I am fair-minded and considerate of others. I'm currently on a pension and studying part-time, and doing some casual work. I am financially stable and always pay rent and bills in advance. I like things to be be agreed in advance, fair and reasonable. I have an impeccable rental history, long tenancies, and always pay my rent in advance. I used to smoke, now vape. Smokers ok, but only outside. I don't drink or take drugs. I’d prefer to share with same, but I'm tolerant of occasional drinkers, but no drugs please. I am not interested in a party house! I'm not a green thumb or very handy person. So would like a low maintenance property and/ or gardener included. Even better, I’d be open to share costs to hire a gardener and/or cleaner on a monthly basis. Also happy to negotiate fair rent in return for home help. Looking for someone who works part-time or full-time. Or another single parent with a child. Honesty and clear communication is a must. Also a sensible understanding of what behaviour, content etc is appropriate and not appropriate to expose an 8 yo child to, is essential. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hello, My name is Cass I am 26 years old and I work full time as an Event Coordinator at a wedding reception venue therefore I work a whole range of hours including late nights and weekends! I am a very bubbly, energetic and motivated person that is looking for a share house that allows for not only a peaceful environment but will allow for a friendship to develop whether it be watching movies, going for a walk, cooking dinner together etc. I am currently living on my own and find that it is sometimes lonely when you don't have someone to have a conversation with. I am a very neat person that will keep the house clean and will always be respectful of others. Speak to you soon! Cass.
I’m a 35 year old professional woman that is easy going and easy to live with. While I’m a social girl, I’m a non drinker and am not looking for a party house. I work pretty hard as a restaurant manager so my shift patterns vary. I have friends and family in the area and spend a lot of time with them. I love the outdoors and love pets so am flexible with furry flatmates. I’m clean and tidy and enjoy my own company. I have references available if you would like. I love travelling and try to get away as often as my schedule allows...wish it was more flexible but that’s life! If I sound like someone you could share with please feel free to get in touch. I’m flexible with move dates as I’m living with family.
I am from Sydney. However, 2018 has been the year that I have called Melbourne home. As a housemate you can expect someone who is tidy, has the kitchen smelling fragrant with a variety of different foods. Also I am pretty quiet and usually don't go to bed very late. I have done some travelling outside Australia and it has really made me appreciate what incredible nature we have here, and just a short drive from the city! Therefore, while I am in Melbourne, I want to explore as much of the surrounds as possible and get to know Victoria. I am already in love with the Dandenong Ranges and I know there are many other places close to Melbourne that I want to explore. For me, it's important to have a connection with my future housemates so that we can work on creating a harmonious living space. This also ties in to how long I want to stay in my new location. It can all be worked out on a case by case basis, but for now, I am prepared to give a 6 month commitment. Get in touch, because we won't know how it may work out until we meet. Thanks :)
If you can read this add it means the room/s is/are still available. Right behind Poets Lane right in the middle of Sherbrook Forest with in walking distance of Nicholson Gardens, Burnham Beaches, Piggery Café, Woods Café and numerous bush walking tracks. You can hand feed parrots, kookaburras, magpies, cockatoos, and you will often see wombats, wallabies and echidnas in the mostly unfenced half acre property, sorry no pets because of this. House has a pool room with pool table and pinball machine (the brewery room is still under construction). There is a very large elevated covered deck area looking down into the forest with barbecue and ample seating. Three tiered pond in the front with goldfish.
Very short walking distance to shops and bus stop. Modern Self contained living space in beautiful Olinda. Own entry, kitchenette, and lounge room (Option to use sofa currently in lounge room or BYO). Own bedroom with inbuilt robe, bathroom with separate bath and shower and own toilet.
I am ideally looking for a granny flat or 2 bedroom unit that I can call home, a place set in quiet surroundings and close to my work. I am a busy professional who lives a quiet lifestyle, I love people and am a great conversationalist. I work full time as a PA in Mount Evelyn and I love my job - I often work extended hours. I also have a busy personal life and am often out several evenings per week with church commitments. I have a 7yr old Shih Tzu who spends her days sleeping. She is a placid, well behaved girl who is house trained. She would like a little fenced in yard with access to the house to relieve herself and take in some fresh air throughout the day. However this is not a must as she is capable of restricting her toilet activities to a mat when locked in the house. I have lived in my current house for over 4yrs and I always pay my rent on time. I am a great tenant who takes pride in keeping my home clean and tidy. I have several professional and personal referees that I’m willing to provide on request.
I'm super relaxed, quiet and easy going. Looking for a similar situation with more of a friendly vibe than a professional one. I'm a non-drinker, non-smoker and definitely not the party type but again I'm not fussed if you are.
I have a beautiful bungalow set at the back of my property in Mount Dandenong. It is in a great location to shops and has a bus stop at the front. It offers shower and toilet in one. Also has combined bedsit and kitchenette. There is no cooking facilities but easily has space for a electric cook top, microwave, kettle, toaster and so on. It does have bench space and kitchen sink and pantry space. There is room for a BBQ out the front. Comes with mini bar fridge if need be also. It is small but has been easly lived in before. Has amazing surroundings. Very quiet with fantastic neighbours. Parking is available on the property also.
THE HOUSE: 4 bedroom on a massive bush block ,with big deck, large land and trees. Close to Sherbrooke forest (3 mins walk up the hill), Tecoma train station (15 mins walk) and Belgrave shops (20 mins walk). Also comprises shed, separate workshop and undercover car park. Other features: It's almost in the forest and comes with Kookaburras, parrots, wattle birds and many other regular visitors to the garden (plus heaps of rain) **We don't have a TV and don't want to have one** -The living areas are big but the bedrooms are small. -Two separate living areas plus study -Two bathrooms -Large kitchen -Huge deck -House is partially furnished THE ROOM: Rather small, unfurnished, with very large wardrobe and clean carpet. Hi, i'm a first year uni student at Swinburne in Hawthorn looking for a fun, friendly, neat and tidy person to live with. I'm fairly easy going, quiet, clean and respectful and would love to find someone to live with (or multiple people) who have similar values as I do.
Hey there, Firstly, I'd like to start by saying that I have a dog. Her name is Oakey and she is a Golden Retriever Labrador cross. She is 3 years old. She is my entire world. Oakley loves people and wants to be everyone's friend. Oakley is an outside dog, so she requires a secure backyard. Although, she needs some space, the property doesn't have to be huge as I take her for a big walk everyday. I understand that having a dog puts me at a great disadvantage as not everyone likes dogs and there are a lot of properties that aren't dog friendly, but i'm hoping there are people out there who don't mind the furry companionship! So, about me - I'm currently looking to share house with 1 or 2 others of a similar age to me. I work full time in Lilydale (shift work - I know...another disadvantage!) and am looking to move a little bit closer without being too close. I'm not in any great hurry, however i'd prefer to move before the weather starts getting too hot as the house i'm currently in doesn't have air conditioning. My interests include going to the gym, cooking and baking. I like to get out and about and visit cafes and restaurants and take Oakley on big walks and adventures. I'm originally from Gippsland and my family are still there, so Oakley and I occasionally go on road trips. Hoping to hear from like minded people soon. Ashlee
We are a young couple looking to move out and start living more independently! We are both completing apprenticeships but are not for off completion! We currently live at home in a bungalow and pay rent to parents on time weekly! We both work and would love to stay near by the Ferntree Gully area but are happy to travel short distances!
Birth name is Rachel, otherwise I'm known as Kittu. Young adult non-binary (not fussed on pronouns) from Aspendale Gardens, looking to move out for the first time at some point in the next 12 months -- not desperate as I do want to find a stable job before moving out. Not limited to the locations listed either, I just want to escape the area I'm currently in. Qualified pathology collector; actively looking for job opportunities, so max. rent may increase once I'm off youth allowance. I am also an artist (visual, fashion design, music, etc...), so I'm usually doing something artistic when not job hunting. Pet friendly, open minded, accepting of all kinds, honest, and polite. A bit anxious and quiet at first, but warms up quickly. I look after myself and will do what I can to help around the property. I often go out and see friends, but maybe having a place away from my current living situation will mean friends may come to see me instead. If so, we will keep to ourselves if required. I'm trying to quit smoking to increase chances of finding somewhere -- so far, so good. I have a few ongoing health issues, but none of them require special treatment (in other words, I don't require any mobility devices). I don't drive, so I don't require any parking space. If you've any further questions or enquires, please shoot a message. Best contactable via email or text as I generally don't pick up unless I'm expecting a call or if I have the number saved. Thank you for reading!

I’m currently living in South Gippsland and studying communication design at Caulfield. I finish my degree in November. At the moment I’m doing freelance design work and casual work for a health food store. In terms of living, I’m easy going and enjoy both socialising as well as down time, and understand that others need the same to varying degrees. I’m also quite tidy and clean up after myself. I enjoy going out every once in a while but am not really a party animal. I’m also interested in health and wellness which means keeping a healthy lifestyle & trying to reduce waste. * I’m currently unsure of my preferred length of stay, so in that sense I guess I’m flexible
My name is Kayla & I’m a super easy going, respectful and friendly. I’m always up for a chat but also like to keep to myself as I work full time as a manager at Anytime fitness. Super active and outdoorsy and very neat & tidy. Currently living in NSW but looking to relocate very soon to VIC so I’d love to find a place soon. 😊
I am Cool, Quiet and keep things to myself. I love dogs and cats. Hang out occasionally with friends. Not much of a party guy. Watch TV shows and Xbox gamer.
